Inspired by a Bible passage, I read failure from Exodus
chapter five, Rose one through nine. This is what it says. Afterwards,
Moses and Aaron went to Pharoh and said, this is

people go, so that they may hold a festival to
me in the wilderness. Piro said, who is the Lord
that I should obey him and let Israel go. I
do not know the Lord, and I will not let

has met with us. Now let us take a three
day journey into the wilderness to offer sacrifices to the Lord,
our god, or he may strike us with legs or
with the sword. But the King of Egypt said, Moses
an Aaron, what are you taking the people away from
their labor. Get back to your work. Then Pharaoh said, look,

the people of the land are now numerous, and you
are stopping them from working. That same day, Pharaoh gave
this order to the slave drivers and overseers in charge
of the people. You are no longer to supply the
people with straw for making bricks. Let them go and

quite a year. So much has happened in the world
up to now that I found myself on several occasions
reviewing the Israelites in Egypt. So imagine my surprise. Is

we were led to be Exodus chapter three and four.
My son read on into chapter five, and when I
heard the above scripture, verses one through nine of Exodus
chapter five, it amazed me because I see those verses

being fulfilled today. Let me show you. Now, we love
our heavenly Father, and we love Jesus Christ. But in
this world we live in as ammiens, the rulers of
this land does not have the same respect for God,
and therefore they don't have no more respect for us

When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they

this life and the deceitfulness of wealth chow the word,
making it unfruitful. But the seed falling one. Good soil
refers to someone who hears the word and understands it.
This is the one who produces a crop yielding one hundred,

That is the same thing that happens when people are
so tired on work and the long hours working that

they're too tired to spend time with God. Too tired
for Bible study. They reason that they attend services on Sundays,
so they're good, But they don't realize that we are
really supposed to spend time with God every day. Remember,
Joshua was told to not let the book of the

Law depart from his mouth at Joshua Chapter one, verse eight.
So when we don't spend quality time with the Lord,
we are being depleted of our strength. You see, the
Bible study is to help remind mind you to take
time to stop and increase your reserves of strength when
(08:07):
you have allowed things to distract you from regularly daily
reading from God's words, when you choose to not attend
Bible study, if you're already not daily taking time out
to be in the presence of the Lord, you will
slowly begin to feel tired and weakens physically, emotionally and
(08:30):
spiritually drained, and you'll find yourself asking people to prank
for you, when what you really need is to get
into the presence of the Lord and let him feel
you back up. We take our cars to the gas
station regularly, sometimes two or three times per week to
fill them back up. We feel and refill our refrigerators,
(08:54):
But for some strange reason, we think Sunday service is
all we need to get. This is not what God's
word tells us that the secret to success entails. So yes,
wealth is deceitful. At the end of the day, all
those long hours have a purpose that is found in Exodus,
(09:18):
chapter five, verse nine. That purpose is to keep us
so distracted that we won't have time to pay attention. Ironically,
this is the goal of the adversary, to keep us
not paying attention. He doesn't care what church we go to,
(09:39):
he doesn't care what denomination we belong to. He just
wants to get us out of the presence of the Lord.
When we are not in God's presence, we are easily
way down, easily entangled. So my last cicture that I'm
going to share is found that Hebrews after twelve. It
(10:01):
is Versus one through twenty nine. Listens to what it says.
It says, Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a
great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that
hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let
(10:25):
us run with her severance the race marked out for us,
fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfector of faith,
for the joy set before him. He endured the cross,
scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand
of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such

opposition from sinners, so that you and I would not
grow weary and lose heart in your strength against sin.
You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding
your blood, and have you completely forgotten this word of
encouragement that addresses you as a father addresses his son.

Because the Lord disciplines the one he loves, and he

are not disciplined, and everyone undergoes discipline, then you are
not legitimate, not true sons and daughters at all. Moreover,
we have all had human fathers who disciplined us, and

we respected them for it. How much more should we
submit to the father of spirits and live. They discipline
us for a little while as they thought best. But
God disciplines us for our good in order that we
may share in His holiness. No discipline seems pleasant at

the time, but painful later on. However, it reduces our
harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been
strained by it. Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak needs.
Make level paths for your feet, so that the lame

may not be disabled, but rather heal. Make every effort
to live in peace with everyone, and to be holy
with our holiness. No one will see the Lord see
to it that no one falls short of the grace
of God, and that no bitter root grows up cause
trouble and defile. Many see that no one is sexually immoral,
