Speaker 6 (02:20):
Good morning, good morning, and happy New Year to you.
This being January the second, January the second, I would
like to share with you some of my personal Bible
study today. This morning, I was oh, I was tired.
(02:46):
I did not want to get up. I almost like
continue to lay down, and I was like, no, get up,
and I pushed through it and I thought through it,
and I'm glad that I did because what was revealed
was so amazing and I want to share it with you.
I don't want to backtrack, so I don't want to
at this setting go into my experience on the first
(03:11):
of January and what was shared. Then I probably would
do another podcast for that. But what I do want
to say is I got up this morning with a desire,
a continue desire to be in the presence of the
Lord and to have a closer relationship with the Lord
and so and to listen. That's my focus for this
(03:36):
new year. Listening, not just hearing, not just hearing. I
don't want to hear wah wah wah. You know, like
why I don't want that. I want to actually listen.
I don't want to be rebellious, which is the nature
of us all rebellion. I don't want that. I want
(03:57):
something different. I want to actually hear and to actually listen. So,
like I said, I got up this morning and I
asked the Lord, you know, okay, and where where do
I start? And what I heard was Psalm seventeen. So
that's where I want to start with you guys today.
(04:18):
I want to share with you some a portion of it,
not even the whole thing, but a portion like there
was so much that was given, so much that was
deposited in me from Psalm seventeen, and I'm like still
even now in the process of writing everything down, but
(04:40):
I need to release this part of it that I'm
about to share with you now. From Psalm seventeen. The
focus will be on the A part of verse number two,
the A part of verse number So let me just
start off by reading the first two versus and then
(05:05):
take you to that focus, which is verse number two.
So verse number one, so I'm seventeen actually is a
prayer of David and I have a Bible New King
James version is what I'm reading from. And in this
Bible it gives like subtitles. So the subtitle that it
gives is prayer with confidence in final Salvation. And so
(05:29):
when I look at that like that in itself spoke
volumes to me because of where we are in time,
because of what we're going through as a nation, as
the world, not just in the nation that I live in,
which is the United States, but in the world with
(05:49):
what we're going through, the challenges that we're dealing with.
This title prayer with confidence in salvation, like confident, like
oh my gosh, I should have looked up that word
just to be able to emphasize it. More like it's
to me to be able to emphasize confidence is that
(06:14):
place where I know that I know that I know,
like I am one hundred percent confident. And so this
prayer is talking about confidence in final salvation, like when
it's all said and done, you know. I don't know
if you've heard anybody ask you do you know? Do
(06:35):
you for real?
Speaker 7 (06:36):
For real?
Speaker 6 (06:36):
No, you know, like they'll calls you to to question
you know, your stay in your salvation. And this has
to do with that confidence, confidence in salvation and final salvation.
I like that. So this is a prayer of David.
And again this chapter is fifteen verses long, but again
(07:05):
my focus will be on verse number two, Verse number two,
and I don't want to read all of the verses
at this point in time because there's so much more
that I have to share with you. So we're gonna
we're gonna stick with these first two verses for now.
(07:28):
So it says, verse number one, hear a just cause,
Oh Lord, a ten to my crip, give ear to
my prayer, which is not from deceitful lips. Let my
vindication come from your presence. Let your eyes look on
the things that are upright. So verse two, I'm gonna
(07:49):
reverse two again. It says, let my vindication come from
your presence. Let your eyes look on the things that
are upright. My focus is going to be on the
apart of verse two, let my vindication come from your presence.
(08:11):
To be vindicated, I want to talk about that first.
To be vindicated or vindication is an act of clearing
somebody of blame or suspicion, is proof that someone or
something is right, reasonable, or justified. And so basically it's
(08:34):
saying that when he says, let my vindication come from
your presence, my vindication will come from the fact that
I am in the presence of the Lord, and he
vindicates me, He clears me of all blame, he clears
me as suspicion. And unless you have went through a
(08:59):
place where you have undergone undergone persecution, religious persecution, or
any type of persecution. You've been blamed of something. Unless
you've gone through that, you really wouldn't understand that vindicate
that need to be vindicated unless you have gone through
(09:21):
any type of trial. And here's the deal many of
us have, so all of us should understand this vindication.
But the vindication comes from the presence of the Lord,
no other place like man cannot vindicate you. Man cannot
vindicate you, but when the Lord ooh is on your side,
(09:48):
the vindication comes from the Lord's presence. So this when
I initially read that. The reason why it stood out
to me is because now I had said that I
wasn't going to go and go into detail about what
the Lord poured into me on the first day of
(10:08):
the first month of the new year. But for this
particular verse, I do need to go back and touch
on a little bit. So one of the things again,
it had been to for me the beginning of this year,
leaving out of last year entering into this year, had
(10:29):
been about listening, just listening, you know, like over and
over Jesus had said, let him who have ears here
what the spirit says to the churches and so I
had been focusing on that. I woke up December thirty
first with that on my heart. I was listening to
(10:50):
Revelation over and over and it was something that had
clicked with me, so that when it went to chapter four,
I was like, uh, I gotta go back. So I
kept going over chapter two and three in Revelation to
the point that that night December thirty first, that night
going into the new year, like, I didn't do no countdown.
(11:12):
I didn't do that because we were busy discussing and
like really taken to a heart Revelation chapter two and
chapter three, which is the letters that Jesus had written
to the seven congregations. Now the first I wanted to
start with this before I go into that and share
that part that goes back to this vindication coming from
(11:35):
the Lord's presence. I want to say. Revelation chapter one,
verse three says, blessed is he who reads and those
who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those
things which are written in it for the time is now.
I'm going to say that again, Blessed is he who
reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy,
(11:59):
and keep those things which are written in it for
the time is near. So we're reading it, we're hearing it,
but if we also want to get to that place
where we're keeping it, and so that's what listening is important.
So and that was just verse one, I mean chapter one,
verse three of Revelations. So going into chapter two and
(12:24):
chapter three again, there were seven congregations that Jesus had
John right to, and in each of those congregations there
was some Jesus let them know. I see you, I
see you, I see what you're going through. I have
some things that I noticed that you need to correct.
(12:44):
And I also want to let you know what I
see that is good, you know. And so it's important
that we go over this. Now I've said I'm not
gonna lie. I've sat and listen to some go over
these verses, and let me tell you, I'm just gonna
(13:05):
tell you off the top. You cannot go over these
verses about these different churches and point your finger at
somebody else and talk about what somebody else is doing.
Because here's the deal. We are the church. And so
when he is talking, when King Jesus is talking in
(13:29):
his word to the church, he's talking to us. So
we need to look at ourselves. If we read these
verses and point our fingers at somebody else and what
somebody else is not doing, and however we're missing the point.
And so that was again the focus and one of
(13:50):
the reasons why I kept going over this over and
over and over, because I wanted to hear. He said,
let him who has an ear hear what the spirit
says to the churches and others. I'm talking to you now,
are you gonna listen or not?
Speaker 8 (14:04):
You know?
Speaker 6 (14:04):
And so I wanted to receive that for myself and
I wanted to share that. And so I had a
really good time coming into the new year. And even
after getting into the new year and getting some sleep,
that was still something that was heavy on me. So
even when I woke up in the day, that was
still my focus of missing. So today I get up,
like I said, I get up to that sleep because
it went to be l a edge normal. No. But
(14:27):
I wake up and I come and I sit down
with verse sixteen, I mean verse chapter seventeen of some
and when I get to verse two and except my
vindication come from the Lord's presence. Let me tell you,
Let me tell you, Let me see.

Tell you immediately at thought of one of those letters,
And so I'm going to read that that it's to you.
Is Revelation chapter three, and it is the letter that
Jesus had written to the church in Philadelphia. They're called
the Love Church. They're called the Faithful Church. Is Versus seven,
(16:06):
rule thirteen. And I'm gonna read just those verses right now.
So it says, and the Angel and to the Angel
of the church in Philadelphia, right these things says he
who is holy, he who is true, he who has
(16:27):
the key of David, he who opens and no one shuts,
and shuts and no one opens. I know your works.
See I have set before you an open door, and
no one can shut it, for you have a little strength,
have kept my word and have not denied my name. Indeed,
(16:52):
I will make those of the Synagogue of Satan who
say they are Jews and are not but lie. Indeed,
I will make them come and worship before your feet,
and to note that I have loved you because you
have kept my command to persevere. I will also keep
(17:13):
you from the hour of trial which shall come upon
the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. Behold,
I am coming quickly hold fast what you have, that
no one may take your crown. He who overcomes, I
will make him a pillar in the temple of my God,
(17:35):
and he shall go out no more. I will write
on him the name of my God and the name
of the city of my God, the New Jerusalem, which
comes down out of heaven from my God. And I
will write on him my new name. He who has
an ear, let him hear what the spirit says to
(17:57):
the churches. So first of all, that is awesome. That
is awesome. So the reason that those verses reminded me,
I was reminded of those as I read Psalm chapter seventeen,
verse two, which again says, my vindication comes from the
Lord's presence. I was reminded of this because Jesus had
(18:20):
said to this church in Philadelphia, and he said that
he was going to make these ones like he recognized
where they were and the things that they had gone
through or gone through, And he says in verse nine,
the latter part of verse nine, I will indeed make
(18:41):
them come and worship before your feet, and to know
that I have loved you because you have kept my
command to persevere. I will also, it says, keep you
from the hour of trial, which should come upon the
whole world. But it was that part where he said,
and to know that I have loved you. See, when
(19:03):
you're going through a persecution, people are trying to tell
you that you're wrong. They're trying to discredit you. And
I have personally experienced that. I've been told that I
didn't believe in God. I've been told that I was
going to hell, that I wasn't going to I was
going to be destroyed, you know, because I did not
(19:25):
follow a certain denomination of worship. Like I've went through,
I've had family members to turn against me and not
speak to me for no other reason than because of
the fact that I choose King Jesus is my Lord
and say and that I've come to make the truth
(19:47):
my own. I read God's word, and I believe God's word,
and I stand on God's word, And so I don't
need books that some other organizations have written to tell
me what to think or belief, because the Lord talks
to me, like like the Lord will talk to you
when you read his word. He's talking directly to you
because you're reading his word. His word is living in
(20:10):
and so that personal so in other words, I've been
through some stuff. I've been through some stuff. And so
to read that and then to hear him say you
know that that he's gonna make it clear that he
loves me, I'm like, oh, And so that is a
feeling of vindication. It's a feeling of justification. When you
(20:33):
have somebody tell you you know that you're gonna die,
You're not gonna live, You're gonna die, You're gonna go
to hell. And when you have somebody concert people like
drilling this into you for because of their religious beliefs,
and then to turn around and have King Jesus himself
say that they're going to know that I have loved you,
(20:57):
and because you kept my man to persevere, because you
didn't give up in spite of all that, I will
also keep you from the hour of trial which should
come upon the whole world. And so I'm looking at that,
because that's verse number teen of Revelation, chapter three, again
to the letter of the Philadelphia Congregation, And I'm looking
(21:20):
at that, and I'm considering, as a matter of fact,
i'm still doing the research on that part about the
hour of trial which should come upon the whole world.
And let me tell y'all, like I feel like that
is happening now, that hour of trial. Understand that our
(21:40):
time frame is not the time frame of our heavenly father.
The scripture says that one day us for the Lord
is a thousand years for us. One day for the
lord's a thousand years for us. So ooh, I need
(22:00):
to do some math in. I need to do some
math about that hour because one day been a thousand
years for us, and one hour one day has twenty
four hours in it. Yeah, I do that math little
later on. But anyway, when I think about that, and
(22:22):
when I think about it, because it talks about the
hour trial, WHI should come upon the whole world and
we're in that hour trial like like you can choose
to believe it or not, but the whole world, the
whole the entire world is going through this plague, this pandemic,
the entire world. It's not just one nation, it is
(22:47):
every nation on the face of this earth that is
going through that. So so when he says that hold on, Manna,
put this charge you in. Okay, So when he says,
and this is again Revelation chapter three, verse ten, because
(23:07):
you have kept my command to persevere. I also will
keep you from the hour of trial which should come
uprom the whole world. When I tell you, and I'm
gonna finish that verse, but I want to say this.
I want to interject this. When I tell you He
has kept us through it. When I tell you that
that my family, my household, did not come down with
(23:32):
this pandemic, we were not. And I'm not saying this
the brag on us. I'm saying this the brag on
the protective covering of our Lord. He said, because you
have kept my command to persevere, I also will keep
you from that hour of trial which should come upon
(23:54):
the whole world. When I tell you, people around us,
in homes around us, next to us, came down with
the pandemic, with this plague, and it passed right over
our house, just like when I tell you, just like
the Injelites in Egypt, those who mark the doorpost with
(24:15):
the blood of the lamb, that they that death angel
passed by them, that had been here for us in
twenty twenty. God kept us in twenty twenty one, and
now we're in twenty twenty two. And this is what
I'm hearing, and He's causing me to listen, to hear,
(24:40):
to hear like I keep hearing, let him who has
an ear hear what the spirit is saying to the churches.
And I want to tune my ears in to hear.
Even more so when he tells me this morning to
get up and read song verse seventeen, and when the
second verse there is my vindication comes from the Lord's presence,
(25:03):
the Lord's presence. And I had already been reminded of
Revelation chapter three, verse seven through thirteen about what it
means to be vindicated and that feeling of vindication, that
feeling of being justified. When he says that they're gonna
know everybody that has has spoken against me, had been
(25:23):
suspicions of me, has blamed me of not loving the
Lord and everybody who has done that. To have God
say that he's vindicating me, My vindication comes from his presence.
And then to see that, and that's what I wanted
(25:45):
to show you, so Psalm ninety one, because he said
that he would keep us from the hour trial. So oh,
let me finish that verse out Revelation chapter two, verse number.
Speaker 3 (25:59):
Was that it's brett Ski.

Excuse me, revelation chapter three, not Chapter two. Revelation Chapter three,
Verse number ten. He said, I will keep you from
the hour trial which to come upon the whole world
to test those who dwell on the earth. So this
is a time of testing. Our faith has been to
a test that do we really love the Lord like
(27:22):
we say we do. And that was the other thing
from yesterday. I was saying to King Jesus, I love you,
I love you. And as I was talking in prayer
to him about that, what I was shown was this.
It's our first John chapter five is verses one through three.
It says, whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is
(27:45):
born of God, and everyone who loves him who Begod,
also loves him who is begotten of him. By this,
we know that we love the children of God when
we love God and keep his commandments. For this is
the love of God that we keep his commandments, and
his commandments are not burdensome. So he's telling us what
(28:10):
to do. I can say our day long with my mouth,
I love you. But if I say I love you
and I don't do what you tell me to do,
that's not love. I don't love you. And so in
Revelation chapter three, verse number ten, again it says, because
you have kept my command to persevere. And remember we
(28:34):
just read in First John chapter five, verses one through three,
that those of us who love him, we will obey him,
we will keep his commandments. So he said, because we
kept this command to persevere, he will keep us. He
will also keep us from an hour tribe that should
come upon the whole world to test those who dwell
on the earth. He shall also keep us from this hour.
(28:56):
And so again, old week, I kind of want to
go over some of those other things that he said,
but look, let me just encourage you go back and
read Revelation chapter two. In chapter three, read it and
pay attention to what he's saying. He's going to tell
you the things that he don't like. And where he
(29:19):
tells you what he don't like, don't do it, don't
do it like, correct that, correct that. And he's going
to tell you the things that he do like. And
he's going to tell you the blessings that's going to
come from our obedience. There is a reward that comes
from our obedience. So let me, with that being said,
let me go over to Psalm ninety one, because this
(29:41):
psalm is the whole reason why I actually end up
doing this podcast this morning. Psalm ninety one. I remember
the focus is Psalm seventeen, verse two, which says, let
my vindication come from your presence. So indication, my stand,
my belief that God is, that Jesus is the Way,
(30:07):
the truth, and the Light. That obedience to Him is
where it is that we need to be right now.
We need to be obeying him. We need to be
listening to him. My vindication that I'm going to listen
to the Lord. Like as for me and my household,
we're gonna serve the Lord. Y'all can do what y'all
want to do, you know, like everybody else, do risk
(30:27):
for y'all, do what y'all want to do. You know,
y'all could y'all could be fearful and do all this
other stuff. But I'm about to believe God. I'm about
to believe his word. I'm about to believe what he
says do. I'm about to do what he says do.
And my vindication comes from that. So now let's look
at this vindication. Let's look at this vindication, y'all. This
is Psalm ninety one, Safety of abiding in the presence
(30:50):
of God. Now, remember, my vindication comes from the Lord's presence.
So Psalm ninety one again speaks of the safety of
abiding in the presence of God. This is what it says.
It says, he who dwells in the secret place of
the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
(31:19):
I will say of the Lord, he is my refuge
and my fortress, my God in him, I will trust.
I want to pause right there for a second. I
gotta share this with you. I had to go and
look up the word refuge. Refuge is not a place.
It's a state or condition of safety, of protection, or shelter.
(31:45):
It's a state or condition. In other words, it's that
peace that you have, that peace of mind, that peace
of heart because you know that you will be protected. Now,
a shelter is a place, a refuge, a haven or
cover from something. But a refuge is a state. So
(32:06):
when we say my refuge, we're talking about my peace.
Remember that song that says you are my peace, peace
like no peace like no re chest to me. That's
the refuge, the refuge, God say it says. I would say,
(32:26):
of the Lord, he is my refuge, he's my peace,
he's my protection, he's my covering. Here, I would say
the Lord. He is my refuge and my fortress, my
God in him, I would trust. First three says surely. Now,
I don't know about y'all, but I always say for real,
for real, for real, for real. Surely he shall deliver
(32:51):
you from the snare of the fowler. A fowler is
somebody that sets traps, just so you know, it says,
and from the peril this pestilence. Now, pestilence is a sickness, trouble, disease, plague.
It says. Surely he shall deliver you from the snare
(33:12):
of the fowler, and from the perilous pestilence. It says,
he shall cover you with his feathers, and under his
wings you shall take refuge. That's talking about being covered
by the Lord. Vindication again, PSIMN, Chapter seventeen, verse two, A.
(33:33):

Speaker 6 (35:02):
It says, I'm gonna continue with Psalm ninety one. Y'all
can't get past that. That that versus just oh my gosh,
blessing me and Psalm seventeen. So Psalm ninety one continues.
It says, I'm gonna say our verse four again. He
shall cover you with his feathers, and under his wings
you shall take refuge. His truth shall be your shield,
(35:23):
and buckler his truth. We're talking about the Lord. It
says his truth shall be your shield and buckler. U
understand this. We're talking about our garments again, our Christian armor,
our garments, his truth. Jesus is the Way, the Truth,
and the life. So when it says his truth shall
be our shield and buckler, we're talking about Jesus being
(35:46):
our covering. Okay, so our shield. When you have a
shield up, can't nothing get to you. That as a
matter of fact, depending on where you are living, where
when you hear this, and depending on the type of
shields or masks that you had access to. Like I
(36:08):
just wear a regular face mask, a regular like washable
face mask. But I've seen some people with these like
plastic shields. They're like glasses and they fit over your
face and cover your face like your entire face. These
are shields. And so the purpose of the shield, as
a matter of fact, when everything was closing down, the
businesses was closing down, they were closing down, so that
(36:31):
shields can be put up like measures of protection. So
it says here in verse four ends by saying, his
shields shall be I mean his truth shall be your
shield and buckler, Jesus is my shield and my buckler.
And a buckler when you think of a belt buckle,
when you it girns you. It helps you to stand upright,
(36:53):
that that belt go back to the garment, the complete
suit of armor. And it talks about our waist being girded, okay,
girded with truth. So verse five says you shall not
be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the
(37:14):
arrow that flies by day, nor of the pestilence that
walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste
at noonday. So when you think of going back to this,
the terror by night, stuff that happens at night, it's
under a cloak of darkness, right, And he's saying that
we'll not be afraid of that, We'll not be afraid
(37:36):
of pestilence. This is verse six that walks in darkness.
We won't be afraid of what we can't see. We
won't be afraid of because what Jesus is our shield.
And Bugler verse seven says, a thousand may fall at
your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it
shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall
(37:59):
you look and see the reward of the wicked. That
reminded me of the Israelites in Egypt when they were
getting ready that last plague again. And what that let
me understand is that not everybody, not every Israelite hid
(38:19):
the blood on their doorposts, not every israel like they
should have. But it takes faith to do something like that,
to put blood on your doorposts and trust that that
blood was going to protect you. So there was some
Israelites that actually did not do that, and yet they
still had to come out of Egypt for the main
(38:40):
fact that there was an Israelite. Whether you did it
or not, you still was gonna come out. But the
thing is that whether there is disobedience, a loss is suffered,
A loss is suffered, whether it's disobedience, So to be
to obey is so important. To obey God is so important.
And that goes back to what we read in Revelation
(39:02):
chapter three, verse ten, where Jesus said, because you o bee,
you kept what we need to go back. I don't
want to even care phrase. I't want to go back
and read it as it is said Revelation chapter three,
verse number ten. He said, because you have kept my
command to persevere, I also will keep you from the
(39:24):
hour of trial, which should come upon the whole world
to test those who dwell on the earth. Wow. Wow.
So there's a reward that comes from obedience, and one
of those rewards is to have God cover us, protect
us through while people are saying, well, you need to
(39:44):
do this, you need to do that, because they're operating
out of fear. When we obey God's command to persevere
and to stand on our faith. When we obey God's
command to do that, he protects us. So that it says,
a thousand may file this is Psalm ninety one seven.
A thousand may file at your side, ten thousand at
(40:06):
your right hand, but it shall not come near you.
Only with your eyes shall you look and see the
reward of the wicked. Verse nine says because you have
made the Lord who is my refuge, who is my peace.
It says, the Lord is my peace because you've made
him the Lord who is my refuge. Even the most
(40:29):
high your dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor
any plague come near your dwelling Praise God, for he
shall give his angels charge over you no matter. And look,
I've read something. This is a note, and I want
to share this note that I read. It says the
(40:50):
Lord's angels serve as his messengers and agents of his
power outside the sanctuary. These divine beings have superior power
involving the ability to protect the Lord's people from harm.
So it says they serve as his messengers and agents
(41:12):
of his power outside his sanctuary. So, in other words,
we need to be in God's presence, but when we
step outside of that presence, because because mind you like,
many people feel that they are many people call the
church the sanctuary, but in actuality, the church is a building.
(41:33):
The sanctuary is the presence of God. And so I
mentioned that because if you're calling the church the sanctuary,
then when service is over and you leave the sanctuary,
you have now stepped outside of God's presence, and so
in your day to day walk until you again take
(41:57):
that moment to sit down in the presence of the Lord.
His holy angels have been given a charge over you
to keep you in all your ways. I wanted to
make sure I'll mention that to help you understand verse eleven.
So you don't have to be afraid to go to
the store, You don't have to be afraid to go outside.
(42:18):
You don't have to be afraid of what the news
is promoting is coming through and this virus and that virus,
and dis plague and this pestilence, And you don't have
to be afraid because God's say, but he should give
his angels charge over you to keep you in all
your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up
(42:38):
lest you dash your foot against the stone. Y'all. I
don't know if y'all ever have hit your foot on anything,
but that hurts so. Verse twelve thirteen says you shall
tread upon the lion and the cobra, not a lion.
God's word says that the devil walks about like a
roaring lion, seeking whom he shall devour, like a roaring lion,
(43:02):
seeking whom he shall devour, and then it talks to him,
talks about him as being the original serpent that liared
from the garden of Egypt, of the garden of Eding.
So it says, you shall tread upon the lion and
the culpra, the young lion, and the serpent. You shall
trample underfoot, because he has set his love upon me. Therefore,
(43:25):
and this is the Lord speaking this part here, y'all,
y'all better, it is this far here the Lord is
speaking Verse fourteen, fifteen and sixteen. The Lord says, because
he has set his love upon me, therefore I will
deliver him. I will set him on high because he
has known my name. He shall call upon me, and
(43:47):
I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble.
I will deliver him and honor him with long life.
I will satisfy him and show him my salvation. Going
back to Psalm chapter seventeen, my vindication comes from the
(44:08):
Lord's presence. It is important that we enter into the
presence of the Lord, not go through church as normal.
Just so happened, this is a Sunday, But it's important
that we not go through church as normal. That if
you're going into the building, that you into the presence
(44:29):
of God, not the building. The building is just a building.
It's just a big building. It can I protect you
from anything. It's the presence that you want to get in.
So you need to go into service with a heart
of worship, with a heart of praise. You don't go
there to get path praise and worship. You go in.
You enter into the court. Heard y'are into into these
(44:51):
gates with praise. You go in praising already, worshiping already.
You start your day before you leave your house, you
should be in praise and worship. As a matter of fact,
that's being in the presence of the Lord. So therefore,
when services is done at the building, even though you
leave the building, it doesn't mean you have to leave
(45:13):
from His presence. God's presence should be with you wherever
you go. Your vindication comes from the Lord's presence. Your
protection comes from being in the Lord's presence. Not having church.
Not not because you are the church. You are the church,
(45:34):
you got to be it. But it comes from listening. Listening,
I mean really listening, not just hearing, not hearing the noise,
not hearing all the clapping and all the hallelujah and
all the shouting and all that's noise, it it is
hearing in Isaiah. This is the last scripture I'm gonna
(45:55):
share with you. It's Isaiah chapter thirty, verse number twenty one.
Isaiah chapter thirty. And I'm sharing this with the emphasis
of listening. Isaiah chapter thirty, verse number twenty one. And
this is what he says. It says your ears. Well,
(46:17):
I'm gonna start of verse twenty. It says, and though
the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the
water of affliction. Yeah, your teachers will not be moved
into a corner anymore. But your eyes shall see your teachers.
Your ears shall hear a word behind you saying this
is the way. Walk in it. Whenever you turn to
(46:39):
the right hand or whenever you turn to the left,
depending on what translation you're reading from, it might just
say a still small voice. So you have to listen.
You have to get still and listen. Listen for God's
voice to speak to you. Open his word and read
his word for yourself. Shut everybody down, Shut shut everybody
(47:02):
else down, Turn the TV off, turn the radio off,
get somewhere with the word of God, and let the
word of God speak to you himself, and listen, listen,
and when you listen and you hear him give you
a command. Oh by obey that command, especially if you're
(47:27):
one will say that you love the Lord. Obey what
he tells you to do, and he will keep you
in perfect peace because the Lord, your God, is a refuge.
You guys, have a blessed rest of your day. Bye.
