all right. So today we're gonnago to the Book of Joshua. We're
gonna be reading in Joshua. I'mgonna be reading from chapter twenty four Joshua
twenty four, verse fifteen. Allright, Joshua twenty four, verse fifteen.
(07:00):
It's this, But if serving theLord seems undesirable to you, then
choose for yourself this day whom youwill serve, Whether the gods of your
forefathers, I'm sorry, whether thegod your forefathers served beyond the river,
or the gods of the emirates inwhose land you were living. But as
(07:25):
for me and my household, wewill serve the Lord. Amen. Amen,
I know y'all heard that all thetime. I know that's a familiar
verse. Choose you to say whomyou will served, and then ending that
with for me and my house wewill serve the Lord. Let's take a
word of prayer. Don't have anyfather in love. We just thank you
Lord for another day. That wasa promise to us. God, God,
(07:46):
Thank you for all those who havetaken their time to tune in on
tonight. God. God, wejust asked that you would just forgive us
for any sins that we have committed, knowing or unknowing. Lord Jesus Well,
we thank you for sending your sonto die on a cross word so
that we may be saved. LordJesus Well, I asked you just use
me like only you can. Lord, Let me speak something that will be
a help to your people. God, touch the hearts and the minds.
God, God, those who areare having disbelief, God, help them
(08:09):
to believe God in your word andin you and what you have said and
what you have promised. God.God, we just asked that you would
just open up our hearts and giveus us the ears to hear, Lord,
what the spirit is saying to yourpeople. God. You say that
the people that are called by yourname would humble themselves, pray and turn
from their ways and seek you,God, that you would heal our land.
God. And so we're seeking youon tonight. Lord Lord, we
(08:31):
just asked that you would just putyour loving arms and comfort those who are
going through right now in the nameof Jesus God, those who are going
through trials and tribulations, those whoare experiencing misfortune from this storm. God,
we asked that you would just comfortthe heart's Lord, let them know
that you are with them. You'llnever leave them. You're never forsaking God.
God, we thank you for beingwho you are. God. We
know that you have all power inyour hands and you are in control.
(08:52):
We thank you and we love youin Jesus' name. Amen. Hey man,
did anybody come on while I waspraying? Make sure you say something.
I say, Hey to you,Hey to you. All Right,
so we're talking about Joshua and justa little background just in case. I
know everybody probably already know who Joshuais. I know growing up. We
always heard that song Joshua fat theBattle of Jeredole, jered Coole Jericho.
(09:18):
You remember that Joshua fought the battlelook Jericho and the walls came tumbling down.
Maybe not, maybe I was theonly one. But hey, Veranda,
you're doing. Thank you so muchfor tuning in. But I know
that a lot of us are familiarwith Joshua because of the Battle of Jericho.
But Joshua was a spy. Hewas one of the twelve spies that
(09:39):
was sent out to spy on theland when God was telling them that they
were going to possess the Promised Land. And Joshua and Caleb were the only
two who believed God that God wouldgive them success in this endeavor. And
the other spies they were against itand they were afraid. And so ultimately
Joshua and Caleb were the only twoof that generation that God allowed to actually
(10:03):
grow into and possess the Promised Land. Right, And so when we're reading
on that, but there's so manythings in the Book of Joshua, I
encourage you to read it. Ifyou never read the Book of Joshua,
please read it because it is awonderful book. Is Joshua demonstrates such faith
encourage in God. Hey, Cassandra, how you doing? Yes? Since
(10:26):
I love the story. Joshua's storyis a wonderful story, yes, ma'am.
And there's just so much for usto glean from that story. You
know, I think the key themesof it is like faith and obedience and
success. Right, And who doesn'tneed that in life? We all need
faith, we all need to bewalking in obedience so that we can obtain
(10:48):
success, right. And so oneof the key things about Joshua and the
reason he was able to obtain hissuccess and the success that he had over
conquering Jericho and Ai and all thesethings, was because of his submission to
God. I think that's important. We need to note that it was because
of his submission to God. WhenGod spolk Joshua listen, and not only
(11:09):
did he listen, he obeyed, right, he obeyed. You know,
there's some of us that that Godhe's speaking to us right now. He's
been speaking to us, and ifwe not listening, or even if or
if were listening, we're not obeyingwhat he has called us to do.
And the one thing about God isthat he gives us freedom of choice.
He gives us free will. Wecan choose what we're gonna do. Right,
(11:33):
Somebody type in the comments and say, you can choose. You get
to choose. You know, Ilike interaction and I like y'all talking back
with me and stuff. So typethat in there for me. You get
to choose. You can choose. The choice is yours. God is not
gonna force you to do anything.Come on, come on, y'all in
(11:56):
here with me. Somebody type thatfor me. You get so you can
choose. You can choose. Thechoice is yours. And so Joshua,
and thank you, Miss Lindsey, thank you so much, Thank you so
much. You can choose. Thankyou, Cassandra. Yes, that is
(12:22):
right, you can choose. So, Joshua and Caleb, they chose to
believe God. Right, are youchoosing to believe God? Right? Because
of that choice that they made, they were able to enter into the promises
of God, into that promise land. And we know that when the Israelites
left Egypt, the Bible tells usthat there were about six hundred thousand men
(12:46):
that left, not including the womenand children. Right, there were about
that's right, Sheika, thank you, cousin. You can choose. When
they left Egypt, there was aboutsix hundred thousand men, okay, and
so when you add the women andchildren to that, you know you're probably
looking at it about a million,at least a million people that left Egypt.
(13:09):
And so when you think about fromthat generation, only Caleb and Joshua
were allowed to enter into the PromisedLand because they chose to believe What will
you choose? Will you choose tobelieve God so that you can enter into
the promises that God has for you? Some of us we have we have
(13:33):
this, uh, generational curses?Have y'all heard of? Have y'all ever
heard of that? What a generationalcurses? Somebody tell me if you've heard
of generation's rational curses? What isa generational curse? You can eat If
you don't, even if you don'twant to give the definition of what you
think, Jennifer, generation generational curseis, you can tell me just some
things that follow up under generational curses. I got some people texting me.
(14:01):
I'm trying to get them in thislive Where do you think generational curses are?
What are generational curses? Anybody?I'm gonna start naming some if if
(14:28):
uh and and tell you if weUh, I don't know why people are
having hard time finding the live tonightgotten three text messages saying they can't find
the lie. But generational curses arecurses that have been handed down generation to
(14:50):
generation, and some of us havea mindset that we just receive that whatever
their curse is over our lives. So I've heard people say like, uh,
should run in my family, oralcoholism runs in my family. Poverty,
you know, we could have thatgenerational curse. There's all kinds of
things a habit or behavior that hasbeen passed from one generation to the next.
(15:13):
Amen, that is exactly what itis. But things that are routine
in your environment. Yes, andso, but we have a choice,
right, We don't have to receivethat. We don't have to say,
oh, well I got I'm analcoholic because like no one in family graduate
from high school. Amen. There'sall types of different generational curses. Teen
(15:35):
pregnancy, things that go against Godin any form, such as drugs,
divorce. Yes, yes, thankyou, I thank y'all so much for
sharing that, because these are thingsI didn't even think about, like divorce,
but yes, definitely divorce. Allthose different things like that that go
against God. We do not haveto take on that generational curse. We
(15:56):
have the power to break those generationalbut we have to choose to believe what
God has said. Right. Sothat's what I'm That's the message I want
to get across to the viewers tonightis that you have the power to choose
what will you choose? Will youchoose to be like Joshua and to believe
God? Those things can be changedwhen we trust God and live by faith.
(16:18):
Aymen, that's right, That's right, Miss Lindsey. Right. We
can enter into the promises of Godwhen we choose to live by faith and
to trust God. But the keyis we have to be obedient. Will
you be obedient to what God istelling you to do so that you can
cross over from your old life toyour new life that God has right,
They were crossing over from from thatword the land where they were, from
(16:38):
that old land to possess a newland. But they had to walk in
obedience. Joshua had to be obedientto God. Even with the instructions on
how to conquer Jericho, even withthe instructions on when they went into Ai,
God gave instruction. God gives usinstruction. Right, some of us
don't take the time to read God'swords, so we don't have them.
(17:00):
But we have to get in God'sword so that we can know what the
spirit of God is saying for usto how to live. He has given
us the instructions that we need tosucceed. But are you willing to put
off your selfish desires and press towardthe mark of the high calling? Are
(17:22):
you willing to do that? Towalk in obedience? Because God has planned
a wonderful life for you. Godover in Jeremany twenty nine eleven, he
says, for I know the plansI have for you, right not to
harm you, but to prosper you, to give you a hope in a
future. But we have to beobedient in order to walk into that.
Right. It's not just already tostay at Oh, I'm just gonna get
(17:45):
it. The people that left eachof God had the promised land for those
people, that was God's promise forthem. But because of their disobedience,
because of their complaining, mumbling andgrumbling, because of the unbelief, they
were not allowed to possess that land. So you have to ask yourself,
(18:06):
what am I believing you I haveunbelief, and God, God help my
unbelief. If you're doubting, ifyou're doubting what God has promised you,
what God has told you, ifyou're doubting that generational curses can be broken
off your life, and have Godto help your unbelief. I used to
pray that all the time. Godhelp my unbelief right, and He will
strengthen your faith. He will doit for you, just like Joshua.
(18:30):
It takes courage and faith to walkinto this new life that God has.
The Bible says, choose ye thisday you have to choose. And when
you're looking at things spiritually, it'snot like when you're going out and buying
a house, or you're going tobuy a car, or you're looking at
what college you want to go to. There's a plethea of choices when you're
(18:52):
making choices like that about worldly things. But when you're making choices about spiritual
things, you don't have a lethoroughchoices. You got two choices. One
you choose one or the other.Right, there's not a whole lot of
all I go this way, thisway, this way, No, there's
one two ways you can go whenyou're looking at spiritual things. Hey,
Mama, thank you so much fortuning in. I knew you had quiver
(19:14):
health tonight, but I thank youso much for tuning in. But there
are only two choices. So I'vewritten down some choices when you're think when
you're looking from a spiritual aspect,And we're gonna look at what the Word
of God says about these choices, all right, So you can choose to
serve God or the devil. Thoseare the two choices. There's no in
(19:37):
between. Those are the two.Okay, So we look over at John.
I'm gonna look at John chapter eight, verse forty two. All right.
So I'm looking at John chapter eight, verse forty two, forty seven.
But remember I'm reading from the NIVversion, so I know there's lots
(19:57):
of different versions. A lot ofpeople preferred the King James version, but
for me, I prefer to usethe NIV version. And so, and
this is a study application Bible,so you know it reads a slightly different.
But over in John a forty twothrough forty seven, it says Jesus
said to them, if God wereyour father, you would love me,
(20:19):
for I came from God and nowam here. I have not come on
my own, but he sent me. Why is my language not clear to
you? Because you are unable tohear what I say. You belong to
your father, the devil, andyou want to carry out your father's desires.
(20:41):
He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth,
for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his
native tongue, for he is aliar and the father of lies. Yet,
because I tell the truth, youdo not believe me. Can any
(21:02):
of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth?
Why don't you believe me? Hewho belongs to God hears what God says.
The reason you do not hear isthat you do not belong to God.
Right, So, like the boysaid, he who has here,
let him hear what the spirit ofGod is saying. So you have to
(21:25):
choose whether you're going to serve Godor if you're going to serve the devil
who is your father. Hey,ain't lista Thank you so much. I'm
glad you found it. Thank youall right. We have to choose that,
we have to choose whether we're goingto do right or wrong. Looking
over at Proverbs fourteen. Hold onProverbs fourteen and twelve. I wish,
(21:53):
I wish I knew this Bible likethis When I was a kid, I
used to wipe the ww I usedto win the contest a lot any But
honey, I would have been blowingtheir minds quick. I can flip through
that thing now. But Proverbs fourteenand twelve it says there is a way
that seems right to man, butin the end it leads to death.
Right, so we're choosing. Youhave to choose which way you're going to
(22:17):
go. I choose Jesus his wayand his will and his way. That's
right, the true, Thank youso much. Betweening in we have to
choose, and the enemy, thedevil is cunning and deceitful. He'll have
you out here believing or that away is right. Just like it said
in Proverbs, there is a waythat seems to be right. But you
got to get in this word sothat you will know what way is right.
(22:41):
There's gonna be false prophets. Youcannot serve two masks. You better
come on now, you're getting allin my lesson, you getting ahad of
me. We cannot serve two masks. Hey, Hey, Marrianne, thank
you so much for tweening in.And I'm glad y'all got out of Carver
housele We have to choose the waythat we're going to take. Right.
So there's a right way, there'sthe wrong way. They're serving God,
(23:03):
they're serving the devil. There ispleasing your spirit or please in your flesh.
Let's go red Galatians five and sixteen, Well we go regalations. When
I was young, I thought thatsaid galilations. I used to say galilations.
(23:23):
Okay, Galatians five. I lostit? Where am I a?
Sixteen seventeen? All right? Soall right, so I'm looking at Galatians
five, Chapter five, verse sixteenseventeen says, so I say, live
(23:45):
by the spirit, and you willnot gratify the desires of the sinful nature.
For the sinful nature desires what desireswhat is contrary to the spirit.
And the spirit what is contrary tothe sinful nature. They are in conflict
with each each other, so thatyou do not do what you want.
How many of us are here doingwhat we want to do? I talk
(24:07):
to you know, in my generation, I talk to a lot of people,
and even young people. I havea lot of connections with a lot
of young people, and people aredoing whatever they want to do, and
they are trying to justify what they'redoing. But the truth is is that
there is a way that seems tobe right, but the end leads to
death. And like I told y'alllast week, you have to work out
(24:30):
your own soul salvation with free andtrimbling. You gotta get in this word
and find out for yourself what saysthe Lord and what are the instructions that
He has given us. And thenyou have to make a choice. The
choice is yours. You have tochoose. Nobody's gonna choose for you.
God is not gonna force you todo anything. You have free will to
(24:51):
follow him at your own free will. Are you gonna live in the spirit?
Are you gonna walk in the flesh? When you walking in the flesh,
you're gonna gratify all of those sinfuldesires. The flesh is always desiring
things against the spirit. It tellsus right here in the world, right
they are. The spirit is contrarywhat it says, and the spirit what
(25:15):
is contrary to sinful nature. They'rein conflict with one another. They're never
gonna be in harmony, and they'renever gonna go together. Your flesh and
your spirit are never gonna be inunison. And so you have to choose
every day which one am I goingto follow. Am I gonna follow what
the spirit it has instructed me todo and what my spirit man desires,
(25:40):
or am I gonna follow what myflesh wants me to do what my flesh
desires. That's important for us toknow and to make that choice. What
other choice do we have. Wehave a choice to take the narrow way,
or we have a choice to takethe wide way. Let's go over
in Matthew Matthew seven thirteen and fourteen, it says, enter through the narrow
(26:07):
gate. For wide is the gate, and broad is the road that leads
to destruction, and many enter throughit. But small is the gate,
and narrow the road that leads tolife, and only a few find it.
(26:27):
Are you in the few? Yougotta choose to be in that few,
because wide and broad, it says, it leads to destruction. It
leads to death. Back to whatI said, there's a way that seems
to be right. A lot ofpeople traveling and doing what they want to
do. It seemed like this rightback over in Kings and said when that
(26:51):
they were or is it Judges wherethey said that they were doing the people
did what was right in their owneyes. I'm not sure if that's Judges
or Kings. Y'all know. Tellme what that scripture is where it says
that the people were doing what theysaw what they thought were right in their
own eyes. I think that's inJudges. But that's what people are doing
today, whatever they want to doand what they think is right in their
(27:14):
own eyes. But God has letus know that there's a way that seems
to be right. So you bettermake sure that you are finding out,
you're reading and studying and learning foryourself so that you are not one of
those that are deceived. Hey,Tiffany, thank you so much for tuning
in. Sid so glad to seeyou. Right, we have to choose
(27:36):
is Jesus gonna be a friend oran enemy? Is he a friend or
folks? Let's look over in Jamesfour. All these choices, just two
choices, And I'm just talking toabout all the different spiritual decisions when we
make them this way or that way, God or the devil right or wrong?
Why to narrow? Hey, callum, thank you for tuning in.
(27:56):
Friend. I'm so glad to seeyou. All right over on, James,
let me see James, James chapterfour four. It's a no,
that's not what I'm looking for.Why mm hmm, I'm sorry one singing
(28:32):
That is not what I'm looking for, James. Or oh, yes,
okay, all right, so Jamesfour four it says you adulterous people.
Don't you know that friendship with theworld is hatred towards God. Anyone who
chooses to be a friend of theworld becomes an enemy of God. Amen.
(28:55):
We must live by faith and notby sight. Amen, anyone who
chooses to be a friend of theworld becomes an enemy of God. Or
do you think Scripture says without reasonthat the Spirit he calls to live in
us en these intensely, but hegives us more grace a man. Thank
God for his grace, y'all takethat in there, Thank God for his
(29:19):
grace. Can't be luke warning,it's right, He'll spew you out.
You can't ride the fends. Youcan't choose you this day who you will
serve? Amen? Amen? Youhave to choose ye this day, who
you are gonna serve? You cannotserve two masters? Hey, Margaret,
thank you so much for tuning inmy friend missus Lindsey said, just all
go and that's over. In Matthewchapter six, it says, you cannot
(29:41):
serve two masters. You have tochoose. All right, I'm gonna readA
I'm gonna give you one more scripture. Let thiek Matthew sixteen. Did I
let me see? Matthew? Ihope this is helping somebody. Thank God
for his grace. That's right, thank God for his race. But over
(30:02):
in Romans it tells us, hey, he walks the trip, Thank you
so much for tuning there. Overin Romans it tells us, do we
continue in sin though grace abound?I think it's Romans chapter six, verse
one. He continues to fgive usand give us grace daily. That's right.
His grace is sufficient and his merciesare new every day. Every day
(30:25):
you get up, you have anew opportunity. Thank God that you woke
up, and then do your bestto walk in the spirit. Right,
you can turn around every day thatGod gives you another day. You get
to see that day if you didwrong yesterday. Forget those things which are
behind, and press on to thethings that are ahead. And live your
life choosing. Every day you getup. You gotta choose to bury that
(30:48):
cross, to carry that cross, deny yourself, it says in Matthew sixteen
and twenty four. Then Jesus saidto his disciples, if anyone will come
after me, he must deny himselfand take up his cross and follow me.
For whoever wants to save his lifewill lose it. But whoever loses
(31:11):
his life for me will find it. What good will it be for a
man if he gains the whole worldyet forfeits his soul, Or what can
a man give in exchange for hissoul? For the Son of Man is
going to come in his father's glorywith his angels, and then he will
(31:32):
reward each person according to what hehas done. I tell you the truth.
Some of you are standing here willnot taste death before they see the
Son of Man coming in his kingdom. Definitely helping me. God bless you
and continue to use you for hisword. Amen, Thank you, sis,
(31:52):
thank you so much. I appreciatethat God's world will not come back
void. Amen, that's right.Ain't, Lisa. That's right. And
so God has told us that ifwe're gonna choose him, if we're gonna
come after him, we must denyourselves. You have to choose to deny
yourself the things of the flesh. When you wake up and you start having
(32:15):
those desires, you desire to whateverlie. You desire to overeat, you
desire to watch pornography, you desireto commit adultery. That's right. Thank
God for his saving grace, andit is sufficient. God is calling you.
You know, if God is callingyou, you feel God tugging at
(32:37):
your heart. He's knocking at thedoor. And say he stands at the
door and he knocks, and youhave to choose to open up your heart
and let him come in. Youhave to choose that. And I know
some people they feel like that issin or that seem were all the thing.
Yes, all have sin and followglory of God. But like I
(32:57):
said, do you continue in sin? You know you sinning and you just
okay, you're content with doing it, then you don't. You got this
question. Do you have the HolySpirit? Because when you have the Holy
Spirit dwelling in the side of you, the Holy Spirit will lead you and
God you, that's right. Yougotta move self out of the way.
The Holy Spirit will will let youknow when you're doing wrong. There will
be conviction. You will feel thatin your heart. The Bible tells us
(33:22):
not to grieve the Holy Spirit whenwe're sinning, and we have the spirit
of God in us. There's noway that you don't know that you're sinning,
and there's no way that you willbe able to continue in that sin.
That's right. We have to stoppracticing sin. If we follow,
(33:42):
we get back up, we keepon walking. But there are people that
you're shacking up, you're funicating everynight, you're living in homosexuality, you're
lying, stealing, cheating, killing, You're doing all of these things and
you just you just okay doing it. You say, oh, I'm a
Christian and you living with this man, sleeping with him every night, and
(34:05):
that's not your husband. But I'ma Christian. We have to evaluate ourselves,
check yourself, for you wreck yourself. It is by the grace of
God that we are saved, andwe are not perfect. Jesus died on
the cross for all of our sins, but we are That is the voice
He gives us to listen and todo the right thing. Amen. Amen.
(34:30):
The Holy Spirit will lead you andhe will guide you. He is
a light into our path. Acknowledgehim in all our ways, and he
will direct your past. If youdon't know, you can live seeing free
life. It's a choice. Youhave to choose you this day, God
turn you over to a reparation mind. You better preach, ain't Lisa,
(34:50):
and you don't want him to dothat? Step back and evaluate yourself.
We all have to do that, and we have to learn to walk in
the spirit, and we have toget in this word. We be transformed
our minds, that our minds betransformed and be renewed, and let us
our lives be transformed by the washingof the word. This word will wash
(35:13):
you, it will cleanse you,it will instruct you, It will lead
you and guide you. But yougot to read the word. You just
can't be out here living with ourwilling neely and not taking time to talk
to the Lord and get in God'sword. James four and seventeen says,
to anyone then who knows the goodhe ought to do and doesn't do it
sins. So when you know todo right and you don't do right,
(35:37):
you're sinning. He will show youwhat he wants from us. That's right.
He will not leave us in darkness. Amen. Amen. And so
when we don't know Christ, wemake choices. Though this life is all
the ThReD is. The people thatdon't know Jesus, they make their choices
(35:57):
just based on this life. Butin reality, those of us who follow
Christ, we know that this lifeis just an introduction into eternity. How
we live in this brief span oftime, this brief moment, determines our
eternal state where you will spend eternity. So when we come to Christ,
(36:19):
we have to give our lives toHim, and we have to give our
service to the Lord. Choose yethis day whom you will serve. Amen.
Get in your word, get onyour knees, talk to the Lord,
ask him to lead you and guideyou. If you believe that it's
okay the lifestyle that you living, ask God. God show me. If
(36:43):
you read the word, he showyou. There is instruction in here on
how we are to live. Iwant a blind and now I see that's
right, has a whole nother meaning. Amen. I felt that same way
when I understood the meaning of that. And like the Bible says, he
who has a hear, let himhear, right, And we're talking,
that's hearing with your heart what thespirit of God is saying. He will
(37:09):
come in and he will change you. He will cleanse you from the inside
out. I'm a witness and Iknow that He will do it for you
when you surrender to God. Doy'all know my testimony? Or to think
some of the things that God hasdelivering me from. And I couldn't get
deliverance from those things for so longbecause I was giving lips service saying that
(37:30):
I wanted to be delivered. Butmy heart, we live in sin,
and say, don't judge me.A tree is known by his fruit.
I don't judge you, but Ican't inspect fruit. Amen. And we
ought to be help us of oneanother. We can correct one another in
love. Right. I'm coming outof love. I hope everybody knows that
(37:52):
out there's graced in my words. And nobody feels like I'm being judgmental because
I'm not listening. Because God isstill dealing with me. He's still working
on me, He's still pruning thingsoff of me. He's still until the
day of Christ Jesus, He gonnacontinue this good work, but we have
to be willing to choose him andlet him do the work. Amen,
(38:13):
those strongholds that are in our lives, we have to fastening, praying these
these that these come out by fastereningpraying some things we're gonna have to fast
from to be able to break freefrom. But that is your willingness,
that is your choice, That isyou choosing. All right, Listen,
I've been running my mouth and itis pastime for me to bring on my
guests. Let me give y'all theintroduction of my guests on this evening.
(38:37):
Joshua Theo has managed to stay inhis own lane and grab the attention of
music lovers from all walks of life. With his unique blend of musical style,
powerful messages, and vulnerability, heproduces ear catching and inspirational sounds.
He experienced a miraculous healing from spinalinjuries of five shifted discs, out of
(39:00):
line hips and a pinch psiatic nervewhich made most physical movements intolerable. He
has overcome depression and homelessness, andhe is pursuing back into a successful life
from touring across the country on hisown independent tours along with being on several
(39:21):
national and international TV appearances. Heis bringing high energy and captivating crowds with
his lyricism and his flows. Rightafter this commercial, we will be with
none other than Joshua theo ain't nobody, Ain't nobody doing them? Bring you
(39:54):
can just take them. You comeon. Now, let's say it's trouble
on that behaved. Now he bringingup together so that we could take his
stand and only see his face andpay so and then he can he ever
lady, and he got a beef'staking up for right and that it's time
to stand. Get the simple wantsay my gods good when never think is
(40:16):
bad. He's a sign on myface when what is to be saying yeah,
he's my joy Joel. We takethat because there's why nod hello man.
You'll nobody say it ain't nobody, mad bud, never saying ain't nobody
mad, ain't nobody mad brother, never saying hello, Hello, Hello josh
(40:46):
with mee. I welcome to theshow man. I was listening to listen.
There was so many areas I wantedto interject on, but I was
like, I'm in the bag.I can't even talk. Yes, yes,
yes, you in the back andyou couldn't talk, but you are
here now, you're alive, Sowhatever you want to say, let the
Lord have his way. Man,we ain't got enough time to go back
(41:08):
on everything, so let's let's goforward, all right, Let's move forward
with Yeah. Nah, So I'myou know, super excited to beer what
you on today. You know,I know we booked it a long time
back, and you know the timeis finally now, so we finally hear
so everything we talk about, youknow, hopefully it'll be able to inspire
somebody and continue to go on toreach people later as well, because I
(41:30):
know you're doing the live so youknow they'll be up another spots later on
and stuff like that. So hopefullyour time spent is rich and it'll be
able to be a blessing other people. A man, amen, can you
adjust your camera a little bit forme? Come on up a little bit
where kind of where I'm at?Would you be able to do that?
Not showing all of it? Imean, were you just really low like
(41:51):
I could just barely see your chinis kind of cutting off on the It's
a little better all right there,Yes, sir, that's much better.
Shut up more straight for you.All right, Come on, So I
gave a little bit of your bioso about your testimony, and I'm not
sure exactly what aspects of you.Just jump on in there and share.
(42:12):
Let the people know what you feelGod is laying on your heart for you
to share with them to inspire themon today. So a little bit going
into what you were sharing earlier,it kind of leads right into it about
when you were speaking on the Bookof Joshua and how God sent them into
the land, you know, togo check it out. And then when
(42:32):
they came back, you know, they were the only ones to be able
to speak boldly and say, youknow, like yo, like, do
you not know how big our Godis? You know, like we can
overcome them, you know, todo this with David, you know,
when he went to go and defeatthe Goliath and everybody was afraid, and
you know, instead of seeing theproblems like everybody else, David said,
(42:54):
do you not know how big myGod is? And too many times we
can see in the bios the samemindsets of thousands of years ago live in
the same minds of people today, just with new faces of confusion and fear
and without being kingdom minded in knowingtruly who their God is and the relationship
(43:16):
they have with him. And likeyou were saying, you know, when
it comes to the curses, youknow, I was able to be fortunate,
through the blood of Jesus to breakoff one of them that I would
actually was consciously aware about. AndGod gave me the revelation later that it
was actually broken. And then Ifound out in a weird way of how
(43:39):
it stemmed back into my family andwho actually is stemmed back too, And
God removed it from me because allcurses are broken once you are born again
human being on the blood of JesusChrist. I even said, you know,
you know, curse to the peoplewho hang on a tree, And
(44:00):
Jesus was the one that became thecurse for all the breakof curses. He
became thin to be able to releaseall of us from sin that we could
be forgiven. So yeah, itgoes to Joshua and them going into the
foreign land. It was twenty sixteenand it was the second time of my
(44:21):
life actually heard God speak audibly outloud to me, and he said,
you can go again. And thenI began to you know, reply back,
and I said go where, andhe didn't say anything, and I
said, oh, okay. Youknow, so I felt like I was
kind of left hand, so Iwas like, all right. So then
I just went and spent the nextthree years in prayer seeking where it was
(44:43):
he was wanting me to go.And I got undeniable confirmation back to back
that he wanted me in Georgia.Where it was to the point where I
couldn't say I was tripping. Icouldn't say this was a lie. I
knew for a fact that God wasdirecting me to this area. So I
come down here, and I'm inhere about seven months. Right, some
(45:05):
things conspire seven months after I gohomeless and then so now I'm sleeping in
a car all around Georgia. Andthe only thing to continue to keep me
through that whole situation was my prayerlife, my relationship with Jesus, which
did number one key. Just likehe said, you know, in the
last days, he was gonna cometo him and be like, Lord,
Lord, what about me? Andit only like y'all casting people out using
(45:30):
my name, You cast the demonsout there, all these things, but
get away from me because I neverknew you, I never had a relationship
with you. So in the prayerlife of my communication, the one thing
keep me And I'm giving this ina nutshell because I know where we have
time for the whole thing. Butafter I was homeless, I was out
(45:51):
there like it was like thirteen monthsuntil I finally got into the house I'm
in now. But what was beautifulis that God never told me why to
go to Georgia. God never gaveme basically a strategic plan. He just
said go, you know, justlike he spoke to Abraham and he said
(46:13):
leave this land, get out there'syou know, godw you I want you
to go, you know. Andjust like when Jesus then later told everybody
to just go and spread the gospelto all the world, It didn't give
you really too much details. Youjust got go spread the gospel. When
I got here, that was inmy mission with him. The only thing
(46:36):
I knew of Well, I knowI'm called to spread the Gospel, and
I'm going to use the gifts thathe had given me, even though I
didn't know what I was actually doinghere. And I continue to see and
gather bits and pieces of it asI continue to go. So that's the
big thing about relying and living trulyby faith is that you may not know
the next step, but the nextstep is going to be guided and protected
(47:00):
because your faith is in Him.And I noticed that with a lot of
people, they're too afraid to makemoves because they don't know the plan.
Foolish. Yeah, one of theviewers just said, I'm scared, but
I know God is telling me togo. Yeah, and you know,
like you said, you know,I've not given you a spirit of fear.
You know, like they said, there's don't be afraid is mentioned three
(47:22):
hundred and sixty five times the Bibleone day for right. Right. So
it's like people are really quick toquote things, but then when it comes
time to live it, now it'sreal and your faith will be tested and
you will be proved to yourself ratheryou really believe this life or not right.
And then so when I came downand then now I'm in this situation,
(47:44):
you know, living in this car, sleeping all around Georgia, and
I would go to you know, any twenty four to seven spots, so
it was Walmart parking lots, andyou know it was you know, you
know sometimes like hotel, parking lotsand all these things, because I was
doing my best to do what Icould to gain money, to save money.
And I remembered once I got tothe point now where I was able
(48:07):
to actually search for an apartment ora house or whatever. I was starting
to look, and when I did, I searched all around Metro Atlanta.
All around Metro Atlanta, you namedthe little city. I've been there,
and I couldn't find anything. AndI'm just like, Okay, God,
(48:28):
now I know for a absolute factyou called me here to Georgia, and
this is where you wanted me tobe. And then before I moved,
one of the big undeniable confirmations hewanted me here. I was on the
phone with one of my friends andGod urged me to talk to her about
him telling me to move to Georgia. And you know, you got friends
(48:51):
you talk deep stuff too, andthen you got friends you don't really talk
the deep stuff too. Well, she was one of the ones. I
didn't really talk the deep stuff too. And then also want to tell him
some big thing like I believe Godtold me to go here. So I
was like, now, I waslike, I don't want to, and
I don't know if there's anybody elseout there that. When you know,
is God speaking and you don't wantto do it, this weight begins to
(49:13):
build on you until you do whathe says. And then so I finally
came out to her and I saidhey. I was like, man,
I was like, I got totell you something, and she was like,
what's up. I was like,God is really telling me to move
to Georgia. And she starts freakingout. She's like, oh my gosh,
Oh my gosh. I thought itwas just a dream. This is
crazy, Oh my gosh. AndI was like, what are you talking
(49:35):
about, and she said a coupleweeks prior to our phone call. Right
then, she said that she hada dream that I had moved to Georgia,
and then he said these things. She said that she was calling me
on the phone because her and herfriends were here. She said that I
was in the studio with a chanceto rap her, and like we was
about to have a big concert. She was calling to get tickets, and
(49:55):
then she started telling me about otherstuff with her family, and then she
started telling me. She mentioned aboutthe city called Conyers and wow, get
off the phone. My mind wasblown because I was like, what in
the world. And then I seenwhy God was urging me to talk to
her was because she had a messagefor me. That was another big hello,
wake up to get through my thickhead. And then so again,
(50:19):
now I'm down here and I'm lookingfor all these places, looking at all
these cities, and God bring backto my memory the conversation with her,
and I remembered the city that shesaid, Conyers, And I said,
how the heck did I forget that? So then I go to that city
and I searched all through it.I did everything in my effort, couldn't
find a thing. And I'm like, all right, guy, I know
(50:40):
you said Georgia. I know yousaid Conyers. And then he hit me
with remember some things don't come butby prayer and fasting. I said,
you're right, and I did notdo it fast. So I went on
a fast. I did a twoweek fast, and I did, like,
you know, just like certain thingsyou already hums. You know what
(51:02):
I'm saying, How can you goon fast? You'll figure out a way.
But I fasted from certain things thathe was, you know, put
on my heart not to do.And when I did. So it was
really amazing because I began to notjust pray like, oh God, please
give me something like oh Lord, please put me in shelter. I began
(51:22):
to specifically pray for a house, and then I began to specifically pray about
the specifics of the house. Ipray for the front yard, the backyard,
the amount of rooms with the floorswould look like, what the kitchen
would look like, all the stuff, right, man, Amen, I
come off of the fast and thenright when I get off of it,
I get a call from this ladythat I met down here, and she
(51:45):
says, hey, are you stilllooking for a place, And I said,
yes, I am, And shesays that she just got out the
blue call from a landlord of hersfrom a or ten years ago, asking
her if she knew anybody that neededa place because of her tenants were moving
(52:07):
out. So what the already showedme that was by being obedient, fasting
and looking to God. Not onlywill he set you up, he'll move
people out of your way to getwhat you're seeing. Come on here,
come on. So then I goto the place, and it was so
interesting because once I got to theplace, I realized first the address and
(52:30):
it was twelve thirty one. Andthere was somebody that I met down here
in business that was like some nightsI would stay at their house and their
address was twelve thirty one, andI was like, okay. I was
like, that's crazy. And thenso I get into the house. I'm
just super excited get everything moved in. And then once I get everything moved
in, I realized, oh mygoodness, I'm in the house that I
(52:51):
prayed for in detail on the fastthe amount of rooms, the floors,
everything, and the only thing thatwas different. I was praying for four
sided brick and it's a front brick. But every other hundreds of details or
to the tee and then working too, what I wanted wasn't really what I
needed right, And then God droppedon the scripture to me the Ephesians three
(53:15):
twenty when he says, I amthe guy that can do above, beyond
more than you could ever ask, think or imagine. Because as I continued
to walk through the house, thenI realized I was like, wow,
like I like hats. I gota lot of hats. I walk into
the massive closet and they had justput in these new beautiful two dark wooden
stained hat racks. And then Iwas like oh. And then I walk
(53:37):
in with the you know, themusic and the speaking. I have the
clothing line that goes with it,and I open up the closet and the
other extra bedroom and they converted thecloset into all these clothing racks, and
I was like oh. And thenone of the other really cool things was
down here in Georgia, it's realpopular where they have these things called vaulted
ceilings, like where they go outand then go up. Nobody knew how
(53:59):
much I love those, but God, every time, I like, these
are so dope. And then whenI walked into the master bedroom, it
was one that I've never seen before. It was double vaulted and went up
twice. And then so now stillto this day, every day I wake
up, I opened my eyes andI get to see that, you know,
and little like that fatherly love, like I gave you what you needed,
(54:22):
and then I also gave you morebecause I knew what you also liked,
right right. What was even crazierabout that is that before I get
to this other piece, is whenI was going around and I was sleeping
in all those Walmarts and all thoseparking lots. There was a specific place
(54:42):
that I kept finding myself in everynight. I didn't know where I was,
I didn't know anything. It wasjust a certain Walmart. And when
I would pull in there, Irealized like, oh, this is you
know that place again. And thenafter I was in this house, I
said, hey, man, wegot fridge everything back, Let's go and
get some groceries. I go aheadand go right down the road. And
then what I realized as soon asI pulled into the parking lot that oh
(55:05):
my gosh, this was that parkinglot that I constantly found myself in.
And I he knew. I didn'tknow I was in the city of Conyers.
I didn't know where I was at. I just knew that was the
closest place on my at what Iwas looking for a place, and that's
where I went. And then soit hit me and I realized that now
while I'm literally shopping for groceries nowfor this new place that I'm living in
(55:31):
right reativity where I was once homeless. As long as you don't quit,
and as long as you continue tostay consistent and trust or your literal destiny
is right down the road from allput up. I'm telling her to put
up the comment from Robin or White. She says, yes, stay faithful,
(55:53):
and he will show up every time, play things right in front of
you, the power of prayer andhis word. Amen. Amen. And
that's why people said, you knowhe who endures till the end. You
know, if you don't grow faint, don't grow weary. It's all us
not giving up. When you havea promise on your life. The promise
(56:15):
is already destined. The only thingyou have to do is not quit.
But me give up too fast? And why do they give up because they
doubt, They don't believe. Youhave to believe. That was what the
whole deal with Kate, with Joshuak They believe right, it was all
about faith. And then here's theother part that will blow people's socks off
(56:36):
again. So not only did Iwind up in the same city that God
gave my friend to dream about andtold me about, Conyers, And then
not only did I get a randomphone call of all cities that could have
been in and the lady told methere was now a house available in that
city, Conyers. And then thoughI get to this place and then it's
(56:57):
literally the house that I prayed indetail for on the fast. And then
I go and get the same addressas the address I was just at.
Then my hometown is called Pickwell,Ohio. In Pickwa there is a city
next to Pickwell called Covington. Andnow where I'm out here in Conyers,
the cityside Conyers, Georgia is Covington, Georgia. And used to go home
(57:22):
every day in Pickwell, Ohio,I would get off at exit eighty two,
and now here in Conyers, Georgia, I get off at exit eighty
two. So the thing that's mindblowing is when God tells you something,
don't allow your fear in doubt tooutweigh the promise of what he's taking.
(57:44):
Because the thing that he says isa promise. It's not an opinion,
it's not just a thought. It'snot a hey, you should consider this.
It is a promise. Man.We are made in the image like
our Father, but we are notthe Father. Yes two and says we
are gods, but we are godsof the God. So we are able
(58:06):
to be like him, and weare able to be a light. But
we are a light because we comefrom the lights. So everything he says
is a promise. We give opinions, we are able to recite scripture,
we are able to do all thesedifferent things. But whenever he speaks,
it's a guarantee. Don't ever allowyourself to get in the way of the
(58:28):
blessings that God has for you.And like a minute twenty left, so
go ahead, no, you're good, come on. So this is the
thing that I got earlier to goalong with that. Earlier, I was
cutting the grass right and I wasoutside. It was really hot. I
got like a little yard coat upon armost, like a little thin flannel
thing, and some sweats because whenI'm trimming bushes and all that, it
(58:51):
gets uncomfortable because you know, likethe leaves and the grass will get on
your legs or your arms. You'llstart itching right. And because I didn't
want to get uncomfortable, when Ikept it on, it made me overheat
and I got super hot, andthen I got a real bad migraine,
and then I was super uncomfortable. But this is the thing, is that
(59:12):
it got too bad. And thenI finally took the jacket off, and
I instantly felt so much better becausenow the wind was able to get in
touch me right. And too manytimes in life where we are too afraid
to get uncomfortable. And there's toomany times when we look at the things
around us and we don't want itto get in our way, but really
(59:36):
we're getting in our own way. That will make us uncomfortable are the things
that will make us immune to thingsand grow stronger than before. And a
lot of times all we have todo is take off these walls that we
build up. We have to takeoff this own clothing that we put on
that we is going to be ourprotection when God is only our protection.
(01:00:00):
On the full armor of God ofGod right here, he tried to go
and put on what we think isour own protection. And then yet our
own protection is going to cause usto overheat. Our own protection is going
to cause us pain. It's goingto cause us turmoil. And it's not
just then, but it's going tocontinue. Because as throughout the day,
(01:00:21):
I realized, Wow, I stillfeel like junk, but I continue to
pray and God would continue to takeit away. So we mess up and
you fall short. Through the bloodand through prayer you can be made new
again. But this is the thing, like I said, as soon as
I took off the jacket, Iwas able to feel the blessing of the
wind. As soon as you takeoff the armor that you trust in and
(01:00:45):
you take on God's you will thennow be able to be touched through the
blessings of Him. Because a lotof times in life, we are the
only one that is holding back andhindering ourselves. So we're blocking our vision,
we're blocking our mind and everything fromeverything God has for us. So
(01:01:06):
you can finally not be afraid toget uncomfortable, and you can take off
this fake armor that you think thatyou built, and you can go and
trust in God fully and really walkby faith and live the scripture and not
just read the scripture. Will tothen walk into your own destiny till then
(01:01:28):
you will only be able to talkabout it. You will only dream about
it, you will only long forit. But in order for you to
walk to it, you gotta starttaking action. You gotta take it off,
and you gotta walk into him.You got to walk with him.
And with that you're gonna be lostin the wind and all confused over and
(01:01:50):
over again. Okay, right foryou, that's right, He says,
faith things, hope for the evidenceis not seen. We have to walk
by faith, not by sight.Without faith, it is impossible to please
God, yep. And so wehave to make sure that we are walking
this thing out in faith, evenwhen we don't know our final destination.
(01:02:14):
He will order our steps. Itwasn't Joshua's timing. It was God's timing
and God's GPS ordering his every step. My God, my God, listen
now ya. I don't know ifyou're talking about Joshua in the Bible or
Joshua THEO, but either way,it was God. Joshua was timing.
It was God's timing. God alreadyknows the plans he has for us.
We just have to believe because itwill only happen in his timing. We
(01:02:37):
have to trust God's timing. Thatboy dropping some golden nuckets tonight, better
pick up what he's putting down.Preach all right, all right, Yes
he is. He has definitely blessedus on tonight and inspired me for sure.
I don't know about y'all, buthe has definitely inspired me to make
sure that the only armor I'm puttingon is the armor of God. Putting
(01:02:58):
on that full armor and not lettingthose walls and things that I feel are
gonna protect me hinder me from whatGod has called me to walk in.
And this is the thing. Don'thave fake faith. Don't have who come
on here, what listen, don'thave fifty to fifty faith. Don't think
that faith in yourself is going tocontinue to add to your faith in God.
(01:03:19):
Because sometimes when you go and youput on a shirt that you like,
right, and then you want toput on an undershirt, and now
that outer shirt is a little tootight and uncomfortable because now it don't fit
no more. Right, So don'ttry to go and keep your armor on
and then well I'm gonna put onGod's armor. You can't do that.
Trust him full, live in faithful it. You don't have to fake
(01:03:44):
faith. I like that. Fakefaith, don't do it. It ain't
gonna be good for you. Ilike that. I like that. Listen,
you have been such a blessing ontonight. I know that you have.
If you haven't encouraged nobody else, you have encouraged me. And so
I always like to allow my gueststo pray us out. But would you
like to do that? Uh,yeah, of course I will. And
(01:04:08):
also go ahead, bly twenty six. My new single coming out called Yes
Yes, Make for sure you beon the lookout for it. Move is
out right now. It'll make youhappy, It'll make you dance and keep
you encouraged in the lower it surewill. It'll make you move. I
like that joint. It's got likea little different vibe to it too.
Now go ahead and tell everybody wherethey can follow you and how they can
(01:04:30):
get your music and everything like that. Yeah, So the rebranding of Joshua
THEEO just happened. All the oldmusic will be on under this new name
soon too. But this project isspecifically to inspire the unity of God's love
to everybody and bring everybody together.People are only separated truly spiritually by the
(01:04:51):
spirit they possess or the physically culturethey grew up in. Culture is learned
by conversations. Conversations genuinely happen whenyou really care and love. So love
wins when we love first. Andall of this whole ep of these singles
coming out, it is different genresand cultural mixes and every single joint.
(01:05:14):
So the song out right now Move, it's reggaeton, it's Latin American,
it's afrobeat. It's hip hop allon one track, and it's the purpose
to inspire other cultures to go learnabout other cultures because break out of that
cultural bubble that most people are in, you will realize how much of the
same we all are. But peoplebelieve that everybody's different because they don't know
(01:05:39):
everybody. So it's just an encouragementto use the power of music to push
love and to push people to gettingout of your comfort zone and knowing everybody.
And you can go joshuwatheo dot comfor everything that'll take you to social
media and clothing, all the stuff, all the things. That's my hub.
(01:06:00):
All right, all right, joshuatheodot com. Y'all go check him
out, Go and support this youngman of God. All right, go

Dear Little God, so that weare truly hearing from You and Holy Spirit,

bad agendas of a human mind.Dear Little God, we are in alignment
with you. I ask you,Dear Lord God, that every listener that

but true, one hundred percent genuinefaith in You Jesus, that we continue
to walk as the men and womenof God you've called us to be.
I pray, Holy Spirit, youinvade the lives of all of those who
haven't received you yet, all ofthose who are walking on the fence,
Dear Lord God. I pray,Dear Lord, every single one that tunes
(01:07:32):
into this, they share it tosomebody else that is able to go and
get inspired. Because you have powerof all God, So we ask you,
as we continue to use this technologyin this platform, that you continue
to pour through the airwaves of everysingle platform and you reach generations with this
right now that aren't even here yet. Dear Lord God, you continue to
(01:07:54):
go forth, and you bless thesepeople, bless their minds, continue to
draw them in to be all whoyou can be, so they seem to
live in exactly who you called themto be, so they know who they
are, they know whose they are, and they're able to be in alignment
with you to fulfill the mission tothe maximum capacity that you have called them
(01:08:14):
to do, to serve you andlove you and love others as great as
they possibly can. And Jesus Name, Amen, Amen, Amen, Thank
