Poi incontreremo Roberta Garibaldi, uno dei massimi esperti di turismo enogastronomico in Italia e autrice dell’annuale "Rapporto sul Turismo Enogastronomico Italiano". Ci soffermeremo sulle Regioni più note per la loro offerta enogastronomica, sul valore delle aree interne del nostro Paese, e sul diverso livello di apprezzamento dell’offerta in base all’età dei visitatori.
