Il lato oscuro delle favole Disney
I cartoni animati Disney. Ahhh, che meraviglia. Quanti di noi sono cresciuti guardando, o meglio, consumando, le videocassette di Cenerentola, Biancaneve, La bella addormentata nel bosco, e chi più ne ha più ne metta? Guardare quelle fiabe animate ci faceva immergere in un mondo meraviglioso fatto di re, regine, principesse e principi azzurri, un mondo in cui il bene vinceva sempre sul male. E questo, in un certo senso, ci confortava, e faceva stare “tranquilli” anche i nostri genitori: perché quando venivano sconfitti il drago o la strega cattivi, anche le nostre più recondite paure venivano sconfitte e potevamo dormire sonni sereni. Chi lo avrebbe mai detto, quindi, che queste magiche favole, in cui il lieto fine è sempre stato d’obbligo, in realtà hanno origini oscure e macabre, e che la versione disneyana si discosta totalmente dalla versione originale delle storie a cui siamo stati abituati?
