Caroline McKenna is the founder and CEO of Social Good Connect, whose mission is to make employee volunteering simple. What does that mean? Well, charities often don’t know how to talk to corporates, and businesses want to make positive impact in the communities they are a part of, but don’t know who to speak to. They need a match maker, someone who can connect these charity needs and business wants. They help charities save time on recruitment and give access to a wider audience of motivated, skilled volunteers. For employers they help improve community impact and employee wellbeing.
