191 Dwelling in Your Heart & Mind: The Power of the Holy Ghost (feat. Ellora Nielson)

In today’s episode, my younger sister and I talk about the Holy Ghost and feeling the spirit. We discuss D&C 8:2-3 which talks about how the spirit speaks truth to your heart and mind.

There are lots of ways to feel the spirit: someone may feel an intense pounding of their heart; someone else may feel chills/tingles; someone may get an inspired message in their mind; another may feel at peace; and one individual may feel warmth in their chest … the list goes on. And isn’t it wonderful that the Holy Ghost speaks to us individually, in the way that works best for us?

I challenge you to ponder how the spirit speaks to you, and if you’re not sure, pray and ask for guidance. My sister and I both have a testimony that Heavenly Father loves you personally and has a plan for you. Turn to Him and He will lead and guide you. 🩵
