location remains unknown. His relentless intelligence gathering efforts lead him
to Galveston Beach, where whispers of a cosmic energy anomaly

his vigilant watch, the Zapper learns of cell phone footage
capturing Mister Perfect's daring rescue earlier that day. Intrigued, he

vantage point, weaving a web of intrigue to locate mister
Perfect in Houston, Texas. He suspects an anomaly holds the

location and grant him control over the world's energy and

the night and closes in on his target, the world
