Speaker 1 (00:27):
There is a darkness that drives the devils of her
own humanity, joined Danielle in text as they explore these
infamous minds. Hey, hey, guys, how you doing, Danielle? What
(00:56):
I said? How are you doing? Danielle?
Speaker 2 (01:03):
Okay, I'm fine.
Speaker 1 (01:07):
You lost your accent?
Speaker 3 (01:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:09):
I got uglier too, Yeah you did. Wow. Thanks appreciated, buddy.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
You know, I.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Don't want to argue, you know, so go along, right.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
You know, every now and then it would be nice,
you know whatever.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
You better check your estrogen level.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
Yeah, I think I need to. Yeah, we did this today.
Did this feels very familiar to me today? Does it? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (01:46):
I don't know why? Okay, I mean I don't.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
It's not like we've been here before, that's true. I
mean it's you know, why can't I find that background?
It's weird?
Speaker 2 (02:10):
You know, it was doing weird things to me too,
because I got it. Whoa, it was weird. I got
in here before you did, and it was there was
a blank background, and then I put Texas front porch
on there, and then it went black and then it
(02:30):
changed to waking up weird, and then I couldn't do
anything to it. And then I don't know.
Speaker 1 (02:39):
I don't know ever since they started making all these
changes to it, you know, and everything when they you know,
when they up the prices and all that kind of stuff,
and just so y'all know the you know, there is
a free version of this that you can use, but
we can't. I mean, we can't do what we do
and use the free version, so we have to pay
for this. But they did, man, they up the process tremendously.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
And yeah, no, it wasn't a little bit. I mean,
I can understand, you know, raising it like you know,
ten bucks, five bucks, whatever, but it was substantial.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
Yeah, I mean it was. And luckily, luckily I was
grandfathered in on the price that I had. That's what
saved our all of our bacon, really, because they were
wanting to charge three hundred dollars a month for kind
of stuff that can happen.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
And you know that. And that's other platforms as well.
I mean I was on another platform and I went
back and I checked that after stream Yard prices went up,
and their prices went up just as much. Oh yeah,
So I mean it's it's not like, you know, we
can find another one that's going to be cheaper, just
(03:56):
as good as stream yard. That allows us to do
what we do, right. But I mean, it's it's it's crazy.
I don't I don't get it. I don't get it.
It's almost like they don't want people to be podcasting anymore.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Yeah, it's almost like they're thinking AI is going to
take over.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
That's weird.
Speaker 1 (04:16):
Yeah, that's a new idea.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
Huh yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
So I want to talk about the and not just
the fires themselves. I mean, that's weird enough. And we've
heard all kinds of reports of like you, to day,
they arrested a homeless guy with a homemade flamethrower which
(04:41):
was nothing but a uh a torch that you can
buy at any home depot or even Walmart made freaking
flamethrower what they said. So there there's there's a perfect
example the media trying to fan the fires, as it were.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
Okay, no pun intended.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
Right. Well, then you have all these other people that
not just this guy, but there were several going around
setting these fires in La m hmm. Okay, then you
get the people that are dying in these in these fires.
(05:29):
To me, a lot of their desks doesn't don't make
any sense, Okay.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Didn't you say earlier today that they were trapped in
their homes their homes.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
Yeah, and and I brought some I was looking at
some of the of the circumstances of the articles and
stuff behind their deaths, and a lot of them don't
make any sense. But also we've got UFOs that are
being seen during the fires, really back and forth, you know,
(06:00):
So what are we looking at here, folks? Is my question.
I don't, I don't. I'm not too sure. If they're
not trying to cover something.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Up, it almost sounds like that. I mean, if you're
arresting somebody for you know, equipment that they bought at
home depot, I mean, I wouldn't think.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
He was starting fires, but I mean to call it
something like that, they're trying to that's blatantly trying to
cause panic to me, you know.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
Well, I mean we all we all know that that's
what the media kind of tries to do. I mean,
everybody's trying to be first on the story and something,
and you know, they don't always get it right. And
you know, that's one of the things that I don't
like watching about watching news.
Speaker 1 (06:59):
If I was that reporter that reported it as a
homemade fire flamethrower. I would be so embarrassed that I
would crawl into a hole because they I don't he she,
I don't know, did nothing but show pure stupidity, laziness,
(07:21):
and ignorance all in one shot. Because you're ignorant because
you don't know the difference. You're lazy because you didn't
do your due diligence, you know, and you stupid because
you posted it without the correct info. Okay, so you
got you, you did it. There's a hat trick right there,
you know.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
Right.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
But and I've seen the videos of these UFOs flying
in and now these alleys around these fires, and I
really really want and I wish he was in here.
I should have emailed him earlier and I didn't, But
(08:02):
I want to get Dwarf on here. Bigfoot Dwarf. We
all know him, but he changes handle, but it used
to be Brown Dwarf. He lives in l A.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
Really yeah, is he close to any of this?
Speaker 1 (08:18):
Or yeah? Yeah, he's real close. He's been filming, he's
been putting it. And if y'all haven't looked watched his
stuff on his channel, go check it out, because he's
filming stuff live of all these choppers flying over and
all this kind of stuff and uh, and he's a
great guy anyway.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
But.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
Maybe he'll maybe he'll catch this before it ends and
then we can get him to jump on if he's
not busy. And yeah, he works the smoke shop that
he that he works at or runs is Hey, Selena, Hey,
I guess we'll go through and say hell over Kimber
when we get all the ladies out of the way
real quick. That didn't sound right, but I'm no, it's
(09:06):
it's not what I meant. Okay, I'm gonna do I'm
going to do you all for that didn't sound right.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
The ladies.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Yes, I'm gonna say hello to all the ladies first, Denise.
And if your handle doesn't sound like a lady, I'm
sorry if I miss it. Kimber, paranormal Paulie. They catched that.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Yeah, I caught it. You know what, how do I
put you in time out? How do I do that?
Speaker 1 (09:37):
Right here?
Speaker 3 (09:51):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (09:51):
Listen, I've been giving him ship all day long, I
really have, Folks, didn't I see somebody else in here? Denise, Kimber, Hey,
big foot dwarfs in here? Hey? Cool? And Selena And Okay,
(10:12):
that's all the ladies.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
We got all the ladies.
Speaker 1 (10:16):
So hey, dwarf man, if you want to jump on
and talk about this stuff, I'll send you. I'll email
your link. Then we got Wedge and we got the
doors downs. Oh my gosh, girl, how you doing? And
(10:39):
you say, I I'm just seeing you around.
Speaker 2 (10:41):
Digit what the digit.
Speaker 1 (10:46):
Digital?
Speaker 2 (10:49):
Talk them about.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
That person?
Speaker 2 (10:54):
Where do you see digital? Oh?
Speaker 1 (10:56):
Digital digital? With the TiO I'm in. I am so sorry.
I'm butchering that. Hey mate, you see you stream pretty awesome.
Your streams pretty awesome, which is impressive. And I like
to also stick with you long term, man, if you
don't mind to be a dedicated fan of yours. Kindly
had me up on Discord as my usual. I don't
(11:19):
have Discord.
Speaker 2 (11:20):
That's weird.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 2 (11:23):
I wonder if I wonder if this person's from Australia.
Sounds could being Joanne has shown Joanne Brian is here.
Now you're doing the guys.
Speaker 1 (11:40):
Now, I'm just yeah, the lady is what else is left? See?
He just leaves me low hanging fruit to pick on
him today. I don't know what his deal is.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
I'm not how how is that picking on me? I
was picking on you.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Yes, Doris, this is your this is your hat hanging
in the background. Doris bought this hat put it in retirement.
Speaker 2 (12:06):
Wait, she bought it and you put it in retirement.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
Twenty twenty one. It is autographed and dated.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
Oh sweet.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
Oh yeah. And Kimra says, yeah that the Treasury was
hacked by China the other day. US Treasury.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
How in the world is that possible. Yeah, that's not
cause for concern at all.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
No, not at all, not at all. I'm not worried
about it.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
No.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
But the things that are going on, just with these fires,
I don't know a lot of it. Man. The math
ain't math. And I'm telling you, hey, Dwarf, I emailed
you the link. If you want to jump on you can.
So we've got I want to go over some of
(13:16):
these some of these deaths here. Okay, So you got
this one. Uh Anthony, Anthony and Justin Mitchell. Now Anthony
was sixty seven and he shared his home with his son. Okay,
(13:43):
they both died and uh he said, it's this is
this is Anthony, Anthony's other son that was interviewed. I
guess he said his father used a wheelchairs after he
had a leg ampotated last year, and then he refused
to leave his son, who had cerebral palsy and couldn't walk.
(14:08):
What I don't understand, he said. He spoke to his
father about five am Wednesday, and they were waiting to
be evacuated. But about thirty minutes later, his father called
another family member and said he could see the fire
across the street.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
So somebody was going to come and physically take them
out of the house.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
Yeah, they were waiting to be evacuated by emergency services,
is what I'm guessing. Okay, but they never showed up
until it was too late. Now, there's been twenty four
or twenty five people that have died, and they've all
(14:50):
been pretty much in the same circumstances. It like as
that Eren Lewis. Kelly Brianna is writing about her grandmother. Here.
She says she was sweet but stern woman knew just
about every every bin in the neighborhood. Okay, now there
(15:12):
you go.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
Mhm.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
Said she was. Said she was at the family's I'll
tad dinner, a home home where she lived with her husband,
two daughters, and grandmother. Okay, when she looked at the
window saw smoke. We walked outside, you could see a
(15:39):
regular she recalled. It didn't look like anything major. The
family was not in a rush to leave, but her
husband wanted to evacuate. They called the grandmother. She said, no, no,
I'm fine. You guys go ahead.
Speaker 2 (16:03):
And how close was the fire then, well, it doesn't say.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
They just saw a red glow. And then he got
Victor Shaw, which was sixty six. Evidently he was trying
to protect his home when he was killed Tuesday night.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
How was he killed by the fire or by somebody
trying to get into his home? Because I could see,
you know, you know, people evacuating their house and then
looters come behind him. Yeah, and doing that I could see.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Uh, they said they His sister said that they lived
together in the home and there's as a flame started
in gulf the property. She tried to get him to leave.
When I went back in, yelled his name. He didn't
reply back, and I had to get out because the
embers were, you know bad. I looked behind me in
the house and started to go up in flames.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
Imagine that you're getting out of your house and it
just catches fire, and.
Speaker 1 (17:07):
You know, uh, Rodney Kent Nickerson eighty three had reassured
lud Ones that he would be fine, and his family
and neighbors tried to get him to evacuate, and he
wouldn't go.
Speaker 2 (17:23):
See, my question is to these people, why would you
stay when you know there's something pretty dangerous coming right
at you?
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Yeah? I don't, I don't. I don't quite understand it. Now.
You got Roy Sykes, which is a former Australian child
star who was born blind and had several policies. He
died Wednesday after his mother said he was unable she
was unable to save him from the burning house. He
was thirty two years old.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
Wow, I mean I can understand that if things get
real crazy, real quick and people are disabled and they
can't make it out. But these fires have been going
on for a little while, right.
Speaker 1 (18:16):
Right well, and one of the big problems is one
of the big problems is they ran out of water. Yeah,
which I don't.
Speaker 2 (18:28):
Yeah, I mean, there there's other stuff that that can
help put out fires. I mean.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
Yeah, but when you run out of water, as it
is speaking from a former firefighter, when you run out
of water, you're you are severely handicapped, severely handicapped. Especially
one is as massive as this. There's no you know,
there's no fighting, and the resources are stretched so thin.
(18:59):
It's being, in my mind mismanaged. Why you're fired because
when they when I say they ran out of water,
I don't mean the truck ran out of water. I
mean the fire hydrants went dry. Wow, which I don't understand.
They haven't came out and said anything really about why
(19:20):
that happened. I know the mayor or the governor was
upset about it, which I would hope. So yeah, then
you've got Randall Lawrence myoed. He died in his home
corn his mother. His mother, Carol Smith, known that detectives
(19:40):
said it was most likely trying to save his house
when he said come to the smoke, and he She
said in a written statement that le lived and died
in the place he loved the most spoke. Last time
she spoke to him was Tuesday, the day the fire started.
He told her he could see the smoke and sounded
like he was on the vergeitteers. She pleaded him to
(20:04):
grab a cat and evacuate to a shelter, and he refused.
She says, I don't trust the fire department, and I
have a house. Yeah, I don't get at people leave.
If you can leave, then you've got dayless Curry ninety five.
(20:26):
She was killed. Her granddaughter was the last person to
see her alive and dropped her off at her home
the day that the wildfire ignited. When evacuation orders were
issued the next day, Curry was not able to make
it out. She said it was possible her grandmother didn't reserve,
didn't receive the emergency alert alerts, and we're unaware of
(20:49):
evacuation recommendations.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
I read someplace too that it was either the mayor
or governor or somebody that lives in La They were
on vacation during all this, someplace else, and there's pictures
of them that surfaced on the internet, them just having
a grand old time wherever they're at. I wish I
(21:16):
would have saved these, But I mean, if you're in
charge of a city like that, right, wouldn't you rush
back it was the mayor, wouldn't you rush back to
you know, help out, you know, do whatever, help evacuate,
(21:38):
help run things.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
Well, they were probably hanging out in Cabo with the
governor from Texas, Okay, because that's what he does. When
we get something really really bad happening. That is apocalypse
that we had a few years ago. Yeah, he went
to Cabo.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
Well it's warmer in Cabo and Samy Hagar's got a
bar down there, so you know, so she was in Africa, Okay,
Scott said she was in Africa.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Yeah, which was weird because she told when she was
part of her election thing she was not going to
travel internationally because it was a waste of money and
she needed to she needed to, you know, stay stay
around and take care of business. And what she did,
she runs off to Africa. Yeah, bad time in too
(22:34):
bad timing. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm blowing up my phone here.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
Denise had a oh sets out here. This was kind
of weird. Why did State Farm cancel insurance a few
months before all this? Mm hm again could be a
cover up. And then I found it a little ironic
(23:06):
that the football game between the Los Angeles Rams and
the Minnesota Vikings was moved from LA to Arizona the
other night, and ironically the name of the stadium in
Arizona is State Farm Field. I just found that a
(23:27):
little odd.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
So now we have authors to MONEU sixty nine was
a hang glider pilot for four decades. He died in
the Palisades fire. Was returning from a skey trip when
he learned of the evacuation order and he was heading
home to save it if he could. He was found
(23:54):
in the door of his home, apparently trying to defend
it out.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
Folks.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
Charles Mortimer eighty four. You're seeing a pattern here, A
lot of why why don't why aren't you making your
elderly your priority? Right, you're elderly, and you're and you're disabled. Pory,
that's what it should be. Was killed in the in
the Palisades. Spier's death was confirmed by Worse medical examiner
(24:26):
Kim W. Nikki seventy seven. She became a bit of
a recluse, retiring several years ago.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
And you know, when when there's excessive heat or ice
and snow or or something like that, any kind of
natural disaster, at least around here. I can't speak for
any other place in the country. I only know this place.
They're always saying, you know, make sure you check on
on the elder. They make sure that they have air,
make sure they have water, make sure they're not getting
(24:58):
out and uh hurting themselves on the ice and stuff.
I mean, I don't understand why they're not doing that
there either.
Speaker 1 (25:08):
I don't either. But see, and here's another one the
same this Kim with Nicky. They had had dinner, they
had her and her friends had went out to dinner,
and they went back to her house for cookies and tea,
and then in less than forty eight hours she was dead.
(25:29):
McMahon her buddies, who lives six minutes away, said the
area had to evacuate around three thirty am, but her
friend decided to stay. She said, no, I'm okay, I'll
pack a few things if I need to go, and
I'll walk out. I don't get it.
Speaker 2 (25:46):
What what I don't understand is people wanting to defend
their house against the fire.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
How how are you going to do that?
Speaker 2 (25:57):
Yeah, I mean I could see defendant against looters and stuff,
you know like that, but how would you defend it
against a fire or a natural disaster for that matter.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
Very very rarely does someone save their house. Okay, but
normally when that happens, it's a grass fire. Normally when
that happens, it's another it's the constructure fire that's next
to their house, and they're able to whet their their
property down enough to where it saves it. Okay, but
these are roaring forest fires. The heat that comes before
(26:32):
these things, these things are big enough to create their
own weather patterns. Folks, get the hell out. Why you can.
My question is, don't take no for an answer. Don't
take the go get them, load them up in the car,
and get them the hell out of Dodge.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
Zaipieing Zo eighty four was confirmed as a victim eighty
four a net Russellini eighty five. They tried several times
to get her to leave her home, but she did
not want to because of her pets. Take the damn
pets with you. She owned multiple pets, including dog, two
(27:12):
parrots in a canary. Okay, that ain't that. Ain't nothing.
Throw them all on the same cage, walk the dog in,
you're out. But I get it. Some people can be
people can be stubborn. Oh yeah, and I get that.
(27:32):
And as much as we want to victim blame here,
we really can't. This is a mismanaged and drop the
ball by multiple agencies. Okay, if you're going to issue
if you're going to issue an evacuation order and it's
that bad, you need to have people going door to door.
(27:54):
You don't have a choice, but you may. You don't
recommend evacuation, you make it mandatory. You get them out.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
Yeah, okay, especially the elderly and the handicap.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
Because they may not realize the gravity of the situation. Yeah,
you know. Yeah, twenty four to twenty five deaths, Andrew,
is what they're saying. Now, let's jump over and talk
about these UFOs that have been seen. This is crazy.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
Yeah, well I hadn't heard about this.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
There's video out there from news stations that were filming
this stuff live, filming the fires live, and you see
these things zip across the sky, the flames and the smoke.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
Yeah, they're getting out. Why isn't everybody else?
Speaker 1 (28:59):
Right? Wow, Andrew, I was just thinking about that. The
guy from Mount Saint Helens that said he would never leave.
That's a little different now, I mean because in my eyes,
because well, I mean, I guess you could have forced him,
(29:24):
you know, I mean, I think if I remember right,
he was eighty something years old, but he just said
he's he's not leaving at the mountain. Would take care
of him? That is not somebody in the right frame
of mind. M Okay, Strap him to. I don't care
if you've got a strap him to ajourney get him out.
Speaker 2 (29:43):
Yeah, yeah, and yeah, a lot of the I don't
want to be disrespectful to the elderly, but no, not
at all. I mean a lot of times. And I'm
guilty of this too. I mean, I'm nowhere near eighty
years old. You think that you know, you could take
(30:04):
care of your home, you can defend your home if
you will whatever, or you know you can take care
of yourself if need be in an emergency, Well, you
know you can't. You don't move as fast anymore. And
it's just not the way I mean, you should be
(30:24):
relying on help in these situations.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
Well and pyromedic mean, I mean me and him could
have a hell of a conversation here, and he's right,
you know, your pacts last thirty minutes, you're you know,
and if you're not excited, yeah, if you're not huffing
him puffing, yeah, last three best of or the hottest
smoke before being rendered unconscious. Sometimes yeah. Well, and I'm
(30:52):
not okay, I'm not blaming the victims, and I'm not
blaming the firefighters themselves. Okay, this goes well up the tree.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
Okay, they should have.
Speaker 1 (31:06):
They should The way these fires were moving, they're backed
up by the Santa Anna womens, and they are upwards
to eighty eight to ninety miles an hour. Okay, take
into account that, and then take into account the terrain. Okay,
it's very hilly. Okay. For every twenty percent grade, a
(31:26):
fire doubles in speed. Okay. Now if you take a
forty percent grade, okay, that that is quadruple of normal
fire speed just with no wind. Then you then you
put eighty mile on iron winds behind that. How fast
is that fire moving. You're not gonna You're not gonna
get out of there. Okay. No, when they they they
(31:51):
should have evacuated and made mandatory evacuations long before it
got to this point. That's where I'm saying it's missing. Yeah,
you know, I guarantee you there's not a firefighter that
hadn't that it was on, that was on, that was
had boots on the ground, that didn't want to save
everybody in there.
Speaker 2 (32:11):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 1 (32:11):
In fact, they would have probably risked their lives going
in and do it. Yeah, But the the emergency management
system completely dropped the ball. You know, the governor was
turning down, the governor was turning down help from other.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
Agencies, turning down help. No, no, no, we can handle this.
This is you know, just like small fire burning. I
mean that's just you know, mismanagement. You don't have the
right information. Whoever is feeding you the information isn't doing
a good job.
Speaker 1 (32:45):
So, I mean they were offered help from from I
believe it was another state, and they said, no, we
got this, and and they went with somebody else said oh,
you can help us, but no, we don't need your help.
You get you take every bit of help that you
can get in something like this.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
Yeah, okay, I mean I know firefighters from other states
are coming in that help yet now yeah, yeah, I
mean it's a little late now.
Speaker 1 (33:08):
But and I think last time I heard was it
was still like only fourteen percent contained.
Speaker 2 (33:15):
Yeah, yeah. And what I don't quite understand is all
of these private fire companies, I guess whatever, that people
have hired to protect their homes. Why why is that
(33:36):
an option? Now? You know, I could see that in
you know, a run on the mill, you know, neighborhood
fire whatever, But something this magnitude, why are they called
in to help everybody instead of just one one or
two houses.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
Yeah, freaky. The last they said, the last they heard
we start. I mean it's at twenty four to twenty
five now is the death toe, and it's gonna go up.
I mean if they you know, as they go through,
and especially the aftermath, if they as they go through,
they're gonna I guarantee they're gonna find more dead bodies.
Oh yeah, unfortunately, but this is this, This frustrates me
(34:24):
from from you know, from a first restaurant, from a
first responder's aspect of this. M to have your hands tied,
you know, and not be able to do nothing for
people that you know need help. It's it's a lot
to handle. It's a lot to deal with, right Brian, Brian, Brian,
(34:54):
Oh sorry, Brian Coast. Three years ago. From what I understand,
they cut out the budge it for brush control and
the development of fire breaks in the LA area. They
literally added fuel and increased the threat of mm HM.
I read there was one guy that pretty much saved
(35:16):
a neighborhood because he back burned. He did a control burned,
and the fire can't burn what's burned, because that's why,
that's why of the you know, the rule is stay
in the black because it's not going to back up
on you like that. Right, So he saved I think
it was almost a whole neighborhood or several houses anyway
(35:39):
by doing that, which hey, kudos to him.
Speaker 2 (35:46):
Right, yeah, I mean that's smart thinking.
Speaker 1 (35:49):
Yeah, you know, oh you may burn your pretty long,
but hey, who cares.
Speaker 2 (35:54):
I'd rather burn the lawn than lose the house.
Speaker 1 (35:56):
And nothing, nothing you do. And it's like he Briant
was saying, if you don't have brush control, mm hmm,
that's where that's where all these fires get their fuel.
You know, that's the difference between a healthy for a
healthy piece of woods or forest and non healthy. And
I'll tell you the difference. If you got a lot
(36:18):
of underbrush and stuff, that's an unhealthy forest.
Speaker 2 (36:22):
Okay, unhealthy if you huh unhealthy.
Speaker 1 (36:26):
Unhealthy Yeah, okay, that's why they'll like in Brown Springs,
we ran across some fires that were burning and I
mean we reported them. Well they were like, it's okay,
it's not going to go anywhere. But it was just
it was basically just burning underbrush. It was I don't
(36:46):
know how they started. Appeared to be maybe a lightning
striker arson want or two. But that sometimes that the
humidity is real, real high, and they've had rain prior
to that, and they get a fire in areas like that,
they'll let it burn because it will burn nothing but
the underbrush, and then it will that will in turn
(37:12):
make the for future burns, make them easier to fight. Okay,
nothing is if you're if your house is in danger,
if you've got the time, cut down all the trees,
get rid of of the shrubbery, you're all that kind
of stuff. Okay, because fire burns up, okay a lot
(37:40):
fashion than it burns across.
Speaker 4 (37:41):
Just say, yeah, So they're not even at twenty percent
control on this thing.
Speaker 1 (37:52):
No, let's see, let me look it up. Mm hmm.
(38:13):
Let's see here. Okay, So here's what we know. There's
critical fire conditions caused by Santa Anna winds. They got there.
They got the Palisades fire, which is the biggest one,
and four smaller blazes that they're trying to fight. Winds
(38:35):
were weaker yesterday, but so far, they killed twenty four people,
swept through forty thousand acres, destroying more than twelve three
hundred structures. The Palisades fire alone has burned more than
twenty three thousand acres and was only eighteen percent contained.
Speaker 2 (38:56):
Today.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
Accuation orders in effect for eighty eighty eight thousand residents
of Los Angeles, and eighty nine thousand are evacuation warning zones.
If you're in a warning to get out, folks, get out.
Speaker 2 (39:13):
Yeah, no kidding.
Speaker 1 (39:17):
LA County has declared a public health emergency wanted it
smoke and particularly no kidding.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
Yeah you think so.
Speaker 1 (39:24):
So we're looking at yeah, still less than twenty percent
contained on the Big Palisades fire.
Speaker 2 (39:31):
I mean, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (39:39):
I just there's a lot of there's a lot of
things about this that do not add up for me.
Speaker 2 (39:45):
I'm just saying, and I mean all of the you know,
like we talked about all of the people that have
have have died and lost their homes in this, and
all the wildlife as well. I mean, I'm sure they
have no place to go.
Speaker 1 (40:02):
Yeah, Bryance, he's being sort of secure. Don't worry, folks.
It's your fault for being in the wrong place during
the fire. We can't expect one hundred and fifteen pound
woman to carry a grown man. He was at fault
for being there in the fire. In the first place.
Speaker 5 (40:22):
Yeah, wasn't it just a couple of week a couple
of years ago where Hawaii burned real bad Lehana.
Speaker 1 (40:35):
We are you talking about now that you are you talking?
You're not talking about the volcano? Right or?
Speaker 2 (40:40):
No? No, no, no, this was let's see probably twenty it
was last year, really.
Speaker 1 (40:49):
Duke says, Well, no, Duke says, did anus see the
pictures the press conference with the La County Supervisor Lindsay
are her path where she was wearing an upside down
cross necklace.
Speaker 2 (41:05):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (41:05):
I did not see that. It doesn't surprise me.
Speaker 2 (41:12):
That's not right.
Speaker 1 (41:14):
Now, Dors. Dors says, my son is a firefighter, was
a well, I've been a firefighter pyramedic for twenty five years.
You'll never know the hell they go through. That is
absolutely true.
Speaker 2 (41:24):
Yeah, absolutely, And.
Speaker 1 (41:26):
I guarantee you they want of them out there that
wouldn't put their life on the line to save one
of these elderly people if their hands get tied from
you know, if you're not sent to the right places,
what can you do? You know?
Speaker 2 (41:40):
And it looks like the uh, oh.
Speaker 1 (41:44):
Well they're gonna get all the trick.
Speaker 2 (41:46):
That's seven hundred dollars. Here's seven hundred dollars for your trouble.
Speaker 1 (41:51):
That's awful nice. Yeah, yeah it was Maui. Greg Ogo
says Greg Don't you supposed to be working? What do
you do?
Speaker 2 (42:05):
Yeah? Great, come on, we think you're a big time
movie producer. Now there's Donny Schoe and.
Speaker 1 (42:15):
Don chou Is here. Don't worry, guys, Gavin Newsom just
started in an independent investigation to the start of the fire.
She'll get to the bottom of it. Uh huh.
Speaker 2 (42:24):
I'll hold my breath.
Speaker 1 (42:26):
Yeah. Yeah, I don't, you know, and I don't. I
don't get real political on this show. I really don't.
But no, see how you can dodge it on this
I just don't.
Speaker 2 (42:37):
Man.
Speaker 1 (42:38):
They dropped the our leaders dropped the ball, and that's
some big time I mean.
Speaker 2 (42:45):
Yeah, that that you know.
Speaker 1 (42:46):
I don't.
Speaker 2 (42:47):
I stay far far away from politics and stuff. But yeah,
I agree something something, somebody dropped the ball, somebody didn't
communicate right, and then you got the media just blown
it all out of proportion. I think at least now.
Speaker 1 (43:11):
Denise says she read that a man invested twenty six
million or something like that and always getting from insurance's
three million Greg, I'm sorry, sorry for your losses. You
had a frame pass away and he's taken off for
the funeral.
Speaker 2 (43:29):
More. Oh, I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (43:32):
Great way to make us feel bad.
Speaker 2 (43:33):
Thanks why sorry buddy, and we.
Speaker 1 (43:42):
Wah wah wah.
Speaker 2 (43:45):
Yeah, if we would have known that, we would not
have joked. I promise you that.
Speaker 1 (43:52):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (43:55):
So anyway, I hope your Tuesday is what is today, Wednesday? Whensday.
I hope your Wednesday's going good.
Speaker 1 (44:08):
Yeah. See, I threw you off last week.
Speaker 2 (44:11):
I know, I know, and then this extra show as well.
Speaker 1 (44:17):
I didn't twist your arm.
Speaker 2 (44:20):
Yeah you did, kind of. You gave me a look
like you know, you better be here.
Speaker 1 (44:26):
That was over the phone when I was texting you.
Speaker 2 (44:30):
You had the camera on.
Speaker 1 (44:33):
Yeah, I thought it was just that emoji that that
was the middle finger.
Speaker 3 (44:41):
Like.
Speaker 1 (44:45):
But yeah, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't know.
It's it's a it's a bad deal all the way around.
I mean, it's never a good deal. Don't get me wrong, folks.
But I know a lot of people talking been talking
about the cryptid aspect of this. I think we need
to talk about the human aspect of it. Yeah, you know,
(45:06):
the cryptis and other wild animals. Most of them are
going to get the hell out of dodge. Okay, you're
gonna have a few that get panicked and.
Speaker 2 (45:17):
Run, and they'll sense this before anything happens, really, yeah,
before it's too late.
Speaker 1 (45:24):
They're smarter than obviously, they're smarter than a lot of us.
They're getting the hell out of dogs.
Speaker 2 (45:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (45:30):
But yeah, but anyway, I just want I just wanted to. Yeah,
let's see uh oh man, I'm sorry, see uh latch
key hustle on YouTube. His mom's burnt his mom's house
burned down and the eating fire. Can I share a
(45:52):
video and go for an absolutely? Absolutely?
Speaker 2 (45:57):
Yeah, absolutely, And.
Speaker 3 (46:00):
I know and.
Speaker 1 (46:02):
I'll put it on the channel.
Speaker 2 (46:04):
Yeah, and I know all the all the football games
over the weekend there were the Red Crosses accepting donations
and stuff for everybody out there. So I mean, if
you if you can do that, you know, and you
know people need help.
Speaker 1 (46:24):
I used to be a very very big proponent to
the Red Cross. Hey, Mark, till I find out what
their CEO makes?
Speaker 2 (46:37):
Yeah, dorses.
Speaker 1 (46:40):
Do you think it is the sr B M that
is hitting the targets? And I don't know, I don't
(47:06):
I don't think so I highly doubt it there would
have been reports of that. I see, do you think, Well,
I mean, you know, and I get that people talking
about the UFOs maybe they're ballistic missiles and all that
kind of So there's a lot of stuff going on.
A lot of the people, I mean, they don't know,
(47:27):
you know, they're just trying to I think a lot
of us to cheat, trying to make sense of this stuff.
I'm going with UFOs of course. Well, I even hate
to entertain the idea that missiles are they're firing off missiles,
the trigger this stuff. Yeah, yeah, if there are missiles,
(47:56):
maybe maybe it's a kind of fire fighting technology. You know,
I don't know that'd be cool. That water missiles well
you know, I mean you can blow a fire out.
That's what they do with oat whales, you know, use
up all the auxygen goes out. Yeah, she's doing fantastic. Doors.
(48:18):
Thank you so much for asking. Hello.
Speaker 2 (48:31):
We're out back all right, A lot of crazy stuff
going on, and you know, like he said, you know,
we don't know what what else going on out there,
and I just hope to God that everybody stays safe
and they get out and if you know, if you know,
anybody out in that area, make sure check on and
(48:51):
make sure that they're safe. And uh, bigfoot dwarf, I
mean you'll be safe too, and uh just don't I'll
let it get too close and get out of there
before you get in trouble, before you can't.
Speaker 1 (49:06):
Pixie, I absolutely agree, absolutely agree, and I know this
is she goes right now. We must focus on helping
support however you can. The blame game helps no one. Yes,
break my heart. I have PSD from living through it.
What you can I have to step away. No, we're not.
(49:29):
I'm really trying not to play the blame game here.
I really not. It's just it.
Speaker 2 (49:33):
It.
Speaker 1 (49:36):
As a former first responder, it mm hm bothers me
to no end, you know. But y'all please just just
go to safety. Even if you just get a warning,
go to safety. If you see smoke, go to safety.
I'm just I'm begging you people, I'm just begging you.
Speaker 2 (49:55):
Yeah. And you know, you know, once this is all
said and done, then they can are pointing fingers and
and uh finding out who did what and everything. But
you know, until we know that, like Pixie said, just
you know, get in there, help help people. Whether it's
you know, sending money, sending supplies whatever, or helping them
(50:17):
get out, get out.
Speaker 3 (50:19):
Yeah, yeah, Jesus.
Speaker 1 (50:32):
Talk about being political. Yeah, man, I'm not gonna I'm
not gonna read that. Brian. I'm sorry. I don't want
to start the pot in no one we are you are, Yeah,
but yeah, I'm just I'm just trying to vent frustration
for everybody here, because when it comes down to it,
(50:52):
if you want to play the blame game, the blame
thing goes all the way up.
Speaker 3 (50:56):
You know.
Speaker 1 (50:57):
It's not the first responders. It's not you know, it's not.
It's not the victims. It's it's not because they could
have been told to go and they and they should
have had the means to go, they don't. M hm Okay,
y see, well buddy, thanks you sir, surely. Guys, y'all
(51:23):
all take care of Stay safe out there, Please stay.
Speaker 2 (51:25):
Safe out there. Be nice to everybody.
Speaker 1 (51:28):
Yeah, be nice. You know, when you can be anything
in this world, you want to be be kind. Okay
mm hm that We'll talk to you ol later, She denied.
Guys
