La diffusione di immagini e video intimi senza consenso, con l’avvento di Internet, è diventata una piaga sempre più frequente. Proprio per questo, nel 2021, Facebook in collaborazione con il Garante della Privacy ha lanciato un programma pilota finalizzato a contrastare la diffusione di questo reato sulle proprie piattaforme.
A partire dal primo caso di pornografia non consensuale portato in tribunale, Massimiliano Dona e Matteo Grandi ci raccontano come i social, grazie all’intelligenza artificiale, sono un efficace strumento per limitare e contrastare questo fenomeno e quindi proteggere le potenziali vittime.
