a week of being on the roadin Ireland, my wife and I checked
into a bed and breakfast in Galway. We had laundry to be done and
we asked the owner for the closestlaundry match so we could do our wash.
She said, you'll do no suchthing. She took our wash and

told us to go enjoy the sights. When we got back, our wash
was done and neatly folded in ourroom. These were little extras that would
not have been missed if not done, But since I've become memories and stories
we've shared. If at all possible, when the guests check out, don't
let them leave empty hand it.These items should not be expensive, but

tangible, such as a coffee mugand cover with the property logo with coffee
in it, A re usable waterbottle with the property logo, A small
book with the history of your propertyand the region your house, specialty or
local recipe, pete canister with yourlogo, A small picture frame of your
