Speaker 1 (00:15):
Again to another episode inside the industry, James barts Away,
What an incredible week it has been. We just had
the twenty twenty five Emmy Awards. I was there on Sunday.
It was great ceremony. Congratulations to all the Emmy winners
out there, and we will announce that later on in
the news. And over the weekend, we lost a man

(00:40):
who was a pioneer in the industry, not only as
an actor, but also as an Academy Award winning director,
mister Robert Redford, the man who started the Sundance Film Festival.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
He was also a recipient of the Kennedy Center.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
Honors there and got that award there around his neck
from a wonderful President Obama.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
But you know, we lost Robert Redford.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
It's credible, and that's again another icon of Hollywood. They
just don't make them like that anymore in this town,
and that's unfortunate. Are there some new actors that are
coming up that are good?

Speaker 2 (01:24):
Oh god, yeah, of course there is.

Speaker 1 (01:26):
But to fill the shoes of somebody like a Robert Redford,
to fill the shoes of somebody like a Robert de
Niro or any of those greats. You know, I don't
know if we'll see that in our lifetime. Maybe we will.
That would be nice. Anyways, moving on, so much stuff
going on. This is a breaking news that just came

(01:47):
in just a few hours ago. Very sad to say this,
but Disney and ABC are pulling the Jimmy Kimmel Show
off the air indefinitely. And they said this was all
surrounding Jimmy Kimmel's remarks that he made Monday about the

(02:10):
late conservative activist Charlie Kirk. During his monologue on Monday,
Kimmel raised a possibility that Tyler Robinson, the suspect in
the killing, might have been a pro Trump Trump a Republican.
A representative for Jimmy Kimmel didn't respond yet for any comments,
but on Wednesday, the Federal Communications Commission Board Brenda Carr

(02:35):
threatened to take action against Disney and ABC over Kimmel's remarks. Now,
as you remember Stephen Colbert, who won for Best Talk
Show on Sunday. They said that CBS pulling him was
purely a financial decision, but a lot of fans are

(02:55):
suggesting that Stephen Colbert was punished for his longtime history
of criticizing Trump.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
So two down what's gonna happen next to Jimmy Fallon.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
We hope he states on, it would be a shame
if late night talk shows were gone because they've been
a staple ever since Jack Parr and all of those
wonderful people that made the original Tonight Show Johnny Carson

(03:33):
an icon. So many people, probably you out there, were
conceived while your parents finished watching Johnny Carson and they
rolled over in bed and they had sex and they
made you. So you know, it wasn't like it was
a love American style. But I mean, seriously, though, with
all kidding aside for whatever is going on where they're

(03:57):
attacking Hollywood, it's got it. We would love to see
it stopped, but who knows. I have to be careful
about everything I said. My producer says, so we're not
gonna speak anymore on that. But again, you know, we
stand with Stephen Colbert, we stand with Jimmy Kimmel, both

(04:19):
two great guys.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Anyways, moving on, I want to before I introduce.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
Our guests, I saw this in the store and I
had to get this, so we're gonna try these tonight.
You know, my friend Mike Michaels was on a month
ago and he was the makeup artist that worked and
they got an Emmy for this for working on this
show Stranger Things.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
There is now Stranger.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Thing Cakes and two different flavors Code Red Cake Bites
and Hawkins Lab Confetti Cake Bites, and it has all this.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
Strange Thing stuff on it, so we will try those later.
What is the food you.

Speaker 1 (05:05):
Made tonight, James, you are asking, well, tonight, Daddy made lasagna,
homemade lasagnya and we have steamed mini summer squashes, so
that we're going to eat and drink and cabits and
talk and without further ado, let me introduce my wonderful

(05:29):
co hostess, the lovely miss Christy Loves.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Thank you, and also a very special guest.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
This lovely Latina is a wonderful actress that has appeared
in a lot of movies and TV shows that you've
already seen. She has a very impressive resume that we
will talk about soon. But we're very happy to announce
that this young lady is joining.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Our cast for Scissors Chapter two.

Speaker 1 (06:00):
Ladies and gentlemen, put your hands together for the lovely
miss Janet Lopez.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Oh, Janet Yay. So many things that.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
You have worked on everything from the Indiana Jones movie,
the TV shows.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
You've done some novellas well.

Speaker 4 (06:21):
I've done some Spanish TV as well.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
I know you've done some stuff on Univision.

Speaker 4 (06:25):
Yeah, I've done.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
And see I say it different because I'm Jewish, I know, right.

Speaker 4 (06:36):
TV. So I've also done some reality TV shows.

Speaker 5 (06:39):
There's a show that's kind of like the Bacheolette, but
like the Spanish version.

Speaker 2 (06:44):
Oh really, yeah, And it's a little.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
Mix us like a dating show with like kind of
like that.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
So is it like a novella. It's so if they
don't win, they go.

Speaker 4 (06:54):
Oh me why?

Speaker 5 (06:58):
Well, the the thing the different is that it's more
like an one hour episode.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
So you get to see the beginning and ending right
away in the day.

Speaker 5 (07:06):
Happened right after I eliminate them, So it's kind of
like it's a lot faster than ongoing you know, bachelor.

Speaker 4 (07:14):
And yeah, so I was a bachelortte.

Speaker 5 (07:18):
I got the shoes between the guys and they got
they had to impress me, and so.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
That was kind of interesting.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
And when was this Oh.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
Gosh, I don't even know when it came.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
Out, but but I mean, how did you film it? Oh?

Speaker 4 (07:33):
How long did it take to film? You made her?

Speaker 2 (07:35):
How long ago? Oh?

Speaker 4 (07:36):
I think it wasn't that long ago. It must have
been like like a couple of years ago. But the
thing was.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
And then right after that, I did another show, another
reality show in Spanish where it's called the Grand Surprise,
and that one was so I took my mother.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
Because she really had had a vacasion.

Speaker 5 (07:52):
She was she took good care of us and she
was a mom that could clean and everything plus work,
and so we took her on a crew and that
was the first surprise.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
The second surprise was.

Speaker 5 (08:03):
One of my siblings was hiding on the cruise, so
she thought it was just us, and then my sibling
came out and then she got a makeover, and the
list goes on.

Speaker 4 (08:12):
I was like a surprise at the surprise.

Speaker 5 (08:14):
And then we had a long lost relative that was
reunited with us as.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
Well years later.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
And what's the new acting world that you have? No?

Speaker 5 (08:24):
Yeah, well was sisters too. Yeah, I'm going to be yes,
I'm playing the detectives. She lived Sheilia. Yeah, so I'm
excited about that. And I love the way she's introduced
in the film and how she came about. It just
didn't it just seems to fix so perfect in a way.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
You did a great audition, Thank you so much.

Speaker 5 (08:47):
Yeah, and I'm also producing a short film right now.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
It's called Hospital Chaos as well.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
Is that the union?

Speaker 5 (08:55):
Uh yeah, so while we're working on that, but for
now it's just uh a short film concept. So what
I want to do is a concept and then produce
it as a pilot, as a SAG pilot.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Okay, yeah, good deal.

Speaker 4 (09:08):
Yeah, to make it a TV series.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
Now.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
An interesting point is you could make these ultra low
budget films or a short film and still get that,
but you have to get that approved from the union.
But if SAG after approves that, then you can have
SAG actors in there.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
Yes, which is much better.

Speaker 4 (09:30):
Way better. Yeah, I know, well that's the one.

Speaker 5 (09:32):
The idea is to have to actually do a TV
pilot when our TV pilot, but yeah, we're just doing
like a little promo and then the TV pilot would
be longer, it would be SAG.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
It will be of.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
Course, I'm doing a comedy series like that, so I
know what you're going through. Yeah, yeah, it's definitely, but
I want to get that that talent in there.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Oh yeah, god, oh.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
Yeah, we want union. I want Union.

Speaker 5 (09:57):
I mean, I'm union too, but it's nice to have
professional song actors in it for sure.

Speaker 6 (10:02):
Christ No, but yes, no, not yet.

Speaker 4 (10:07):
I'm trying to get it.

Speaker 6 (10:09):
Yeah, so far away from it, but it's okay.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
Yes, So I have a.

Speaker 6 (10:13):
Question real quick, Okay, So between reality TV or reality
show versus an actual like show, which or actual movie?

Speaker 4 (10:22):
What do you like better? You know what I'm going
to tell you.

Speaker 5 (10:25):
I love acting and I like that more because as
an actor, you get to play different roles. You get
to kind of like you have a lot of emotion.
You're still you, but you're bringing different parts of you
into the care and it's the character becomes you.

Speaker 4 (10:40):
And there's a huge difference reality TV. You're yourself, You're
just being you.

Speaker 5 (10:46):
But it's yeah, well you know there is there is
parts that there you kind of know what's going to happen,
or sometimes you don't, but for the most part it's
kind of you're kind of geared a little bit and
on that. But why do I like reality TV and
I like being myself? I think I just love being
an actor more. Yeah, And there's a reason why I joined,

(11:10):
you know, why why I became an actor and why
I fell in love with it, and that was really
to escape my own reality, you know, get away from
what's what's real and what's over there and come over here,
over here and become detective.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
Now, you told me there's some drama out where you lived,
that they were bombing the synagogues out there, and you
wanted to get out of that neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (11:32):
Yes, yes, So I lived in a Jewish neighborhood, a
Mexican so and it was oh, my goodness, I wanted
to say orthodox, but ultra.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (11:43):
They were not reformed acid. They were ascetic Jewish Jewish people.
And yeah, they were my neighbors.

Speaker 1 (11:50):
I love them, and I mean I love them because
they treated me with the racists were coming in there.

Speaker 2 (11:54):
Yeah. So during this.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
Time, and I'm pretty sure a lot of people saw
it on the news.

Speaker 5 (11:58):
They were shooting at the people at the Jewish people
at the synagogues. And so one of them got shot
and then another one got shot and shot at And
so this is.

Speaker 4 (12:09):
Right there, right in the corner where I live. So
for me, it was close to literally home.

Speaker 5 (12:14):
And so I love walking, you know, we do like
night walks and stuff. And during the Sabbath, a lot
of Jewish people will walk out like we're just walking.

Speaker 4 (12:23):
People are walking.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Well, that's the whole thing. You're not supposed to drive.

Speaker 5 (12:26):
Yeah yeah, And by the way, I would be considered
a gentile in this situation. But I mean the Jewish people,
they have their their thing with on the Sabbath.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
They don't drive, so they put her in a gang
out there a Jewish kang called.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
So I was. But anyways, that was the night and
we were out and about in U a next thing.

Speaker 5 (12:49):
D no, no, no, it's just like us walking where
just everybody walks. The neighbors walk, everybody walks. And so
I see this guy in a backpack and I was
just coming walking and there's this guy in the backpack
running and he's in a backpack and there's something sticking
out of his backpack. I thought it was weird because

(13:10):
like we kind of all knew yeah, and I don't know,
I know, that's weird.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
That guy looks like he's up to no good. I
really just thought he was maybe trying to like, I
don't know, raw cars or I don't know. It's very rare.
This neighborhood is really nice and there's nothing going on there.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
But that's the whole thing.

Speaker 4 (13:27):
There's no action.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
Neighbor.

Speaker 4 (13:31):
Yeah, and usually you don't see something like that.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
So Robin Hood stole from the rich, not the poor.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
So when I saw that something was off and I
just kept walking, and all of a sudden, I see
the police car and he's like, hey, did you see
anything suspicious? Did you see a guy running with a rifle?
And I was like no, But then he's I was like,
wait a minute, and he's like, he's wearing a backpack.
And that's when everything clicked and I was like, wait,
I just saw this guy. He has a backpack and
there's something sticking out and then like where he was

(13:59):
holding a rifle.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
Wow, Well I pointed that way and they ran out.

Speaker 5 (14:04):
They went after him. I'm sure they caught him because
it wasn't too long after that. But yeah, they did
catch the first guy that shot at the synagogue.

Speaker 4 (14:11):
They caught him right away.

Speaker 5 (14:13):
And he was coming from like from like I think
some Aredino County or somewhere further, and he was upset
with somebody that he had met that was like they
said I do or whatever, So he kind of wanted
to associate that with now this other person. I don't
know the whole story or the backstory, but after that,
I kind of was like, there's a lot going on

(14:34):
in this neighborhood.

Speaker 4 (14:35):
I need to get out of here.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
Thank God.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
Yes, yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
So you moved yourself and your family and you got
out of that neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (14:43):
I got out of that neighborhood because I was worried
for my well, I was getting concerned. I was getting
a little out there, like, yeah, and what's going.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
On right now with everything outside of.

Speaker 4 (14:52):
The United States and everything.

Speaker 5 (14:53):
And I was like, oh, I'm in the middle of
this neighborhood and I might just I don't know.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
I don't want to be. I don't know anybody targeted,
but you know, you're kind of in the middle of this.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
And you've noticed these ice rains too.

Speaker 5 (15:05):
Yeah, I noticed ice rice too, And yeah, I carry
a wig and a hat and everything ready to go blonde.

Speaker 4 (15:12):
And be like I'm from Swing Home, Obama. Baby, Oh
my god.

Speaker 5 (15:22):
My god, bless the officer from Sweet Home, Alabama.

Speaker 2 (15:27):
Why is your name Lopez?

Speaker 4 (15:29):
I'd be like, Oh, I got mersaitizen. I made him
went through the K one.

Speaker 5 (15:35):
Visa upset Latin here Yeah, as a Latina.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
It's a Latina in California.

Speaker 4 (15:45):
I feel like, I don't know, I feel like a
lot of mine armis probably feel this way.

Speaker 5 (15:48):
But yeah, I feel like we're we're being discriminated against
and targeted, and it's kind of scary, especially when you
are I remember we went to the East Area for
a film festival.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
Yeah, and there was a lot of.

Speaker 5 (16:04):
You know, there was a lot of rays going on
and ice and stuff like that, and a lot of
the people that were there that were minorities, not even.

Speaker 4 (16:11):
Mexican, not Mexican, but Latinos and even Asians.

Speaker 7 (16:15):
Were afraid during this film festival, and so as soon
as the film festival and they were like, we're gonna leave,
and you know, I'm a uss and to clear the record,
but ultimately it's just because of the way we look.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
And so, and we understand why they're they're trying to
get the criminal element. But a lot of these people
being detained are not there. They're women, their children, They're
not being.

Speaker 5 (16:38):
Yeah, they're probably stay at home mothers or women that
work and they're taking care of the firm.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
They were just out at the store at the supervising.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
They were picked up.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
But you know, I talked to George Lopez, you know,
and and it's saying the same thing.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
It's terrible.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
Now the farms don't have people to work, yeah, to
pick things well.

Speaker 5 (17:01):
And prior to the ice rates, there was already a
shortage field workers.

Speaker 4 (17:06):
So yeah, I can imagine now it's going to go.
What are we gonna do?

Speaker 1 (17:10):
I mean, the price of these vegetables, it's gonna skyrocket.
Oh yeah, I mean I think the squash that I
got was nine dollars for a little package of little
summer squashes.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (17:22):
Yeah, they don't have enough people to pick the you know,
to work in the fields and everything.

Speaker 4 (17:26):
They're literally going to fields, targeting people who work there. Yeah,
that's crazy. Yeah, it's crazy.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
You've got this little thing that I did up in
the steamer, this little thing vegetables nine dollars.

Speaker 4 (17:42):
I mean the prices going up.

Speaker 5 (17:43):
We were low on beans already prior to the the rates,
but now we're really.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
Low on like really beans.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
Yah.

Speaker 5 (17:52):
I mean I'm assuming that at this point, and I
saw something where they were actually bringing So not only
are they getting they go to the fields and they
were deporting people, but they are looking for people to do.
But they also were going to Mexico and bringing more
people in to work in the fields to replace the
people that left.

Speaker 4 (18:13):
Yeah, so they're bringing more people in. So I was confusing.

Speaker 5 (18:16):
They're like, wait a minute, the people that are here
that are working already, you're getting rid of them, But
then you're bringing more people to work in the fields.
And I'm like, why not just like find a way
to maybe the people that are already here working in
the fields, maybe give them a work permit.

Speaker 4 (18:29):
Yeah, yeah, I agree.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Yeah, this is what we're having tonight. Girls.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
Oh my goodness.

Speaker 1 (18:34):
So yes, I'm worried that it got a little dry there,
but I think it's going to be okay.

Speaker 4 (18:40):
Oh that was so delicious.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (18:44):
By the way, I am secretly like a detective. I
am really good at catching cheaters. Oh really yeah? Oh yeah,
my god.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
So it was it was kids meant that Harry brought
you in to read for this, Yes.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
Yes, and I was meant to be.

Speaker 5 (19:00):
But yeah, I've caught many cheaters with my friends and everything.
They always come to me and be like, Janet, can
you investigate what's going on?

Speaker 4 (19:07):
Wow? So what is your secret? I have many secrets?

Speaker 6 (19:10):
Okay, so I'm totally interested. Are you able to spill
spill the secrets or is it just some arena.

Speaker 4 (19:22):
But I'll tell you one thing.

Speaker 5 (19:23):
There is a Facebook group okay for us women we
want to go and see maybe investigate if your man
is someone maybe there's somebody else somebody else is. But
it's very it's a good thing. I use many tools
for my investigations.

Speaker 4 (19:41):
Wow, but that is one of the many tools.

Speaker 5 (19:44):
And it has worked where women have come forward and
you know, say yeah, I went out with that person
and I know this person and I mean they know
details that no, no.

Speaker 4 (19:54):
On that's they or yeah, yeah seeing that person.

Speaker 5 (19:57):
So that's a really good tool I think for women
to going women each other and be like, hey, I'm
going on with the same guy.

Speaker 4 (20:06):
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (20:07):
Chris, you have a book coming up.

Speaker 4 (20:09):
Yes I do, so, you guys you got to check
it out.

Speaker 6 (20:13):
It's called Pastor to porn Star, Holy to Horny. It's
very freaking amazing. It's so good, a smart memoir.

Speaker 4 (20:21):
So sign up.

Speaker 6 (20:23):
Often Christie vip dot com to be the first to
be notified when it actually launches.

Speaker 4 (20:29):
And the other way around or the other way around,
you know. I have a pastor. Yeah, pastor, but you
went from pastor to porn star, not porn stared pastor. No,
my goodness, yes there was a girl who did that.
Yeah it was.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
Jennier Presley.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
Yes, yeah, we actually know each other. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (20:54):
Yeah, So my story is a little bit different. I
focus on the grace of God and how yes, we
all have junk inside of us, and I don't.

Speaker 5 (21:04):
Say yeah yet grace and yeah forgotness's perfect.

Speaker 4 (21:10):
Yeah yeah, yeah, So I.

Speaker 1 (21:12):
Don't go from like I love how you say no
one's perfect and you looked at the the guy over here.

Speaker 4 (21:19):
Yeah, I know your skeletons. Yeah. So yeah, I just.

Speaker 6 (21:26):
Kind of talk about like how Jesus died for sinners
and I and we live under his grace. But I
feel like a lot of Christians like they say, oh, well,
if you don't stop sinning, which is impossible, it's.

Speaker 4 (21:40):
Like you lose your salvation.

Speaker 6 (21:41):
And I don't believe in that.

Speaker 1 (21:42):
I believe, please Mary, I don't. Yeah, those people that
go shame on you with this finger going.

Speaker 6 (21:52):
Yeah yeah, oh absolutely, it's it's funny. I get a
lot of hate and I was reading my hate mail today, yeah,
on the comments, and one guy was like, oh, I
don't agree with this, and you're you know, you're so hypocritical,
blah blah blah. And then I go onto his Facebook
and the first thing he writes is on his like

(22:13):
little tagline is flawless. Dad, Kay, You're not flawless.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:24):
So, Janet, we're so happy to have you on this
brand new project.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
And we have a trailer. It's a world premiere of.

Speaker 1 (22:35):
The official Scissors Chapter two trailer, and we would love
for people to please go to our Indiego Go campaign now,
I mean, watch the show and then afterwards, go whatever
you can donate. We're doing the indiegog campaign to help
raise some money, so whatever you can do.

Speaker 2 (22:54):
And there's a lot of perks.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
If you donate a certain amount of money, you get
to be an extra in the movie.

Speaker 4 (23:00):
Well yeah, I think that's exciting.

Speaker 1 (23:01):
Yeah, and we need some extras in our scenes in
the detective office walking around the background you seem law
and order and you see those guys walking around the background.

Speaker 5 (23:11):
It's great to have that kind of experience on set.
Also help with the project.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
I get to work with us. Yes, all right, Andrew,
can we throw up that trailer right now?

Speaker 2 (23:24):
This is the trailer for Scissors chapter two. Well, welcome back.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
It's inside the Industry with James Bartlight, Christy Love is
here and the lovely missus Janet Lopez, who's joining us
in the cast.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
There for Scissors chapter two.

Speaker 1 (23:46):
And we're going to dig into this delicious homemade lasagna
that I made with the expensive baby summer squash that
were nine dollars for a little tiny thing of this
but steemed it.

Speaker 6 (24:01):
Oh wait, I really have to take a little photo
of it.

Speaker 4 (24:04):
I'm a foody.

Speaker 6 (24:05):
I love taking photos.

Speaker 4 (24:07):
That's solicious.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
Now, I told you we have the Foodies TV channel,
So you're gonna join me to do a taping sometime, right, Ja,
And I know Christy, you and I have been talking
about doing a segment over at the Farmer's Market hop
by your house.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
Over there in Hollywood. Yeah, that would be great. All right.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Our phone number is eight one eight two three one
two five eight zero. Let's take our first call the night,
good evening.

Speaker 2 (24:33):
Call her. Who's this? Where are you calling from? Hey, James,
Jon it's Jason. Okay.

Speaker 1 (24:41):
Now, Jason, we're gonna limit you to one call a night.

Speaker 2 (24:44):
Okay, because you call it and other callers aren't able
to call in because you've got the line tied up.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
But I think we've gotten no software installed so we
could put people on home anyway.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
So, uh, Jason, you are calling from the love your movie?
What's that?

Speaker 1 (25:04):
I love your movie?

Speaker 2 (25:05):
Christy, Christy, Christy? Yeah, thank you, thank you. I watched them.
Now I have a question to ask you, Christie. Do
you have v R movie?

Speaker 6 (25:21):
I'm sorry, could you say that again?

Speaker 2 (25:24):
Virtual reality?

Speaker 1 (25:25):
Do you have any v R movies?

Speaker 2 (25:26):
Yes? She did answer that last week. She does.

Speaker 4 (25:33):
Yes, that's correct, she does.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
Yeah, she does. Now, Jason, you've got to memorize these
these answers to these questions. You could win a super ru.

Speaker 5 (25:45):
Right, I gotta remember your guest name game.

Speaker 2 (25:48):
You do? Now? I say hello to the lovely Janet Lopez. Yay, hello, Jenny.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Jan it's Janet Lopez. She's a mainstream at Jennet. Yeah, Janet,
and you were in Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
Yes, big movie.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
Wow?

Speaker 2 (26:07):
Yeah, yes that.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
I've been in a couple other movies as well.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
Yeah, yeah I was.

Speaker 4 (26:13):
Have you ever have you ever watched TV?

Speaker 5 (26:15):
I've also been reanagmants for Tattoo nightmers.

Speaker 4 (26:19):
I don't know if you.

Speaker 5 (26:20):
Oh yeah, yes, I've been on that and a couple
other movies.

Speaker 4 (26:25):
But there's an Amazon show that I've done.

Speaker 2 (26:29):
And Nanny Amazon's great, yeah, and I've done and.

Speaker 4 (26:31):
Then a movie called Love Me Stupid. I'm in that one.

Speaker 2 (26:34):
Oh yeah, I was going to watch that tonight. Oh really, yeah, seriously.

Speaker 6 (26:40):
Yeah, I'm yeou I love it looks so good?

Speaker 4 (26:44):
Was delicious good? Definitely?

Speaker 2 (26:47):
I know.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
I know it looks like you know, school lunchtime, you know,
but I mean it is so delicious that came out
really good, right, girls.

Speaker 4 (27:00):
Very different.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Yes, So I start cooking.

Speaker 1 (27:02):
I start cooking at around eleven twelve o'clock in the morning.
Oh wow, fairly, and to get ready for the show tonight,
you know. But I do that every week and I
love cooking and it's just so fun. And this is
stuff that you which camera and we're talking to here, okay,
this one. These are simple little recipes that you could

(27:25):
do at home, Jason. So you know, single wise, like
you a single couple, well, they wouldn't be called single,
I mean a small couple would be able to do this.
I mean these are little simple things that you could
do at home. I know, this one actress and she
spends over fifty thousand dollars.

Speaker 2 (27:47):
A year because she calls Uber eats every night to
deliver her food. She won't cook, she don't cook.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
She gets Uber Eats and she's got two pets and
they get like Uber Pet.

Speaker 4 (28:04):
Everybody's just Uber eating.

Speaker 2 (28:06):
Uber eating, Yeah, pets her.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
And I said, Honey, I go, are you really making
that much money that you can justify spending over fifty
sixty dollars here?

Speaker 2 (28:19):
That is a lot of money.

Speaker 5 (28:21):
That's a lot of money throw away, a lot of money.

Speaker 4 (28:25):
Mm hm oh yeah. Does she work out a lot?

Speaker 2 (28:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (28:29):
Okay, I was gonna say, because she goes on the set,
she films, she goes to the gym, and then she
sits at home and orders Uber Eats.

Speaker 4 (28:39):
Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (28:40):
Yeah, and that's her meal plan.

Speaker 4 (28:42):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
And she's still in very good shape. But I mean,
it's still the bottom line. Is this the economy being
the way it is the price of food, the groceries Oi,
you get two bags of groceries and that's one hundred
and twenty five and thirty dollars right there, right right, James.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
I just wanted to a couple of days ago.

Speaker 5 (29:03):
Been one hundred and nineteen dollars.

Speaker 1 (29:05):
It didn't look like I got anything.

Speaker 5 (29:07):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, easily like three hundred dollars every time
you go.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
So there are there are channels, there shows on YouTube
where there's people that go and they say, okay, I'm
going to have a budget of just twenty five dollars
and they'll go to like a Walmart or something like that.

Speaker 2 (29:26):
Low cost things.

Speaker 1 (29:28):
Valarta is a really good food prices there and actually
the Amazon Fresh things are are low also, So you.

Speaker 2 (29:37):
Go there and Amazon stock.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Up on your on your base, you know, and then
make these nice little meals and make maybe you know
what I do kids is on Sunday, I'll do a
big meal and even if I'm here alone, then I
put the leftover in the fridge and I've got Monday
and Tuesday covered, so I've got Sunday money.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
Yeah exactly. Now this big lasagna, we'll finish this off tonight.

Speaker 4 (30:09):
It's not good, it's really good. Yes, you can finish
this right away.

Speaker 1 (30:14):
Like next one you're like, oh my god, you're like
a little cartoon character.

Speaker 2 (30:18):
You're like, you know, I used.

Speaker 4 (30:21):
To be a runner, like a cross country runner.

Speaker 5 (30:24):
You had pasta yes, So we would have pasta the
day before running because you need a lot of energy
and I would run like eight to nine miles a day.

Speaker 1 (30:35):
So no, girls, What about when you're filming? Do you
have a special diet you do when you're filming.

Speaker 4 (30:43):
A movie, when we're filming.

Speaker 5 (30:44):
When I'm filming, when I'm filming a movie, they ask
if we have a diet.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
Yeah, so like if you're a vegetarian or vegan or pesticarian.

Speaker 2 (30:51):
Still that food Presbyterian?

Speaker 4 (30:55):
Yeah? Yeah, have you made fishing?

Speaker 2 (31:00):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (31:01):
What is it?

Speaker 2 (31:03):
Right? Yeah? Yeah, I'm just yeah.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
Cooking show, I know, right, yeah, I do. Jason, do
you go on my Roku TV channel on my network
because I have Foodies TV.

Speaker 4 (31:15):
Kiddo, he has one, right.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
No, IV And I tried to look your channel at one.

Speaker 1 (31:21):
Time, but we'll try again, try again, And we have
it on the YouTube thing there too.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
But we have a Foodies thing, so we have the
cooking stuff. You know.

Speaker 1 (31:33):
I did a whole show on stuff for Sunday for football,
you know, the dips and stuff that you can make.
You ever see that when people get together for the
football games and they get that.

Speaker 2 (31:46):
Five layered dip.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
Yeah, those are so yeah, but they're forty nine store
what Yeah, I don't want to say who it is, Pavilions,
but yeah, history yeah for nine for the five layered dip.
And it's just been a little tub like this and

(32:08):
it's all of it is his beans and sour cream
and walk them only and cheese and some salsa.

Speaker 4 (32:17):
Do you make it? You can make that at home?

Speaker 2 (32:19):
Oh? Yes, have you ever?

Speaker 1 (32:22):
Have you ever made nachos?

Speaker 2 (32:24):
Yes, I've made nachos before.

Speaker 5 (32:26):
Yeah, that would be perfect for a game nachos or
something that, right, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (32:32):
And do a variation of stuff, you know, maybe you
might want to try something different. Maybe instead of tortilla chips,
maybe you put frosted flakes in there.

Speaker 2 (32:42):
Oh I'm kidding.

Speaker 4 (32:44):
I don't know about that.

Speaker 1 (32:45):
Maybe fausted flakes and cheese.

Speaker 2 (32:50):
Okay, that's not going to work.

Speaker 1 (32:52):
Okay, Yeah, I was trying to get Kelloggs.

Speaker 2 (32:55):
It's a sponsor here, so plug frost arena. Yeah, Jason,
do you cook? Yes? I cook? Oh, good for you, kiddo. Yeah,
I like cooking. Yeah, that's good.

Speaker 4 (33:10):
That's good.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
And women love that too.

Speaker 4 (33:15):
Do you love a man who knows I only date
men that can cook?

Speaker 2 (33:18):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (33:18):
My god?

Speaker 2 (33:19):
There you go.

Speaker 5 (33:20):
I don't get anybody, but if they don't know how
to cook, then they must be willing, willing to learn
how to cook.

Speaker 2 (33:27):
That's the cats not calling.

Speaker 5 (33:30):
Oh yeah, sure, what if I can't cook that day?

Speaker 4 (33:34):
Or if something happenss like, what am I going to do?
Starve myself?

Speaker 6 (33:37):
Like?

Speaker 4 (33:37):
They got to know how to cook? It's yes.

Speaker 1 (33:41):
My dad was my wonderful late father was a workaholic,
but there were times when he would cook. And I
mean he worked and he ran medical centers and everything
like that, but he still would come home and he
would cook.

Speaker 2 (33:54):
Everyone so wow.

Speaker 1 (33:57):
And my mom would like be okay. She was an
all get her cigarette holder.

Speaker 2 (34:07):
Yeah no, there's a picture. I'll show you pictures when
were there anyways?

Speaker 1 (34:11):
So much about that, Jason, We thank you for calling
you tonight.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
Okay, you welcome, Jane.

Speaker 6 (34:18):
All right, I have one more thing before.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
I go ove. Yes, what I will be okay. I
know you're not going to dreaming. Yeah, okay, alrighty, but
I'll be there. Thank you, Jason. All right, bye bye,
thank you, okay, bye bye? All right once again.

Speaker 1 (34:39):
Our phone number to call in is eight one eight
two three one two five eight zero and if you think,
oh my god, that old goodye knows how to memorize.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
Wow, I've got it on the teleg Look at what
are you?

Speaker 1 (34:50):
You're like a little kid like dad, you need to play.

Speaker 4 (34:55):
All cute and stuff. But I just like destroyed it.
But it's so good, I pretty much all.

Speaker 1 (35:01):
It's so delicious and and a lot of cultures that
is a compliment when you eat like that.

Speaker 4 (35:08):
Yes, I mean like that. I mean so it's good.
So you want to know.

Speaker 1 (35:15):
So, whether you're the nana or you're the bubby, you're
it's a compliment if you eat my food.

Speaker 4 (35:22):
Yeah, it was good.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
I said that, right, Nana, Nana, yeah, Nana.

Speaker 4 (35:28):
You know what's crazy?

Speaker 2 (35:30):
It was like, what's crazy?

Speaker 4 (35:32):
So Italian language is very similar to Spanish.

Speaker 5 (35:36):
Mm hmmm so I used to actually so when I
was a teen, I started working at Urgent Care and
we once had an Italian comment from Italy and the
doctor goes, Jane, you gotta translate.

Speaker 4 (35:50):
He's speaking Spanish. I don't understand what he's saying. So
I go in there. He starts speaking Italian and I said,
that is not Spanish, that is Italian.

Speaker 2 (35:58):
Oh my god, this guy.

Speaker 4 (36:00):
Is going on and on right.

Speaker 5 (36:02):
But he's speaking really fast, so I said this, So
he starts going slow and I understand everything he's saying.

Speaker 4 (36:10):
So where would go to?

Speaker 5 (36:13):
While he's speaking Italian, I'm speaking Spanish, and we're both
kind of.

Speaker 1 (36:16):
Like working in the meantime, you found out that he
was shot in the ass with the bullets.

Speaker 4 (36:19):
It was about him. Yeah, well I can't tell his story.

Speaker 2 (36:24):
But here it was did he die there?

Speaker 6 (36:28):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (36:29):
Good, good nurse. Yeah, I would not let you should die. No,
but you look like you would be a good nurse.
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (36:42):
I play one on TV. Yes, yes, in real life
I am a good nurse too. I'm very well like you.

Speaker 4 (36:51):
Have to be in a way. If you have if
you're good actor, good acts.

Speaker 5 (36:55):
You got convincing, naturally born good at it, you'll be.

Speaker 4 (36:59):
You're also empathetic towards other people, so you have the
others and the lack of that would be a bad actor, souse.
You have to pretend to have that.

Speaker 2 (37:09):
Well, that's extra work.

Speaker 1 (37:11):
When I was on General Hospital and I hung out
one night with some of the casts and Rick was
with us Springfield, and this lady came up and she's like, oh, doctor,
you get this pain that sciatica in my back.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
And he goes, lady, I'm just an actor. I'm a
doctor on General Hospital.

Speaker 1 (37:33):
I'm not an actor, and she goes, okay, great, so
what do I do with this thing?

Speaker 2 (37:38):
They're just totally oblivious, and that's really.

Speaker 1 (37:43):
Happens that people can't differentiate between reality and fantasy. And
it's saying, no matter what industry you're in, they watched
these scenes.

Speaker 4 (37:53):
And they imagine that you're like that in real life.

Speaker 2 (37:56):
Yeah, Or they say, I know you were talking to me.

Speaker 5 (38:03):
I know you go out to kill the ambassador.

Speaker 2 (38:09):
What is this?

Speaker 1 (38:12):
Kill the ambassador? What are you talking about? You sent
me that message in your video?

Speaker 2 (38:17):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (38:18):
I hate the worst are people who pretend to be you.

Speaker 2 (38:23):
I hate that.

Speaker 4 (38:24):
Oh yeah, and then.

Speaker 6 (38:25):
They like start dming people. Well, like I just had
a conversation with you.

Speaker 4 (38:29):
It's like, oh, hello, I'm gonna do Yeah.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
I was like, has that happened to you, General Lopez?

Speaker 6 (38:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (38:36):
So, well, there was a dating site and some people
are reaching out to me and they're like, hey, are you.
I don't believe that it's you. It's too good to
be true that this person is talking to me.

Speaker 4 (38:48):
So is on me a picture. I'm like, yeah, that's
not me. And I was like, I'm sorry, that's not me.
That's somebody else pretending to Yeah, so not me. Oh
my gosh.

Speaker 6 (38:58):
The worst time was this person called me on this
like a paid line and he's like telling me like,
oh my.

Speaker 4 (39:05):
God, I'm going to meet you. I'm so excited. And
I said, who are.

Speaker 2 (39:09):
You going to meet?

Speaker 4 (39:10):
He's like, am I talking to you?

Speaker 6 (39:13):
He's like, I've been talking to you for the last
six months. I'm like what, and.

Speaker 4 (39:17):
He's like, yeah, I sent you payment.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
I said, oh yeah.

Speaker 4 (39:21):
I was like, oh shit, you said the wrong person payment.
You should have paid me. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:32):
Correct, But that is true.

Speaker 1 (39:35):
They and it's nine times out of ten it's a
guy pretending he's that girl.

Speaker 5 (39:41):
Yeah, and sucking a guy pretending to be a girl.

Speaker 2 (39:45):
So here's tip number one.

Speaker 1 (39:48):
Take a look at how many followers they have, because
that real actress model would have hundreds of thousands of followers,
not fifty or twenty five. Second of all, take a
look at the pictures. A lot of them they just
copy off the internet. The imposter people. Yeah, they go

(40:12):
on Google and they'll just get a stock photos and
they'll put that up Okay, also look on their timeline
see what they're talking about. You know, sometimes they'll go
on that real star stuff and just paste and copy something.
You know, Oh I just had a wonderful time at
this award show. Yeah that was six months ago. Why

(40:35):
are you just posting this up now?

Speaker 5 (40:37):
Or if they say I'm I'm in Miami, but then
you look it up and that actual person's like.

Speaker 4 (40:42):
Somewhere else in California. They're like in California.

Speaker 5 (40:45):
Yeah, but definitely do video, like just video shot this person.
There was this guy who reached out to me pretending
to be the doctor from like what is that show
Doctor does Doctor from Plastic? There's like no, it's like
a reality like Plastic. They're like famous for surgeon.

Speaker 4 (41:07):
Those two guys. Well, he was paying to be one
of them.

Speaker 5 (41:10):
He said, you know, if you let's let's meet and
well blah blah blah.

Speaker 4 (41:15):
He did the video thing and I was like, he's
video shotting me. So I was like whatever. So I
was like, I'm just gonna play a lot. So video
shot me and his map was a movie wow. And
then when it did move, it didn't match what he
was saying.

Speaker 5 (41:31):
Oh, so he was playing a video of the doctor
talking like the actual video of actually the actual doctor,
but he was doing voiceover like like say Jane or whatever,
you know.

Speaker 1 (41:46):
And also these girls, these girls would never ask you
to send money to them. They're not gonna be stuck
at Heathrow Airport trying get back the United States.

Speaker 2 (42:02):
Come on.

Speaker 1 (42:03):
And also said, and finally they're not going to drop
everything they're doing and go and live with you and
bend over Iowa.

Speaker 4 (42:11):
That's true, Yeah, very very true.

Speaker 1 (42:15):
A friend of mine who's a very famous, famous gal,
and she said, these guys were like going, oh, I
sent you ten thousand dollars and you're going to come
and live with me. And she goes, how did you
get this number? And then she found out that somebody.

Speaker 4 (42:32):
Was impersonating yea.

Speaker 1 (42:35):
And whoever these idiots were, they were milking guys for
over seventy five thousand.

Speaker 4 (42:42):
It was most likely a guy. It was most likely
guy pretending to be a wish you know what.

Speaker 2 (42:46):
And they're getting away with it. That's the change. You
know what, smart out there consumers.

Speaker 4 (42:52):
You know what's the thing now? AI?

Speaker 5 (42:54):
Oh so and I've been asked to how like so
now people are reading AI models and then starting like
only fans or just fans, and they get and then
there's just AI.

Speaker 4 (43:07):
They're not even real. Peep, they're not real.

Speaker 2 (43:09):
They're adding AI on the Facebook though. Oh really? Yeah
to edit you're well, I'll go over that in the
news in a little bit. But yeah, I.

Speaker 5 (43:18):
Wonder how good that would be though, because what if
it changes your head, your face?

Speaker 6 (43:23):
You know.

Speaker 4 (43:24):
AI is not that perfect. Yeah, it's not there yet. Yeah,
although it was getting close. Yeah, it's getting pretty good.

Speaker 2 (43:31):
It's not you know, it's just not I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (43:34):
Every time the subject comes up, I go, hello, McFly.

Speaker 2 (43:38):
You ever see a movie called Terminatory? How it all started? Oh? Okay,
is that the.

Speaker 4 (43:44):
First AI movie?

Speaker 2 (43:45):
Well, it was about that kind of stuff.

Speaker 1 (43:49):
See the robots took over and that all started from
the AI.

Speaker 4 (43:54):
You know, isn't that crazy?

Speaker 5 (43:56):
That was like a movie that was made way before
AI existed.

Speaker 4 (44:00):
Yeah, it's really good imagination.

Speaker 1 (44:01):
And then you go up there to the South San
Francisco Bay area, to Santa Clara, San Jose, Copertino and
apples up there and they have like a whole city
and underground labs, really helicopter for so the next thing,
you know, I'll be back. You know, terminators coming out

(44:23):
rampaging to your town.

Speaker 2 (44:24):
Do you know where John Connos is. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (44:28):
I don't like it when Siri likes spies on me
because I'll be having a conversation with somebody and all
of a sudden, Siri.

Speaker 4 (44:34):
Just turns on on her own.

Speaker 2 (44:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (44:36):
I'm not saying Siri.

Speaker 5 (44:38):
I'm just having a regular conversation and she like alls
and turns on and I'm like, something's that right?

Speaker 2 (44:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (44:43):
I feel like she's spying on my conversation, Like how
is she responding to me when it's on topic and
I'm not calling her out?

Speaker 2 (44:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (44:52):
Yeah, I feel.

Speaker 2 (44:53):
Happy we went on strike.

Speaker 1 (44:55):
This is why Saga after went on strike because to
get our rights again. Stay ey, Yes, because a lot
of these people, particularly with the video game companies that
make billions of dollars, they will just go in AI
copy these actors and put them in in these games

(45:16):
and they didn't even know, Oh wow that they were
in That isn't there.

Speaker 2 (45:21):
But now that's not going to happen.

Speaker 4 (45:22):
We're lost.

Speaker 2 (45:25):
With Disney Scarlett Johansson.

Speaker 5 (45:29):
Yeah, where they're putting like AI characters and yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (45:36):
It's it's just really wrong. So how do you stop it?

Speaker 1 (45:39):
Well, one of the ways is you, the consumers out
there watching the show, watching the movies, playing these video games,
just don't go and buy those products, because that's how
you stop this stuff, because if there's no supply and demand.

Speaker 2 (45:55):
Do you agree with me on this, girls or not?

Speaker 4 (45:57):
Yeah, I mean for sure.

Speaker 5 (45:59):
And the other thing about cracking them, cracking down on
it because come on, you're using somebody's somebody's image without
their permission.

Speaker 2 (46:06):
Mm hmm, I meant, but saga after I have been
really good about that.

Speaker 4 (46:11):
Oh yeah, they've been doing so good.

Speaker 1 (46:12):
I mean, we're not having any AI characters and Scissors
chapter two.

Speaker 5 (46:17):
It would be scary like having an AI of you,
and who knows what the AI is doing?

Speaker 4 (46:23):
Like, no, I wanted a twin sister, but not an AI.

Speaker 1 (46:27):
Yeah well, I mean yeah, I don't even want to
think about that. Okay, all right, we're gonna break away
for another commercial, and when we come back, we're going
to give you a little bit of the news and
take more of your phone calls at eight one eight
two three one two five.

Speaker 2 (46:43):
Eight zero, and then we'll stry. We'll taste these stranger
things cookies.

Speaker 1 (46:50):
The phone number to call in is eight one eight
two three one two five eight zero.

Speaker 2 (46:54):
Let's give you the news for tonight.

Speaker 1 (46:57):
As I said at the top of the show, there
we lost a real industry icon, not only as an actor,
but a director, a man who started the Sundance Film Festival,
did a lot of charity work.

Speaker 2 (47:12):
The wonderful mister Robert Redford passed.

Speaker 1 (47:16):
Away on Monday at the age of eighty nine. We
want to say congratulations to all of the Emmy winners.
Outstanding Drama Series, The Pit, Outstanding Comedy Series. I was
so happy to see this one win at the Studio
on Apple.

Speaker 2 (47:32):
It's such a great show.

Speaker 1 (47:35):
Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, Noah Wile in
The Pit, Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, Britt
Lower for Severance, Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.

Speaker 2 (47:48):
He said, I'm speechless. I've never won anything before. This
is so great.

Speaker 1 (47:55):
Mister Seth Rogan for the Studio Wow, Outstanding Talk Series
The Late Show is Stephen Colbert. And Lead Actors in
a Comedy Series. This woman, I've worked with her before,
a wonderful comedic actress, so talented, the loveliness Jeane.

Speaker 2 (48:11):
Smart for hacks and also, as I.

Speaker 1 (48:15):
Said before, Jimmy Kimmel is being pulled off the air indefinitely.
This comes two months after CBS announced its permanent ending
of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. So they haven't
said when Jimmy Kimmel is going to be off the air,
but they are acting Jimmy Kimmel live. And that's a

(48:37):
shame because I know I'm a fan of Jimmy's and
a fan of Stevens.

Speaker 2 (48:44):
YouTube. I'm starting to say this.

Speaker 1 (48:47):
YouTube is introducing a slew of AI powered tools aimed
at lightning creators workloads. During its annual YouTube event, they
presented a AI Creative Partner, which can give personalized summaries
of things like how a video is performing and what

(49:08):
commentators are saying, like what, You're so lazy you can't
do that yourself, Okay.

Speaker 2 (49:15):
But the announcement comes.

Speaker 1 (49:17):
As social media companies continue to aggressively lean into the
AI boom, throwing AI agents and in platform chatbots at
users while integrating more AI powered tools for creators. But
the Google owned video platform came under fire earlier this
year from a handful of creators who expressed concerns that

(49:41):
YouTube was making subtle changes to their videos using AI
without their permission or knowledge.

Speaker 2 (49:48):
We were just talking about that.

Speaker 1 (49:50):
In response to platform said it would offer creators the
ability to opt out of the platform's recent enhancements to shorts,
a YouTube said they're going to offer creators an AI
feature that will intuate potential future videos coming up with

(50:12):
a title description, AI generated thumbnails for each, along with
a possible video hook and narrative outline.

Speaker 2 (50:20):
The company is also.

Speaker 1 (50:21):
Expanding on existing features like automatic dubbing and deep fake detection.
Interesting and final thing on the news, there is going
to be a Scream seven.

Speaker 2 (50:35):
That's right.

Speaker 1 (50:36):
They are in pre production now for Scream seven. Nev
Campbell is announcing her turn along with Kevin Williamson, who
wrote the original nineteen ninety six Scream movie is coming
in also to direct, and Matthew Lillard will be back.

(50:57):
I thought they'd killed him in one of the ones before,
but he's coming back. The movie again is in pre production,
So Scream is coming up.

Speaker 2 (51:08):
Scissors chapter two is coming up.

Speaker 1 (51:10):
You can go to this address here and you can
help donate for our Indie Go go campaign.

Speaker 2 (51:22):
Okay, that's indiegg campaign there.

Speaker 1 (51:25):
For Scissors chapter two so I know you'll probably plug
something on your social media, yeah, because you're one of
the cast.

Speaker 4 (51:32):
Yes, and it's actually on my Facebook already.

Speaker 2 (51:34):
But yeah, well let's get it out to everything. And yeah,
the guys love to hear from the pretty girls. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (51:42):
On my Instagram, you guys is Janna Lopez xoxo. And
I'll go ahead and I'm going to add the link
on there as well.

Speaker 2 (51:49):

Speaker 1 (51:50):
And what's your social media handle, Christy Love TV on Instagram?

Speaker 2 (51:55):
And do you have your campaign set up for donations
for you?

Speaker 4 (51:59):
Oh it, we'll talk.

Speaker 1 (52:01):
About that later, okay, but you're setting it up, Yeah,
we'll talk about Okay.

Speaker 2 (52:06):
Got it sounds like I've done something wrong and I'm
being punnised. We'll talk about it later. James, I'm going
to push you.

Speaker 1 (52:17):
Off the ride next week at Disneyland, James.

Speaker 2 (52:22):
They told you could stand up in the Matterhorn Scissors
goes to Disney. Disneyland is a lot of fun. Yes, yes,
you should join us next week.

Speaker 4 (52:36):
Yeah, you guys going past.

Speaker 2 (52:39):
Yeah, Yeah, we're celebrating a little early nice.

Speaker 1 (52:44):
So we got three days out there, okay, and we're
going to go out there and be in the park
and then walking around saying hi to fans and enjoining
our company and are you going to Houda?

Speaker 2 (52:57):
No no, no, no no no. Yeah, they told me
that we can't go in costumes.

Speaker 4 (53:01):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (53:02):
Yeah, some people dress up obviously for the Halloween, especially
for the Boogie Yogi Yogi thing whatever from Nightmare and
Elm Street was Boogie Yogi. Yeah, they have that parade
in California Adventure Park. So some people wear costumes, but
you can't cover up certain things.

Speaker 4 (53:21):
They have their rules. Yeah, they probably they want a
differentially probably between.

Speaker 1 (53:24):
Right and when you go to Star Wars Land, there's
sometimes there's people going around with the little plastic swords
and stuff with their lightsabers.

Speaker 2 (53:32):
But there's a lot of Halloween stuff to do.

Speaker 1 (53:34):
Oh yes, starting next week, oh god, starting this weekend,
my love. Oh you've got to remember it's the seventeenth
to day, so Halloween is just literally.

Speaker 5 (53:47):
Forty days Halloween party already. Yeah, I mean they're already
thinking about it.

Speaker 4 (53:54):
Yeah, before are.

Speaker 2 (53:55):
Thinking, well, we have the big Heaven and Hell party
in Hollywood.

Speaker 4 (53:59):
Can't you believe it.

Speaker 6 (54:00):
I have been in this industry for thirteen years, never
went once.

Speaker 2 (54:03):
So you're going to go this, Yeah, but.

Speaker 1 (54:06):
I make sure that any cast members that go to
that they get to bed early because we have to
be on the set the next day practically.

Speaker 2 (54:14):
Oh right, interesting.

Speaker 1 (54:16):
Yeah, we're starting the first week in November, right, But
besides Heaven and Hell party, Disneyland, excuse me, the Disneyland
boogie Uggie. I'm hoping that that's what it's called. At
the California Adventure Park, the Queen Mary. The boat out
there in Lane Bea, I've been there. Starts this Friday,

(54:39):
oh yeah, twentieth or nineteenth, yeah, nineteenth.

Speaker 4 (54:43):
That was quite interesting.

Speaker 5 (54:44):
That is there's always this guy who like has knee
pass on and he's full of lady. And while you're walking,
he'll just pop out of nowhere with his and he'll
like ski on his knee, so he'll be like on
his kneels and he'll like come from underneath you.

Speaker 4 (55:00):
I gotta know where it got. It's really scary.

Speaker 2 (55:03):
And then you go, hey, I'm a virgin, don't touch
you them.

Speaker 4 (55:07):
But yeah, all he's skating and he's just kind of
knee through and oh my, yeah, well you know another
well with scary movie or anything, so scary, it's scary. Yeah,
you don't want to get scared, don't go there.

Speaker 1 (55:21):
Well then you really wouldn't want to go to Universal though.
But that's the big thing. It's almost sold.

Speaker 2 (55:25):
Out, is it.

Speaker 1 (55:26):
It's the following horror nights at Universal. Oh the tickets
are close to four hundred dollars each.

Speaker 4 (55:34):
Oh yeah wow.

Speaker 1 (55:37):
So and but that's another thing where they got all
these costume people and they just pop up from behind
the wall or under a bush or something like that
and go boogie and they scare you, don't.

Speaker 5 (55:52):
I like, I feel like it would be fun to
be doing that kind of job.

Speaker 4 (55:56):
At the same time, I wonder if they get punched.

Speaker 5 (55:58):
A lot, Yeah, because you don't mean reactions like natural reflexes.

Speaker 4 (56:03):
Yeah, they come out and know where you live.

Speaker 2 (56:06):
My granddaughter did that one year. We took her and
she was she was only two years old.

Speaker 1 (56:10):
Then yeah, and the guy came up to the to
her stroller and move and she.

Speaker 5 (56:15):
Went, oh my back off homes little box.

Speaker 4 (56:20):
She's a smart woman at that age.

Speaker 2 (56:22):
Come on, is very spirited.

Speaker 1 (56:28):
Yeah, all right, now speaking of horror before we go,
we're going to try these yeah, okay, okay, all right.

Speaker 4 (56:38):
That's very creative. Of them to have take a little
heat life.

Speaker 2 (56:43):
And look at this. Look at the packaging. Okay, now
do you want this kind or the other one?

Speaker 4 (56:50):
Oh? That looks like red velvet?

Speaker 2 (56:52):
Yes, like red velvet.

Speaker 4 (56:54):
I think I like this one.

Speaker 2 (56:55):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (56:55):
And this is like white cake, right Vanilla.

Speaker 2 (56:59):
It's it's Caucasian calca.

Speaker 5 (57:02):
Yes, race for inviting me to caucation events.

Speaker 4 (57:10):
