Three New York Corrections officers are allegedly involved in the beating
death of an inmate while he was handcuffed. Had been
previously accused of similar attacks. The inmate was a forty
three year old. It just died on December tenth at
the Marsie Correctional Facility. To the CEOs and a sergeant
