We're now our second episode of this powerful series building
your success Systems. In episode one, we talked about designing
a vision that drives you, and now that your vision

is clear, it's time to break it down into achievable step.
That's where real meaningful goal setting comes in. Let's be honest,
how many times have you set goals at the start
of the year wanting to forget them by the first
or second quarter. It's not because you're lazy or on discipline.
It's usually because the goals were built to work for you. Today,

we're going to look into how to set goals that

you set goals that actually work? Number? One? Align goals
with vision and purpose. Your goal shouldn't just be random

task or bubble dreams. They should come from your personal vision,
the life you want to build. Ask yourself, does this
goal bring me closer to my vision too? Make your
goal smart? Yes, it's classic advice, but it really works.
Be specific, what exactly do you want to accomplish? Let
it be measurable. How will you track your progress? Is

it achievable? Is it realistic based on where you are now?
Is it relevant? Does it align with your purpose? And
is it time bound? When will you complete it? Without
a timeline, a goal is just a wish. Now betray
break big goals into daily actions. A goal without a
daily plan is just a dream in this guise. If

you want to write a book this year, how many
words will you write its day? If you want to
lose weight, what will your daily meals and workouts look like?
Success is hidden in your daily wild Number four, Track
your progress. What you don't measure you can't manage. Keep
a weekly review journal. Ask yourself, what did I do

well this week? What needs improvement? What's one small step
I can take? Next? Number five, Stay accountable. Tell someone
your goals. Get a coach, a mentor, or a friend
who checks in. Accountability creates commitment, and commitment creates its own.
And here's a bonus mindset shift don't just focus on
the outcome, focus on becoming the kind of person who

achieves that outcome. The goal isn't just to run the maratime,
it is to become a discipline, healthy person. The goal
isn't just to start a business, is to become someone
who takes initiative and adds value. Let your goals grow you.
You have evidence and it takes to achieve greatness, but
you must be intentional. So set goals that work, build

system that support them, and take action daily. Take time
today to review your current goal to the aligned with
your vision are declare measurable and broken down into actions.
