habits that's stick. Number one? Start small and specific. Many
people try to change everything at once, but lasting habits
start with small wins. Want to read more, don't start
with goal of one book a week. Start with five
minutes a day. Want your exercise. Begin with ten minutes
(01:06):
daily work. Small habits leave to big results over time.
Number two, you need to start new habits to existing routines.
One powerful certiday is called habit stacking. Cut the new
habit to something you already do. For example, after I
broutch my teeth, i'll say my daily information as the prayers.
After I brew my money coffee, I'll write down three
(01:27):
priorities for the day. This creates an automatic trigger, making
it easier to follow true. Number three make it obvious
and convenient. Want to develop a habit of drinking more water?
Keep a bottle of water on your desk. Want to
work out in the morning, lay your clothes out the
night before. The easier you make it to start the
new habits, the more likely you'll stick to it. Number
(01:50):
four Track and celebrate your progress. Use a habit tracker.
Seeing those checkmarks build up gives you momentum, and when
you stay consistent for a week or a month, want
celebrate it. Reward reinforced behavior. It tells your brain, this
is good, Do it again. Number five give yourself grace,
not guilt. You'll miss things. That's light, but missing once
(02:14):
doesn't mean you failed. What matters is not perfection, but persistence.
Success is about what you do next. If you fall off,
get back on don't quit because of one mistake. You're
building a life, not one in a spirit. Number six,
think identity, not just activity. Instead of saying I want
your decide, say I am a healthy, drined person. When
(02:36):
you tie your habits to who you are becoming, they
become part of your identity. This is key, since success
comes when you don't just do the habit, but when
you become the person who leaves that way. You are
not just building habits, you are building the foundation of
your future. Every time you follow truth, you are casting
a vote for the kind of life you want to live.
(02:57):
If you're tired of fatting and stopping, this is your
time to create ridom, consistency, and momentum. So shares your
incogement for today. Choose one habit that aligns with your bishop.
