To the I'll let you remind you that everyone has
a dream, and yours truly does matter. Too often we
downplay our dreams. We tell ourselves it's not realistic or
who am I to do that. Maybe you've been told

your dream is too big, or maybe life challenges have
made you pack it away. But here's the truth. Your
dream is not random. It's a clue to your destiny.
Your dream is a seed of impact. A business that
creates jobs, a book that inspires the generation, a project
that lifts up a community, a movement that changes life.

Your dream isn't just about what you get out of life.
It's about what life gets out of you. Think about this.
Every great invention, every powerful movement, every opportunity that exists
today started as a dream in someone's heart. The airplane
was once just a dream in the mind of the
Right brothers. The Internet just a dream of connecting people

across the globe. Nations rebuilt, hospitals, founded schools, established lives transformed.
All began because someone dared to dream. And here's the
beautiful part. Those dreamers were ordinary people, just like you.
They had doubts, they had fears, they faced setbacks, but
they refused to let their dream die in their imagination.

They believed, they acted, and they delivered. Now let me
ask you, are you ignoring your dream? Have you allowed fear, doubt,
or comparison to bury what God has placed inside of you?
Are you waiting for permission, waiting for perfect timing, waiting
for resources, waiting for validation. Let me tell you something.

You don't need permission to dream. You don't need to
be perfect, you don't even need to have it all
figured out. What you need is courage. Courage to take
one step, to make one move, to say yes to
what's inside your heart. Because someone somewhere is waiting for
the impact of your dream. There are people you will
never meet, lives you will never know what. They will

be transformed because you dared to dream and acted on it.
So today I encourage you stop hiding your dream, stop
shrinking your vision. Don't let fear writes your story. Take
out that notebook and write it down, Figure it out loud,
share it with someone who believes in you. Start small,
if you must, but start, because when you honor your dream,

you honor your purpose. Your dream is the bridge between
who you are and who you were born to become.
Don't let it wher away, don't let it stay locktop
in your imagination. Live it, build it, deliver it. You
might say, Jermaine, it's hard. I've tried before and failed. Yes,

but failure is not the end. It's the feedback you
need for growth. Every dreamer faces set backs, every vision
has been laughed at. But the ones who succeeded are
the ones who refuse to quit. So here's your encouragement again,
Rise again, revisit that dream, read life back into it.
Put action to your vision. Because your dream truly does matter.
