Hey, are you angry? That's fine, it's good. It's okay.
It's okay to be angry. And it's good that you
feel the anger because that means you are going through

that emotion and it's important that we go through our emotions. Now,
when you're angry, it's important to handle these feeling in
a positive way. Don't avoid being angry. You are allowed
to feel angry. You should go through this. We've got

how we can manage our anger together.

Scream when you're angry.

to your parents, your family member, talk to your favorite teacher.

you get to look at your experience in other ways,
and then you find some ways and solutions.

Let go of the anger slowly, slowly, slowly, slowly. So
remember it's okay to feel anger. It's okay to be angry.
You've got to acknowledge it. You got to feel it,
you got to go through it. It's also equally important

to find ways to release your anger. Take deep breath,
count to ten, or take a walk to the park
with the family member or on your own if you can.
Whatever you decide to do when you're angry, never do

anything harmful, either to yourself, to other people, or to
animals or life or the world. Things you got to
go through your anger, you've got to express them constructively

and positively, and then slowly let your anger go, so
stay safe, stay positive, and always choose love over anger.
