Speaker 2 (00:20):
Hey, you welcome to another episode of the Inspiration for
Kids podcasts. I'm your host, Teacher Mill and in this episode,
we're going to talk about the importance of having positive influences.
It's important that we surround ourselves, you guys, voy singles
with people who have positive values to behave and act
(00:47):
wonderfully and those who don't treat other people less. So
I actually have come up with five character or behavior
that you need to look out for to help you
decide if these people are the kind of people you
want to hang out with. No matter how old we are,
(01:10):
and especially because you are young ones, we will be
influenced by our environment. If we hang out people who
are mean, we tend to become mean. If we hang
out people who love to study, what kind of want
to be studying with them? So it's important that we
are with friends who bring positive values and benefits to
(01:34):
who we are, just as we want to be of
benefit and of good value to them. So these are
the five character or actions behaviors that if you see
those set the kind of people you might want to
make friends with and keep around you. One is someone
(01:55):
who is kind and likes to share. Someone who doesn't
mind giving out seats or sharing the space with you.
Who's just nice to everyone else, who's communicating or talking
to them. Someone who's nice, so that's one. Two someone
who does not bully. If someone is making fun of
(02:18):
teasing other people, making other people feel upset, those are
the people you don't want to be around. So make
sure that even you see a bully step away. So
someone who does not bully. Third, someone who likes nature.
Someone who likes nature, wants to learn about nature and
appreciates wildlife and plants in the world. So that is
(02:41):
a sort of attitude that you want to have. Number fourth,
we want to be sure that this person has good manners.
Good man is meaning someone who's who does not talk
back to adults or does not like to be rude
or and scholar the people. So some of the good
(03:03):
manners and gor etiquette. Someone who's nice socially is the
one you want to be around with. The fifth one
is someone who can speak very well, someone who can
communicate well, someone who can speak language wise, vocally or
really because that is going to benefit you. As they
are speaking well, you are going to want to speak
(03:24):
well too. So these are the five behaviors and values
and traits that I want you to look around for.
And if these any one of these, of two or
three or four or five for all of them, in
any of the friends that you have around you, those
are the ones you stick with. Someone who's kind and friendly,
(03:46):
someone who does not bully, someone who loves nature and
environment and animals, someone who is respectful, has menaces in
your etiquette, good so social skills, and someone who can
speak very well. So these are the vibe. So if
you haven't written them down on your notebook voice and
(04:07):
goals young people, you do that, keep them down and
always always strive to also act out for those values
because you want good people around you. You also want
to be the good pip person around other people. So
this is teacher mil here on inspiration for kids. If
