Listen. Sometimes you're not going to be okay. Sometimes you're
going to be angry. Sometimes you just want to cry,
and you're upset and heard and disappointed and you're just
not okay. And you know what, it's okay. It's normal

those days when you're not feeling good, like maybe even
right now, it's normal. It's good. It's good that you're
not feeling amazing. It's good you're not feeling okay because
it means you can feel and you're human and you're
going through a normal human emotion. That's fine. Then you

(01:04):
just you just don't know how to come down. I'll
show with you what I do. And it's a hard
thing to do. It's gonna be hard because sometimes it's
so reactive. Whatever people do or say, we just want
to give them back and scold them back and hurt

(01:24):
them back. Right, we want to push them back and
just throw things at them. Just the first thing we
need to do is to walk away or step away.
It's gonna be hard, but if you can just make
yourself step away, step aside, and then you just close

(01:49):
your eyes and breathe in and breathe out. And if
you're crying, you close your eyes and you cry and
you breathe and you breathe out, and you keep doing
long breaths if you can. If you can't, shot breaths
are good. Just get in your own headspace so that

(02:13):
nothing else outside you can get to you try to
close them out as long as you're safe. Okay, just
as long as you're safe, someway. If you're stepping away,
just quiet time, because you need that. You don't want
to react and do things to other people have hurt you,

(02:33):
do bad things you don't want to. You don't need
to just step away, close yourize and breathe in, breathe out,
and if you have to answer, and if you have
to reply, you've got to think carefully. Whatever you do,

(03:01):
do it peace, Do with patience, do with kindness. It's
not easy, but try. And if you have to step away, customize,
take your breath and free out any breathe in and
out again. You do it. It's gonna build you. This is
