Dr. Al Kertz is Dr. Mary Anne Urlakis’ guest on Episode 40 of “Inter Vitam et Mortem: Between Life & Death: Interviews and Discussion with a Catholic Bioethicist.” Dr. Kertz earned his Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition from Cornell University, as well as a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Missouri and is a distinguished member of the American Dairy Science Association.
