So, in today’s episode, I’m reading a children’s book that I’ve written called “Cheston’s World: Finding My Voice, One Story at a Time”.

Cheston, a young boy with Autism, was invited by his coding teacher to speak at a local advocacy event called Ways For Your Voices To Be Heard. But there was just one problem—talking about his journey scared him. One of the challenges he faces with Autism is that sometimes his words get jumbled, making it hard to share his thoughts in order. But thanks to storyboarding, Cheston learned how to organize his ideas and tell his story HIS way. At the event, he spoke about:
💙 His fear of public speaking
💙 How storyboarding turned him into a self-published author
💙 The power of EVERYONE’S story—no matter how they tell itAnd guess what? People listened.
Kids got excited about his books. Parents wanted to learn more. And one kid even said, "I think I wanna write a book too!"That moment showed Cheston why his voice mattered—why ALL voices matter. Now, he’s dreaming even bigger, planning to take his Traveling Bookstore RV across the country to spread the message of inclusion, acceptance, and the power of words. And of course, he closed with his favorite reminder: YOU ARE GREAT JUST THE WAY THAT YOU ARE!

So, grab your headphones, sit back, and let’s take a deep dive into how we can all find our voice, one story at a time. Let’s get into it! Thanks for joining me.
