Hypno Therapy Podcast. If you're watching on the YouTube, that
was my kitddicat walking across the screen and her name
is Daisy Cakes and she rules the school. This is
the Intuitive Hypno Therapy Podcast, a place where we learn

a little bit about ourselves, we raise our vibration, we
draw in a little healing, a little love, a little light,
and basically try to make the world a little better place.
So with that being said, I don't have a particular
topic for today. I just wanted to do a healing meditation.

(00:52):
I've not posted as much as i'd like to. My
practice is getting busier, which is a beautiful thing I have.
I'm seeing a lot of clients. I'm helping a lot
of people and that's just so gratifying. And if I

(01:14):
can create this content two give a little love, give
some homework, give some meditation, some healings, I think that's
a positive thing. Wayne Dyer says, you know, don't die

(01:34):
with your music still inside you. So this is some
of my music, some of what I'm here to do
to raise the vibration and in some of my client
sessions because I go into reading space, reading spaces, you know,
when I'm looking at you clairvoyantly or with my psychic tools,

And I gotta tell you, I will listen to the
client's story and I will go into these meditations and
therefore that person. And not to sound braggadocious, but some
of them are kind of awesome, and so I'm going

(02:21):
to do my best to create a generic version of
some of these hypnosis sessions that I'm doing for clients
that come to me in an energetic space. I feel
like I'm a bit of a vessel, and so I
don't have a particular topic for this. Hopefully it'll come

to me when once the meditation is over.

Whole body in soul healing meditation, and to prep.

all right, everybody, So please no driving. If you're closing
your eyes for this, take this time for yourself and
just enjoy this meditation. So if you please close your eyes.

Speaker 3 (03:44):
And take a big, deep breath, and do that again.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Take a big deep breath and let it go. And
as you take this next deep breath, really expand your
lung field, stretch the diagram, the biggest deep breath of

(04:18):
the day. And as you exhale and track down, squeeze
out all that stale air. And let's do that again.
Breathe in and breathe out. Continue this cadence of breath,

(04:58):
and I invite you to focus on your breath. Feel
the breath entering your body and exacit. Focus on your

(05:24):
breath in hell exhalm and tap into that rhythm of
your breath. And as you breathe in, imagine that the

(05:48):
air is filling all parts of your body and exhal
You may feel a tingling or an energy sensation. As

(06:16):
you continue to focus on your breath, your mind may drift,
and that's okay. Coax it back to your breath, breathing

(06:42):
an armed And as you continue to focus on your breath,
I invite you to draw your attention to your heartbeat.

(07:07):
Your breath and your heartbeat are two processes that happen
without you paying any attention. And yet when you do
pay attention, you can control your breath.

Manipulate your breath.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
As you listen for your heartbreak, feel Let's rhythm. And
as you listen to the rhythm of your heart leans,

(07:58):
even if it's in your line signe, you may notice
that your breath and your heart beats begin to synchronize,

(08:23):
and then you allow it to fall into this beautiful rhythm,
a lax, comfortable, beautiful breathing breathe out. And as you

(08:47):
continue to feel your breath and your heart beats, you
know that your breath and your heart are sending blood
and oxygen to every one of your seventy trillion cells,

(09:13):
nurturing your body, healing your body, detoxing your body. And
you can, if you choose, add any other positive quality
attached to your breath, joy, peace, abundance, gratitude, happiness, fulfillment.

(09:59):
You can then and the positive quality that you choose,
inviting those energies into your body, assigning that energy to
everyone of your seventy trillion sounds. If your physical body

(10:28):
needs healing, imagine that you draw in healing with your
breath and let it touch all of your souls, giving

(10:51):
you energy and peace and nourishment, drying all there's positive
energies into your body and let it be easy as
your breath as you continue to take in these deep,

(11:18):
cleansing breaths, drawing in this beautiful positive energy, inviting healing,
joy and happiness into your life. Let's go a little deeper.

(11:39):
Will come backwards from five to one. Every step down
you go deeper and deeper into relaxation, until which points
you're in the deepest state of relaxation, accessing your subconscious awareness.

(12:02):
You're healing, powering all your gifts and tools, your joy,
your ability to manifest fine, going deeper down, deeper down, peaceful, quiet, joyful,

(12:25):
four deeper still, down, down, down, deeper down, floating, flying,
drifting three deeper still with an enthusiasm into the safe,

(12:46):
into the peaceful, into the quiet and joyous. Two as
much as ten times more relaxed, quiet, peaceful, safe, And
one all the way down down, down, down, down, into

(13:09):
the quiet, down into the peaceful, down into the safe.
In this deep relaxed state. In your mind's eye, see
your bubble around you in all directions. Make your bubble

(13:32):
at least three feet around you, three feet in front
of you, three feet to either side, three feet over
your head, three feet under your feet. Refeat to either

(13:53):
side and be in your energy field. Your light feet
yield your bubble and allow it to feel even more safe,
even more protected, even more joyous and spacious. Your aura,

(14:18):
your light field, is around you all the time, whether
you pay attention to it or not. Like your breath
and your heart rate, these things are constant. Energy can't
be created or destroyed, but you can transform it. Be

(14:47):
a point of light in the center of your head.
Be that point of light as if you can look
at the world from behind your closed eyes. This is
your mind's eye.

Speaker 3 (15:04):
Your clairvoyance face, your knowingness.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
It's also that place where you can be neutral. Allow
yourself to be quiet, safe and peaceful. Down down, deeper
down in your mind's eye. See your bubble around you

(15:35):
in all directions, and expand that bubble by ten percent.
Make it ten percent bigger, ten percent stronger, ten percent safer,
ten percent more nourishing. And as you allow yourself up

(15:57):
to be in your bubble, safe and quiet, peaceful, allow
yourself to feel expansive, joyous, Allow yourself to feel grounded

(16:23):
in your mind's eye. Imagine that you can levitate inside
your bubble. Imagine that your body is light as a feather,
and simply by thinking so you can levitate. You can

(16:47):
lift up off the chair you're sitting in or the
place you're laying down, and imagine that you can raise
your body up, maybe just an inch. And as you
allow yourself to levitate, you feel the air on the

(17:11):
back side of your body, You feel the lightness, You
feel the energy swirl around you in all directions, touching
every part of your body. Allow yourself to float, float
in your bubble, and maybe, just maybe, you begin to

(17:36):
float a little higher in your bubble, feeling safe, protected
but light. Light as a feather floating in your bubble,
feeling safe and grounded and light and protect it all

(18:00):
at the same time in the same space. Imagine in
your mind's side the energy floating around you in your bubble,
the bubble. Choose a color that feels good today, a
color that feels nurturing and safe, may be playful. And

(18:28):
as you allow yourself to float in your bubble, listen
to your heart. Focus on your breath. With every breath,
with every heartbeat, it's easier to float, drawing that healing

(18:51):
energy into your body, swirling from the top of your
head to the tips of your toes, floating, flying, drifting, effortless.
As you allow yourself to float, you release any tension

(19:13):
in the body, any energies in your body that don't
support you, that aren't healing or nurturing. Imagine that they
just fall out of your body. Imagine that those energies
get transported into neutral energy fairy dust. Allow yourself to

(19:44):
feel weightless, Allow yourself to feel free, allow yourself to
feel adventurous, hopeful, and maybe, just maybe, in your mind's eye,

(20:12):
you imagine that you can float up over the chair
you're sitting in or where you're lying. Imagine that your
bubble can take you to the ceiling, and that you
hover in the room you're in, looking down on that place,

(20:38):
giving you a sense of objectivity, allowing you to feel powerful, free, joyous, untethered,

(20:59):
and maybe, just maybe you allow yourself to float. Maybe
you floats above your house or the building you're in.
Maybe you allow yourself to feel free and light, letting

(21:23):
all your troubles stay on the earthplane. Allow yourself to
draw into your bubble, healing, joy, love, support, abundance, happiness, fun, amusement,

(21:47):
healing into your physical body. Draw that energy into any
place you need imagine and as you float in the
air above your house, maybe you float a little higher

(22:08):
and you have a sense of your profound interconnectedness, have
a sense of being part of something magnanimous, joyous, complex.

(22:29):
And as you allow this cosmic energy to seep into
your bubble and into your body. Floating out there, you
can see the stars and the sun. You can feel
connected to the god of your heart. You might get

(22:54):
a little emotional as you're floating, flying, drifting. You're the
captain of this ship. It's joyous, it's comfortable, it's happy.
As you allow yourself to breathe in this heeling, this

(23:16):
healing that's around you all the time, the ceiling that
you so richly deserve. As you allow yourself to match
the vibration of abundance and joy and healing, match the
vibration of all that is all the beauty and strength,

(23:42):
power and confidence. As you feel your heart beat match
the rhythm of the universe, you get a wink from
the mid way, you get a nod from the un

(24:06):
Aurora borealities. All of these phenomenon are part of you,
and you part of them. You sense this profound healing
from the inside out, and the outside in from the
top down and the bottom up. As you allow yourself

(24:29):
to have this profound healing, as you float among the stores,

(24:49):
as you take another deep breath in, you allow yourself
to gently, easily, comfortably float back down to the earthplane.
Down down, deeper down. You're relaxed, You're peaceful, You're quiet,

(25:14):
You're still in your subconscious awareness as you allow yourself
to nestle in, bringing your bubble into your home, down
into the chair. As you nestled back into place, comfortably

(25:39):
sitting or lying down, nestling in, feeling a profound healing,
you are changed for the better. You've turned back the clock.
You've detoxed and revivified. You have touched the eye of God,

(26:09):
and she has touched you. As you allow yourself to
have this profound healing, this profound sense of self, this
profound awakening, interconnectedness, bliss, and joy will follow you forevermore.

(26:32):
In a moment, we will count back up from one
to five. You'll feel happy and energetic, appreciating the beautiful
healing you just participated in.
