Hello everybody. This is doctor Cynthia Smith and this is
the Intuitive Hypno Therapy podcast and today's meditation will be
the full Beaver Moon healing Meditation. We've been doing these
full moon meditations for a little over a year now
(00:24):
and they're basically a manifesting meditation, sending up to the
universe what you'd like to see, what you'd like to receive,
what you'd like to accomplish in the next thirty days.
And as always, I believe that the universe is conspiring
(00:44):
to support you. So whatever you want, I genuinely believe
wants you back. With that being said, the beaver moon.
So here in the United States, we're in fall and
we're entering into the cooler time of year. So this
(01:06):
is when beavers would build their dams and they would
start to prepare for the winter, right to prepare for
being indoors more, if you will, And how does that
translate for us well? As you know, one of the
(01:30):
other things that I emphasized during these full moon intention
setting meditations is that we are howling at the moon,
and the moon is yin. The moon is our yin energy, right,
yin is quiet, it's soft, it's stable, it's the solid organs.
(01:55):
It's nighttime. It's cool, it's moist, so it's soft, it's
receiving young. On the other side is daytime. It's sunny,
it's warm, it's movement. It's the hollow organs, right, it's
getting stuff done. So we have a bit of a
(02:16):
mixed message with the beaver moon because we often think
of that phrase busy as a beaver, which is very
young energy. Except this spiritually, we're leaning inward. Beavers are
(02:37):
making their dams, they're preparing for winter. It's a time
of reflection. It's a time of going inward and taking
an inventory, if you will, of our resources. I like
to say that you get to take an inventory of
(02:59):
all the things that you've accomplished in this past thirty days,
or the past year, or today. And sometimes it may
seem small. But as I also say, your best is relative.
So what you did today that was your best might
look markedly different than your best tomorrow. But that being said,
(03:27):
let's put out to the universe what we want to
what we want to set our intentions for for the
next month. Do you need healing in your physical body?
Do you need to manifest money? Do you need to
(03:48):
manifest a new job or a relationship or healing of
a relationship. There is honestly no job, no wish, no
want to make God. So put it out there. And
I have a little different visual that we're going to
(04:08):
use today, which I quite like and I think you'll
enjoy it too. So with that being said, everybody, find
your comfy place to sit or lie down, and please,
if you would take a deep, deep breath and let
(04:30):
it go. Do that again, take a deep, deep breath
and let it go. And this next deep breath as
you inhale and as you exhale, let all the tension
(04:55):
release from your muscles, let all the stress operate on
the mist of your breath. As you continue to take
these belly breaths, allowing your body to relax, allowing yourself
(05:17):
to get heavy, to settle in, to sink into place,
to get comfortable, quiet, enjoy just being here and just
for giggles like yourself. And with every natural breath, as
(05:45):
you get more and more relaxed, releasing the tension in
your body, softening the muscles from the top of your
head all the way down of your fingers and tips
of your toes soft and comfortable, relas perfect temperature, allowing
(06:14):
all the tension to just strain of your body, drinking
into place. Your arms are heavy, your arms are heavy,
your legs are heavy, your legs are heavy, allowing your
(06:43):
heavy arms and your heavy legs to gradually allow you
to sink into place quiet and peaceful, safe and relax
deeper down, deeper down, settling in with every breath, more
(07:06):
and more comfortable by quiet and peaceful, safe and relax,
or deeper still, peaceful, quiet, save, tranquil, three deeper still,
(07:29):
allowing all your worries to just drift away, truth, doubling
that sense of relaxation, allowing your body to go down, down, down,
deeper down into relaxation, into the quiet, into the peaceful,
(07:54):
into the safe.

And one all the way down, down, down, down down
into quite safe in peace. In your mind's eye, see
your energy field around you in all directions your bubble,
your aura might be, and choose a color that feels
(08:21):
good on your bubble, feels good on your body. Allow
your bubble to be at least three feet in all
directions around you, three feet over your head, three feet
under your feet, three feet to either side, brie feet
(08:42):
in front of you, and three feet behind. Your energy field.

Is always there, whether you're aware of it or not.
For today, give yourself a little more space. Yes, push
your bubble out another ten percent, allow it to feel
comfortable and safe, peaceful and quiet. And as you allow
(09:15):
yourself to settle in, imagine that you are a point
of light behind your eyes and in between your temples,
as if you can look at the world from behind
your closed eyes. This is your mind's eye. Be in
(09:36):
your bubble the center of your head, deeply relaxed, and
then imagine a tube of light that connects from the
base of your spine all the way down to the
center of the earth. Make it as least as wide
(09:58):
as you are, and then expanded by another ten percent,
ten percent more grounded, ten percent more in this moment,
in present time, and when you're ready, the ground and
(10:18):
cord acts as a garbage shoe, so ten percent more
efficient ever releasing energy. As you allow yourself to be
quiet and relaxed bubble, every minute of every day, your
physical body is making new cells. And the cells that
(10:46):
your body is making in this moment and every moment
where near in quiet contemplation or doing something for yourself,
you're creating cells that are at that fiber that healing vibration,
and then those cells make more cells that are also
(11:12):
at that vibration. So by taking this time and taking
care of yourself, you are actually healing yourself on a
cellular level as you allow yourself to ground and remarks
(11:32):
and be in the protection and energetic majesty of your bubble,
inviting any energies that are not yours that you're ready
to get let go of or ready to release, imagine
that they are floating effortlessly out of your bubble or
down your grounding court to be transferred into neutral energy
(11:59):
or fair just And then your mind's eye on the
outside of your buble, imagine that you can see the
full beaver moon shining olds rights. And imagine that you
(12:20):
can be there looking at the moon, and as you
see the moon, imagine that you are seeing the moon
through a beautiful skylight of a beautiful cathedral or maybe
(12:47):
it's an open air cathedral, and the moonlight enters the cathedral,
enters through the ceiling the roof that also enters in
through some beautiful stained glass windows. As the moonlight enters
(13:12):
the window, bending through that prism, creating rainbows of light
dancing all over this cathedral. See yourself standing in the
cathedral under the moonlight, with the prisms of color dancing
(13:32):
all around you. And imagine, as you're standing in the
beautiful cathedral, so you fell of profound sense of belonging,
a profound sense of inner connectedness with all that is.
(13:55):
Allow that moonlight to touch your skin, healing you from
the inside, allowing your body to be at the vibration
of the celestial body. Standing in this cathedral, the rainbows
(14:17):
of light dancing around you, Imagine that you feel happy, joyous, fulfilled.
Imagine that you feel grateful, grateful to be here in
this moment, grateful to be in the presence of this
(14:41):
colossal superman shining so bright, filling the night sky with
light illuminating your very wishes, your heart's desires. Imagine that
you can send up to this full moon your wishes
(15:04):
for the next thirty days. What are you intended dot
healing in your physical body? Do you want to manifest
in your job or career? Do you need to manifest
your finances? Do you want healing for your mind, your heart,
(15:28):
your soul. Would you like to have healthy habits be
part of your everyday world. Would you like to be
healed of an unhealthy habit? Whatever you want wants you back.
(15:53):
If you are looking for a partner, a healing in
a relationship, everything that the moonlight touches can be healed,
go ahead and ask. Set your intention for the full moon.
(16:20):
How do you want the rest of November in the
beginning of December to look what feels good in your bones?
Hold it up to the light, Hold it up to
the moon, Hold it up to the creator. Now that
(16:46):
anything that's possible was first up oftentimes to be impossible.
Do you have an invention or an idea? Are you
a creator, a poet, an artist? What makes sense in
(17:09):
your universe? Allow yourself to just send that energy, send
that request, that mock up up for the creator, that
your intention that this will be done in the next
(17:32):
thirty days. Hold yourself accountable in the kindest way possible.
Maybe you just want to get regular sleep. There's no
ask too big or too small. Maybe you wish for
(17:53):
healing for the planet, for the country, for your country,
maybe onet healing for another or another group. Set your intention,
float it up to the moon. As you allow yourself
(18:19):
to have some clarity, some ambition. Dream like a dreamer,
allow yourself, give yourself permission to want what you want,
and intend what you intend. Can we do this from
(18:42):
a place of integrity, from a place of kindness. As
you imagine your wish, your intention for the next thirty days,
see it in your mind's eye as if it's already happening,
as if you already have that which you wish in
your heads. How does it feel in your physical body
(19:09):
when you've gotten everything you've ever wanted? Be there now.
Allow yourself to process that sensation, that feeling, and know
that whatever you ask for is already on its way.
(19:33):
As you seek peace in your heart, love in your
mind and your heart and your body, Know that you
are created from that which created everything. You are a
spirit having a human experience. You are created from pure love,
(19:59):
pure life, and deserving of all good things. As you
look around this beautiful cathedral, looking up to the moon
through the skylights or open air, see the moon as
(20:25):
if you're seeing it for the first time, in its brilliance,
its beauty, its expansiveness, and see it as loving you
right back. Take a moment to imagine your intention for
(20:45):
the next thirty days, and imagine how it feels to
already have it, and send all your intentions up to
the moon, up to the creator, and in a few
(21:12):
moments we'll count back up and you'll either come into
full waking awareness and go about your day feeling hopeful
and optimistic, or you will fall into a deep and
luscious sleep, also feeling hopeful and optimistic. One, two, three, four,
(21:45):
five Back to the room or in deep luscious sleep.
