Hello at doctor Cynthiasmith dot com orgo to my website, doctor Cynthiasmith dot
com and there's lots of ways wecan connect AnyWho. For now, today's

(00:53):
episode is July Full Moon Healing Meditation. And what do we mean by that,
Well, the July moon is alsoknown as the buck moon, as
in a buck deer or a maledeer, because this is the time of
year when they shed their antlers andregrow new antlers. And it's a pretty

(01:21):
cool process, but also spiritually energetically, it's an opportunity for growth, renewal,
regeneration. What does that mean inyour life specifically, Well, what
would you like to rid yourself of? Are you ready to release limiting beliefs.

(01:47):
Are you ready to through the towneand kick out that inner sabageur?
Are you ready to quash the negativeself talk? And are you are you
ready to start living the life thatyou had imagined? Are you ready to
step into your own greatness? Asmany of you know, the Tao of

(02:12):
Cynthia states that we are all createdfrom that which created everything. We are
spirits in human form, having aspiritual experience in a human body in a
vessel. But because we come frompure love, pure light, we are

(02:34):
entitled to all good things. Soirrespective of some of the bumps and bruises
and hiccups and other nastiness that wemay have experienced in our lives, we
are still entitled to connect with ourhigher self. We can not just raise

(02:58):
our vibration, but member our vibration. I used a background of a meteor
shower in the back to remind usthat we have atoms in our bodies that
we share with the stars in themidnight sky. We have atoms that we

(03:19):
share with the great sequoias. Wehave atoms in our body that we share
with the beautiful blue whales. Sowe are built of pretty cool stuff.
So in the next thirty days. What do you want to set your intention
for? What are you trying tocreate? What do you want to grow

(03:43):
into a lot of my clients havesome former fashion of childhood trauma, and
I tell them that you get toparent you now. So what would you
like to experience? It's never toolate to have a happy childhood. What

(04:04):
do you want to do to parentyourself to have that happy childhood? Do
you want to buy an awesome coloringbook and just spend an afternoon drinking kool
aid and coloring. Do you wantto go to an amusement park? Do
you want to catch a baseball game? There are no limitations on how you

(04:29):
can parent your own inner children inall phases, and so explore that,
enjoy that love up on yourself.Use this opportunity in the full moonlight to
attract love into your life, tofeel this beautiful, profound interconnectedness with all

(04:54):
that is. Open your heart tohealing, to love, to joy,
to beauty, Because I got asecret for you. It's already inside you,
already have all of that as you'veshed your antlers and regrow new ones.

(05:16):
What do you want to do inthe next thirty days? How do
you want to rebrand yourself right? What are you going to step into?
How awesome is your life going tobe? You can start right now and
let's do that. So, ifyou're ready, find a comfy seat or

(05:38):
lay down and let's get into it. So, if you're ready, take
a big, deep breath and letit out. Do that again, deep,
deep breath and let it out.And as you allow yourself to take

(06:08):
these deep cleansing breaths, I inviteyou to focus on your breath. Feel
your chest rise, feel it release. You might feel a gentle tingling in

(06:41):
your body as you become aware ofthat oxygenated blood getting out to all of
your parts, sending that energy, sending your chee to all the parts of
you, and appreciating that life forcethat flows within you, creating your life,

(07:15):
creating all that is in your physicalbody. And if you take a
moment to appreciate how profound you arethis human form. We are profoundly made,

(07:40):
We are wonderfully made. And withevery natural breath, allow your body
to go deeper and deeper into relaxation, into the quiet, into the peaceful,
into the safe, appreciating how wonderfullymade you are and appreciating as we

(08:11):
go deeper and deeper into relaxation thatin this meditation you are about to metaphorically
shed your antlers and as you prepareto grow new ones. How do you

(08:33):
want to project yourself into the world? How do you want to live?
What do you want to manifest? As you focus on your breath and tap
into that quite exquisite transformation of oxygenfor carbon dioxide, healing your body with

(09:05):
every breath, and your breath andthe movement therein is controlled partly by your
subconscious It happens whether you pay attentionto it or not. But when you

(09:26):
do pay attention to your breath,it is the simplest, most natural way
to relax your mind and your body. By taking a deep breath and letting
it go, you activate the pairasympatheticnervous system, and you deactivate the sympathetic

(09:58):
nervous system or the fight or flight. So as you rest, relax,
drawing life force energy into your body, moving chee and blood throughout your vessel,
healing every part of you, allowingyourself to get heavier and heavier where

(10:24):
you sit or where you lay, allowing yourself to appreciate your vessel. This
joyous work of art that you manifested, that you incarnated into. As you

(10:50):
allow yourself to go deeper and deeperinto relaxation, opening your heart, opening
your soul for healing, for restoration, for growth, for peace, allowing
yourself to tap into all that is, and to allow yourself to tap into

(11:16):
that stream of consciousness towards health andhealing, beauty, love, manifesting,
abundance, world peace. There's kindnesswithin and without. As you allow yourself

(11:39):
to go deeper and deeper into relaxation, quieter, still, stepping down,
deeper, down into relaxation. Fivequiet, peaceful, say, comfortable and
relaxed. Four deeper still, allowingyour body to get heavy where you lay

(12:07):
their arms and legs, the musclesgo slack, deep cleansing breath. Three
deeper down, floating, flying, drifting down into the depths into the quiet.
Two quieter, still, peaceful, safe, supported, beloved, and

(12:33):
one all the way down, down, down, down into the deep,
into the quiet, accessing that treasuretrobe that is your subconscious mind. In
your mind's eye, imagine that youare standing in a forest clearing and you

(12:56):
see the gentle and magnificent moon overhead. Maybe, just maybe you are that
buck, strong, powerful, appreciatingyour interconnectedness with everything around you. And

(13:20):
in this forest clearing, maybe youshake your massive head, release those antlers
in a form or fashion. Itmight seem vulnerable, and that's okay.
In the quiet and the peace inthis forest clearing, it is okay to

(13:46):
be vulnerable. It is okay toopen yourself up to new growth. It
is okay and safe to open yourselfup to change, to beauty, to
manifesting. And maybe you see yourselfas this buck in the forest clearing,

(14:16):
standing in the moonlight, knowing thatyour essential nature is to grow, is
to change, is to manifest,is to be strong. And as you

(14:37):
allow yourself to imagine that, youreturn to human form. And it is
you standing out there in the forestclearing under the moonlight, perhaps a bit
vulnerable, open to change, opento healing, open to manifesting, open

(15:05):
to recreating that which that no longerserves you. Energy cannot be created or
destroyed, but it can be transformed. What would you like to transform yourself?
What would you like to improve orchange? What would you like to

(15:28):
completely discard and replace with something healthier? As you allow yourself to imagine standing
in that forest clearing under the lightof a full moon shining down on you

(15:50):
like a glorious spotlight, healing insideand out and outside in whatever needs to
be healed, in your physical form, in your mental body, your motional
body, whatever you need to growto heal, to change. Imagine that

(16:15):
that moonlight is healing you delicately yetprofoundly, transforming whatever is no longer serving
you into something and some energies thatdo. Allow yourself to open yourself up

(16:41):
for healing, for love, friendships, new opportunities, personal growth, manifesting.
The world can genuinely be your oyster. How would you like to transform

(17:02):
the next thirty days until the nextfull moon? What do you want to
grow to heal, to change,to evolve, to transform? As you
stand in the moonlight, opening yourthird eye, your intuition, your psychic

(17:23):
center, having clarity over all thatsurrounds you, what would you like the
universe is genuinely conspiring to support you. As you stand in the moonlight under

(17:45):
the full buck moon. You canhowl if you want to. Oh,
you can dance in the moonlight. You can rejoice, you can cry happy
tears as you allow yourself to heal, grow, change, transform into that

(18:14):
who I know you are as youstand there in the moonlight, imagining the
interconnectedness with everything you see around youand that which you don't, Imagining that

(18:36):
you can begin to see yourself theway God sees you, as perfect,
as wonderful, as flawed, asgenuinely and authentically human. As you allow
yourself to connect with your higher self, perhaps transforming your addiction with your own

(19:02):
higher self, opening yourself up toyour own greatness, your own joy,
Allowing yourself in this moment to bevulnerable. You shed your antlers for the
moment, and you are no lessproud and powerful, determined, beautiful creature.

(19:38):
As you stand in the moonlight, there are no dreams off limits.
Imagine that you can see into themidnight sky, all the stars, all
the constellations, the universe and beyond. That's what you have access to,

(20:06):
everything in the universe. As youdraw that into yourself, what do you
want to create? What do youwant to heal? How do you want
to evolve? Transform? As yourantlers grow back metaphorically, what do you

(20:27):
want them to look like? Youget to choose. Now you get to
heal the parts of you that arewounded. You get to heal. The
relationships you get to heal, yourmoney space, your home space, whatever

(20:52):
you want wants you back. Theuniverse is conspiring to support you. As
you take another glance up at themoon and the midnight sky, asking the

(21:14):
moon, this is what I'm settingout for for the next thirty days,
and allow yourself to receive your intention. You take one more look around that
forest clearing it is okay to feelhappy and content with yourself. You did

(21:37):
good, and you are good, and you are deserving of all good things.
As you take another deep breath inimagining that to change you intend is
already happening as we come back tothe room in one, two, three,

(22:03):
four, five, eyes open, wake up, back to the room.
