and the surgery itself was a success. Not having numb fingers is a wonderful

little bit longer. Like I can'tdo down dog just yet because it still
hurts. So I do downward dog, you know, on forearm and forearm
planks and whatnot. But AnyWho,and there's been a couple of fires to

So oh, I got a kittycat at my peep So today's meditation is

our full moon, the flower moonof May twenty twenty four. Why is
it the flower moon. Well,for one, because it's one of the
biggest of the year so far,so it illuminates greatly because of the size

of proximity to the big blue marbleplanet Earth. But also because April showers
bring May flowers, so we callit the flower moon. But metaphysically or
spiritually. You've been planting, you'vebeen settling into the end. You've been

(03:30):
putting out to the universe what youwant to manifest, what you want to
grow, heal, and evolve.And now the crocuses are starting to poke
through the earth, they're starting tobloom. You get to see the fruits,
the literal fruits of your labors,the fruits of your patients, the
fruits of your intentions. And soin this healing meditation, we're going to

do a bit of a dance.There used to be something in my hometown
growing up called may Day. We'dhave a may Day parade and a may
Day dance. We'd have the maypole where it would be this collection of
ribbons on this I don't know,ten foot tall pole and maybe thirty of

these giant ribbons coming out from thepole, and you would march. You'll
have to google Maypole pol e toget a visual of this, but imagine
thirty people with their ribbons extended asfar as they could go, maybe twenty

feet, and then like a dance, you would go. You take your
ribbon over your neighbors, and thenunder the next neighbors, and over the
neighbors, and so twenty or thirtypeople would be wrapping this pole in these
beauti full ribbons to celebrate May,to celebrate the mayflowers, to celebrate growth

and renewal, and the bounty ofspring and joyous spring, and the colors
and the flowers and the beauty inthem. For some of you in parts
of the world, the cicadas,yes, and their sweet sweet song.
They've been underground for seventeen years andthey will come out and they will sing

their song for a night, theywill mate, and they will start it
all over again. So another auditoryrepresentation of growth of mayflowers. So for

(05:55):
those of you that get to experiencethe cicadas, good on you celebrate.
So with that being said, let'smeditate, let's rejoice in this brilliant flower
moon for May twenty twenty four.So find yourself in a comfortable chair or

lay down, get comfortable and closeyour eyes. Take a deep, deep
breath and let it go. Anddo that again, and this time take
a deep, deep, satisfying realmand let it go. And continue taking

(06:45):
those deep, cleansing breaths, andwith each breath, allow yourself to be
a little joyful, Allow yourself tolike yourself, allow yourself to be happy.
You made it God, that's funny, you may aid, why postrophe

deep made it too? Huh,I made a pun. Take another deep,
deep breath, and yes, beamused. We are dancing in the
moonlight. We are celebrating spring.We are celebrating manifesting, creating, and

enjoying the fruits of our labor.As you continue to take those deep cleansing
rats and allow your body to relax, you can be joyful and relaxed at
the same moment. They can livein the same space. As you take

(07:53):
another deep, deep, satisfying breathin, and as you exhale, just
let go of tension, let goof worry, let go of frights or
anger or stress, let go oflimiting beliefs, that idea that there's not

(08:20):
enough. As you exhale, letgo of anything you are ready to let
go of, and you can letit go with the softness of the mist
of your very breath. As youtake another deep, deep breath in and

you let it go, allow yourselfto get heavy where you lay, allowing
all the tension to just flow outof your muscles, softening the muscles the
top of your scalp, your face, your jaw, The small muscles around

(09:07):
the eyes, allow them to softenand relax. Allow the muscles of your
scalp, the back of your neck, top of your shoulders to soften and
relax. Allow the muscles of yourthroats, your chest, your sidebody to

(09:37):
soften and relax. The muscles ofyour shoulders, your arms, your forearms,
the muscles in your hands, eventhe small muscles in your fingers to
soften and relax, allowing waves andwaves of relaxation to flow through your body.

The muscles of your abdomen, yourlower back, your hips, your
thighs to soften and relax. Themuscles of your thighs, front sides,
and back, your shins, yourcalves, allow them to release all their

(10:31):
tension, getting heavy where you lay. The muscles in your feet, the
small muscles in your toes, allowthem to soften and relax. You made
and say to yourself, my armsare heavy, My arms are heavy.

(10:54):
As you allow your heavy arms tolet you sink down, down, down,
into relaxation. And perhaps you sayto yourself, my legs are heavy,
My legs are heavy, as youallow the weight of your legs to

gently traction, your lower back,softening, deepening, sinking, gracefully,
peaceful, down, down, downinto relaxation, this quiet place, this
peaceful place. And we'll count backwardsfrom five to one, as if you're

(11:43):
walking down a beautiful staircase. Fivegoing down, releasing that tension, allowing
yourself to float and fly, driftand down, for deepening that sense of
relaxation, allowing yourself to just gentlydrift into relaxation, re doubling that sense

(12:13):
of relaxation, quiet, peaceful,safe, supported. Two down, down,
down, deeper, down, downinto the depths, into the clay,
and one all the way down andthe quiet peace, the joy of

(12:37):
your sub conscious mind, that partof you that has all your tools,
your gifts, your resources. It'salways there to protect you, always tell
you the truth, such as youare wonderful and perfect, as is in

(13:00):
this deep, relaxed space in yourmind's eye. Imagine that you are on
the top of a hill overlooking abeautiful valley, and you see in this
valley beauty starlight, greenery, andyou see in the midnight sky this beautiful

(13:31):
full flower moon. And allow themoonlight to touch your skin and allow it
to illuminate who you are what you'rehere for. Shine a light on your
purpose, your mission. And asyou stand in the moonlight overlooking this beautiful

valley, seeing the star dust twinklingin the midnight, scout know that there's
a peace, a sense of peacethat overwhelms you, a sense of joy,
quiet calm, but at the sametime, there's a quiet enthusiasm as

jois de vive. As you lookat the world ahead of you and you
see all of your possibilities, Yousee the fruits of your labor. You
see the crocuses of your life startingto sprout and bloom, the kindness that

you have shared with others, thekarme stars that you are collecting from doing
nice things for no reason, Andthere's an overwhelming, sublime sense of accomplishment,

a peaceful knowingness that everything you seein the twinkling moonlight that you did,
that you created, that you area magical being. Where do you
want to point your magic wand next? What are you going to plant?

What are you going to grow?Whose life are you going to enrich?
As you allow the moonlight to touchyour skin, to heal your heart,
to fill your countenance with joy,to soothe the wounds and As you allow

yourself to appreciate all that you've done, there is more yet to do,
more to accomplish. What new seedsare you going to plant? What seedling
are you going to graft onto anotherand watch it grow and evolve and heal

and prosper and share with the world. This big, full flower moon is
giving you the opportunity to live outloud, shout from the rooftop. Look

at me, look at what I'vedone, Look who I'm healing, and
watch out look what I'm about todo. As you stand in the moonlight,
know that you share atoms with thestars in the midnight sky, that

you are born to create and manifest, and that everything around you is a
possibility and perhaps even a probability.As you allow yourself to take an inventory

of all the growth and change thatyou have done, appreciating the fruits of
your labor and sharing the love withyour community, with your friends, with
your family, with your chosen family, with your tribe, you be the

change you want to see in theworld. You be the peace you want
to see in the world. Yoube the love you want to see in
the world. You be the hopeyou want to see in the world.
You be the vibrational match that youintend to attract into your life. And

with this joyous flower moon, youhave permission to live out loud, to
declare who you are, what you'reabout, and what you bring to the
planet, and you invite the universeto match whatever you want wants you back.

When you lead with your heart andyou lead with kindness, love,
joy, peace, purity, theuniverse is compelled to help you match that
create that manifest And as you standin the moonlight, give yourself a moment

to attract any other positive quality thatyou want more of in your life.
Body level, healing, a newrelationship, a job of your dreams,
financial abundance, healing in your physicalbody, healing in a relationship. You

can have it all. As yousend it out to the universe and you
shine a light as big as theflower moon on it, you set your
intention for the love you want tosee in the world. The universe is
