Good morning everybody. This is Cynthia Smith and this is
the Intuitive Hypnotherapy Podcast. Today's meditation is the Strawberry Moon
healing meditation. Yes, we love our full moon intention setting
healing meditations. Every time we sit with our intentions in

the full moonlight, we're connecting with the God of our heart.
We're opening up our intentions. What do we want to
create in the next month, What are we asking the
universe for? And the struck excuse me. The strawberry moon
(00:50):
is also known as the harvest moon. So this is
a time to gather up from all the seeds you've
been playing. What do you want to harvest, what are
you collecting, what receipts are getting paid. It's also an
(01:14):
opportunity for you to let go release things, because you know,
when you harvest, you don't keep every part right. Sometimes
you have to lead the stems and the seats. But
today's moon September twenty twenty four, it's also a super moon,
(01:39):
which means that the moon appears ninety percent closer to
the Earth. Oooh, that's some magnetic pull. For those of
us that are sensitive, this is a time to really
land in and give ourselves some self care, give ourselves
(01:59):
the time and space that we need. If the full
moon is strong enough to change the tides, strong enough
to affect women's menstrual cycles, I mean, come on, let's
tap into that light force. And this moon in particular
(02:19):
is also going to be a partial lunar eclipse, so
parts of the country here in America are going to
be able to see that. And what is an eclipse
and a clumps and eclipses, a shadowing is a hiding.

So what are you.

What are you hiding? What are you eclipsing?

Is it good? Is it not so good? You get
to look for yourself. So when you're ready, let's go
ahead and find a comfy place to sit, be placed
to lie down, and let's make some magic during this
full strawberry moon, this full purpost moon. Okay, all right.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
Take a big deep breath. Do that again, a big
deep breath and let it go. And on the next
deep breath, make it the biggest of the day. Really
(03:38):
expand the lung fields, take in all the air, that nourishment,
that oxygen, and as you exhale, squeeze out all that
old stale air, let go of anything you're ready to
release as you can continue with somewhat normal breathing, allowing
(04:07):
your chest to expand and contract following your breath, allowing
your body to relax. As you focus on your breath,
(04:31):
feel the air coming into your lungs. You might notice
a tingling sensation, a warming sensation, an energy feel as
you open your lungs, drawing in that oxygen that nutrients
(04:55):
and exhaling the carbon diox letting go of your stress
and worries on the mist of your breath, breathing in anticipation, hope, joy,
and letting go of worry, fear, doubt as you bring
(05:22):
in that air and exhale, drawing into you love, and
as you exhale, getting more and more relaxed. Your breath
is something that happens all the time, unconsciously, keeping your
(05:47):
vessel alive, whether you pay attention to it or not.
At the same time, if you choose, you can control
your breath, perhaps taking a deep breath in holding it
(06:08):
for a moment, and then exhaling, maybe hold of for
a moment and then inhale again. You can slow your breath,
You can increase your breath the volume. You can manage
(06:33):
your breath, which therefore helps you manage your stress, helps
you manage your energy flow. It's a wonderfully empowering sensation.
As you dry in this oxygen, relaxing your body feeling
(06:56):
empowered and relax comfortable, like waves of relaxation are flowing
through your body from the top of your head to
the tips of your toes. Comfortable, relaxed, peaceful, tranquil with
(07:21):
every breath, getting more and more relaxed, more and more peaceful,
more and more comfortable, getting heavy where you lay, allowing
each breath to relieve any tension in your muscles, calming
(07:49):
your system, slowing your heart rates. You may even at
this moment, be able to perceive your heartbeat, another function
that happens all the time without a thought, profound mechanism
(08:16):
to keep the vessel alive and wow the heart sending
fresh blood to all parts of your body, healing and nourishing.
(08:39):
As you focus on your breath and your heart beat,
you might notice the energy flowing into your body and
out to all parts of your body. You can feel
the cheat or energy flowing if you bring your attention
(09:04):
to your body, the flow of your breath, the beat
of your heart, tapping into this incredible wonderfully made vessel
that you incarnated into. It's glorious, wonderful, uniquely you. Because
(09:31):
you're getting more and more relaxed, calm and peaceful. Well,
imagine that will take five steps down, going even deeper
into relaxation yet fully aware, Bye, quiet and peaceful, safe
(09:53):
and relaxed. For deeper, still, peaceful, joyful, focused, happy, three quieter,
still deeper down, deeper down, floating, flying, drifting three deeper still, peaceful, quiet, happy,
(10:22):
and joyous. Two deeper down, deeper down, deeper down, and
one all the way down down into the peaceful, down
into the quiet, the joyous and safe, quiet and tender
(10:46):
in this deeper, laxed space in your mind's eye, the
center of your head a point of light. Imagine, if
you will, You're standing on a hilltop a beautiful fall evening.
(11:07):
It's the perfect temperature. Feel warm and invigorated standing on
this hilltop, looking around you and seeing all the beauty
around you, forest, a lake. You might hear some animals.
(11:42):
You might see a bird in the night sky. You
might hear the howl of a wolf, the cry of
an owl. Standing in the full moonlight, looking around at
(12:03):
God's creation, the beauty the joy, the peace as you
stand on this hilltop, feeling under your feet, feeling grounded,
connected to Mother Earth, grounded to the planet, feeling safe, protected.
(12:35):
But also as you stand in this quiet you feel
a profound sense of belonging, of interconnectedness. You feel connected
to the land. You feel connected to the sky, the moon,
the stars, the other inhabitants of planet Earth, than beyond.
(13:01):
As you stand in this beautiful place, feeling tender and soft,
knowing that in this very moment, in the movement, touching
your skin, lighting your soul, freeing your mind, in this
(13:22):
very moment, you begin to heal. You may even get emotional,
shed a tear as you allow yourself to stand in
the movement, feeling the healing energy flowing through your body,
(13:43):
connecting to the God of your heart, the creator, the universe,
pure love. As you feel the tenderness the breeze touching
your skin, caressing you like a mother to her beloved child,
(14:12):
you feel enveloped in a blanket of love, tender, nurturing,
nourishing your soul, your body, your mind, your psyche, your spirit,
healing all parts of you from the top down, the
(14:33):
bottom up, from the inside out, and the outside in
you may allow yourself to feel whatever emotions are coming
up for you, give them space to process. And as
you stand in the moonlight setting up your prayer for
(14:56):
the next month, what would you like to choose? What
would you like to achieve? What are you ready to release?
Do you want a full schedule in your practice? Do
you want more customers in your business? Do you want
(15:18):
to raise? Do you want more business, more source, more abundance,
prosperity from whatever source. Do you need a healing in
your body? Do you need a healing in your relationship,
your relationship with yourself, with someone special, with a group
(15:42):
or community. Are you asking for a healing for the planet,
for Mother Earth, Father's God? What would you like to
see in the next month? As you set yours, this
is what I will do, This is what I will achieve,
(16:06):
This is what I will receive. These are the action
steps that I will take. This is the outcome I expect.
The universe is abundant. Whatever you want wants you back.
Allow yourself to dream, to hope, to experience, Allow yourself
(16:32):
to be that radical optimist. Imagine that whatever you want
actually does want you back. Imagine that the universe is genuine,
genuinely conspiring to support you. What would it feel like
(16:54):
to be completely supported? How would it feel when you
achieve your dreams, when you manifest your wishes. Be there now,
as if it's already happened, as if you're already receiving,
(17:16):
as if the love you want is already here. How
would you walk? How would you talk? How would you
carry yourself? Be there now? Expect greatness, you get what
(17:37):
you expect. Allow yourself to expect wonderment, joy all good things.
As you stand on this hill in the moonlight, like
a spotlight shining down on you, healing you, granting your wishes,
(18:05):
helping you open your mind and your heart to all
things that are possible. Maybe, if you feel a little silly,
you can imagine yourself dancing in the moonlight, celebrating, as
if what you've asked for has already arrived, It's already here.

You're that good, You're that powerful. As you allow yourself
to be in the manifestation of that which you are
choosing or sending, or setting your intention for, be there now,
(18:59):
you serve it. In a moment, we'll count back up
from one to five. You will come back into full
waking awareness. Feeling wonderful in your body, remembering everything that's
(19:20):
meant to be remembered, and healing in a way that's
specific and perfect just for you. One feeling lovely, encouraged, excited.
Two ready to go, feeling inspired, hopeful, grateful. Three start shifting,
(19:52):
shifting in your seat, appreciating everything you have and everything
you're creating, st your intention for good. Four pretty excited
about what's about to happen and what's already happening. You
