Hello everybody. I am doctor Cynthia Smith and this is
the Intuitive Hypnotherapy Podcast where my mission is to bring
a little love, a little light to the universe and
to teach you some tools. Each episode, I chat a
little bit about the topic of the day and then

I lead a guided meditation or hypnosis session for you
to follow along and have the healing around the topic
of the day or anything else you wish. Today's topic
is the Full Harvest Moon Healing Meditation. This is our
(00:44):
full Moon meditation for October twenty twenty four, and for
those of you that were with me last year, you
have an opportunity to take an inventory and check in
with what your intentions was from a year ago. What happened?
Have you checked off a few boxes? Have you manifested?
(01:08):
Have you got the job? Is your relationship better? Have
you lost weight? Are you more motivated? What is happening
in your universe? And do you know where you were
a year ago and where you are now, hopefully in
a better place. And if not, let's set our intention first.
(01:31):
Each full moon we set the intention for the upcoming month,
what we're trying to heal and achieve and bigger picture
you get to project into the future. So hopefully Hunter's
moon twenty twenty five will be even more amazing for you.
(01:51):
So with that being said, let's get into it. So
if you would please find a place to see it,
place to lie down and get comfortable where you are,
and take this time for yourself to heal, to ground,
(02:14):
to set your intention for the next thirty days. So
with that being said, and my phone is now off,
take a deep, deep breath and let it go. Do
(02:39):
that again, Take a deep, deep breath and let it go.
And to the best you can keep this cadence of
deep belly breaths and exhale, and with every breath you're
(03:05):
turning off the fight or flight response, the stress response.
And as you allow yourself to relax take those belly breaths,
you turn on the parasympathetic nervous system, the rest and recovery.

So as you allow yourself to sink comfortably into place, breathing,
taking in love, exhaling stress, breathing joy, exhil fear, and
(03:56):
so on. And with every natural breath, allow your body
to get heavy where you lay or sit, allow your
mind to close to other thoughts, allow all the muscles
in your body to relax, releasing any tension, softening, relaxing,
(04:27):
getting comfortable, safe and protected, Allowing the muscles of your scalp,
your face, your jaw, the small muscles around your eyes
to soften and relax. The muscles of your neck, your shoulders,
(04:54):
your arms, your hands and fingers, letting all all of
those muscles soften and relax, allowing your arms to simply
go slack. Softening the muscles of your neck, your chest,
(05:16):
your upper back, your sidebody, allowing them to soften and relax.
The muscles of your abdomen, your lower back, your hips,
your thighs. Waves of relaxation flowing through your muscles, releasing
(05:41):
any tension, softening the muscles of your lower leg, your feet,
and toes, allowing your legs and the muscles to go slack, softening, relaxing,
getting heavy where you sit tor leg with every natural breath,
(06:13):
allowing your body to get heavier and heavier. You might
say to yourself, my arms are heavy, My arms are heavy,
and allow your heavy arms to allow your body to
sink into place. You might say to yourself, my legs
(06:40):
are heavy, My legs are heavy, allowing your heavy legs
to just sink into place, allowing you to sink deeper
and deeper, deeper and deeper into relaxation, and allowing your
(07:02):
body the tension the muscles to surrender, surrender to the
quiet and peaceful, safe and relaxed, going down, down, deeper, down, down,
into relaxation. We'll count backwards from five to one, each
(07:25):
number down, taking you deeper and deeper into your subconscious awareness,
that part of you that has all your tools, your gifts.
It's always there to protect you, and I'll always tell
you the truth. By drifting, floating, flying down, deeper down,
(07:50):
or waves and waves of relaxation flowing through your body,
softening and relaxing in your tires system. Three doubling that
sense of relaxation, getting heavy where you lay, as if
(08:11):
you're sinking into a big old hug. Two deeper down,
deeper down, deeper down, And one all the way down
down into the quiet, into the peace, fall asleep, the
(08:31):
joyous in your mind's eye. Imagine that you're out on
a forest clearing or the top of a hill, and
out in the distance you see this exquisite hunter's moon.
The time of reflection, a time of turning inward, taking
(08:54):
an inventory of everything, you harvested in the last thirty days,
manifested during the harvest moon. As you look up at
the moon, you see it as a beautiful spotlight, spotlight
on the stage of your life, your existence. Now, what
(09:17):
do you want to call forth into the light in
this next month? This moon is supposed to be a
super moon, appears even larger in your mind's eye. You
can make your full moon a little bigger, a little brighter,
(09:39):
a super moon for your intentions. This is the time
of year when it gets a little colder in North America,
we go inward. This big full moon allows us to
hunt in the moonlight. The trees are losing their leaves.
(10:01):
It's easier to see. And in the modern world, what
are we manifesting? What are we drawing into our world?
What are we asking the universe for? Maybe you hear
(10:27):
a beating drum or a song or a cry to
the universe, opening your heart, your mind, your spirit, your
souls to the blessings from the Creator, the God of
your heart. As you look up to the moon, perhaps
(10:49):
you even howl oh, allowing the moonlight to shine down
upon you in illuminating that which you wish to manifest,
to call forth, whether you want a new job, healing
(11:12):
in your relationships, healing in your physical body, whether you
want to pay down some debt or find a new love.
There is no shortage in the universe. Whatever you want
wants you back. This is an opportunity to be brave,
(11:36):
be courageous, stand up and speak. What do you want
to see in the next thirty days in this beautiful moonlight.
This in energy, the sacred feminine, the art of receiving
(12:01):
as you allow yourself to give to yourself, providing yourself
some care, some healing, some reflection, turning inward, allowing yourself
(12:22):
to love yourself, to heal yourself, to wish, hope, and dream.
Fall into that moonlight. That which you want to see
(12:43):
could be for yourself, could be for the planet. It
could be a wish for the world, an end to war,
healing from the earth, peace, love, generosity, an opportunity for
(13:11):
you to be the peace you want to see in
the world, for you to be the joy you like
to see in the world. The grace, the openness, the trust,
the honesty, the love. You have an opportunity to set
(13:34):
your own example. Ask the moon to bring courage into
your heart. Healing, into your body, soothing to your mind,
fill your coughers, see that your belly is never empty.
(14:05):
As you allow yourself to receive and be in the
quiet and the peace and the brilliance of the full moon,
the full hunter's moon, turning inward, and allowing yourself to reflect,
(14:28):
To be humble, to be gracious, to be grateful. When
you're grateful for what the Creator has provided, the universe
gives you more to be grateful for. As you look
(14:50):
at this beautiful full moon, allow it to touch your heart,
your mind, your spirit, your soul. Allow it to fill
you and warm you from the inside out and the
outside in, healing you from the top down and the
bottom up. Allowing your sparkle, your shine to flow out
(15:14):
of you and into the world. Being the light for yourself,
for your community, being of the beacon that your people need.
As you find your center point, you allow and give
(15:37):
permission to others to find theirs. What do you want
to see? What do you want to manifest in the
next thirty days? How does that look in your universe?
See it in exquisite detail, and then imagine that it's
already happening. Be there now, Allow yourself to receive. The
(16:05):
universe is conspiring to support you. Whatever you want, genuinely
wants you back, allow yourself to have it. Receive in
this beautiful moonlight. In a moment, we'll come back up

from one to five. You will remember everything that's meant
to be remembered. You will continue to manifest, heal, grow
and change in ways that are perfect just for you. One, two, three, four, five,
