And today no aw worthy of goodthings meditation. We're going to do
a full strawberry moon healing meditation.What is that? Well, the strawberry

moon is our full moon in June. Oh, I love all the rhyming.
My daughter's birthday is in June,snap steps. I love her so
much. And June and this yearwe almost lined up perfectly with the summer
solstice. That was yesterday. Fullmoons tonight, well right there. And

the summer solstice is also auspicious becauseit's the longest day of the year.
But it's also our opportunity to movefrom into into light, you know,
from darkness into light. What arewe going to manifest? What's going to
happen for us? It's our timeof new beginnings. What yes with the

changing of the seasons, and thatmeans major spiritual transformations. Yes, so,
And the summer solstice also represents transitionfrom action to nourishment because we get
to harvests our strawberries. But notonly is this harvest time for strawberries,

but it's also harvest time for honey. Yes, and many people June is
a popular month for weddings, youknow, tapping in on all that solstice
energy and that new beginning. Andso honey moon is another term for the
full moon in June. And sothe term honey moon has been adopted by

our new nuptials. Is that theword I'm looking for, because it's the
June moon, the honey moon.But also in olden times, I think
in Europe, they used to makea mead which is kind of like a

rustic type of wine with honey.So it's honey wine for your honeymoon on
your June nuptials. So like allkinds of goodness with this June moon and
in this June moon. You know, every time I do one of these
full moon healing meditations, I talkabout the moon being a spotlight. Right,

what do you want to bring intothe light? What are you looking
to manifest? What are you lackingto harvest in this June? The bounty
last month was the full flower moon, right, because if you have want
to have strawberries, you have tohave the blossoms first. And so what

are we harvesting? What are wemanifesting? What are we bringing into the
light? What are we going todo with our long summer days? What
are we going to when we putour work into action, our faith into
action. We've got more hours inthe day, more daylight hours to do

that. What are we working towards? What are you trying to create in
this world with this extra daylight?Nourished on yummy strawberries, So what do
you want to put into your spotlight? What do you want to bring to

the forefront? What berries do youwant to pick? You choose whatever you
want. I genuinely believe wants youback. The universe is conspiring to support
you. The universe wants you tobe happy. The universe wants you to

(04:44):
excel and exceed because happy people justare kinder people. Right, So let's
all be happy. Let's all tapdance into the moonlight. And as you
know, my acupuncture background always tryto create the balance between the en and
young. The moon is our yanenergy, and so as our days are

(05:06):
getting longer, that's a lot ofyoung energy. Right, So let's dance
in a little moonlight to honor thesacred feminine, to honor what is cool
and moist and soft and tender andreceptive. Let's create some balance in our
world. Let's create some peace.What do you want? What do you

(05:30):
need healing it? Do you needhealing in your finances, in your relationships?
Do you have some energy in yourspace that's just not for you?
Are you struggling with any of theany illness or injury. I was trying
to be a little opaque, butoh well, sometimes it works sometimes.

(06:00):
But we enter this with a levelof amusement and a level of receptivity.
And so as we go into thismeditation with kindness, gentleness, tenderness of
heart, breathing in the love thatwe choose to create in the world,

(06:21):
breathing out the stressors, the worries. How do you want your summer to
look? What boxes would you liketo check by August or September? How
would you like to express your ownhumanness, creativity, joy, love?

(06:47):
How are you going to show upthis summer, dancing in the moonlight,
eating strawberries and honey during the day. Actually, that sounds quite delicious,
So shall we get into it.Ready to close our eyes, find a
comfy chair, well, let's doit. So if you would please find

(07:11):
yourself a comfortable place, comfortable placeto sit or lie down, and know
that just by tuning in, thehealing is already starting. I believe my
chi and my intentions are that strong, and so by dialing in, you
dial into that stream of consciousness,attracting already beauty, love, harmony,

(07:33):
grace, and joy into your life. So as you choose your comfortable place
to sit or lie down, andif you have headphones, yeah, crack
those open. And when you're ready, you're all snuggled in, take a

(07:58):
deep, deep breath and let itgo. Do that again, take a
deep, deep breath and let itout, and with every natural breath,

(08:20):
allow yourself to just sink comfortably intothe chair or bed or wherever you're letting
in your sitting, allow yourself thegrace to relax, honoring yourself or taking
this time to give yourself a healing. As you take another deep, deep

(08:43):
breath in and as you let itgo. Imagine that you're worries, your
troubles, your stresses, just floatout of your breath like mist. And
with every natural breath, allow yourselfto go deeper and deeper into relaxation.

(09:09):
As you allow yourself to get comfortableand heavy where you lay, draw your
attention to the bad, the chair, whatever you're sitting or laying, and
notice how it's supporting the weight ofyou, and allow it to support you,

(09:33):
and allow yourself to be supportive,And let that be a metaphor for
how the universe is here to supportyou. It's here to cradle you,
to nurture you, to nourish you. And as you allow yourself to be

(09:56):
supported, it's easier for you torelax. And as you allow yourself to
relax, it's easier to feel supported. And with every natural breath you go
deeper and deeper into relaxation, drainingall the tension from your muscles, from
the top of your head to thesoles of your fields, releasing all the

(10:22):
tension of all your muscles, scalp, neck, shoulders, face, the
small muscles around your eyes, yourchest, your upper back, allowing those
muscles to soften and relax. Themuscles of your shoulders, your forearms,

(10:48):
your hands, even the small musclesof your fingers to soften and relax,
the muscles of your abdomen, yoursidebody, your lower back to soften and
relax, the muscles of your thighs, your hips, your lower legs,

(11:16):
your feet, even the small musclesof your toes, allowing them to soften
and relax. And as your bodycompletely relaxes, draining all the tension out,
allowing yourself to sink deeply into thechair or couch, going deeper and

(11:41):
deeper into relaxation, heavier and heavieras you lay, allowing your arms and
legs to be heavy, allowing yourtorso to become sinking into the back like
you're sinking into a warm and comfortablehug, feeling nurtured, safe, calm,

(12:09):
and relaxed. And we'll count backwardsfrom five to one, as if
you're walking down a beautiful staircase.Fine deeper down, deeper, down,
quiet, peaceful, safe, fourdeeper still heavy where you lay quiet,

(12:35):
peaceful, safe, tranquil, Threedown down down deeper down, quiet and
safe, two ten times more relaxed, peaceful, safe, sedate, And
one all the way down, down, down, down into the quiet,

(12:56):
into the peaceful, into the same. In this quiet depths of your subconscious
mind. This part of you thathas all your tools, all your gifts,
is always there to protect you andwill always say the truth, things

(13:18):
like how awesome you are, howperfect, wonderful and deserving of good things.
As you allow yourself to go deeperand deeper into relaxation in your mind's
eye, imagine your bubble, yourenergy field, your light field around you
in all directions. Your aura oryour energy field is around you all the

(13:48):
time, whether you pay attention toit or not. But with attention you
can control what energies impact you andyour body and what you choose to shed
or release. Choose a color foryour bubble today that feels good on your

(14:11):
body, any color but white orblack. Choose a color that's nurturing,
healthy, joyous, comfortable, safe, and allow yourself to be in your
bubble of your choosing and allow itto feel safe, protecting, nourishing,

(14:41):
And as you sit in your bubble, allow any energies that don't feel safe
to flow out of your bubble,disappearing into the ethers. Any pain in
your body. You can also releaseany discomfort, any stress, or worries.

(15:09):
You can push them to the outsideof your bubble and simply luxuriate in
your own energy field. Attracting intoyour energy field positive energies, qualities,
nurturing, healings, love, light, peace, grace, whatever positive qualities

(15:33):
you want more of in your life, draw into your bubble, manifesting as
you go. In your mind's eye, imagine on the outside of your bubble
is a beautiful theater screen, asif you're watching a movie of your own

(15:56):
life, where you're the director,the star, the producer, and the
screenwriter. In this movie, yousee this beautiful strawberry moon in the background,

(16:17):
And what do you want to seein the next thirty days? What
do you want to manifest? Seeit on your reading screen as if you're
watching your own movie. You're ata screaming of the story of youth.

(16:37):
Do you want a full schedule?Do you want increased funds in your bank
accounts? Do you want decreased debt? Do you want to mend a relationship?
Do you want healing in your physicalbody or changes to a fear or
phobia? Do you want a lessonthe behavior that's harmful to you? Whatever

(17:11):
you want, I genuinely, beelywant you back. See it in your
mind's eye, see it, andthen you can believe it, and then
you will achieve it. In thequiet and the peace of your own bubble,

(17:37):
the nurturing place of your own energyfield, a self healing organism,
allowing yourself to buff, polish,rents, recycle, renewing, whatever you
need, Invite it in, whateveryou're done with, invite it out and

let it be easy, let itbe fun. And as you watch the
movie of you on that reading stream, put as much detail as you can
make it rich, make the experiencereally See that healing, see that manifesting,

see that abundance. Whatever you wantgenuinely wants you back. As you
allow yourself to dream, your dreamsare manifest as you breathe in and bring

it out. As you watch themovie of you, that which you are
looking to harvest in this next thirtydays, you might find that you get
a little emotional because as you watchit on your own reading screen, it

looks real because it is put everydetail that you can imagine into this movie
onto this theater screen. See itas if it's happening. Allow yourself to

have it, to receive it.When you have that movie exactly the way
you want, send a copy ofit up to the Supreme Being so they
can start working on your order.And take the essence of your movie and

bring it into your heart space.Give yourself that healing this very moment,
and as you look around your beautifulbubble, notice that the color may have
changed. You might feel lighter,softer, more endearing. You've shifted your

own energy. You've created a healingin your own body, in your own
awareness, and the universe is workingon your order, conspiring to support you
in the most beautiful way possible.And as you allow yourself to let that

reading screen float off to the edgeof the universe, be in your bubble,
and maybe draw into your bubble alittle gold pixie dust, giving yourself
an additional layer of healing, beauty, joy, peace, manifesting, and
