been around for a while. I had a really bad
knee injury on December second of last year, and I've

been attending to that. I've found one surgery. The second
surgery is scheduled in a couple of weeks and I
will have a new bionic knee. Now it's not a
knee replacement, just some repair and restoration. So you've missed
a couple of months of Full Moon healing meditations and

there's been so much going on. The practice is growing.
I'm helping a lot of people, but it's important for
me to keep this podcast up because this is additional resources.
So in between sessions or for those who haven't made
it into the big comfy chair with me, you know,

and you just want to learn some psychic tools, learn
some meditation tools, get some hypnosis, heal some things. That's
the principle of this practice, right, we talk about stuff,
then we heal stuff. So this episode going to review
the very basics, the psychic basics, which are to be

in the center of your head as a point of light,
to be grounded to the center of the earth using
a tube of light or whatever visual aid makes sense
in your universe and to have your bubble or your
energy field around you. And so that's what we're going

your eyes, take a big deep breath and just get here,

get your physical body here. And if you could please
take a big deep breath and let it go and
do that again. Please take a big deep breath and

let it go. And this next one make it the
biggest of the day. Really take a big deep breath,
then fill your lungs and as you let it go,
let your whole body relax. So as you get here,

get your physical body here. We're going to start with
the basic tools, the basic meditation tools, the basic psychic
awareness tools. We use active imagination and guided visualization to
teach these tools. And I commissioned someone to actually create

a painting that shows the three meditation tools center, head, grounding,
court and the bubble. And I have it saved on
my desktop somewhere. I will find it and post it
either at Intuitive Hypnotherapy dot com on my instag at

sub subla suspects. With that being said, as you stay here,
quiet and peaceful, imagine that you are a point of light.
You are point of light, and you're nestled behind your
eyes and in between your temples. So when you see
(04:53):
me on my YouTube channel and I have my eyes closed,
that's what I'm doing. That's where I'm at. I am
a point of light in the center of my head.
It's as if you are looking at the world from
behind your closed eyes. This is your sixth chakra, your
(05:17):
sixth energy center. This is your psychic space, your intuitive space.
But moreover, when you're in the center of your head,
you have the opportunity to look at information, look at
your world, look at the situations that you find yourself in,
(05:39):
or even body level ailments or issues. From a place
of neutrality. When you're in the center of your head,
you have some distance from the subject or the item
that you're looking at. You have an opportunity to be
(06:05):
impartial if you will, allowing you to become a neutral observer,
even when the circumstances of your life can become really
rich and thick in chocolatey. If you would please be
that point of light in the center of your head
(06:27):
with your eyes closed, I often say you can see better,
see better in quotes with your eyes closed. By using
your psychic tools in the center of your head, you
can imagine looks like anything you want, can look like
(06:52):
a room, can look like a command center. For those
old enough to remember Star Trek, I imagine that I am
my own Captain Kirk, and sitting in my captain's chair
and looking out of a bank of windows to the world. Now,
(07:19):
unlike the starship Enterprise, the center of your head is
a place for you and you alone. You don't want
anybody else in there with you. If you imagine that
you have visitors, invite them out. If they don't go
(07:41):
out easily, push them out. If they really want to
stay in the center of your head, you can use
psychic napalm or an imaginary fire hose. Usually it doesn't
take that. So when you're in the center of your
(08:02):
head looking at the world from behind your closed eyes.
The next of our tools is the awareness of our
energy field. Your bubble or your energy field is around
you all the time, whether you pay attention to it
or not, whether you're aware of it or not. You
(08:24):
know when somebody's invaded your personal space. Right feel like
you were in my bubble. So it is an entity,
and it ebbs and flows. And we know that energy
cannot be created or destroyed. It can, however, be transformed.
(08:47):
When you take ownership of your bubble, I invite you
to choose a color for your bubble, any color but
black or white, black and white, and to attract unconsciousness. Therefore,
choose a color that's any other color. It can be
(09:10):
a solid, it can be a gradient, it can be
a print. It's your bubble, it's your adventure. Whatever you choose,
whatever color you choose, and you can try several on
they're free. Choose a color that feels particularly comfortable on
(09:35):
your physical body, that day, something that really resonates with you.
It's literally anything on the color wheel. And imagine from
the center of your head that you can see your
bubble around you in all directions. You can see it
(09:55):
over your head, you can see it in front of you,
on either side, behind you, and under your feet right,
doesn't matter if you're sitting or lying down. Your bubble
is your bubble. And imagine that it's at least an
arms length right, so about three feet or so. And
(10:20):
don't worry if your bubble is next to another bubble.
They adapt and as you allow yourself to be in
your bubble in the color of your choosing, just sit
there for a moment, be in the center of your head,
(10:44):
in your bubble, and just experience what you experience, feel
what you feel, notice what you notice. Sometimes we'll want
to jump out of the center of our head and
go to the edge of our bubble, or go outside
of our bubble, and then I remind you to just
(11:05):
gently nudge yourself back into the center of your head.
This is particularly helpful if you find yourself really riled
up about something. Maybe you're going through a breakup and
you just can't stop thinking about the guy or the
gal or the person be a point of light in
(11:31):
the center of your head. Make sure that that individual
isn't cohabitating with you in the center of your head.
Move them or anybody else out of the center of
your head and imagine that whomever that is is on
the outside of your bubble, and see how you feel.
(11:56):
See if that doesn't just calm your mind out. You
have an opportunity to look at that individual or that
relationship from a place of objectivity. Right, you're not jumping
into the energy of the relationship. You're staying in the
(12:18):
center of your head. You're staying metaphorically on the shore. Right,
you're not jumping into the lake. You're staying safely on
the shore, safely in the center of your head. And
you can look at the information of the relationship or
(12:40):
of that person from a place of being neutral, and
oftentimes that helps us not be quite so stirred up.
The other thing that helps this is just one example.
(13:03):
Being in the center of your head, grounded and in
your bubble is absolutely amazing for managing most things that
you all encounter in your life. You know, a busy brain, anxiety, difficulty, sleeping,
decision making, so the next piece is imagine a tube
(13:28):
of light or a connection that connects the base of
your swine, the base of your spine, through your chair
or through the floor, through all the layers of the earth,
and grounds into the center of the earth. And we
imagine the center of the earth is neutral, and you
(13:48):
can visualize anything you want. You can visualize a beautiful pond,
I'm sorry, a beautiful park, or a beautiful landscape. Where
you ground your tube of light or your grounding cord
into something tangible. You can imagine it's just neutral energy,
(14:13):
something that anchors you, that tethers you and why to
the center of the earth. Well, again we postulate that
that is neutral energy. Think about what's going on and
the Earth's layers. We want to bypass all of that
(14:34):
all the way down to the center. So the grounding
cord make it at least as white as you are
all the way down. And so those are your three tools.
The center of your head, the center of your six chakra,
(14:54):
your energy field or your aura or your bubble, and cord.
Your grounding cord has several functions. First off, it just
helps you feel grounded, helps you feel centered, tethered. If
you will to the planet. By doing so, it helps
(15:17):
us be in the present moment, in present time right.
Because we can heal things that happened in the past.
We can project things that we want to happen in
the future, but we have to do it from this
present moment, this moment in time, and being grounded using
(15:41):
our grounding cord helps us be there. We can get
more done in less time if we're grounded centered using
our psychic tools. The other thing that the grounding cord
functions is a garbage shoot. Any energies or information that
(16:06):
you're done with, you can send down your grounding cord,
and you can use any of a host of visual
tools to do just that. So now we're going to
put these into play and again choose your adventure. You
cannot do this wrong. Be very much in kindergarten space.
(16:31):
It's okay to color outside the lines and just have fun.
So in this next moment, close your eyes and just
get here. Just call your energy back for you. Be
a point of light in the center of your head,
(16:53):
be in your bubble, and create a grounding cord that
goes from the base of your spine all the way
down to the center of the earth. Choose a color
for your bubble and for your grounding cord that feels
really good on your body today in this moment, and
(17:20):
take a couple of breaths to be in your bubble,
grounded in the center of your head, and for today,
put today's date on your bubble on your grounding cord
(17:45):
whenever you're listening to that another feature that helps bring
you and hold you in this present moment as you
allow yourself to be in the center of your head,
grounded in your bubble. There are two types of energy.
(18:07):
There's your energy and everything that's not your energy in
your bubble, in your physical body. We operate best with
just our own energy. Our thoughts are truths, our physical selves.
(18:30):
Anything that is stuck in our space or confusing us
or causing an illness or injury, we like to think
by definition that that is not you. It is foreign energy,
and you have the divine right to release it. In
(18:52):
this meditation, imagine in your mind's eye, in the center
of your head. You can look at the bottom of
your bubble from the center of your head, and you
see a few bricks, and you know that these bricks
aren't you, because they're brick colored in your bubble, likely
(19:15):
is something else, and imagine that you can bend down
and pick up one of those bricks, and perhaps on
one of those bricks it says fear, representing fear that
you've been holding in your space, fear of whatever, fear
(19:44):
of the unknown, fear of your next step. Maybe it's
not even your fear. You're holding it for someone else. Imagine,
if you will, that you can let that brick fall
down your grounding cord and imagine from the center of
your head you can watch it tumble down your grounding
(20:06):
court all the way to the center of the Earth,
where it is converted into neutral. So you just shed
some fear energy out of your body, out of your bubble,
(20:26):
and converted it into neutral, has no charge, giving yourself
and the planet a healing. Let's grab another breck and
you see what you see. I'm offering some suggestions. Maybe
(20:47):
this is the energy of an old boyfriend or girlfriend,
an old partner, and for whatever reason, you're still carrying
memory or belonging or their pain or dysfunction, doesn't matter.
(21:09):
Hold that brick in your hand, feel the coolness of
the clay, and intend that whatever this brick represents you
are now going to let it go, tossing it down
to the center of the earth where it gets recycled
into neutral. And imagine, for the next few bricks, you
(21:39):
start removing energies that you want to let go of.
Some ideas are judgment, in validation, other people's energy, worry, scarcity, mindset, loss, grief, anger,
(22:07):
anything that is keeping you stuck or holding you back,
whatever it is for you, imagine that you can grab
up that brick, staying in the center of your head
and watching it tumble down the grounding cord. You can
(22:30):
even imagine sound effects. Maybe when you drop things down
your grounding cord, it sounds like a garbage disposal. Maybe
it sounds like a shreddering. Maybe it sounds like a
(22:54):
toilet flushing, sh whatever is, or no sound at all.
Allow it to be fun, allow it to be easy,
and you'll likely start noticing that you feel lighter, that
(23:18):
you feel a little less unburdened. Stress is relieved, and
all we've done is transformed some energy into neutral. We've
moved some energy out of your space down to the
(23:43):
center there. As you take another deep breath, then allow
yourself to feel really proud and accomplished. You are now
a psychic healer, and your first client is yourself. You
(24:05):
might notice that the color of your bubble is either
lighter or brighter. Maybe it feels more spacious. Maybe it's
turned a richer color that feels even more comforting. We
know that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but it
(24:26):
can be transformed. And what, just what if you've left
little pieces of you out and about. Imagine that your
bubble has a magnetic quality for your own energy. Imagine
(24:48):
that you can call it back into your space. Maybe
it looks like confetti. Maybe it looks like little gifts
coming back to you wherever you've left parts of you.
Did you leave some of you in an old relationship,
(25:09):
did you leave parts of you at work? Did you
leave parts of you in high school? Did you leave
parts of you at the gym, or at the grocery
store or with a customer service agent. You're on the
own wherever you need to call your energy back from,
and again, just imagine it's easy. Imagine those energetic bits
(25:33):
are just floating back effortlessly into your bubble, and we
intend that once they re enter that they get a healing.
They're purified. They're cleansed, so you get to rejuvenate your
own space with your own energy. And moreover, you can
(26:02):
call into your bubble and into your body any positive
quality that you want to experience more of. Maybe you'd
like to grow some validation in your space. Maybe you
want to grow some wow possibility mindset. Maybe you want
(26:26):
to be more optimistic, maybe need some body level healing
like attracts like. Maybe you want to exude more love.
Maybe you want to attract more love. Be the change
that you want to see in the world. Be the
(26:48):
love you want to see in the world. Be the
generosity you want to see in the world. Be the
hope you want to see in the world. And as
you hold those postive vibrations in your body and in
your bubble, they begin making healing progress in your mind,
(27:10):
your body, your psyche, soul, your spirit. Every hour of
every day, every minute, they're in your body's creating new cells,
multiplying by dividing one after the another, working in the background.
(27:35):
When you hold joy and happiness and amusement and love
and caring, in kindness and prosperity in your space, you
are creating cells in your body. At that vibration and
then when they multiply by dividing, they are creating sells
(28:02):
at that vibration. As you allow your body to rest
and recover and let your psychic gifts do the work
center of head, grounding court bubble, inviting your body, inviting
(28:22):
your soul to heal, but moreover, directing the healing. You
are the captain of your ship. You are the owner
of your body and caretaker. Choose wisely what energies you
want to entertain in your physical body. As you allow
(28:46):
yourself to be in the center in your head, grounded
in your bubble, you can consider what adventure you want
to take next. In a moment, I'll invite you to
