Hello everyone, This is doctor Cynthia Smith and this is
the Intuitive hypno Therapy Podcast. I'll be leading you today
in a deeply relaxing, healing and restorative hypnosis session. And
with that being said, if you are ready, please find
a comfortable place to sit or lay down where you

can be undisturbed for the next thirty minutes or so,
kick your feet up, have a nice cup of tea
or a beverage nearby, and when you're ready, please close
your eyes and take a big deep breath and let

it go. And do that again. Please take a big
deep breath and let it go, and with every breath
allow your chest to rise and fall. Breathe then breathe

out with every natural breath, allowing all the tension in
your muscles to simply melt, drift away, Breathe in and out.

And you take these big deep breaths, you are off
the fight or flight response and activating the rest and
recovery response. With every breath breathing in that life force

energy sending healing to every one of your seventy trillion cells,
(02:44):
allowing every part of you to get here, every part
of you to settle in and settle down. Allowing you
to get comfortable wherever you sit or lay, Sinking in,

drifting down, drifting down, breathing and out with every breath,
allowing those waves of relaxation to flow through your body
(03:27):
from the top of your head to the tips of
your toes, every breath, allowing you to be more and
more comfortable, more and more relaxed. Feel the chair below
you holding you and supporting you, and know that that's

the same as the universe. You're to hold and support you.
As you allow yourself to feel supported, it'll be easier
to relax. And the more you relax, the easier it

is to feel supported. And so it goes. As your
conscious mind and your body get ready to relax, have
a rest, your subconscious mind is still aware and active,
(04:35):
ready for the change. I'll begin to count down from
five to one, every number taking you deeper and deeper
into deep relaxation, ultimately accessing your subconscious awarenes As if
(04:57):
you're stepping down a beautiful stare case bye. You can
feel the steadiness of the floor under your feet. Perhaps
you feel the handrail in one hand helping to steady
you further, helping you trust that you're going down deeper down, drifting, floating, sinking.

Four another step down, getting quieter and quieter, sleepier and sleepier,
more and more peaceful. Body is relaxed. Mind will follow.
(05:53):
Three deeper, still drifting down, drifting down, drifting down, down, down, deep,
We're down. Two another step down as you reach for
(06:14):
the bottom, quiet and peaceful, safe and relaxed. And one
all the way down down into the quiet, into the peaceful,
safe and relaxed. In this quiet, peaceful place, the treasure
(06:36):
trove of your subconscious awareness. Imagine, if you will, that
you see your energy field around you in all directions.
Your energy field is there, whether you look at it
or not, whether you're aware of it or not. It
(06:56):
is your bubble or your aura, your personal space, and
it's around you in all directions at least three feet
from you. See yourself within your bubble, and allow your
(07:16):
bubble to help you feel even more safe. Choose a
color for your bubble that feels particularly safe, particularly comforting,
and nurturing, peaceful. A color. The moment you think of it,
(07:37):
you feel I'm in a safe place. And imagine a
tube of light that same color that connects you and
your bubble to the center of the earth, providing a tether,
(07:59):
a grounding, a centering. As you allow yourself to just be,
your mind wanders. That's fine, it'll find its way back
(08:22):
as you allow yourself to be in your energy field. Imagine,
with every inhale, you can call into your being the
energies that serve you, the energies that you want to experience.
More of the positive qualities, things such as grace, ease, certainty,
(08:52):
the ability to command, respect, body level, healing, and so
many more. Whatever your heart is saying to you to
that call it into your space. Now, imagine your bubble.
(09:17):
It's a snow globe, and when you shake your snow globe,
you can see that the snow has some dirt on it,
and that dirt represents things that you're ready to release,
Energies that no longer serve you, other people's energy, and
(09:43):
elements that you're ready to release. You're ready to let
go of. So what I want you to imagine is
that when you call into your space those positive qualities,
(10:04):
Imagine that you can shake your snow globe, and when
you shake the snow globe, you know the snow starts
twirling around. Imagine that by doing that, the dirt falls
off and sinks to the bottom of your energy field.
(10:24):
And imagine that you have a special escape hatch at
the bottom of your bubble that when you open it,
that dirt, those energies you're ready to release, simply tumble
down your grounding cord all the way down to the
center of the earth where they get recycled into neutral.
(10:51):
And you can do this again and again if you like.
And now that your snow is clean in your snow globe,
imagine that each flake of snow represents something that you're
grateful for, something that you want to experience more of,
(11:15):
even if it's simple as joy, grace, ease, beauty, happiness.
As you allow your body to continue to relax, you
can dismiss the snow globe and just being in your bubble,
(11:40):
quiet and peaceful, safe and relaxed, grounded to the center
of the earth. Imagine, if you will, that you can
stand upright in your bubble and that you can begin
walking into this beautiful, magical place. And this place is
(12:05):
a magical forest. You've been here before. You know as
you begin walking into the forest that you have this
profound sense of belonging, this profound sense of feeling safe,
(12:32):
feeling grounded. It's as if you can feel the groundedness
of the earth beneath your feet, and yet at the
same time, it almost feels like your feet don't touch
there as you enjoy the combination, looking around you feeling
(13:00):
what you see in this beautiful forest, the glimmering leaves
of the tree. You might hear the woodland animals. You
might hear a hawk or an eagle calling in the distance.
You might catch eyes with a beautiful mother fox. As
(13:25):
you allow yourself to take it in this beauty of
this magical forest, you look off in the distance. You
see the sun that's beginning to set, and the rays
that it ascending off is creating chrisms of color as
it dances off this beautiful crystal lake. The water is smooth,
(13:57):
but you can tell it's magical as it draws you
to its shores. Imagine that you get to the shores
and your shoes and socks are off and you can
feel the cool water on your feet. It feels refreshing,
(14:21):
It feels inspiring as you allow yourself to walk into
the deeper water. Even if you had no skills whatsoever,
you know that you can float Imagine if you will,
(14:49):
that this beautiful Christon lake, the water has a special
magical quality, and you feel particularly buoyant. Maybe you kick
around or splash around. Maybe you would play it doing
some handstands and some summer some summersaults in the water. Imagine,
(15:22):
if you will, that you're just enjoying the lake. Imagine
as you float their buoyant that energies that no longer
search you, or being dissolved into the lake, being leeched
out of your body through your pores, old programs, old
(15:46):
memories that no longer serve you, old history that you
don't need to recount. Imagine that you can simply begin
(16:11):
to let that go, let it seep into this beautiful
lake where it is turned into neutral energy. And at
the same time, imagine that the water itself is curative.
It cures you, It heals you. It seeps into your
(16:32):
skin through your wares. Imagine that everything you need is
being healed right now. Everything you need restored is being restored.
(16:56):
Every relationship that needs repair is repaired. Just intend that
whatever you need, and however you need it begins begins
working in your favor for your greatest and highest good.
(17:26):
Allow yourself to just float, allow yourself to be happy,
allow yourself to give and receive love, to give and
receive respect, peace, grace. As you allow your body to heal,
(17:59):
your spiritual body, your mental body, or emotional body, even
your astrobody get the same healing. You can splash around
for a bit longer, where you can just continue to
float and heal as long as you like. For the
(18:25):
rest of us, I'll begin to count you back up
into full waking awareness. You will feel cleansed and renewed
and ridiculously relaxed in one, two, three, four, five eyes
open back to the room unless it's nighttime for you,
(18:48):
then feel free to go back to sleep. I am
