a deep, deep breath and let it go. Nestle in
to wherever you're at, quiet and peaceful, laying down, allowing
your body to completely relax. Take another deep breath and

let it go once again and out with every natural breath,
drifting deeper and deeper into relaxation, into quiet and peaceful,

safe and protected, allowing your body to get heavier and
heavier where you lay, comfortable, safe, relaxed. Imagine, as you
lay there, feeling comfortable, the bedclothes perfectly suited for you,

allowing with every natural breath your body gets heavier and heavier,
the tension relaxes out of your muscles. Your legs and
arms are heavy. Your arms are heavy. Your arms are heavy,

your legs are heavy, your legs are heavy, and your
heavy arms and your heavy legs allow you to sink
into your bed comfortably, lovingly, as if you're sinking into

a big old hug, as if the creator's wrapping his
or her arms around you, nestling you in, protecting you,
comforting you, nurturing you, allowing you to go deeper down
and deeper down into relaxation, quiet and peaceful, safe, comfortable,

allowing your body to release any tension, waves of relaxation
flowing through your body, soothing your mind, quieting your spirit,
settling your soul. Deeper down, deeper down, drifting, floating, flying,

into the quiet, peaceful, the safe and relaxed, tranquil, serene, peaceful.
By stepping down deeper down into quiet and joyful, peaceful

and safe, or deeper still quiet, say comfortable, relaxed, Three
deeper still, floating, flying, drifting, waves and waves of relaxation

flowing through your body. Two deeper still, peaceful, safe, comfortable, joyous, soothing, tranquil.
And one all the way down, down, down, down, deeper down, down,

into the quiet of your subconscious awareness. That part of
you that's always there to protect you, has all your
gifts and tools, your resources, and we'll always tell you
the truth. Quiet now, deeper down, deeper down, as you

allow yourself to relax, See your energy field around you
in all directions, your bubble or your light field in
your mind's I choose a color that feels good and
safe and nurturing on your body. Allow yourself to be

in your bubble, safe and protected, and be in there
your energy field, and know in this bubble, this is
your bubble, in your body, and you have the divine
right to have only your energy, your vibration, in your
(05:53):
bubble and in your body. In this moment, allow any
energies that are not yours that you're ready to let
go of, to just float effortlessly out of your body,
out of your bubble, allowing them to drift off into
(06:16):
never never land, back to where they belong, or to
turn harmlessly into fairy dust, quiet and peaceful, safe and relaxed.
Allowing yourself to stay heavy, quiet in your space, and
(06:36):
allowing yourself to be in your bubble, safe and protected
and in this bubble. Imagine that you can float levitate
off your bed an inch or so, feeling weightless, feel
(06:58):
the cool air the backside of you, feel what it
feels like to be weightless, to float your bubbles with you. Always,
imagine that you can float a little bit higher up
(07:22):
to the ceiling. You see a tether to your physical body.
There you are floating, and as you look down on yourself,
imagine that you can see your body the way God
(07:44):
sees you, perfect, wonderful, beautiful, strong. Imagine that you can
see yourself through God's eyes and send love to yourself, joy, peace, acceptance.

If your physical body needs healing, imagine that you can
send that healing to yourself, whatever it is. Imagine that
you can sprinkle fairy dust onto your own body. Healing, peaceful, safe, joyous, nurturing,
(08:46):
love heals everything. Imagine that at this time, that as
you look down on your body from the ceiling or
little high, that you can send healing to yourself. Heal
(09:08):
those soul wounds, those times when you didn't think kindly
about yourself or the way you looked, or perhaps someone
said something unkind or judged you, or judged your body
or your face or your abilities. Imagine that you can
(09:36):
send so much love, so much heart, glitter, so much
fairy dust, that you can heal even the deepest soul wounds,
even the deepest scars, even the deepest hurts. Imagine that

in this moment, your soul, your subconscious are taking over
and going to allow you to heal, heal those parts
of you that think anything less than perfection when you
(10:25):
see your own reflection, feeling those parts that don't love you,
and love yourself unconditionally, your beauty. You're a rock star,
You're amazing. And imagine that all you have to do
(10:52):
is ask, and the universe will provide and will help
you heal whatever needs healing, if it's a thought, if
it's something in your physical body, anything tangible or intangible.

There's no healing too big for the God of your heart.
And imagine as you look down upon this version of yourself,
that you can see yourself with love and kindness, generosity
(11:43):
and grace, loving every part of you and healing any
tender spots so that you can have any conversation with
any body and you just hear compliments, affirmations, validations. You

look marvelous because you are marvelous. And take this into
your soul, your mind's eye, your psyche, your spirit. This
is nothing new, This is who you are, and imagine
(12:36):
that you can float back down back into your physical
body and allow yourself to feel satisfied, comfortable, in love
with yourself, feeling hopeful and motivated and most of them
(13:00):
all full of love. Allowing yourself to drift comfortably into sleep,
