כמו שאני תמיד אומרת ״זה לא יהיה בסדר, זה נעשה שיהיה בסדר״.
אז זה לא שיקרה שינוי, זה שאנחנו נעשה וניצור ונזיז ונגרום לשינויים קטנים לקרות בדרך שנצעד בה ביחד,
והיום אנחנו עושות את הצעד הראשון.
לפני 12 שנים ביצעתי את ספר ההדרכה ״דרך האמן״ וחיי השתנו מן הקצה אל הקצה. ממלצרית בברים ומדריכה במוזיאון הגעתי בבת אחת לראיין את גל גדות.
מאז כל פעם שאני מרגישה קצת תקועה, קצת חסרת כיוון, קצת מבולבלת ושחוקה אני חוזרת לתרגילים מהספר האייקוני של ג׳וליה קמרון והפעם החלטתי שאני לוקחת אתכן איתי אל המסע.
כל שאתן צריכות זה מחברת ושעה ביום שהיא רק בשבילכן, הפרק הזה אני פורטת לכן את התהליך ומסבירה מה יקרה במסע
