The IPPT Calculator is a free, user-friendly tool designed for National Servicemen (NSmen) and NSFs in Singapore. It helps you:
  • Calculate your total IPPT score
  • Understand how many points you get per station (push-ups, sit-ups, and 2.4km run)
  • Identify how far you are from the next award level (Standard, Silver, Gold)
  • Track your improvement over time
This tool is ideal for anyone who wants to train with purpose, not guesswork.
  • Push-ups (1 min): Max 25 points
  • Sit-ups (1 min): Max 25 points
  • 2.4km Run: Max 50 points
  • Total Score: Max 100 points
To pass, you need:
  • At least 1 point per station
  • A total of 51 points or more
  1. Select Your Gender & Status (NSF or NSman)
  2. Choose Your Age Group (e.g. 25–29, 30–34)
  3. Input Push-Up Count (Max in 60 seconds)
  4. Input Sit-Up Count (Max in 60 seconds)
  5. Enter 2.4 KM Run Time
  6. Click Calculate – See your score, breakdown and award level instantly!
  • Plan workouts according to your weak areas
  • Stay motivated by knowing how close you are to an award
  • Set realistic weekly or monthly training goals
  • Track your progress with every session
  • Earn up to $500 in cash rewards for hitting Gold!
  • Train with consistency – at least 3 times a week
  • Focus on form to avoid injury and get better reps
  • Use interval training for the 2.4km run
  • Keep a fitness journal or use apps to log your workouts
  • Rest and recovery matter as much as exercise
Don’t stress! You’ll get multiple chances within your IPPT window. If you still don’t pass:
  • You’ll attend 10 NS FIT training sessions
  • One of them will be another IPPT attempt
  • NSmen and NSFs
  • Fitness coaches training military clients
  • Civilians who want to test military-grade fitness
  • Anyone aiming to improve overall strength and endurance
