Hello Family of mine. Just a heads up, my voice is a bit slower and lower on this episode but it's probably because the general message for this episode is so important, and I felt the importance of it deeply, as I was sharing. That message is to love one another just as we love ourselves. This is one out of the two Commandments Jesus gave us. And.. in this day and age, we could use all of the love and kindness that we can create for ourselves and others. I pray that this will bless all who hear. In Jesus name amen. I love you all that hear me! Truly, I do.

(00:03):
My family. This is just onjust in the mess. So I am
hopping on here tonight because there aresome things on my heart I felt very

(00:23):
strongly to say on this podcast. And So there's this guy and his name
is Tony, and I know hisname because I've I've helped him in the

(00:45):
past And where I live, ourbig dumpster is out like right in front
of right in front of our yard, and I live in like this complex

(01:06):
it's like and it's got like thedumpster right there in the middle. So
and I'm facing it, and Iwill see him, if not every day,
maybe every other day or just wheneverhe comes, and I just so

(01:29):
happen to see him. But he'llcome and he'll get in the dumpster and
he'll look for food and drink. And the heartbreaking thing to know is that

(01:57):
it's not just him. There's manymany others who are homeless, who are
addicted to drugs or something, whoare without hope, who are alone.

(02:25):
There's so many people in the worldsuffering right now, and we are all,
you know, suffering in our ownways. And I just feel the
need to really express on here thatit is so it is so important that

(02:58):
we walk in love it's so importantthat we just we search for the opportunity
to bless somebody if we have themeans. It just it breaks my heart
to see to see these things, and you know, in my mind,

(03:30):
I'm just like I just want tomake a make a shelter or like a
home or a safe place for thesepeople to go to and transition, help
them transition into a better life,or just give them hope, show them

(03:53):
love and kindness because there are peopleout there who just treat them like they're
nothing. It kind of reminds meof like back in the days when Jesus

(04:15):
was here in the flesh, Likeif people had like leprosy, the lepers
they called them, they would noteven they weren't even allowed to be near
anyone or you know, let alonego into the synagogues. They would just

(04:47):
they would have to wear tattered clothingto represent and differentiate themselves from others.
Would have to wear that tattered clothingto let other people know that they were
lepers. They had leprosy, becauseleprosy was very contagious and you could easily

(05:16):
pass it on to someone else andit was a skin disease, and it
just like it was like your skinwas ate up and it just looked kind
of like decayed. And the wholepoint of me saying all this is because

(05:40):
I just I feel like, eventhough we all are facing our own battles,
and if you're a believer, you'retrying to, you know, ditch

(06:01):
your demons and walk with Jesus onthat narrow path. And I just see
a lot of people who are obviouslyhave their own demons, and they just
treat these people, you know, like they just don't care and like their

(06:29):
lepers, and like they're just they'redirty, and they're an inconvenience and they're
just not pleasing to look at.And it reminds me of Facebook reel or
maybe not a real but like avideo that I've seen in the past,
and it was homeless people reading readingthe comments posted about them online, and

(06:59):
someone who's recording the homeless people readingthese comments about the homeless people, and
whenever it got to this specific man, he read something like this. This
lady wrote, I hate it wheneverI'm at a stop light and I see
a homeless man. Can't wait untilit turns green so I can drive away.

(07:25):
And the man said, after heread that comment, he looked up
at the camera and he said, yeah, because that'll make it go away,
won't it. And it just reallycaught me, you know. You
know, it's sometimes we just reallyneed to try our best to get our

(07:54):
minds off of ourselves and listen andfor what God wants us to do for
someone else. Listen to that thingthat's pulling on our heart strings to do
something or be that someone to help, you know. So another thing that

(08:20):
was on my mind was God's love, God's love for all of us,
speaking personally, sharing, sharing thingsfrom my relationship mine and the Lord's relationship

(08:46):
as I as I grow closer tothe Lord and I experience and feel his
love for me, and then inreturn, like the more I feel his

(09:16):
love for me, the more Iwant to do what he wants me to
do, the more I want toobey him. And we don't read our

(09:37):
Bibles and you know, study ourBibles and obey him for him. We
do that for us because it trulyis for our good. And it's like
it's like the verse in I thinkit's First Thessalonians, and it says your

(10:05):
love for others is increasing, andas you grow closer to God and you
your love grows for him, andyou find out more about how much he

(10:28):
loves you. Your love for othersbegins to increase because you value them just
as much as you value yourself. And it's just like one of the two
commands that Jesus gave us says says, love the Lord your God with all

(10:56):
of your heart, all of yoursoul, in all of your strength.
And I like to sum it allup, love the Lord your God with
all you've got, you know. And the second one is like it,

(11:20):
and it's love your neighbor, justas you love yourself. And I am
very grateful for the increase of thislove for him, this love for myself,

(11:41):
not being in love with yourself, but loving who God made you.
He lives within us, and hecreated us, so it's not good for
us to not like ourselves. Hedoesn't want that. He wants us to

(12:07):
love what he's made, because whathe's made is good, and what he's
made is very very important and hasits own purpose. And another thing I
wanted to say was if you thinkabout other people in other countries and maybe

(12:37):
their living conditions and what they faceevery day, their realities, their circumstances,
and I was thinking about how blessedand fortunate we are here in the
United States. If you are listeningfrom the United States and other places are

(13:00):
more fortunate than others. It justmakes me think, especially if you're like
an impath, as much as Godallows us to empathetically feel, and as

(13:22):
much as we are aware of whatother people are going through in other places,
you can kind of for impaths orfor anybody who can empathize, you
can kind of put yourself where they'reat. And it made me realize us

(13:48):
who are blessed and fortunate with ourcircumstances, if we had the same circumstances
as them, we would probably haveway different values or goals or hearts or

(14:11):
minds or behaviors. We would probablydo a lot different than we do.
