Good evening. You're watching Journey with Joan only on the
Bold Brave TV network and I'm your host, Joan Widen. Tonight,
we are going to meet the angels. We're going to
talk about the arch angels and even just angels in general.
Some people you know, they've been around. They're depicted in
(01:08):
many famous paintings, especially let's see like the Sistine Madonna.
That one is where you have the Mother Mary holding
Jesus baby Jesus, and you have the angels beside it,
(01:30):
beside them. And then the Creation of Adam, which is
on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel right where God
reaches out and touches Adam's hands. There are also angels
in there. So what is our fascination with angels? Our
fascination with angels are they give us some sort of
(01:53):
magical presence. They give us a sense of hope and
the connection between our realm and to the divine. So
they really bring us a lot of stuff. There are
(02:16):
a lot of arch angels, of course, the main ones,
and we'll get through those all. Hopefully I can get
through a lot of it today. But if not, that's okay,
we can do it again another another night. All right.
So angels again, like I've said, they have been around forever.
(02:42):
They're in literature, they're in art like I had mentioned earlier,
and just throughout history where they end up just appearing
and giving messages, and they just happen to have divine timing. Okay.
And I like to people go, well why do you
(03:04):
people believe in angels? And my belief would be is
sometimes a lot of us have a hard time thinking
we are worthy of God's time, or we are worthy
of the universe universe or the Creator's time, and so
it's easier to invoke an angel and ask them for
(03:26):
help and assistance. Then it would be to say, hey, God,
remember me? Can you can you? Would you talk to me?
Do you have a moment to talk to me, and
most people think, well, he's an important guy, he's the
(03:46):
he's the almighty. Does he actually have time for me?
The answer is yes, he always has time for us.
He's omnipresent, he's around forever and ever, so there's no
reason for us not to believe that he would be listening,
because he's always listening. Okay, So as we talk about
(04:10):
all the archangels, I invite you to feel how they
would fit into your realm, how you relate to them,
how you incorporate the angels within your day to day life.
(04:31):
And lastly, I invite you to feel their energy. So after,
like before we actually talk about each angel, I'm going
to do a short prayer to invoke their presence. And
as I'm doing that, if you're not driving, close your eyes,
relax and try and feel their energy. Come in, let
(04:55):
it soak in and see because literally all their energy
are completely different. And when I do healings of any sort,
you can really feel they are. Their energies are different,
so that's easy to discern who's who. Okay, So all right, Oh,
(05:18):
one other thing I forgot to say. Also, angels have
also been known to appear in human form, so take
that as you will. Some people go to well, then
does that mean angels are aliens? No, but remember angels
are divine beings. They can shape shift, they can be
(05:42):
who we would like them to be in order to
receive the message that we needed from the universe, from God,
the creator. From it just gives us that experience that
will make us feel comfortable and can be and can
actually listen to it because we're not afraid of Again,
(06:08):
it would be interesting to see if you met a
real life, you know, angel like in the movie Michael,
and their wings were all open, and it would be
quite quite the thing. Right. So in the Bible there
is in Genesis eighteen three men appear to Abraham Abraham Abraham,
(06:33):
but they are actually angels, okay, So, and it just
allows us to understand them and it brings them down
to our playing fields so we can interact with them
again at an easier level. So the first arch angel
(06:55):
we're going to talk about, of course, the King, or
that I should say, the Prince, and the notable archangel Michael.
So okay, so we're gonna talk about urchangel Michael. Archangel
Michael is actually known as a Prince. He's the Prince
of God. He is the the warrior, the warrior Prince.

He takes everyone to tasks. He makes sure everyone is
treated equally. It's he hoolds justice. He likes to protect humanity.
He really goes to bat for us, for the human race.
He really does. He he did the Battle of Heaven,
(07:49):
like the war, the war in Heaven where Satan was
there and he ousted him out. There's so many things
that Archangel Michael does. So before we get into a
little bit more, take a deep breath, close your eyes,
and listen to these words as we invoke our Angel Michael.
(08:13):
All Right, our Angel Michael, powerful warrior of Light. I
call upon your strength and protection, shield us from harm,
guide us on our path, and fill us with strength,
(08:34):
courage and peace. All right, and so it is okay,
So feel that energy. Feel how that energy came in.
It came in quite strong. Our Angel Michael is more
of his energy goes wow, it just comes in. He's
(08:56):
super strong. It's it's not a heavy energy, but it
really goes to the there's no denying it's him. I
don't even know how else to really explain it, because
it really is. There's no other feeling like him. Because
(09:18):
it's super strong, and it's it's aggressive in a way,
but it's but it's also not it's in this loving,
gentle way even though it's aggressive. I know it sounds
that's an oxygnemor about it, but it is that way.
So you know, he will go to bat for you
(09:42):
if you need him for any sort of help. If
you're struggling with inner demons or anything like that, he
is the guy to go and ask. He is one
of the guys there is another archangel that actually helps
with healing in that sort of sense. But if you
are struggling with feeling negativity or feeling endangered, or needing
(10:11):
protection from other people, he is definitely your archangel to invoke.
He actually also has his own day he is celebrated on.
Through Western Christianity he is celebrated on September twenty ninth,
(10:32):
and through the Eastern Orthodox people they have the Feast
of Saint Michael on November eighth. And so really, Archangel
Michael is is it? He's the bomb and he gets
the notoriety in the Bible that says he is an archangel,
(10:56):
and it is in June nine. So really, Michael, and when,
for example, for me, when I do a healing on someone,
or I'm doing a house clearing on someone, and there's
paranormal activity that seems malevolent, right, so malicious, and they
(11:21):
just won't go away. They are wreaking havoc in people's lives.
I call upon our Kane, John Michael, and he really
comes to bat for me. He will yank the spirit
out and really kick him to the curb even, you know,
(11:43):
like I can get a lot of the spirits out
because like honestly, willingly they are they want to leave
because this is not the space that they really want
to be in. They just need to be reminded that
this is their space and that this really they could
(12:05):
do better. And when they feel the light if we will,
they tend to go, oh you mean I can, and
then they just leave. But in some cases where the
presence the entity just does not want to go, it's
(12:25):
super angry or in some some people might call them jins.
If you will, they are just stuck. They do not care.
They will fight to the death to stay. So Archangel Michael,
he's great super warrior, and he comes and he helps
(12:52):
and he removes. He again, he is the warrior of
all warriors. He defends humans. He defends the truth and humanity.
He is just here to uphold justice and there are
so when you look at our Gangel Michael, a lot
(13:14):
of the pictures that depict him are him with a
sword right and then or he is watching over people
where you see souls stuck, and that depiction is of
(13:35):
him upholding justice and being fair, and that is a
depiction of when souls are transitioning, and it's basically he's
judging and showing you who's going to you know, heaven
(13:56):
or not so. But at the same time, our Gangel Michael,
he is very forgiving and he will help you through anything.
You just have to ask. Again, all these angels there,
they will do what it takes to help you and
anyone and they just want to be here for us.

He definitely is a workhorse. Again, people are like, well,
if he's there helping you, how can he help me? Again,
there's no time space or different like it's it's no
like time space continuums. They all go all on one level,
(14:41):
so it doesn't really matter. And he can be omnipresent
just like God and the creator the universe. They are
always around. If you ask them for help, they will
be there always when people say, well, I don't feel
like they ever come. You may not feel like they come,
(15:06):
but they actually do. And it would go back to
my roots of Christian roots, rate of footprints in the sand.
So even if you feel like no one's there, someone
is there. So either God, the Creator, Allah, whomever you
(15:28):
believe in or pray too, is there carrying you and
they're there to help you out and be there for you.

All right, so before the break, we were talking about
our angel Michael and how he's always there for you
and actually any deity if you would like, like God,
Creator Universe, they're always there, especially if you ask them
(18:24):
for your help. So with Oarchangel Michael, he's also great
to invoke when you are going through a battle of
your own where you're feeling like you need to protect
yourself from family, friends, or even at workplace thing, He'll
(18:49):
be there. But really mostly he defends all the negative
forces around you. Again, so he has been around for
the longest time. Again, he gets the note, he actually
gets the shout out in the Bible that says Archangel Michael, right,
(19:11):
And he is the prince. He is in the Book
of Daniel referring to as the Great Prince who guards
the son of people. So he guards us and he
helps us. He is always there in times when he
is needed, just like it is. Also some of the
stories for him is he protected the Israelites when they
(19:38):
were leaving in their exodus from Egypt. Right, So again
there's that. And he was actually around when Gabriel announced
to Mary that she was going to have God's son,
(20:00):
all right. So there's all these different things, and he's
always around to intervene in the most interesting times. And
it's always when there's a fight that really needs a
great warrior that will go to task and will fight
to the end. Okay, So again that is Angel Michael.

So next is Archangel Gabriel. He is a messer, a
messenger of God, so he is the angel of communication.
He brings a lot of guidance. So again, if you
are not driving or operating heavy machinery, take a deep breath,
(20:52):
or you can still take a deep breath, but don't
close your eyes if you're driving or operating anything heavy
machinery any kind, all right, to take a deep breath,
Our Angel Gabriel, Messenger of God, I humbly request your
guidance and clarity to help me receive and understand divine
(21:15):
messages to communicate with love and truth and so it
is okay. So now if you feel his energy compared
to Michael, his energy is more light and it comes
slowly and it feels more around the heart. For Archangel Gabriel,
(21:39):
he is crucial again like I said to bringing news.
He brought news to Marry Magdalen. Oh sorry, not Mary Magdalen,
just marry Mother Mary that she was going to have baby.
(22:01):
She was going to be carrying the Son of God.
He is where else. He announces appearances to people when
they come. He also has a big role for delivering
the Qur'an so to the prophet Mohammed. He brought the
(22:25):
Koran to the prophet Muhammad, which is interesting. I never
knew that, which is huh. He is also a protector.
He's just not as a warrior like Archangel Michael Michael,
so he offers support and guidance. I would use Archangel
(22:46):
Gabriel for when someone's having a hard time communicating with
others being able to give their message out you. So,
I guess, and when you invoke these angels, try and
use them for what they are able to do. Right,
(23:09):
Because each angel has their own job and it's specific
to them. Right. They are very quite. They have their
specific roles and they just love to do what they
need to do, and they're always there for us. Again,
(23:31):
when we see pictures of our Changel Gabriel, you'll know
it's him because he's usually depicted with a trumpet, so
he's again it's just like announcing. He's spreading the message.
He's spreading the communication. So when we're looking at Gabriel,
(23:51):
look for the communication. If you're having a hard time
communicating with your spouse, your partner, your children, you can
always ask our Angel Michael are sorry, Gabriel to be
there for you and give you strength in order to
be able to give you deliver your message with love
(24:12):
and grace and in speaking the truth. Okay, So again,
he is a simple of purity, divine love and communication.
So he and or actually if you are looking to
understand messages from above, he is also another one to
(24:34):
say right before you do your meditation, if you're really
wanting to hone in on your spiritual gifts and talk
to spirit that way, right before you go into meditation,
you invoke ourch Angel Gabriel to help you understand any
(24:55):
divine messages that might be there for you and so
that you are able to understand it and use it
for what they are asking you to do or move
forward in your day to day life. Okay, So that
is ourch Angel Gabriel. Ourch Angel Gabriel again, the messenger
(25:19):
of God. He is there to spread the message. He
was there to help you communicate, and he always delivers big,
big news. It's always good news. But he's there too
deliver the big news. So next we have ourch Angel Rafael.
(25:42):
Our Angel Raphael is a healer. He is the medicine
of God. So when we think of that, he would
be great to invoke in healings. So we are going
to do again, take a deep breath. We're gonna say,
(26:04):
we're gonna do an invocation to invoke arch Angel Raphael.
And if you would like to put your name in this,
say your name as I am doing this invocation so
you can get healing. It doesn't matter when you're listening again,
there's no time, space or reality. It will you will
(26:26):
get your energy and healing whenever you're listening to this. Okay,
deep breath, yea arch Angel Raphael, healer and guide. I
call upon your loving presence to heal my body, mind
(26:46):
and spirit, I ask you to heal all those listening
that are needing much miraculous healing to their mind, body
and spirit. Guide us on our paths to wholeness and
(27:09):
fill us with peace and tranquility so that it gives
our bodies time to rest and completely heal. So be
it okay. So, Archangel Raphael is also a guide for travelers,
(27:29):
so you can invoke him because he also is there
to offer guidance for travel, whether on your journey, whether
it's a physical journey or if it's spiritual journey. So again,
he is there to help and insist. He is known
(27:50):
for his miraculous cures and insisting in recovery, So if
you're needing help and recovering from a surgery or from
an illness, he's always great to ask for your for assistance. Again,
he they just love love to help all of us.
(28:11):
So in Judaism, he is mentioned in the Book of
Tobbitt where he heals Tobbitt's blindness. Right, So in Christianity
his it's the same. He is known as a healer.
I didn't see where exactly it is. So again, so
(28:35):
you can invoke him for healing for you or if
you are an energy healer. You can invoke him in
your session before you started to help with the energy
healing of your clients. Again, he like I would use
(28:55):
him if someone was coming to me and they had
a major illness or they were going to go through surgery,
I would invoke him and I would ask him to
stay with that person during surgery and then after to
assist in the healing and the what's it called the
(29:18):
healing to make it more rapid and for less complications.
Are no complications really ideally, right, So he can heal.
He can be there for you. You just have to ask
when you know if it's a physical ailment. Really again,
(29:38):
he is there and he can help heal the emotional
wounds and the mental and the spiritual well being. So
again he would be an amazing angel to help overcome
releasing all the negativity and all the patterns, because then
(29:59):
when he he when you ask him to take away
those negative patterns and just give it to him and
release it to him, he would take it away for you.
He would gladly do that for you, and then you
just surrender to the fact that you've just given us
a way to Archangel Raphael. Okay, So he is also
(30:26):
connected to the element of air, which is quite interesting.
So if you think about that and in healing, because
archangels are esoteric and they are not you know, earth
beings there won't they won't like won't be associated with
associated with the element of earth. So air is the
(30:50):
closest thing to being grounded. And if you think about air,
it gives us life, It gives us breath, it feeds
everything on Earth, and air and oxygen completely heal our bodies. Right,
if we didn't have oxygen, our bodies wouldn't be able
(31:12):
to expel all the toxin toxins or the the junk
that's within our bodies to go get pushed out. So again,
air is life. It's a breath winds of change. So
if you think of it that way, he is forever
(31:35):
all around us because air is everywhere. Okay. And also,
what I've seen here is Rafael's archangel. Raphael's role. He
helps in dream work. So if you want to work
on the dream level and get guidance that way, see
(32:02):
visions and different insights, invoke him before you go to
bed and say, our King Jel Raphael, I invoke you
to help me with my dreams. Show me a vision,
show me what I can do in my waking life,
(32:29):
let me sore in my dreams, show me and he
will be there again. Because he's also the medicine angel,
a medicine of God. He is also the protector of
healthcare professionals. So if you are in the healthcare business,
if you're a nurse, doctor, any sort of healthcare practitioner,
(32:54):
he is great to have you by him by your
side because he will protect you as well. So again
there's all these different things. It's great to learn different
things about Archangel Rafael and I just you know, learning
(33:15):
all these different things about them is quite amazing. And
if we felt his energy from coming in from before,
like unlike Gabriel's where it was it came through and
it came more through our heart space, Raphael's was almost
the whole body is where you felt his presence. The
(33:39):
energy of it was throughout the whole body instead of
concentrated around the heart. And then with Archangel Michael, it
was just went like it was just there, like huge
present presence. So again they just they all have different presence.
I now when I was looking and researching all of
(34:04):
the archangels, it's interesting because I have used Archangel Raphael
in healings for my clients and for friends and family
when they were going through something tough, when they had
a major illness that they needed to go through. He
was always the one that would just show up. And
(34:28):
it's interesting when you trust your intuition and you trust
the process, it will just happen for you. It just
allows things to be there, and it's it's just innate
where it will just come up and you go, oh,
maybe I should I should use an archangel to help
(34:52):
me on this journey, help me get through this when
I'm not feeling well, or if you've gotten a diagnosis
and you need to find that sense of peace so
that you can heal or be able to heal, because
sometimes when we're being given information, it's hard to get
(35:17):
past that and we can get totally wrecked. But if
you invoke Archangel Raphael, he can take that sense away
and he can give you that piece so that you
can look and see what you need to do in
order to heal. And on that note again, another word

and how he is great to help heal. So if
you need some healing or help ye with traveling, or

you're a healthcare worker provider, he's a great archangel to ask.
All right, So next we are talking about archangel Uriel.
So Uriel is the archangel of wisinessdom Okay, so take
a deep breath again if you close your eyes again,
(38:56):
But if you are driving or operating, have a machinery.
Please don't all right here we go take a deep breath,
our angel, ural angel of light and wisdom. I call
upon your guidance to illuminate my path, to help me
see clearly and understand the truth, overcome fear, doubt, and
(39:20):
embrace my inner light. So be it okay, So as
you can tell by that, and so the energy of
urieal So it's quite interesting because when we were doing
the energy for Rafael, it was like the whole body
and you can feel it. With Uriel it felt more
(39:43):
like the energy was the whole body, but it was
more external, so it was all around. So for me
that would feel like kind of like either prickles around
or like goosebumps, that kind of thing. That is how
(40:04):
and it was very light for him. So again he
likes to help you overcome any of your fears and
find the truth. So if you're having a hard time
with something, so if you're scared of heights, let's just
do that one. You can ask him to help you
find the truth. Why is it that you are scared
(40:26):
of heights? Have you fallen before? What was what's the deal?
You can ask him and he will help you find
the truth and he will help you overcome it. Because
most times when we have a fear of height, it
is a belief system that we have taken on and
(40:47):
we have kept okay. So again, he is the angel
of wisdom, knowledge and revelation. He will be there to
help you overcome anything, and especially self doubt. A lot
of people have self doubt in themselves, right, So we
(41:09):
come across as this person that's got all their stuff together,
all their shit together. We come across confident, but sometimes
in reality we aren't. But we do that because we
want to show that people, show people that we are
(41:33):
and that we know we can do it. So it's
almost the fake it until you make it. But at
the same time, you've got that energy, and some people
can feel that energy and can tell that's not exactly
how it works. However, if you're going into something and
(41:54):
you have doubts about who you are and yourself or
your abilities to do things, you could always call in
Archangel Uriel. He'll be there for you. You ask him,
ask him to help you. Archangel Uriel would gladly help
you overcome. He'll help you. He'll help show you and
(42:14):
give you the confidence you need because again, they're there
to cheer us on. He also is associated with the
mysteries of the universe, which is also interesting, So he
is you know, you can ask him about the creation
(42:36):
of the universe and the nature of realities. So again,
if you're looking at understanding the cosmos, you can ask
him to gain like deeper insights about the cosmos and
like where your place is in it. Right, So again
(43:01):
he is He just helps you break away the self doubt,
I'm sorry, and then understands the nature of reality. So again,
just really, if you're needing help to make a decision,
(43:23):
he is the person to help you. If you are
a university student and you need help with your studies
and your pursuits intellectually, he also is the one because
he will help you find the truth. He will help
and guide you find what you need to do to
(43:45):
be successful in order to go down that path and
finish schooling that way. So again, he has so much
to offer. Right. He helps us overcome our fears embrace
the light within us. Again, that would being more confident,
(44:06):
bringing more confidence for ourselves, telling us to shine for
who we are, be who we are, love it, and
shine just the way we are so he really really
is that kind of archangel. So what I would use
(44:26):
him for. I would invoke him if a client came
to me, or even during your reading. I would ask
him to come and give whomever some confidence, a boost
(44:46):
of confidence, help them overcome their fears of just being
who they are, help them see that being shining their
light and being truly themselves is okay, I would invoke
him to do that for us. Okay. So that is
(45:09):
Archangel Uriel. Again. If you want to see clarity and
illuminate your true inner being so that you can grow,
he would be the archangel to do it. All right.
(45:30):
So next we are talking about arch Angel Joe Feel.
Our Angel Joe Feel is is? Oh my goodness, where
is he? He is the angel of beauty and inspiration.
He helps us overcome negativity and he also helps us
(45:55):
see the beauty and everything rounding us. Okay, so again
we are going to invoke his presence. So take a
deep breath and we will invoke him there. Okay, So
(46:18):
let's do it. Our Changel Joe Feel, Angel of beauty
and inspiration, I call upon your presence to waken my
creativity and to fill my life with joy and beauty.

me express myself with grace and artistry. So be it.
So when his energy came in, it's kind of like
a swirl around the heart. It's like that butterflies almost feeling.
And so our Angel Jove is such a great our
(47:05):
angel where he helps us if everything in life feels
negative to us and we cannot see anything good, he
would be great to invoke because he would ask us
to look for the beauty and everything. So we would
go outside and instead of going, oh, it's cold, it's raining,
(47:30):
blah blah blah, and feel down about it, it would
be like, you know what, it feels great outside. It's
not too hot. That might be a little bit chilly,
but it feels great on the skin. It feels like
I could get a big, deep breath of fresh air.
You can look and see all like he helps you
(47:52):
feel see the beauty and things. Maybe when you see flowers,
instead of seeing flowers and you see ants all over
the flowers, you see the beauty of how that flower exists.
Sometimes we see flowers grow up from concrete and or
from rocky beds on the mountains, and you're like, how
(48:15):
did that actually grow? Through there, but so find the
beauty and the presence at that time, so they are there.
He is there again to help you overcome negativity. He
is there to help you express yourself, express yourself through creativity,
through art, through again how else, He really wants you
(48:44):
to create beauty for you and create beautiful things so
that other people can see the light and see the
beautiful things that this world and we have to offer. Again,
he is there to help us do that. And if
(49:04):
you're on your journey to find your life purpose, our
angel Joe feel that is great too, because he does
help you discover you, discover and align your life purpose
for your passions. Who are you? How do you like?
What inspires you, what makes you you? What makes you tick?
(49:27):
What makes you feel more fulfilling? And we're not talking
about monetary things or even things what makes you feel fulfilled?
Maybe some things make you feel fulfilled, right, monetary things
like physical things, But really when you invoke him, you
(49:49):
can ask him that, ask him help me find what
really makes me me, help me find my life purpose,
my journey, and maybe it's not really helped me find it,
help me see it and feel it because it's already
innately within us. So when we're there, it's okay, don't
(50:13):
worry about it. Ask him, invoke him, and you will
see and be open to any possibility that may come out.
Don't judge it, just allow it to flow and it
will be there. So when you close your eyes and
you look at the sun, okay, close your eyes and
look at the sun at the same time, so you're
(50:34):
not really looking at the sun, you see the color yellow.
The color yellow is associated with Joe feel right, and
it's so it's again, it's illuminating, it's glowing. It's helping
you see the joy and the creativity. Okay, So again
that is our angel, Joe Fiel. We've got one last one.

We're gonna do it quick because I know we're running
out of time. And you know, it's interesting because the archangels,
there's always so much we can talk about with them
and for them. All right, So here it is the
last one that we're going to get through. His name
(51:19):
is or their name is Archangel Zadkiel. Zadkiel is the
angel of mercy and forgiveness. This guy is a great one.
So if you are harboring anything and you're having a
hard time forgiving yourself. Please, no, just ask him for
your help. Please ask him for guidance. He will be there.
(51:42):
He is the best one for you, especially when you
have the inner demons and you don't feel like anyone
can forgive you or you are worthy of forgiveness. This
is the angel. Okay, take a deep breath. Here we go.
We're gonna invoke him, our Angel, Zadkiel, Angel of mercy
(52:06):
and forgiveness. I call upon your loving presence to heal
my heal and release me from my bonds of negativity
in my heart. Help me forgive others and myself live
(52:28):
a life of fulfilled compassion and with grace. So be it. Okay.
So his energy also is more just. It feels kind
of like the butterflies, but it's not concentrated here. It's everywhere,
(52:50):
and it's very very light, very gentle and soft, which
is which is nice because when you're feeling negative and
you're feeling like you are not worthy of forgiveness, most
(53:11):
people don't really want anyone around them or like to
touch them, and so his energy is very nice where
it is slowly there, where you're aware it's there, but
it's not there. Okay, So again, ask him to release
(53:32):
all the emotions of resentment, anger and guilt. If you're
mad at yourself for doing something, he's great to ask
for help again. Again, he was known and so in
Judaism he is known to have stopped to prevent Abraham
(53:57):
and Isaac from the sacrifice. There so when he put
his son on the on the table to sire spice,
he came in and he said no, okay. So again
he is of compassion, love and light and just full
(54:21):
of life. And he is associated with the color violet flame,
which you know is spiritually it transmutes all different energies,
and it transmutes all the negativity, and it brings about
(54:43):
healing and its transformation. He also can help you break
away from karmic patterns. So if you're feeling like there's
a lot of karma around you and there's karmic patterns
that seem to keep on repeating all the time, he
is a great, great archangel to ask for guidance and
(55:06):
get there. Okay. So again the power of forgiveness, The
power forgiveness is huge people. If you if you can't
forgive yourself, it's really hard to forgive anyone else. It
because when we forgive ourselves, we let go of the judgments.
And when we start letting judgement, letting go of judgments
(55:29):
for ourselves, we start letting go of the judgments towards
everyone else. So when we're not judging us, we also
stop judging other people and we see them for who
they are and the amazing being they are. And sometimes
you know, they have their quirks and all their idiosyncrasies,
(55:56):
but that's okay because they are them and you were
you right, and that is enough. We don't need them
to be more than that they are. So again, the
significance of zad Keel is he's so forgiving, he is compassionate.
(56:19):
He can free you from the emotional turmoil, the ady
bitty shitty club that keeps going on here and that
you know can't stop. And sometimes the mind keeps going
and the mind, our mind is not us. Remember I
spoke about this a couple of podcasts ago. Our mind
(56:39):
is not us. Our mind makes things up. It goes
through all of our experiences that we've had throughout our lifetime,
and it picks out things, and then it starts saying
that within our mind to cultivate some fear, to sometimes
(57:01):
tell us and show us that we aren't enough. And
it's saying that to try and protect us, but it
really isn't. So again, forgive yourself. Know that that's the
key to being free, the key of leaving the emotional
baggage and the shackles behind. Okay. So and on that note,
(57:26):
so I want you all to love yourself. Always love yourself.
I love you and be there for you. Be completely

Good evening. You're watching Journey with Joan only on the
Bold Brave TV network and I'm your host, Joan Widen. Tonight,
we are going to meet the angels. We're going to
talk about the arch angels and even just angels in general.
Some people you know, they've been around. They're depicted in
(01:08):
many famous paintings, especially let's see like the Sistine Madonna.
That one is where you have the Mother Mary holding
Jesus baby Jesus, and you have the angels beside it,
(01:30):
beside them. And then the Creation of Adam, which is
on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel right where God
reaches out and touches Adam's hands. There are also angels
in there. So what is our fascination with angels? Our
fascination with angels are they give us some sort of
(01:53):
magical presence. They give us a sense of hope and
the connection between our realm and to the divine. So
they really bring us a lot of stuff. There are
(02:16):
a lot of arch angels, of course, the main ones,
and we'll get through those all. Hopefully I can get
through a lot of it today. But if not, that's okay,
we can do it again another another night. All right.
So angels again, like I've said, they have been around forever.
(02:42):
They're in literature, they're in art like I had mentioned earlier,
and just throughout history where they end up just appearing
and giving messages, and they just happen to have divine timing. Okay.
And I like to people go, well why do you
(03:04):
people believe in angels? And my belief would be is
sometimes a lot of us have a hard time thinking
we are worthy of God's time, or we are worthy
of the universe universe or the Creator's time, and so
it's easier to invoke an angel and ask them for
(03:26):
help and assistance. Then it would be to say, hey, God,
remember me? Can you can you? Would you talk to me?
Do you have a moment to talk to me, and
most people think, well, he's an important guy, he's the
(03:46):
he's the almighty. Does he actually have time for me?
The answer is yes, he always has time for us.
He's omnipresent, he's around forever and ever, so there's no
reason for us not to believe that he would be listening,
because he's always listening. Okay, So as we talk about
(04:10):
all the archangels, I invite you to feel how they
would fit into your realm, how you relate to them,
how you incorporate the angels within your day to day life.
(04:31):
And lastly, I invite you to feel their energy. So after,
like before we actually talk about each angel, I'm going
to do a short prayer to invoke their presence. And
as I'm doing that, if you're not driving, close your eyes,
relax and try and feel their energy. Come in, let
(04:55):
it soak in and see because literally all their energy
are completely different. And when I do healings of any sort,
you can really feel they are. Their energies are different,
so that's easy to discern who's who. Okay, So all right, Oh,
(05:18):
one other thing I forgot to say. Also, angels have
also been known to appear in human form, so take
that as you will. Some people go to well, then
does that mean angels are aliens? No, but remember angels
are divine beings. They can shape shift, they can be
(05:42):
who we would like them to be in order to
receive the message that we needed from the universe, from God,
the creator. From it just gives us that experience that
will make us feel comfortable and can be and can
actually listen to it because we're not afraid of Again,
(06:08):
it would be interesting to see if you met a
real life, you know, angel like in the movie Michael,
and their wings were all open, and it would be
quite quite the thing. Right. So in the Bible there
is in Genesis eighteen three men appear to Abraham Abraham Abraham,
(06:33):
but they are actually angels, okay, So, and it just
allows us to understand them and it brings them down
to our playing fields so we can interact with them
again at an easier level. So the first arch angel
(06:55):
we're going to talk about, of course, the King, or
that I should say, the Prince, and the notable archangel Michael.
So okay, so we're gonna talk about urchangel Michael. Archangel
Michael is actually known as a Prince. He's the Prince
of God. He is the the warrior, the warrior Prince.
(07:23):
He takes everyone to tasks. He makes sure everyone is
treated equally. It's he hoolds justice. He likes to protect humanity.
He really goes to bat for us, for the human race.
He really does. He he did the Battle of Heaven,
(07:49):
like the war, the war in Heaven where Satan was
there and he ousted him out. There's so many things
that Archangel Michael does. So before we get into a
little bit more, take a deep breath, close your eyes,
and listen to these words as we invoke our Angel Michael.
(08:13):
All Right, our Angel Michael, powerful warrior of Light. I
call upon your strength and protection, shield us from harm,
guide us on our path, and fill us with strength,
(08:34):
courage and peace. All right, and so it is okay,
So feel that energy. Feel how that energy came in.
It came in quite strong. Our Angel Michael is more
of his energy goes wow, it just comes in. He's
(08:56):
super strong. It's it's not a heavy energy, but it
really goes to the there's no denying it's him. I
don't even know how else to really explain it, because
it really is. There's no other feeling like him. Because
(09:18):
it's super strong, and it's it's aggressive in a way,
but it's but it's also not it's in this loving,
gentle way even though it's aggressive. I know it sounds
that's an oxygnemor about it, but it is that way.
So you know, he will go to bat for you
(09:42):
if you need him for any sort of help. If
you're struggling with inner demons or anything like that, he
is the guy to go and ask. He is one
of the guys there is another archangel that actually helps
with healing in that sort of sense. But if you
are struggling with feeling negativity or feeling endangered, or needing
(10:11):
protection from other people, he is definitely your archangel to invoke.
He actually also has his own day he is celebrated on.
Through Western Christianity he is celebrated on September twenty ninth,
(10:32):
and through the Eastern Orthodox people they have the Feast
of Saint Michael on November eighth. And so really, Archangel
Michael is is it? He's the bomb and he gets
the notoriety in the Bible that says he is an archangel,
(10:56):
and it is in June nine. So really, Michael, and when,
for example, for me, when I do a healing on someone,
or I'm doing a house clearing on someone, and there's
paranormal activity that seems malevolent, right, so malicious, and they
(11:21):
just won't go away. They are wreaking havoc in people's lives.
I call upon our Kane, John Michael, and he really
comes to bat for me. He will yank the spirit
out and really kick him to the curb even, you know,
(11:43):
like I can get a lot of the spirits out
because like honestly, willingly they are they want to leave
because this is not the space that they really want
to be in. They just need to be reminded that
this is their space and that this really they could
(12:05):
do better. And when they feel the light if we will,
they tend to go, oh you mean I can, and
then they just leave. But in some cases where the
presence the entity just does not want to go, it's
(12:25):
super angry or in some some people might call them jins.
If you will, they are just stuck. They do not care.
They will fight to the death to stay. So Archangel Michael,
he's great super warrior, and he comes and he helps
(12:52):
and he removes. He again, he is the warrior of
all warriors. He defends humans. He defends the truth and humanity.
He is just here to uphold justice and there are
so when you look at our Gangel Michael, a lot
(13:14):
of the pictures that depict him are him with a
sword right and then or he is watching over people
where you see souls stuck, and that depiction is of
(13:35):
him upholding justice and being fair, and that is a
depiction of when souls are transitioning, and it's basically he's
judging and showing you who's going to you know, heaven
(13:56):
or not so. But at the same time, our Gangel Michael,
he is very forgiving and he will help you through anything.
You just have to ask. Again, all these angels there,
they will do what it takes to help you and
anyone and they just want to be here for us.
(14:20):
He definitely is a workhorse. Again, people are like, well,
if he's there helping you, how can he help me? Again,
there's no time space or different like it's it's no
like time space continuums. They all go all on one level,
(14:41):
so it doesn't really matter. And he can be omnipresent
just like God and the creator the universe. They are
always around. If you ask them for help, they will
be there always when people say, well, I don't feel
like they ever come. You may not feel like they come,
(15:06):
but they actually do. And it would go back to
my roots of Christian roots, rate of footprints in the sand.
So even if you feel like no one's there, someone
is there. So either God, the Creator, Allah, whomever you
(15:28):
believe in or pray too, is there carrying you and
they're there to help you out and be there for you.

All right, so before the break, we were talking about
our angel Michael and how he's always there for you
and actually any deity if you would like, like God,
Creator Universe, they're always there, especially if you ask them
(18:24):
for your help. So with Oarchangel Michael, he's also great
to invoke when you are going through a battle of
your own where you're feeling like you need to protect
yourself from family, friends, or even at workplace thing, He'll
(18:49):
be there. But really mostly he defends all the negative
forces around you. Again, so he has been around for
the longest time. Again, he gets the note, he actually
gets the shout out in the Bible that says Archangel Michael, right,
(19:11):
And he is the prince. He is in the Book
of Daniel referring to as the Great Prince who guards
the son of people. So he guards us and he
helps us. He is always there in times when he
is needed, just like it is. Also some of the
stories for him is he protected the Israelites when they
(19:38):
were leaving in their exodus from Egypt. Right, So again
there's that. And he was actually around when Gabriel announced
to Mary that she was going to have God's son,
(20:00):
all right. So there's all these different things, and he's
always around to intervene in the most interesting times. And
it's always when there's a fight that really needs a
great warrior that will go to task and will fight
to the end. Okay, So again that is Angel Michael.
(20:27):
So next is Archangel Gabriel. He is a messer, a
messenger of God, so he is the angel of communication.
He brings a lot of guidance. So again, if you
are not driving or operating heavy machinery, take a deep breath,
(20:52):
or you can still take a deep breath, but don't
close your eyes if you're driving or operating anything heavy
machinery any kind, all right, to take a deep breath,
Our Angel Gabriel, Messenger of God, I humbly request your
guidance and clarity to help me receive and understand divine
(21:15):
messages to communicate with love and truth and so it
is okay. So now if you feel his energy compared
to Michael, his energy is more light and it comes
slowly and it feels more around the heart. For Archangel Gabriel,
(21:39):
he is crucial again like I said to bringing news.
He brought news to Marry Magdalen. Oh sorry, not Mary Magdalen,
just marry Mother Mary that she was going to have baby.
(22:01):
She was going to be carrying the Son of God.
He is where else. He announces appearances to people when
they come. He also has a big role for delivering
the Qur'an so to the prophet Mohammed. He brought the
(22:25):
Koran to the prophet Muhammad, which is interesting. I never
knew that, which is huh. He is also a protector.
He's just not as a warrior like Archangel Michael Michael,
so he offers support and guidance. I would use Archangel
(22:46):
Gabriel for when someone's having a hard time communicating with
others being able to give their message out you. So,
I guess, and when you invoke these angels, try and
use them for what they are able to do. Right,
(23:09):
Because each angel has their own job and it's specific
to them. Right. They are very quite. They have their
specific roles and they just love to do what they
need to do, and they're always there for us. Again,
(23:31):
when we see pictures of our Changel Gabriel, you'll know
it's him because he's usually depicted with a trumpet, so
he's again it's just like announcing. He's spreading the message.
He's spreading the communication. So when we're looking at Gabriel,
(23:51):
look for the communication. If you're having a hard time
communicating with your spouse, your partner, your children, you can
always ask our Angel Michael are sorry, Gabriel to be
there for you and give you strength in order to
be able to give you deliver your message with love
(24:12):
and grace and in speaking the truth. Okay, So again,
he is a simple of purity, divine love and communication.
So he and or actually if you are looking to
understand messages from above, he is also another one to
(24:34):
say right before you do your meditation, if you're really
wanting to hone in on your spiritual gifts and talk
to spirit that way, right before you go into meditation,
you invoke ourch Angel Gabriel to help you understand any
(24:55):
divine messages that might be there for you and so
that you are able to understand it and use it
for what they are asking you to do or move
forward in your day to day life. Okay, So that
is ourch Angel Gabriel. Ourch Angel Gabriel again, the messenger
(25:19):
of God. He is there to spread the message. He
was there to help you communicate, and he always delivers big,
big news. It's always good news. But he's there too
deliver the big news. So next we have ourch Angel Rafael.
(25:42):
Our Angel Raphael is a healer. He is the medicine
of God. So when we think of that, he would
be great to invoke in healings. So we are going
to do again, take a deep breath. We're gonna say,
(26:04):
we're gonna do an invocation to invoke arch Angel Raphael.
And if you would like to put your name in this,
say your name as I am doing this invocation so
you can get healing. It doesn't matter when you're listening again,
there's no time, space or reality. It will you will
(26:26):
get your energy and healing whenever you're listening to this. Okay,
deep breath, yea arch Angel Raphael, healer and guide. I
call upon your loving presence to heal my body, mind
(26:46):
and spirit, I ask you to heal all those listening
that are needing much miraculous healing to their mind, body
and spirit. Guide us on our paths to wholeness and
(27:09):
fill us with peace and tranquility so that it gives
our bodies time to rest and completely heal. So be
it okay. So, Archangel Raphael is also a guide for travelers,
(27:29):
so you can invoke him because he also is there
to offer guidance for travel, whether on your journey, whether
it's a physical journey or if it's spiritual journey. So again,
he is there to help and insist. He is known
(27:50):
for his miraculous cures and insisting in recovery, So if
you're needing help and recovering from a surgery or from
an illness, he's always great to ask for your for assistance. Again,
he they just love love to help all of us.
(28:11):
So in Judaism, he is mentioned in the Book of
Tobbitt where he heals Tobbitt's blindness. Right, So in Christianity
his it's the same. He is known as a healer.
I didn't see where exactly it is. So again, so
(28:35):
you can invoke him for healing for you or if
you are an energy healer. You can invoke him in
your session before you started to help with the energy
healing of your clients. Again, he like I would use
(28:55):
him if someone was coming to me and they had
a major illness or they were going to go through surgery,
I would invoke him and I would ask him to
stay with that person during surgery and then after to
assist in the healing and the what's it called the
(29:18):
healing to make it more rapid and for less complications.
Are no complications really ideally, right, So he can heal.
He can be there for you. You just have to ask
when you know if it's a physical ailment. Really again,
(29:38):
he is there and he can help heal the emotional
wounds and the mental and the spiritual well being. So
again he would be an amazing angel to help overcome
releasing all the negativity and all the patterns, because then
(29:59):
when he he when you ask him to take away
those negative patterns and just give it to him and
release it to him, he would take it away for you.
He would gladly do that for you, and then you
just surrender to the fact that you've just given us
a way to Archangel Raphael. Okay, So he is also
(30:26):
connected to the element of air, which is quite interesting.
So if you think about that and in healing, because
archangels are esoteric and they are not you know, earth
beings there won't they won't like won't be associated with
associated with the element of earth. So air is the
(30:50):
closest thing to being grounded. And if you think about air,
it gives us life, It gives us breath, it feeds
everything on Earth, and air and oxygen completely heal our bodies. Right,
if we didn't have oxygen, our bodies wouldn't be able
(31:12):
to expel all the toxin toxins or the the junk
that's within our bodies to go get pushed out. So again,
air is life. It's a breath winds of change. So
if you think of it that way, he is forever
(31:35):
all around us because air is everywhere. Okay. And also,
what I've seen here is Rafael's archangel. Raphael's role. He
helps in dream work. So if you want to work
on the dream level and get guidance that way, see
(32:02):
visions and different insights, invoke him before you go to
bed and say, our King Jel Raphael, I invoke you
to help me with my dreams. Show me a vision,
show me what I can do in my waking life,
(32:29):
let me sore in my dreams, show me and he
will be there again. Because he's also the medicine angel,
a medicine of God. He is also the protector of
healthcare professionals. So if you are in the healthcare business,
if you're a nurse, doctor, any sort of healthcare practitioner,
(32:54):
he is great to have you by him by your
side because he will protect you as well. So again
there's all these different things. It's great to learn different
things about Archangel Rafael and I just you know, learning
(33:15):
all these different things about them is quite amazing. And
if we felt his energy from coming in from before,
like unlike Gabriel's where it was it came through and
it came more through our heart space, Raphael's was almost
the whole body is where you felt his presence. The
(33:39):
energy of it was throughout the whole body instead of
concentrated around the heart. And then with Archangel Michael, it
was just went like it was just there, like huge
present presence. So again they just they all have different presence.
I now when I was looking and researching all of
(34:04):
the archangels, it's interesting because I have used Archangel Raphael
in healings for my clients and for friends and family
when they were going through something tough, when they had
a major illness that they needed to go through. He
was always the one that would just show up. And
(34:28):
it's interesting when you trust your intuition and you trust
the process, it will just happen for you. It just
allows things to be there, and it's it's just innate
where it will just come up and you go, oh,
maybe I should I should use an archangel to help
(34:52):
me on this journey, help me get through this when
I'm not feeling well, or if you've gotten a diagnosis
and you need to find that sense of peace so

and how he is great to help heal. So if

All right, So next we are talking about archangel Uriel.
So Uriel is the archangel of wisinessdom Okay, so take
a deep breath again if you close your eyes again,

But if you are driving or operating, have a machinery.
Please don't all right here we go take a deep breath,
our angel, ural angel of light and wisdom. I call
upon your guidance to illuminate my path, to help me
see clearly and understand the truth, overcome fear, doubt, and

embrace my inner light. So be it okay, So as
you can tell by that, and so the energy of
urieal So it's quite interesting because when we were doing
the energy for Rafael, it was like the whole body
and you can feel it. With Uriel it felt more

like the energy was the whole body, but it was
more external, so it was all around. So for me
that would feel like kind of like either prickles around
or like goosebumps, that kind of thing. That is how

and it was very light for him. So again he
likes to help you overcome any of your fears and
find the truth. So if you're having a hard time
with something, so if you're scared of heights, let's just
do that one. You can ask him to help you
find the truth. Why is it that you are scared

of heights? Have you fallen before? What was what's the deal?
You can ask him and he will help you find
the truth and he will help you overcome it. Because
most times when we have a fear of height, it
is a belief system that we have taken on and
(40:47):
we have kept okay. So again, he is the angel
of wisdom, knowledge and revelation. He will be there to
help you overcome anything, and especially self doubt. A lot
of people have self doubt in themselves, right, So we
(41:09):
come across as this person that's got all their stuff together,
all their shit together. We come across confident, but sometimes
in reality we aren't. But we do that because we
want to show that people, show people that we are
(41:33):
and that we know we can do it. So it's
almost the fake it until you make it. But at
the same time, you've got that energy, and some people
can feel that energy and can tell that's not exactly
how it works. However, if you're going into something and
(41:54):
you have doubts about who you are and yourself or
your abilities to do things, you could always call in
Archangel Uriel. He'll be there for you. You ask him,
ask him to help you. Archangel Uriel would gladly help
you overcome. He'll help you. He'll help show you and

give you the confidence you need because again, they're there
to cheer us on. He also is associated with the
mysteries of the universe, which is also interesting, So he
is you know, you can ask him about the creation
(42:36):
of the universe and the nature of realities. So again,
if you're looking at understanding the cosmos, you can ask
him to gain like deeper insights about the cosmos and
like where your place is in it. Right, So again

he is He just helps you break away the self doubt,
I'm sorry, and then understands the nature of reality. So again,
just really, if you're needing help to make a decision,
(43:23):
he is the person to help you. If you are
a university student and you need help with your studies
and your pursuits intellectually, he also is the one because
he will help you find the truth. He will help
and guide you find what you need to do to
(43:45):
be successful in order to go down that path and
finish schooling that way. So again, he has so much
to offer. Right. He helps us overcome our fears embrace
the light within us. Again, that would being more confident,
(44:06):
bringing more confidence for ourselves, telling us to shine for
who we are, be who we are, love it, and
shine just the way we are so he really really
is that kind of archangel. So what I would use
(44:26):
him for. I would invoke him if a client came
to me, or even during your reading. I would ask
him to come and give whomever some confidence, a boost
(44:46):
of confidence, help them overcome their fears of just being
who they are, help them see that being shining their
light and being truly themselves is okay, I would invoke
him to do that for us. Okay. So that is
(45:09):
Archangel Uriel. Again. If you want to see clarity and
illuminate your true inner being so that you can grow,
he would be the archangel to do it. All right.

So next we are talking about arch Angel Joe Feel.
Our Angel Joe Feel is is? Oh my goodness, where
is he? He is the angel of beauty and inspiration.
He helps us overcome negativity and he also helps us
(45:55):
see the beauty and everything rounding us. Okay, so again
we are going to invoke his presence. So take a
deep breath and we will invoke him there. Okay, So
(46:18):
let's do it. Our Changel Joe Feel, Angel of beauty
and inspiration, I call upon your presence to waken my
creativity and to fill my life with joy and beauty.
Help me see the divine in all things to help
(46:40):
me express myself with grace and artistry. So be it.
So when his energy came in, it's kind of like
a swirl around the heart. It's like that butterflies almost feeling.
And so our Angel Jove is such a great our
(47:05):
angel where he helps us if everything in life feels
negative to us and we cannot see anything good, he
would be great to invoke because he would ask us
to look for the beauty and everything. So we would
go outside and instead of going, oh, it's cold, it's raining,
(47:30):
blah blah blah, and feel down about it, it would
be like, you know what, it feels great outside. It's
not too hot. That might be a little bit chilly,
but it feels great on the skin. It feels like
I could get a big, deep breath of fresh air.
You can look and see all like he helps you
(47:52):
feel see the beauty and things. Maybe when you see flowers,
instead of seeing flowers and you see ants all over
the flowers, you see the beauty of how that flower exists.
Sometimes we see flowers grow up from concrete and or
from rocky beds on the mountains, and you're like, how
(48:15):
did that actually grow? Through there, but so find the
beauty and the presence at that time, so they are there.
He is there again to help you overcome negativity. He
is there to help you express yourself, express yourself through creativity,
through art, through again how else, He really wants you
(48:44):
to create beauty for you and create beautiful things so
that other people can see the light and see the
beautiful things that this world and we have to offer. Again,
he is there to help us do that. And if
(49:04):
you're on your journey to find your life purpose, our
angel Joe feel that is great too, because he does
help you discover you, discover and align your life purpose
for your passions. Who are you? How do you like?
What inspires you, what makes you you? What makes you tick?
(49:27):
What makes you feel more fulfilling? And we're not talking
about monetary things or even things what makes you feel fulfilled?
Maybe some things make you feel fulfilled, right, monetary things
like physical things, But really when you invoke him, you
(49:49):
can ask him that, ask him help me find what
really makes me me, help me find my life purpose,
my journey, and maybe it's not really helped me find it,
help me see it and feel it because it's already
innately within us. So when we're there, it's okay, don't
(50:13):
worry about it. Ask him, invoke him, and you will
see and be open to any possibility that may come out.
Don't judge it, just allow it to flow and it
will be there. So when you close your eyes and
you look at the sun, okay, close your eyes and
look at the sun at the same time, so you're
(50:34):
not really looking at the sun, you see the color yellow.
The color yellow is associated with Joe feel right, and
it's so it's again, it's illuminating, it's glowing. It's helping
you see the joy and the creativity. Okay, So again
that is our angel, Joe Fiel. We've got one last one.
(50:58):
We're gonna do it quick because I know we're running
out of time. And you know, it's interesting because the archangels,
there's always so much we can talk about with them
and for them. All right, So here it is the
last one that we're going to get through. His name
(51:19):
is or their name is Archangel Zadkiel. Zadkiel is the
angel of mercy and forgiveness. This guy is a great one.
So if you are harboring anything and you're having a
hard time forgiving yourself. Please, no, just ask him for
your help. Please ask him for guidance. He will be there.
(51:42):
He is the best one for you, especially when you
have the inner demons and you don't feel like anyone
can forgive you or you are worthy of forgiveness. This
is the angel. Okay, take a deep breath. Here we go.
We're gonna invoke him, our Angel, Zadkiel, Angel of mercy
(52:06):
and forgiveness. I call upon your loving presence to heal
my heal and release me from my bonds of negativity
in my heart. Help me forgive others and myself live
(52:28):
a life of fulfilled compassion and with grace. So be it. Okay.
So his energy also is more just. It feels kind
of like the butterflies, but it's not concentrated here. It's everywhere,
(52:50):
and it's very very light, very gentle and soft, which
is which is nice because when you're feeling negative and
you're feeling like you are not worthy of forgiveness, most
(53:11):
people don't really want anyone around them or like to
touch them, and so his energy is very nice where
it is slowly there, where you're aware it's there, but
it's not there. Okay, So again, ask him to release
(53:32):
all the emotions of resentment, anger and guilt. If you're
mad at yourself for doing something, he's great to ask
for help again. Again, he was known and so in
Judaism he is known to have stopped to prevent Abraham
(53:57):
and Isaac from the sacrifice. There so when he put
his son on the on the table to sire spice,
he came in and he said no, okay. So again
he is of compassion, love and light and just full
(54:21):
of life. And he is associated with the color violet flame,
which you know is spiritually it transmutes all different energies,
and it transmutes all the negativity, and it brings about
(54:43):
healing and its transformation. He also can help you break
away from karmic patterns. So if you're feeling like there's
a lot of karma around you and there's karmic patterns
that seem to keep on repeating all the time, he
is a great, great archangel to ask for guidance and
(55:06):
get there. Okay. So again the power of forgiveness, The
power forgiveness is huge people. If you if you can't
forgive yourself, it's really hard to forgive anyone else. It
because when we forgive ourselves, we let go of the judgments.
And when we start letting judgement, letting go of judgments
(55:29):
for ourselves, we start letting go of the judgments towards
everyone else. So when we're not judging us, we also
stop judging other people and we see them for who
they are and the amazing being they are. And sometimes
you know, they have their quirks and all their idiosyncrasies,
(55:56):
but that's okay because they are them and you were
you right, and that is enough. We don't need them
to be more than that they are. So again, the
significance of zad Keel is he's so forgiving, he is compassionate.
(56:19):
He can free you from the emotional turmoil, the ady
bitty shitty club that keeps going on here and that
you know can't stop. And sometimes the mind keeps going
and the mind, our mind is not us. Remember I
spoke about this a couple of podcasts ago. Our mind
(56:39):
is not us. Our mind makes things up. It goes
through all of our experiences that we've had throughout our lifetime,
and it picks out things, and then it starts saying
that within our mind to cultivate some fear, to sometimes
(57:01):
tell us and show us that we aren't enough. And
it's saying that to try and protect us, but it
really isn't. So again, forgive yourself. Know that that's the
key to being free, the key of leaving the emotional
baggage and the shackles behind. Okay. So and on that note,
(57:26):
so I want you all to love yourself. Always love yourself.
I love you and be there for you. Be completely
merciful towards yourself, and forgive yourself. And until next time,
