Speaker 2 (01:00):
Good evening and welcome to Journey with Joan, only on
the Bold Bray of TV Network, and I'm your host,
Joan Widen. All right, tonight we are talking about the
whispers from the other side, the dreams as spiritual portals.
All right, So in this episode, have you ever felt
(01:21):
like you've woken up from a dream that felt really,
really real, that it lingered around and it really hits
you right right to your core, right to your soul.
So tonight on Journey with Joan, we dive into this
(01:49):
mystical realm of dreams. So I'm not going to analyze
people's dreams per se, but We're going to dive into
what is dream How do they affect us, how do
they what's their role in our lives? Et cetera. Okay,
(02:09):
so even communicating from with loved ones on the other sides.
All right, So recognizing these dreams, Okay, so when we
wake up with these dreams. So first off, let's go
(02:32):
get into what are dreams? What kind of dreams am
I talking about? Am I talking about the dreams that
we aspire to attain? Or are we talking about the
dreams as we sleep? Or are we talking about daydreaming? Really,
they're all kind of inter woven, and they're they're all
(02:55):
kind of act the same, and spiritually, our dreams can
and do become reality when we're in the openness and
living within now, where the doors open to the future
(03:16):
to allow every infinite possibility to happen. Okay, So all right,
let's talk you about because I know I talked about manifestation.
Manifestation I can't even say it. So manifestation and your
(03:37):
goals and your dreams for our year, right, So if
you're talking about New Year's resolutions and what you dream
and aspire to achieve within twenty twenty four. So I've
talked about that before and again it's all the same.
(03:59):
Where you have to be in the present moment and
when we get disturbed by what happened in our experience
in the moment. If it bring us back memories from
the past, that it stirs a lot of emotions and
(04:21):
it creates chaos for ourselves. What does it do? It
can lead us to feel disheartened because it seemingly would
make that dream crumble. But when we simply step back
(04:46):
and we go thank you for this, so acknowledging and
being grateful for our past experience and then just let
it go. Now, is it going to be necessary easy?
It isn't. There's a lot of emotion, but sometimes it's
just feeling the emotion, so it can leave, leave our bodies,
(05:09):
so our body and mind can work together to create
our dreams. Okay, So there's that one, which I've talked
about quite a bit. So the other one is dreams
when we sleep. So there's many kinds of dreams in
(05:31):
our sleep. Right, So there are communicating with past loved
ones where they show themselves, right, they come in and
they show themselves to us. There are dreams that guide us.
(05:53):
There are also dreams that are visions if you will,
or prophetic if you want to call it, right, so
that it's a vision that could come true. Right, So
there's all these things, and then there's also dreams that
are just it's spiritual in nature, and it just is
(06:17):
a whole bunch of signs and symbols for you to decipher. Now,
when we decipher all of those things, it's it really
comes down to understanding where you are in the moment,
like in your life, and understanding are there things that
(06:38):
get in the way. Okay, So let's an actual dream.
So dream in the science terms. Now, Okay, I'm not
an expert in dreams or in psychology. And these are
the things that are my opinions that I have witnessed
(07:04):
from my own dreams and from my clients alike. Okay,
and so these are what I'm talking to you about tonight,
is about my experiences and what I have come to
research and see. So, if we want to do the
scientific part of a dream, a dream is our conscious
(07:30):
our conscious mind. But they like to call it subconscious.
It's weird because it's your conscious mind. But so, for example,
a lot of us can get courage liquid courage from drinking, right,
(07:51):
and so it allows us to speak freely when we're
under the influence because we have less inhibition. What the
shame factor is no longer there because when you're under
the influence, it really doesn't matter at the time because
(08:12):
you really want to say it and you need to
express your feelings. Okay, So a dream is pretty much
like that. It's your conscious mind coming through to you
while you're sleeping because it's like, okay, great, I have
a clear channel. I can talk to her or him
(08:38):
and they can't shut it down. So it's just like
having liquid courage. But it's spirit wise, right. So again,
it's interesting that alcohol would be called spirits because it
allows your spirit to be free and strong, and it
(08:58):
let's go alone, allows us to let go of our inhibitions. Okay,
So a dream can do the same whereas dreams allow
us and they it can show us a lot of things.
So if there's something that's on our mind that is
weighing so heavily and we during the day push it
(09:20):
down like push it, push it, shove it away and
go no, it's not going to think about it. I
don't care. I can't. It's fight or flight. I can't
think about it. I have to survive. I need to work,
I need to do whatever it takes in order for
me to live my life, and even though that's bothering me,
(09:41):
I don't have time to address it, so I won't.
So you shut it out and you push it aside,
and you keep yourself busy, busy, busy, busy, busy, so
you don't have to think about it. But then when
we're sleeping, it will just bubble up because it's like,
(10:02):
now I got your attention because you're sleeping, and you
can't force me to go away. So in science sciency terms,
that's kind of how they do dreams, where it's our
conscious mind what we've like subconsciously put away that is
bubbling up to the surface because it needs to be addressed. Okay,
(10:27):
So now if we look at that in a spiritual way,
that is us wanting to elevate our vibration, so our energy,
elevating our energy and vibration so that we can grow spiritually.
(10:48):
So typically when people are on a spiritual journey, what
happens is everything becomes chaotic. It life can sometimes feel
like it's an upheaval and we don't know what's up
or down our sideways. It's we're like in a tornado
(11:11):
of just stuff. It's not necessarily crap, but it's just
stuff where it's coming at us every which way, and
it can be really daunting and tough to handle. So spiritually,
when we want to grow, this is, unfortunately what happens.
(11:36):
Our stuff that we've shoved in our backpacks, shoved deep
down in our souls and at the deepest, darkest corner
in our hearts and locked it away and threw away
the key. Unfortunately, in order for you and me to
elevate our vibrational level is to deal with all of
(12:00):
those things, all of those emotions, whether they're good, bad, ugly, whatever,
we have to look at that. And that's how dreams
can come about. Right. So some dreams, when you're going
through something tumultuous, you will feel like you're not necessarily
(12:21):
sleeping and that all these things that you thought that
you had dealt with are coming back up. Even though
you thought you dealt with it. For some reason, it's
propped about back up. And now that it's propped back up,
it's really kind of given you a jult. It can
(12:43):
even throw you into anxiety, It can give you a
little bit of depression. It can just throw you straight
into a fight or flight. So how we deal with
those is really, if it does come up, that means
you have to sit in it for a little bit
(13:06):
and understand it, honor it, say thank you to it,
acknowledge it, and then just let go because that version
of you no longer exists. That version of you is
no longer here. That version of you was, however many
years ago, maybe it was yesterday that that thing just happened,
(13:29):
maybe it was ten, twenty thirty years ago. Maybe it
happened when you were a baby and something. You don't
know exactly why that issue bugs you, but it does,
and it could have happened when you were an infant. Okay,
So again when it comes up in a dream, and
(13:50):
you will know what these ones are because they can
actually just you'd be dead sleeping and you'll up and
you'll wake up and go, oh, my gonness, and then
you're in this tizzy anxiety, this whole bunch of just overwhelm.
(14:17):
So when we do that, that's those are the kind
of dreams that help you get through your stuff. And so,
in my opinion, those dreams, when they come up with
your stuff and sometimes they make your heart grace and
go through all of those things, those are the ones
(14:42):
that are guiding you to elevate you or help you
move through and past the certain situations that you are
in today, so that you can grow into a different
being that you are and loving who you are now,
(15:03):
you can start to feel more love for yourself. You
can let go of that shame and that that that's
stuck inness all right, and then with this, because we're
on to moving and showing some love. We are going
to show some love to our sponsors. We'll be back into.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
Welcome back. You're watching Journey with Joan only on the
Bold Brave TV network and I'm your host, Joan Widen.
Thank you again very much for tuning in. I really
much appreciate you all and grateful for everyone that listens
and tunes in and likes and stars it on whatever
(18:01):
streaming app that you listen to me on. Anyways, before
the break, we were talking about dreams and how dreams
can guide us to open up so that it opens
doorways and pathways to a new direction so we can
(18:22):
elevate our energy and vibrate higher. And also, not only
does it help us vibrate our energy at a higher realm,
it opens the doors to the infinite possibilities that when
(18:43):
we just vibrate higher and we can let go of
some of our experiences that make us not want to
look at it or go there it really, honestly, we
are able to see the opportunities in front of us
(19:05):
at that moment, right then and right there, all right,
So those are the dreams that can create a little
bit of chaos, and that chaos is really, like I
had said before, the break is because we are starting
our spiritual journey, or we're changing who we are to
(19:29):
be more aligned with our soul and our own being.
We are changing, and so a lot of dreams can
happen and it can feel very overwhelming. So those are
the dreams that are guidance for ourselves now. Four, the
(19:50):
symbolism and intuition. When we have dreams that are just
symbols and just really like bits and pieces of pictures
or events, those can actually symbolize intuition where it's it
(20:21):
could turn into a prophetic dream where that vision can
be stronger, can align and actually come true. And that's
also where the deja vous dream can happen as well.
(20:45):
So in order to really fully understand your dreams, it
would be best to keep a dream journal. So the
dream journal you keep on your bedside table, and before
(21:06):
you start waking up too much, you reach for it,
even though your eyes are still closed. You reach for it.
You should have your pen right there handy with it,
and then you start writing down your dream and your
dream so you could put so you would put if
it was this morning, you would put March the seventh,
(21:28):
twenty twenty five, and then you would list down everything
that you dreamt about, okay, and so you can figure
out all those and they may not make any sort
of sense to you whatsoever, However, it doesn't matter. Just
(21:50):
allow it. Write down that dream and leave it, and
then as time progresses, you might go, why does this
feel familiar to me? Why is this like this? To me?
Like this is it just seems like I've done this before.
(22:17):
Then you can go back into your dream journal and
see if that's why it makes sense to you, because
you might have seen it already through your dream Yeah, Dennis,
I'm not right sure, I might be having some technical
difficulties there. It is. It looks like it's not as
(22:39):
fuzzy anymore. But you know, Elon Muskin his starlink, all right.
But with that, that's why it's always best to have
a dream journal, so that you can go back and
sometimes you may not realize all of those things happened,
(23:01):
but you can review it. So come January first, twenty
twenty six, you can review everything and you can see
where you've gone and where you've grown and how you've
grown through your dreams which can be quite remarkable, and
it's just amazing for that it is. I have my
(23:28):
dream journal and I don't really look at it, and
I've written something from twenty fifteen, and I looked at
it the other day and I went, whoa, this is
quite interesting. All of this makes sense now and a
lot of it has come to fruition, which is quite intriguing. Right.
(23:52):
So it's helping with your intuition, it's helping with you growing,
it's helping to elevate your soul, right because when we're dreaming,
we're in a different state and where our brain waves
can you know, there's I think it's in theta when
(24:13):
we're actually really dreaming, and even we can get into
theta when we are meditating, and meditating is the same
sort of thing. So you get visions, you get things
when you meditate. Now not always because you again you
(24:35):
have to practice, and so some people go, but Joan,
you know, I never remember my dreams. How how like
I just don't remember my dreams. Well, that's okay. You
can start to ask for your dreams. So when you
go lie down, you ask so mantra before as I
(25:02):
lie down going to bed, I lie down I close
my eyes and I say, I am that I am,
and that is enough. Show me what I need to show,
or show me what you need to tell me in
my dreams. Allow me to remember my dreams, and then
(25:29):
I go on to other things that I am, and
I do all these statements to help me for my growth,
and then I just fall asleep. And I'm not necessarily
the greatest writing down my dreams. I'm going to tell
you that only because I do remember them quite vividly
(25:54):
when I do have them, and there is sometimes it
just absolutely makes no sense whatsoever. So here I'll share
a dream that I had last year. It was February
of last year sometime, I don't know the exact date
because I did not write it down. So everyone was
(26:16):
telling me that Calgary was in a huge drought and
that we are going to you know, we really need
to conserve water, that you need to conserve water, and
I went, Okay, that doesn't feel right to me, because
I felt like it was going to be wetter. But
(26:38):
I lived just south of the city, closer to the mountains,
so my weather is a little bit different. So one
night I had a dream. I had a dream that
there were there was massive flooding in Calgary and that
roads were crumbling because of the amount of water. Now
(27:06):
I was looking at that, I'm like, that's got to
be a crap ton of water, okay, And so I
just left it. And in that crumbling of water, I
felt like also like I was driving in it. Well,
(27:27):
I wasn't driving. I was a passenger. My husband was driving,
and as the roads gave way, he was kind of
off roading it, trying to get us out of this.
And for me, I had my mom was with us
for some reason, and she was in the back seat,
(27:49):
so I had climbed into the back seat to protect her.
So now, if I were to analyze that dream from
back then last year in May, I think end of
May twenty twenty four, beginning of June, there was a
(28:14):
huge water main break in Calgary where there was massive
flooding and the roads actually corroded and caved in. So
there was where it came through. So was it exactly
how I thought? No, But that's not necessarily how it is.
(28:38):
These are how dreams can show you. And as for
protecting my mom, the roadways, I said, you know, we're
a bit rough, and we were rough, roading it. Our
family had a lot of deaths last year and now
my mom is the only one laughed in her family,
(29:03):
so it would be more like helping her, protecting her
from feeling upset, right, And I don't know why I'm
getting all what like emotional, but that's how I would say.
(29:25):
That is so again, that's how dreams can work, and
that's how they can show you. So for me, it
showed that, Okay, this event and it was clearly the
Calgary that I had seen where there was the you know,
there was a massive flood, the roadways were breaking in
(29:46):
and it actually did and it was a huge thing,
huge to do. Everyone had to conserve water that lived
in the city and they weren't sure if the greatest
outdoor show honor what was going to happen Calgary Stampede.
So that's what that was. And then again the tumultuous
(30:08):
times with my family, it just kind of shows what
kind of things that it was trying to say that
the pathway, your road ahead might be a little bit
rough this year. Okay, So again those are somewhat of
things that help us and that can inhibit us. Right,
(30:29):
So that's why it's great to write down your dreams
and let it go because sometimes when we wake up,
like I know, for example, that dream, because it was
so real and it for me that was more of
a vision that I woke up. I sat up instantly
(30:54):
when I saw that, because again my heart was racing.
I was like, what's going on? I don't where am I?
I had to make sure everything was where I was.
I needed to. I wanted to know where my mom
was and she was fine. All these different little nuances
(31:19):
of the dream. So it's always best again just to
write it down. And once you start writing things down,
you can feel, and you can see, you can look
at you know the timeline of things. Now. If you're
trying to raise your vibration, if you're trying to work
on your intuition, and you're asking for guidance from your
(31:42):
angels and guides, this is a great way too. So
again write, when you lie down, I say I am
that I am, and that is enough. My guides and
angels please talk to me in a way that I
can understand and interpret it through my dreams. And then
(32:04):
you let go of any sort of expectations on how
and if you're going to receive any sort of message
from them and then you just go to bed. So
you take a few deep breaths and you relax your
mind and you let go. Then you have a good
(32:27):
night sleep now quickly before we go into the next break.
This also accounts for when you have a racing mind
and you're unable to sleep and you feel like you
haven't slept because all you did was like think about
what happened the night before, the days before, all these
(32:48):
things where it just keeps playing in your mind and
it's constant. Write those down because even though you feel
like you haven't slept, guaranteed you have. And those are
actual dreams as well, and those are guidance dreams to
(33:09):
help you get through what you're going through at the moment.
And with that, we are going to give some more
love and some apprecientiation to my engineers Christian, Daniel and Zach.
Thank you very much, and we'll be back into.

Welcome back here watching Journey with Joan only on the
Bold Brave TV Network. I'm your host, Joan Widen Again,
thank you very much for joining me tonight, Happy and
grateful for you to join. And before the break we
were talking about dreams and visions. I had explained my
(35:55):
dream about impending flood and error. It's like, no, you
can't be it's wrong. It's we're in a drought. And yeah,
we were in a drought, but it wasn't the same
kind of flood that it actually was. It was a
pipe that a major pipe bursts and it was the
(36:16):
pipe that was like directly linked part of Hagary right
to the river, so it was broken and flooding everywhere
all right. And again we also talked about if you
have a hard time sleeping in your mind is racing,
(36:37):
Sit up, take a deep breath. Maybe actually go and
get a glass of water, or maybe a warm glass
of milk if that's something you like, or a hot
like some tea with honey, and that will help soothe you.
And write down all the things that were crazy busy
(36:58):
in your mind so you can actually let go of that,
because sometimes that's keeping us a week because we don't
want to forget what we need to do the next day. Okay,
So now when loved ones, So here's a different dream.
It's when dreams connect us with loved ones, now past
(37:27):
loved ones. This is an easy one. This is a
great one. People ask me why can't I connect and
why don't they come to me and my dreams? And
the answer for that really is, don't try. You're trying
too hard. You have an expectation on how they're going
(37:51):
to come in, how they can contact you, what they're
going to look like. Maybe you had a dream about
being in this city and there's a whole bunch of
people and your luck one was actually there, but you
just didn't see them in the crowd of people. So
(38:11):
allow yourself and be graceful with yourself when you're asking
loved ones to come through into dreams. Okay, so again
I will share a dream because this is how they
happened for me. Is when my uncle had passed away.
(38:34):
I had no clue he had drowned the but I
had a dream and he came to me, and he
didn't tell me he had passed away. He had just
simply told me I'm in the lake. I'm like what,
and he's like, I'm in the lake, and I went okay.
(38:55):
And it felt like he was getting pulled under or
was it felt like he was pulling me under? And
all of a sudden I was gasping for air and
then I again, I just sat up and woke up
and kind of my heart was racing and going, now,
what's going on? And then because I get a lot
(39:17):
of these dreams, I just kind of let it go
and I went, okay, sure, whatever I happened to be
because I was young. I was thirteen at the time
when it happened, and I was visiting friends here in
Calgary and I didn't live here. Their mom came home
from work and had said, has anyone called you about
(39:38):
your uncle? And I looked at her and I said,
you mean that he's in the lake. She looked at me, like, oh,
so someone did call you And I'm like, no, but
he's in the lake, and she goes, then how do
you know, and I'm like, I just know. He showed me.
He told me he was in the lake. So they
(40:01):
didn't know how to say it, and again, being me,
I was a little bit odd. They never really questioned
it anymore. They just looked at me and they said,
you are correct, he is in the lake. So they
never told me he had passed away. But at the
same time, you kind of get the gist. Of course
(40:24):
he's passed away. They obviously didn't want to have that
tough conversation with me and my sister, but I had.
But they're like, why should be She already said he's
in the lake, and at that moment of time they
had not found his body, so he was technically and
(40:44):
really still in the lake because he had drowned. So
that is how loved ones come to me. They tell
me it's even my friends' parents. Sometimes they come into
my dreams. But when they do come, they're actually standing
(41:08):
across the street and they're they're either leaning on a building,
or they're just standing there and they're waving like hello,
can you see me? And that is that constitute as
a loved one coming to you in a dream. So
(41:28):
don't dismiss that as I dismiss them. And of course
they would be waving at me, and of course they
would just be standing there looking at me, smiling. Okay,
don't ever dismiss that, because that is them connecting with
you in order to try and you know, give you
(41:48):
that comfort. And it's tough because when that happens, we
go we judge it and we say that can't be.
There's no way that can be because I know I
just missed them, and so we judge it, we poo
(42:11):
pooh on that experience. But literally, I'm telling you that's
what it is. They just come, they don't necessarily say hi,
they smile, and when you see them, they're not what
they looked like when they passed. They will look like
(42:34):
with your favorite memory of them or when they were
at their happiest. Okay, So a lot of times that's
what happens. Now. I would say for people that are
starting to get their intuition and working on it, it
(42:56):
can be very much the same way for me, when
I see them across the street, I ask them how
they are? I ask them, are you you know? What
are you doing? Do you notice like have you seen
your grandchildren?
Speaker 3 (43:12):
Like?
Speaker 2 (43:13):
All different things, Because in my dreams, I know I
can direct it. So when you know, we'll get into
that in a second. But for loved ones again, when
you dream of them and they're just standing there, just know,
(43:36):
that's like an energetic hug, and it's their presence that's
trying to give you solace and some love, so you
can feel some sort of sense of closure. Okay, So
that is where that is. Now. Dreams, can you manipulate them? Absolutely? Right? Again,
(44:03):
depends on how visual you are. When I was younger,
I would always have these dreams of me falling, and
I would get scared of it, so I didn't really
want to sleep. And then I went, wait a second,
nothing ever really happens to me when I do fall
and start falling in these dreams except for waking up.
(44:25):
I wonder if I can change it. So as a
young like little girl, I figured out I'm going to
try and manipulate my dream and absolutely one hundred percent
that you can. You I know, when I'm dreaming something
that kind of feels scary, and it's not scary like
(44:49):
in a situation where I don't want to look at it,
but it's a situation as to where what's it called
where it's scary. It's like monsters, which makes no sense whatsoever.
(45:12):
When that happened, I would I remember, I would just
turn my head while I was sleeping, and it would
be like turning the channel. Now for some of you,
and for like Christian, my engineer, he won't know what
I'm talking about, But it's like changing the like a
(45:32):
TV channel because you had dials on your cathoid, you
know TV tube where you didn't have a clicker to
change the channels. You had to walk up to it
and you actually had to change the dial. Okay, so
I've just aged myself, but now you know what I mean.
(45:54):
So it would be like tuning, I guess into a
radio the same thing or where I would change the
channel and I would look for something where it would
make me actually calm down and feel better. Then if
I really wanted to face what was like the monsters
(46:15):
or something that really scared me, I would turn back
to that channel. So try it. Try it. It's quite interesting.
Shout out to Pete Pavlo nineteen ninety nine. All right,
will you come to my apartment and talk. Well, I'm
(46:35):
sure you live far away. You can fill out a
form on my website and we can set up an
appointment that way as well. So again, like there's all
these different things where you can, you know, figure out,
and dreams don't have to be scared. Dreams can help
(46:56):
guide you, they can help you connect with loved ones.
So practical dreams two are practical tips to help you
remember your dreams. When you start slowly waking up, I
(47:17):
would suggest that you start like before you really like
just reach for your pen and paper and then come
and write it down right away. And even if it's
not like you just write down as much detail as
you can. But most times, when you're first starting out
(47:41):
and you go to write down these dreams, I'm going
to tell you they as soon as you really try
and focus on that dream, it will go and it's gone.
So be somewhat groggy, write it down. Don't turn on
the lights and just write it out. Now you're gonna say, well,
(48:05):
I sleep in complete darkness, so even in the morning
it's still quite like black in my room, so it
doesn't matter it Just start writing and then you can
see like it doesn't matter, and then the next like
once you're away, you can kind of adjust it later
as well, and that will also help you with your dreams. Okay.
(48:29):
So those are some of the tips that you can help.
And the more that you write down your dreams when
you wake up, that really helps you remember your dreams.
It helps you gain more knowledge of your dreams. And
when you do that, it's almost like honoring the dreams,
(48:51):
so the more dreams will come as well. Again, no expectations.
You just go to bed, you feel it, you okay,
show me what you need to show me, and then
go to bed. Right. So those are some tips that
you can do to you know, remember your dreams now. Spiritually,
(49:13):
you could also ask again, okay, guys and angels, God, universe, Allah, Buddha,
whomever you speak to, you ask them to show you
in your dreams. And when you can show like again,
there's no expectations, just allow them to show it. Could
(49:37):
they could just show you a monkey? Now why did
I say monkey? I don't know. It just popped into
my mind, so I said monkey. They could show you.
Monkey doesn't mean anything to me, But if you think
about a monkey, what are they? They're fun, they can
be a bit mischievous, they have a great time. They're
always laughing, right, So again, have fun, laugh about it,
(50:01):
enjoy it, be kind of quirky and fun about figure
out how your dreams are all right? And with that,
we're going to give some more love to our sponsors.
We'll be back into.
Speaker 3 (50:18):

Speaker 2 (52:39):
Welcome back. You're watching Journey with Joan only on the
Bold Break TV Network. Apologize for a little bit of
the delay. We were a bit to you dreaming ourselves
trying to figure things out. Anyways, all right back to
the test hand. Before we went to the break, I
suggested certain things where you can remember your dreams. And
(53:03):
it is just simply writing it down, whether it's one word,
three words, or you see a box, you write down box.
If you see colors, then you write down the colors
that you've seen. It's really just that simple. It really
isn't that much for you to figure out and understand.
(53:27):
It's just writing it down, putting it there, and then
as you go along, and honestly, don't be a watcher
of your your journal, just allow it to marinate. Just
once you write it, just leave it. I would honestly
(53:48):
suggest not looking at it for at least a year,
unless there's a time where you're trying to figure out
where do you have I seen this? Why do I
feel like I've done this before? Then you can quickly
kind of look through everything to see if you had
actually in fact dreamt about it. But really, your dream
(54:08):
journal is just to sit there and be a log
of your dreams. And it's not to be hyper focused
on this journal to find out what everything means, what
this means, what that means like, because then that becomes
a little bit like hyper focused. Instead of allowing it
(54:37):
to work for you, you're giving it a like you
have a judgment or perception on how your dream should be.
So when we hyper focus on the journal, that's what
will happen. And again you're going to sway things where
your dreams aren't going to really give you too much
(54:59):
because again, spirit, if you want your intuition to grow,
it's no control. Let go, allow things to fall as
they may, and just be fully present right here, right now.
And being fully present right here, right now doesn't mean
(55:22):
rifling through our journal every day. Just like if you
were to write, you know, a journal at night before
you went to bed about how your day was and like,
and you did that every day, you wouldn't review that
every week. You wouldn't even review it every month. It's
(55:43):
just there to allow you to let go of your
feelings and your emotions and have it right on like
in black and white. Okay, So again, dreams can be
so interesting. They are really individualized. And when you ask
(56:11):
someone to what's it called your dream, analyze your dream,
it can be tough because if you had asked me
what this means in a dream, I would have to
know what's going on in your life at this moment,
all these different things, like the nooks and crannies to
(56:33):
be able to figure out what that dream might mean.
Now psychically, could I help you figure out what your
dream is? Yes, But at the same time, these dreams,
your dreams, are for you and you alone, right, So
they are not necessarily meant to be shared with others.
(56:56):
Dreams are your personal thoughts and feelings and the intuition
in your guidance from your guides and angels and God.
So it's really not meant to be spread worldwide here
and there again unless you start doing visions and prophetic
(57:18):
dreams like noster dramas. Right Like, when I get visions
in my sleep that I can tell are more prophetic
which will come true, I don't necessarily share it because
who am I going to share it with? And some
(57:40):
of them aren't that necessarily nice? Like that, like flood right,
I've had other things where don't like to share it
because I wouldn't know who I would share it with.
And also it comes to a responsibility where by share
something where I feel like a murder or something terrible
(58:08):
is going to happen, I'm going to become a suspect
because they're going, well, wait, how do you know? And
how did you know, especially if it came to fruition,
because I would give details, right, and so then they'd go, well,
how did you know? What did so? Were you involved
(58:28):
in this? How does this right? So again, your dreams
and visions are for yourself, unless you are working with
the FBI, the CIA, or you know, your government in
some sort of capacity about doing remote viewing and where
your dreams can give them insight into what's happening in
(58:52):
the world. Okay, So unless you're doing work for them
like that, I would say your dream are yours and
yours alone, and they are not meant to be shared
with others. And I'm sharing you a couple of the
dreams that I've had because it's just an example of
what my dreams are like and their past experiences that
(59:17):
have been gone, come and gone, and it's for me.
It's part of who I am and how I do things. Okay,
So again, dreams can also be symbols. Now I see
(59:39):
we're getting fuzzy again, kim on elaan musk. Make it
so it's like clear again. But see this is funny.
Ha ha ha. Spirit. Your dreams can be fuzzy. We're
gonna work, We're gonna go through this. Dreams can be
fuzzy and they you may not be able to figure
out the intricate details of the dream, but it doesn't matter. Again,
(01:00:03):
do not judge your dream. Just write it down how
you see it. Maybe you see a lot of colors,
maybe you see a rainbow. Maybe you see a box.
Maybe it's a box. Does it have Amazon Prime on it?
Or is it just a plane box? Or is it
a wooden box? Does it whatever? And if you can't
(01:00:25):
see that's wood or cardboard or whatever, it doesn't matter.
Just allow it be. Just put box right, and as
you keep doing it, it will start to become clearer
and clearer and clearer to you later on, after you've
(01:00:46):
done a whole bunch of this stuff right. And one
other thing before we run out of time is when
you're having a hard time in life and you want
help to fix your direction in your life, you can
(01:01:06):
use your dreams play out the scenario in your dreams.
Dreams can help you fix and fix and change the trajectory,
trajectory and the motion of which way your life is going.
(01:01:29):
So dreams are amazing tools that can help us because
in our dreams we can be inhibited and we can
do things without feeling in fear of what could happen
because it's our dreams and we're the only one in
here witnessing it, so it's not I guess there's no
(01:01:58):
danger involved in that because we're the only one technically
engaged and you know, looking at it. So think of
things like that and play around with it. And if
you're having a hard time sleeping, ask ask for guidance
and say, you know, thank you very much, thank you
(01:02:22):
very much for these dreams. I'm going to have a
great sleep, right and then go to sleep. That it's
really as it can be as easy as that, because
when our bodies and minds, it's really our heart and
our brain are not in sync, is when everything can
(01:02:45):
go crazy and be overwhelming. And it's really because our
hearts and my mind are like fighting each other and
they're not working to walk on the same path together.
They're going in office directions, which again is a tug
of war and a pull to see which one can
(01:03:06):
work better. Right, So our minds can make up stuff
to keep our hearts safe and allow us to not
have to feel crappy and not allow us to be
used or taken advantage of. Okay, So there's so many
(01:03:32):
different things when our heart and our minds are aligned.
Dreaming is easier, meditation is easier. That can help as
well just and manifesting all our dreams. Again, it's because
we're getting out of the way of who we are.
(01:03:53):
And with that in mind, spread love, spread lots of positivity.
Always be there for you because you're the only one
living in your body. You this is your house, this
is your shell. Love it, be it, Embrace what fuels
(01:04:14):
the soul and for next time. Next Friday, you're watching
Journey with Jones only on Fridays on the Bold Brave
