Speaker 2 (00:42):
Welcome, Welcome to Journey with Joan, and I'm your host,
Joan Widen. Thank you for joining me tonight. I'm happy
and grateful to be with you here tonight as well.
All right, today spring has sprung. What does that mean?
It's time for a new growth, both new beginnings, new life.

(01:03):
All the seeds that we've cultivated are now starting to
show and spring to life, even in the harshest of
weathers here in Canada. It's good Friday, but it is snowing,
and it's still snowing quite heavily. So I apologize in

(01:28):
advance if the video legs for a little bit other
than that. So you know, even though it's time for
new it's spring. Things grow through the harshest environments, right,
Sometimes we can cultivate things, and it would be they
would grow in the unlocked like unlikely places such as

(01:52):
the side of a mountain where a tree seed had
actually started to grow and it had to find its
way through the cracks of the rocks in order to
start growing. Right, winter is gone. Winter is over. It's

(02:14):
time for us to stop heart hibernating and get out,
smell the flowers, right, enjoy ourselves, start to live and
liven up, dust everything off. You know, it's time to
move our winter bodies. We need to move our winter
bodies and start going. Where am I going with this

(02:39):
is When it's spring, we start to look around and
some of us, unfortunately have allergies, right, but never mind
that most of us look at all the beautiful things
in spring. Right. We start to see the new growth

(03:01):
of leaves, even in the spruce tree and the pine trees.
You see the little buds of new growth on the
needles that are forming. And there are different color and
different shades of green. Right, and we're finding all these
different beauties, even the crocuses. They're coming up from underneath

(03:21):
the snow. Right. So spring, spring gives us a sense
of renewal, Right, it gives us also a time to
reflect and change our lenses and allow us to see
more beauty in our world and in front of us. Right,

(03:42):
So our topic today is love, unconditional love. And I
said signs but hopefully you know I'm gonna try and
get there. Well I might not make it there, but
you know, if we have time at the end, you
will touch on signs all right again, So love right,

(04:08):
spring is the time to fall in love, time to
fall in love with you again, time to fall in
love with your life, the world. It's all about new beginnings, right,
just like the song Love is in the Air, I
really believe that's about spring. But John Paul Young, he

(04:35):
he sings the song. It's a nineteen seventy seven song, okay,
and he says, you know, I hear the wait, I
hear love in the whispers of the trees. You know,
I'm not sure if it's an illusion, but I know
I need to believe in it. Right. So here again
he's talking about this love, right, the elusive love, and

(05:00):
we all crave it as human beings, we crave and
desire love, right, And so we can show others love
very easily, but when it comes to us, It's a
little bit difficult, right, because we have our belief systems

(05:25):
right RBS that we decide whether or not if we're
worthy for so called love. Right Why who knows? Right?
We all grew up our parents loved us to the
best of their ability and the best that they knew.

(05:47):
How right? And I know some people are going to
say yes, but I had like a tumultuous childhood. My
parents were we were poor or we they were always angry.
And again that's why I say, even though they had

(06:09):
those things, they still did love you. They just did
it to the best of their abilities and the best
of how they knew how to love you and cultivate
a relationship with you as a child the best that
they can. Right now, does it make our parents get

(06:32):
off the hook for some of the terrible things that
they did? Know? But again, like I mentioned prior to,
it's about forgiveness, right, and it's forgiveness for us. Do
we have to forgive the action? No we don't, But
that's okay. Right. If we can forgive, we can cultivate

(06:57):
more love and we can show them and others around
us how love is and it should be right. And
that's through healthy boundaries everything like that. So again we've
all grew up with our different stories and our different

(07:19):
belief systems or in short BS. Right, it's a fitting
you know, acronym for belief systems BS. We've gotta love
it anyway. So again, everyone, everyone did the best of

(07:40):
their abilities to show us and teach us how to love. Okay, again,
so John Paul Young, he says, I see, you know,
I see it everywhere. I see it in the in

(08:00):
the sun. And again he's like, I don't know if
it's true, but when I hear my name, the love
is in it. Right. So again it's it's that just
such a great song for love because a lot of
us go, well, I'm not quite sure if I really
know love or how to be loved, right, and he

(08:26):
just goes and it's a great song for one. But
it you know, it kind of shows how the mental,
how we can talk to ourselves about love and how
you know, we can exist. Right. But so we're gonna
take it further and we're going to say, now, how
how can we you know, be loved? Well? Again, like

(08:51):
I said, we can show people love. We know how
to give love right sometimes right, like everyone tells me. Well,
there's love languages, right, it's the acts of service, it's touch.
I believe, I don't Again, you're gonna have to forgive
me because I don't know all of them. Because when

(09:11):
I think of love, unconditional love, love, you just want
to do it all. So it doesn't matter that there
are different ones, because eventually you just do all of them.
Is one of them more in your wheelhouse? Absolutely? Right?

(09:36):
Is it more what you desire? Yes? Right? But in turn,
the goal is you know, when we love someone, we
just want to see them happy, right, and with love love,
we you know we're happy together. We you know it
can be in friendship, it can be romantic, right, and

(10:02):
you know we have that it's it's that is you
anna say qua in a sense where you don't know
exactly what it is, but it's just there, right, And
you have that deep affection for someone, right, And we
can give it, but sometimes we feel like we don't

(10:25):
get it back. Right, And so I'm going to turn
it around because when we say you you never like
people don't ever give me love, it's their fault, their fault,
right again, three fingers pointing back. So when we look
at ourselves, how do we love ourselves? Do we really

(10:48):
truly love ourselves? Can we love ourselves? Right? It's so
tough because we love ourselves, but at the same time,
a lot of us really hate ourselves because we find
that we're not good enough. We can't we can't seem

(11:10):
to attract the right love, right because it seems like
the love that we attract is short, is conditional, right,
So again I urge you to look within. And when

(11:33):
we look within is where we can start to change that. Right.
So when we can start to change that, you know,
that's how the magic of love can cultivate and grow, right,
because once we understand it for ourselves, like we all
understand love, right, and it's there, you know, we love

(12:00):
right like some people just love food, right, nothing wrong
with that. Some people love animals, have like undying love
for every animal and creature on this world. Right. I
love animals, you know, if I could have them all,
I would. But so there's that, right, and then there's

(12:25):
you know, our children, and so we can show all
these things. But then when it comes to us, we
it's hard for us to express express to someone else
and say, hey, yeah, I know you love to be loved.
I love to be loved. Also, I desire it, I
actually need more. Right, how can we do this right?

(12:50):
So in love we have these our relationships, you know,
and it's good. And then it comes to unconditional love, right,
and that's where you know, we start, you know, understanding
each other's wants and needs instead of exploring of who

(13:12):
the other person is, right, and just allowing them to
show us who they are, and us wanting to know
who you are, like what makes you tick? What makes
you happy? Right? Do you love sunsets? Do you love
coffee in the morning? Do you love your hair being

(13:37):
brushed or do you love massages? Right? Do you like
someone's stroking your hair? Right? And if it's a friendship,
it's you know, we ask them what kind of things
they like and we get to know each other through
those ways. And in this this is a great way

(14:00):
to stop. And we're going to hear from our sponsors.
We'll be back in two minutes.

Speaker 1 (14:07):

Speaker 2 (16:16):
Welcome back, and you're watching Journey with Joan and I'm
Joan Wane and your host only on the Bold Brave TV.
All right, So we were talking about getting to know
each other, figuring out why we want to love someone, right,
And so again, as we learn to know things and

(16:39):
we have a huge interest in someone, that's when the
love starts getting cultivated. Right. So when it switches, right,
it switches to unconditional love. And in unconditional love is
where you know there's no strings attached. Right, we don't
care what you know, what they do kind of thing.

(17:04):
Of course, within reason, right, we do have boundaries. We
do not you know, when we're communicating with each other.
Not necessarily do we allow screaming or belligerency right in
this relationship. Right, And so again it's about understanding that

(17:29):
and when we can understand that for ourselves and not
just projecting it outwards. I'm going to tell you when
you figure it out, and we're going to actually go
into meditation here soon, and we're going to allow some
of this love to cultivate within ourselves and then so

(17:52):
we can see, right, because I'm going to ask spirit
when we go into this meditation to show you. So
if you're watching this later, that's okay, because there's no
time or space. It will just transcend to whenever you're

(18:12):
listening to this, watching this, and it will work just
the same. All right. So let's take a couple like
three deep breaths, like another one and last one. Okay,

(18:39):
all right, So in this meditation, we're gonna connect to
two source, the universe, to the divine, we're God, whomever
you would like to how you connect to the source.

(19:00):
So close your eyes, actually, not yet, let's not close
our eyes yet, not quite yet. Let's clap our hands
together like this, and then rub our hands together, and
as soon as they start to feel a little bit warm, great,
and now let's like bounce like feel the energy within

(19:23):
our hands, okay, right, and it will kind of feel
like bouncy. And if you can't feel that, that's okay, right,
don't worry. I will help you through the screen through
like it will transcend to you, so don't worry about it. Okay.
So the energy is getting stronger and stronger, and now

(19:46):
we're gonna actually clear our space. We're gonna clear our aura. Okay.
So let's do this like clear everything out. Okay, so
all the stresses, the worries, right, and then the anxiety,

(20:07):
So take a deep breath and blow it out right.
And a lot of this is in your in the
heart center and in your solar plexus. So we're going
to do it so we can get you know, crounded,
and we can be more confident in us and who

(20:29):
we are, and so we can allow love to transcend
and become inside us, and it will help us understand
where in our aura, in our body where we have
a block to allowing love, true love, right, divine love

(20:55):
from entering and being one with us. Right. So again, okay,
we're still let's try and do our back right, pull
everything out again. If you feel like you have a
little bit more anxiety, just grab move your arms around,

(21:19):
your hands around your chest and your heart and start
and then push it out. All right, all right, I
feel like that is good for everyone. All right, Now
we're going to feel the energy come down, right, come

(21:43):
down from the divine, comes straight down all the way
down right, and it's gonna it radiates like a shower
and it comes right down and it's not like a soaking.
It's more like a mist, but it's a strong mist
that it doesn't feel like it's soaking what it is.

(22:05):
So allow it to come through and come down and
enjoy yourself, right, like, allow it feel that to feel
the energy. It might tingle, it might be a little
bit warm, right, I feel a little bit warmth right,
And now it's coming through. It's going let it radiate

(22:27):
throughout your whole body, from the top of your head
to the bottoms of your feet. All right. Now that
it's radiating, it's starting to pulse and it's getting bigger, right,
and it's starting to expand. And now it's going to
radiate out right through like out of our bodies, through

(22:49):
our head, our eyes, our ears, our throats, our necks,
our back. Right, is just transcending, radiating out Okay, So again,
feel that feel that energy, feel alive, feel like you

(23:10):
can do this, okay, and it don't overthink about it.
It is like simple right, there is no I can't
see it, I can't feel it. Don't worry about it.
It doesn't matter, right, That is just what's it called

(23:30):
noise in your head and it doesn't doesn't need to
be there because when we allow it to be open.
So we're I'm asking divine right, the source to when
the energy, the love that's coming and flowing through us,
I'm asking to open you to be receptive right to

(23:59):
feel love, to feeling the divine love the source the
so we can connect to our bodies, and our bodies
can connect to our souls because our bodies are actually
inside our soul. Right. So it's a lot of times
a lot of people go, well, our soul is within us,

(24:21):
Well it is, but it's actually our souls are actually
bigger than our physical body, okay. And so it is
so when people look at you, and I get this.
Sometimes people like babies especially will look at me and
they are just drawn to me. And it's because my

(24:46):
soul and my spirit I have it like expanding rating,
radiating out right, and so they see it. They like babies,
little small children, and they will come up to me,
they'll give me a hug. Right. Their parents are like,
they don't normally talk to anyone. How come they're talking

(25:09):
to you. This is really weird. And you know, I
just say that that just happens, right because some people,
I just they're not ready to hear yet because I
work with spirit, and Spirit is showing them who I
truly am. All right, all right, So we're feeling that

(25:30):
I can feel more stuff around the heart, right, and
we're allowing it. We're still allowing it. Now we're gonna
push our energy that's mixed in with a divine and
our souls, and we're gonna push it. We're gonna make
it bigger than the room that we're in, right, MA,

(25:52):
get a little bit bigger. Come on, we can do it. Now.
We're gonna make it as big as the city that
we're in, and if I live in the country, so
I'm going to make it as big as my property.
Right and then now we're going to make it bigger
than the state or the province that you're in. Keep going,

(26:16):
allowing all right, Now, we're going to make it as
big as the country that we're in. Keep going, and
we could do it, and now we're going to wrap
it around the globe. Right. I know this feels strange
for some people, and it can feel very vulnerable, but
I can assure you that having your energy out further

(26:44):
actually helps you detach from other people because now they
can't really like attach to you because your energy is
too big, right, and it's hard, like if you think
of a giant balloon or a giant ball and if
it's big, can you really hold it? No, like it's
you're the pressure is kind of there, but if it's

(27:05):
super big, you can press against it, but you won't
be able to attach to it. All right. So now
one more thing, we're gonna make it even bigger. We're
gonna make we're gonna push it beyond the universe. Okay,
there you go. So now we're gonna ask. We're gonna
ask God, We're gonna ask the universe and say, show

(27:26):
me love, show me how it feels like in my heart?
Can I actually feel it? And you might all of
a sudden feel an overwhelming senses of emotions. And I'm
gonna tell you it's okay, allow it. That's the energy
moving right. There might be some tears sometimes there might

(27:52):
be anger, right, and that's okay because that's the energy
that's leaving, or you know, you have guess. I know
everyone's like what that's that's kind of weird, but yes,
also shows it. Or you're yawning a lot, that's also
the energy moving right, or you're coughing all those things.

(28:14):
Just allow. So I'm asking the divine please show everyone
all the love that they deserve and that you know
that they are capable of having and re seeking. All right,
So can you feel that feel where it is? Right?

(28:38):
Sometimes it feels heavy around our heart and that's because
we've locked it away, you know, kind of thrown away
the key and no, no, thank you. All right, See
there's that a little bit of the energy blowing, all right.
So again we're gonna but not so it doesn't get

(29:01):
locked there. And then so allow it and go, okay,
why why am I hiding this? Why do I feel
like no one is like can love me the way
that I do? Right? Like why why is it? Just why? Why? Why?

(29:24):
And then just you know, just feel it. If you
say why, that's okay, just feel what comes next. Sometimes
it's a feeling. Sometimes you'll hear something right in the
like three seconds, that's okay. If you want to close
your eyes now, that's that's okay too. You can now
for those listening and can't close your eyes, that's okay,

(29:48):
just listen to my voice. And because I want you
to be safe, I don't want you to you know,
if you're listening and driving at the same time, that's okay.
You'll still get the same energy, it will just be
in a different way. All right. So we're taking a
deep breath, we're allowing it to come in. Right. Sometimes

(30:12):
it's here, okay, So ask spirit to remove that, right,
remove all the blocks about all the crap I'm not
good enough, I'm blah blah blah, YadA, YadA YadA. Right, like,
whatever it is, ask it to be removed or get
even just dissolved with the love, divine love, right because

(30:37):
it's purifying us right now. It's the divine energy is
coming down. It's purifying us. It's allowing us to breathe finally,
be a little bit more vulnerable, you know, allowing us
to see us who we truly are. Right because a
lot of times, like in some people that date, right

(31:02):
for example, they say, you know, how would you do
your profile. I know you are married, so of course
you wouldn't have a profile, would you put all like
truthful stuff? And I looked at them, I'm like absolutely,
And I said, you're looking at this like a job interview,
and they're like, well it is. It's like a resume

(31:24):
and you're putting it through, right. But in resumes we
are trying to impress our new employers, and sometimes we
go a little bit far right, We stretch the truth
just a little bit because we know that we can
make it up and we can figure it out and

(31:45):
we can learn it no problem, right, But when we're
trying to attract someone, and we're attracting a mate, my
in my opinion, it's best to put everything all out
and be truthful about it. And that's okay, right. If
you like hiking, Say you like hiking, but you know

(32:09):
what kind of hiker are you? Are you an avid
hiker and you go every day or every night or
every weekend, and do you do is it like a
scramble hike or is it like a sleep in the
forest jungle kind of hike or is it you know,
a hike, like it's like a long walk right where

(32:31):
you go? I'm gonna walk five kilometers or like how
many miles? Right, and then just and take your time
and enjoy and breathe and smell the air and enjoy
your time. Right Again, it's about enjoying and talking and
seeing who you truly are, right, because eventually it's gonna

(32:57):
come out if you're not truthful in that right. Because
if you love to hike, and you say, yeah, I
love to hike, but you don't like to do any
sort of scrambling or you know, hard hikes, it's just
really long walking, they're gonna say, let's go do this,
and then it will be because that's not a thing
that you can actually well, you can practice, but it

(33:22):
doesn't happen overnight. All right, Well, we're gonna have to.
We're going to show some love to our sponsors. You're
watching Journey with Joan only on the old Brave TV,
and we'll be right back after these messages.

And we're back. You're watching Journey with Joan and I'm
John on and your host. All right. Also, i'd like
to encourage you. If you guys have any questions or
anything like that, you can leave comments and I'll get
back to you, or you can call in live. The
number is one eight sixty six four five one one

(36:02):
four five one. All right again, that number is one
eight sixty six four or five one fourteen fifty one.
And if you have any questions, shoot them my way,
and if I can get to them live, I will,
and if not doesn't matter, I will get to them

(36:22):
on the next podcast. All right. So we're still kind
of accepting all this love, feeling everything right and allowing
it to enter. All right, So let's you know, I'd
like it if you could tell how you felt. What
I'm going to tell you is what I felt is
I felt actually a lot of you actually opening up

(36:45):
and it being really raw, somewhat like wow, I didn't
know this was a thing. Some of it you are like, yes,
you know, I felt that the ener was super strong. Okay,
So now, how how do we get through this right?

(37:06):
How can we do the love right? And I love
this one song, so I'm gonna say it, you know,
True Love by Pink. You know she is you know,
she's the epitome. Sometimes she's like angry, but yet she's
like no, but I love you. So it's like, you know,

(37:27):
there's a give and take, and that's really what unconditional
love is, right, there's no strings. Again, we were starting
to go that that way, right, we start accepting people
even with their flaws, right, And so when we do
that for others, we need to look within. We need

(37:49):
to go back here into our own soul, into our
own bodies and say, Okay, what flaws do I not
love about me? Right? If we want to go back
to our bs, this is how you know, some of
the things are traumas that come up from our childhood,

(38:10):
Like what I don't like about myself? You know, you
talk too much? You know what I mean? Like? Okay,
well is that really bad? Not really right? Okay? So
is that okay? Like if our loved ones and we
love them like our children and they talk too much,

(38:30):
does it matter? Do we care? No? We let it go? Right?
So why why are we hanging onto it? Why? Right?
So again, just let it go. And part of that
is practicing self care, allowing yourself to be who you are.
Right again, I am what I am, and I will

(38:54):
be right. And that's just accepting every single thing, every
the flaw about who we are, because I'm gonna tell
you they probably aren't really flaws. It's just your perception
of what you feel that you should be. And it's
societal beliefs. You know that we're instilled in us that

(39:16):
allow us to feel shame and guilt and you name
it right, drop it, let it go, like we do
not need that stuff. It's like this, talk to the hand,
all right, just allow it to go. No, I don't
think so, get out of here, mister or missus or whoever.

(39:36):
Right doesn't matter right in this world today, right, we're
all fighting for atention everyone. It's almost like we're in
a war with ourselves, right, everyone wants to be included, right,
but what about me? What about you? Know? You need

(39:56):
to know about my rights, You need to understand me,
you need to write like and so I look at that, right,
because again it's this the pointing back, right. What is
it within us is that we're not allowing to see
letting others see about us? Right, Okay, So again unconditional love.

(40:22):
How we can do it. We surround ourselves with people
that support us and that will love us. And you
know what, they have to be healthy if it's not
a healthy relationship, because sometimes some people just need to
be right. Right, And that's where your boundaries come through. Right,

(40:43):
you can go, I love you, you can't talk to me
that way, right, I don't accept it. And when you're
ready to have a decent conversation about certain things, then
we will, right. Or if someone's yelling, excuse me, like

(41:08):
you say, I need a time out, remove your situation,
remove yourself from the situation. Sorry, right, and so you
can take a break, right, And or sometimes people are
uncomfortable of saying what they need. So you know what,
what's the best way to get out of something is

(41:29):
I need to go to the washroom. Go to the washroom,
take a minute, figure out what you need for you, right,
and so it can be honoring for you. Right. So
we need to be able to go and be with
people that love us unconditional and healthy, right, because we

(41:54):
don't need other people to enforce all our yes. Right.
You don't need other people to give credence to all
the bs that we have inside, right, and if other
people are willing to use that against you, that's not healthy, okay,

(42:19):
all right, So now part of also unconditional love is
letting go of grudges, right again, grudges, resentments. Again, it's forgive.
You know a lot of times say people say forgive
and forget, but I'm going to tell you it's not
necessarily about forgetting. You know, you can forgive and then

(42:41):
you but again for me, like, you don't need to
necessarily forgive the action. And that's okay because in that
instance the actions sometimes help you. Right. It's like leading
with your heart, right, but bringing your brain with you. Right.

(43:05):
So your heart, you're going with an open heart and love, right,
and it will be there. But when some things from
the past, right, like, it will just go excuse me, right,
And it's not that we have to allow that to

(43:26):
take over, right, because that's sometimes it's just bs right,
and sometimes it's just a you know, an honoring where
we go. Okay, that kind of tweaked me a little
bit because of the past and because of this instant, right,
And that's okay as long as you're able to express
it and talk about it and you know, realign with

(43:50):
each other so that we can understand each other more
and we can give each other the love that we
want to receive and give. Right, So be open, let
go of the fear, you know everyone, Like people say,

(44:12):
love is thrown around too often, it may be sure,
but love, love is love is life. Right. If we
didn't have love, life would be pretty fucking boring, right,
Like life would just be yeah, here we go day

(44:32):
a graandhag day. Right. We can expect what we know
and it will just keep happening and all right, right,
But with love, you know, new things can happen, New
things open up when it's in front of us and
in our spot. Right, So again, learn to feel love,

(44:57):
focus on giving love rather than and just receiving it, right,
but we also want to focus on how we want
to receive it too, because if we don't tell people
how we want to be loved, they're not mind readers.
Even psychics can't tell you. Our mediums can't tell you

(45:18):
how you want to be loved. You know, we you
know we can feel it. But again, it's like that
juni sequa aspect where it's like I just don't know
exactly because that could be part of your belief system
that's blocking it from actually you receiving love. Right again,

(45:39):
take time to understand. Seek out relationships and experiences that
make your heart fill the joy and excitement and fulfillment right,
so it brings it fills your cup. Right. Everyone wants
everyone to be oh right and unconditional love. We that's

(46:02):
all we want from our partners. We want to give
them like, we want them to be happy, doesn't matter what.
Just want to see a smile on their face. Right,
even if it's like if you tickle them, or you
give them a small gift, or you an act of service, right,
or even a hug anything, We just want to see

(46:26):
that smile. Right. We want everyone to be happy. Now
we're talking about love and abundance right. And so when
we talk about love and we feel the love within ourselves,
giving ourselves that unconditional love that actually creates a lot

(46:46):
of abundance in our life, it starts to radiate out
and people start seeing it and they just want to
talk to you. They want to be around you, they
want to hear you, know, they just want to be
your friend. So, since it was my birthday this month
and Spring us front and it's time for new I

(47:10):
am going to give away three of these bracelets. These
I make them. They are red string bracelets. They I
will bless them and put a love and abundance. They
are your famous like red string bracelets, which you know

(47:33):
bring love, luck and prosperity and abundance to you. So
the only cavea it is you gotta you gotta write
in and give me a question. Right, and then well,
in the next two shows or in the middle of April,
let's say, I will announce who it is and then

(47:59):
I will get in contact with you and I will
need your measurements for your wrist so I can make
it especially for you, and I will bless it and
infuse it with whatever you feel you need at that time.
You can tell me if you want, but it doesn't matter,
because I'm going to ask spirit and it will be

(48:22):
infused just for you. And I will be giving away
three and to my friends I know because they're like,
oh yay, I could do that. I will be giving
away two to my friends. I will put all your
names in a draw and then we can go from there. Right,
But three to the three listeners that I actually don't

(48:45):
know in person. All right, And and now another word
from our sponsors, showing them more love. This is Journey
Journey with John only on the Bowl of Brave TV.

Speaker 2 (51:01):
Welcome back. This is Journey with Joan and I'm John
Wade in your host. Thank you for continuing on. Okay,
so again, remember if you want a bracelet, have a
chance to win a red string bracelet. Send in a question, right,
and I'll draw names. I'll draw three people, and then

(51:23):
I will mail it to you via snail mail. Okay,
and then I will also get a and hold like
in touch with you because I need to know the
measurement of your wrist and everything like that so we
can make sure it's super customized to you. All right.
So before that, we were talking about again unconditional love. Right,

(51:46):
we need to share vulnerabilities with everyone. Like, so if
you're looking for a partner and you want that partner,
you know you're getting only some surface kind of relationships.
Start sharing things about you, right, be vulnerable, because I'm
gonna tell you a relationship you're not going to find
one if you're not willing to be vulnerable. And I hear,

(52:10):
but John, that means I could be hurt. Yes, unfortunately
that is true. You could get hurt. But that's you know,
we can't in order for us to find something new, right,
there's always the chance, but we need to take that
chance because if we don't and we stick to what

(52:33):
we know, guess what, we're gonna get back everything that
we keep, you know, from the past. It's just gonna cultivate,
its keep gonna come right. It's the being in the
vulnerability allows us to be more authentically us. Okay, all right,

(52:54):
So I will wrap this up and I will we
will touch on a little bit on signs, and then
the next one I will dive more into the signs
of things so that you know, we get truly a
lot of things. Okay, So we'll focus on signs for

(53:15):
in love right or in unconditional right. So sometimes you know,
we're wondering, we don't know where is this going. Can
I actually love this? Can I love them? First of all,
if you're thinking, if they said, you know, I really

(53:36):
like you and I really am kind of falling in
love with you, and the first thing in your mind
you go, I don't know if I could do this? Okay,
So look within yourself because if you have to ask
you that, ask yourself that question, the answer is most
likely no. Right. So because if you have to say, well,

(53:57):
can I do this right? But you know, it's always
good to look within and go, okay, well what is it?
Am I actually not really that in love with this person?
And that's okay, right, but again be open and honest
and go from there, right, okay, sides, You know, sometimes

(54:18):
we get repeating sequences, right, So the wat like you're
watch watch right, Sometimes the numbers will come up. Sometimes
a lot of times we see one one one right
or one one one one at that time. I'm going
to tell you the guides and angels they're saying, watch

(54:40):
what you're thinking, and you're saying so if you're thinking
something negative at that time, your guys and angels are
hearing that, right, And typically when that happens, that kind
of suggests, hey, be careful because whatever you're thinking at
this moment, it's being heard and potentially going to be manifested. Right.

(55:04):
So if you're thinking like the itty Bitty Shitty club, right,
life sucks, life is a doom or whatever, guess what
they're saying, Hey, pay attention. You're like, whoa, hello, can
you see me? Because we are about to you know,
you're going to start cultivating that and you're going to
start manifesting that, right, So those are repeating sequences right.

(55:27):
Some people see one one, one, two, two, two, three
through three, like we could go through the whole number.
Sometimes some people a lot of like I know my
one friend, he always sees nine to one one, right,
And so you could either take it as nine one
one ding, ding, like what are you thinking about? Is this?
You know? Like, is this danger? Or do we need

(55:49):
to do a divine intervention? Maybe? Right? But if that's
what nine one one means to you, Like, there are
different meanings on what each of these sequences are, do
you know what I mean? Sometimes we're going through a
crisis and we're not quite sure and we're thinking like,
oh my goodness, right, like how am I going to

(56:12):
get through this? And then we start seeing throughout the week,
through the next weeks, you know that we see these
repeating numbers, Right, you can look them up. But I'm
going to tell you Google she tells you everything, right,
and it's going to be a whole list of what
everything means. But stick to what you were thinking about

(56:37):
at the time you saw the repeating numbers. And when
you see the repeating numbers, you go okay, and you
want to look it up. Go look it up. So
if you were thinking about a loved one at that
time you go and you look up about the love right,
or you're going I'm you know, going through a change

(56:58):
and I'm not quite sure if this is the right
direction for me or anything like that. Again, when you're
googling it, Google tell your hearts content. But I'm going
to tell you she's going to tell you everything under
the sun. But the key is to know and remember
what you were thinking about at the time you saw

(57:21):
the repeating pattern, right, And okay, so signs also coincidences?
Are they really coincidences? I'm going to tell you. For me,
I don't really believe in it coincidences because things all
happen for a reason, right, things like spirit just gives
you clues and cues about certain things. Is it a

(57:45):
coincidence that something happened to be in your face directly
when you know you were thinking about that. I'm going
to tell you now, right, that's a sign. And some
of us like to think, oh no, that was just
a coincidence. Okay, Well how many times does it take

(58:10):
for a coincidence to be Okay? Now, there's something to this, right,
Like I keep seeing things right, So if we were
thinking about our grandma say, right, And they loved roses.
They loved the color pink, right, they loved smoking, right,

(58:34):
they loved anyways. You know where I'm getting at there, right,
So they loved all these things. Well, all of a sudden, you,
you know, you start smelling roses. Okay, there's no roses around?
Is that a sign some people are not you know whatever?
Like I don't know. There must someone must have sprayed something. Okay,

(58:57):
all right, Okay, Now you're smelling smoke, like cigarette smoke,
and you're like, oh no, it must be like maybe
the wind blew the smoke here somehow, okay, right, like
spirits try and really hard here to show you, right,
your grandma's coming to you hard and fast, trying to

(59:18):
tell you. Look, she's here, she's listening, right, but we
can't see it. So with signs, I'm going to leave
this with you here, because we're almost at a time
with signs, write me and ask me what kind of
signs were you looking at? What kind of things? Like
if you think something was a sign and you're not sure,

(59:42):
let me know right, I'll respond. Right, So again, it's
leave you with the signs, right, Like are you willing
and ready to see signs. Right, Sometimes changes on the
floor and change can be from spirit. Right, Like so pennies,

(01:00:02):
like in Canada, pennies are out of circulation. So when
I see a penny, you know for sure that's a sign.
Like there are not very many pennies around in Canada, right,
people who are them? You know? I have a drawer full,
right because I love pennies. I don't know why, right,

(01:00:23):
Or dins. Sometimes I've cleaned my car out and all
of a sudden, all I see I see a few
duns and I know that everything. You know, like there's
no reason, right, I had already cleaned it out and
vacuumed everything out, and then I will go to put
things back. Guess what, there is a dime. That's a sign, right,

(01:00:45):
So think about think about signs, signs that you're willing
to receive from from your loved ones that have passed
spirit right the universe. Think about those things, right, let

(01:01:05):
me know and then we'll talk more about that, right,
because signs signs are plenty. Like again, we have to
be open and willing, right are we going to you know, go, yeah,
I asked for that, but you know that's a commercials

(01:01:26):
there happens to be a pink elephant in that commercial. Okay,
but you know what, what are the chances of you
actually seeing that commercial that date, because not all commercials
run all the time, right, So anyways, with that, I'm
going to leave you with there and just ask yourself

(01:01:50):
and be open for next time so we can talk
about the signs and seeing it. Sometimes it's an actual sign, right,
like it's a sign on road or why we that
could be a sign as well. All right, we are
out of time until next time, and sorry, until next time,

(01:02:11):
