A Albioma é uma empresa francesa especializada na geração de energia renovável. A empresa investiu R$ 30 milhões na inauguração de uma usina, no Brasil, que vai produzir biogás, a partir da vinhaça de cana-de-açúcar. Em 2022, a empresa entrou no mercado de energia solar. Em entrevista ao JR Agro, o diretor-presidente da Albioma, Christiano Forman, explicou a importância do uso da vinhaça, um resíduo da moagem da cana, para produção de uma energia mais sustentável. Ele também contou sobre os incentivos que levaram a Albioma a escolher o Brasil para expandir seus projetos.
