Em entrevista ao JR Agro, o pesquisador da Embrapa Instrumentação, Marcos David Ferreira, conta como a tecnologia pode ser uma aliada no trato pós-colheita e como mesmo os pequenos produtores rurais podem se beneficiar. O uso de drones e inteligência artificial, por exemplo, já se tornou comum em algumas propriedades.
