At the end of 2023cI git laid-off from my job unexpected 😲 was offered a servance pay, the entire company was shut down, I lost my health benefits had to cash out my 401k, all unexpected, I took my money and begin paying off all my debt. I open up my own business Fitness Focus, I became self employed, I now own The Keisha Phillips Show, Be Fit Live Group Fitness Events, and developmening the Keisha Phillips Foundation. I refuse to ever be subjected to that situation again. I became a Advanced Certified Fitness Specialist, even with holding a Bachelors & Masters Degree. I went into the Fitness because my overall focus was getting people on the path to better health. Why? Because, I've worked in health care fir years, Pharmacy and in doing so, you see all the illnesses that's exists, my focus was to help people to live healthier lives, I'm also a Nutritionist.
