Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well from back to the show.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
I'm not only the hair club president, but I'm also
a client.
Speaker 1 (00:05):
First fill of hair club. Do not talk about hair clubs.
Speaker 3 (00:07):
Today is National Hair Day.
Speaker 4 (00:09):
Short hair or long hair.
Speaker 1 (00:10):
Your hair is don your hair is.
Speaker 5 (00:13):
Hair is amazing, your hair is adorable.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
It rules hair moms, beautiful.
Speaker 3 (00:20):
Hairy National Hairday showtime.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
I feel a little attacked, I'll be honest.
Speaker 2 (00:26):
Yeah, I understand. It's super weird that we would celebrate
hair day as though it's some sort of trophy.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
You win.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
Give me a hit with hair, long hair.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
It is kiss FM five to eleven otis Katie and
Nick on. Apparently National Hair Day stresses. You know why
you gotta do it?
Speaker 2 (00:44):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (00:44):
Yeah, you got to be planned on hair.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
So why do you think you have to do it?
Is it because your hair is longer? Is it because
you're a woman? What is it? Because I'll know it.
I didn't when I had hair, and I had pretty
nice hair, curly, wavy hair, I just didn't care. That's
a man thing, a little bit of the style.
Speaker 2 (01:04):
Like I I don't know the last time I combed
my hair, because a it's thinning. In short it's just
the messy like like I just take a little bit
of that bedheady kind of putty stuff and it's kind
of and then then good to go.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
About how much I save on hair products? Yeah, I
don't buy any. Do you have to do anything, though,
Do you have to do anything special? Do you have
to like do your scalp? I don't champoo, I uh
because at this point there is so little. I mean,
I got just a small little ring, the horseshoe ring
here that I keep so short. There's really nothing going on.
So I just body wash, right, yeah, okay, and right
(01:41):
lately I've been on the Buffalo Trace body wash because
it smells all like Oaki, yeah, like the Squatch that. Yeah, yeah,
Squatch is so good for that. I smell like a man.
Speaker 2 (01:52):
Little pine tar and and like grease monkey smell. I
imagine everything.
Speaker 1 (01:57):
I imagine.
Speaker 2 (01:58):
It's what's Bruce Springsteen smells like before he plays a
concert man like leather and And I don't know why
Bruce was.
Speaker 1 (02:05):
The guy that came in mind. Well, because I was
watching the I was watching the filming of the movie
that's coming out with the guy from The Bear playing him,
and uh boy, first of all, Jeremy is his name,
Jeremy Allen White. I believe. So that guy. You gotta
listen to him, do Bruce Springsteen, this is insane. So
this is him singing, Bruce Springsteen, born to run for
(02:27):
the concert pause stand by as I find this okay,
so he's he's actually doing it. So this is yeah,
this is him singing in a concert setting. So it's
not great audio because they're trying to make it right
like an actual live concert. Wow.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
Wow, Wow, he got the breathiness to Bruce took in
the suns.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Wear a ball like really good. That's really well performed.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
Yeah yeah, And if you watch it, they've got the sweat.
Speaker 1 (03:12):
Perfect, his hair, everything is perfect. His little scrunch of
his neck when he can't quite get those notes out
that Bruce does is like amazing.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
My dad described seeing him in concert as uncomfortable looking.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
He goes, he goes.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
It was two hours of a man who looked really uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
He looks like he wants to let himself sing, but
he can't allow his body to be free. So it's
just tight yep, and he just can't let go. But
in that not being able to let.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Go, you're getting these incredible sounds coming off this little
Mary Joe Cocker like to where Cocker is just so
but yeah, that was I remember my dad just being
like it was a great concert. He's like a great concert.
He goes, Buddy, it's two hours of a guy who
looked really uncomfortable.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
Very yeah, just sweaty, could torn. It's like a ZiT.
You want to pop, like totally just want to go
up there and just pick at it. Just messed up.
Yeah you are, I think you would like to squatch.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
So, so it's gonna be probably, it's gonna be pretty.
Corners are kind of rough. They're like they it's like
super square, and I'm like, I don't want my soap
to be so rough. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (04:18):
Plus I can get body washed though. Yeah he has
the body wash.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
Yeah, They've got like like flannel forest and spiked cider and.
Speaker 1 (04:28):
There is I can't think of the one. Yeah, yeah,
Man's sound Castaway. I like that.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
There's a there's a barrel. There's a barrel, one wood barrel,
something that smells really good. And then Dude Pine Tar
is the best.
Speaker 4 (04:41):
One where they actually do character ones too, and they're
really good, like your favorite actor. They so he does
he really likes the joker from Batman. That's a good flavor. Okay, Yeah,
I get very frustrated with Brody though. He asks Michael
for advice on here and it gets to be very mad, like.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
You know your father's bald.
Speaker 4 (05:05):
Well, they have a conversation about well, that's what I
get annoyed about because Brody has curly hair. I have
curly hair. So Michael will be like, you don't need
condition and I was like, you shut up, yeah, you
don't even you have no idea what you're talking about.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
Yes, when did you get home? I thought you were
saying goodbye at the Why still.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
Yes, you don't understand that you use body wash on
your head, but that doesn't mean our Like I just learned,
not just learned. When Brodie was younger, he was using
body wash on his hair and I was like.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
Oh, no, no, no, no, you.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
Can always tell when someone emerges with the body wash hair. Yeah, Like,
there's just it's just something about it that you look
at it and you're like.
Speaker 3 (05:43):
Well, especially curly hair, it's dry, it rise it out
like crazy.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
It is a beautiful thing about being bald, is that
I don't worry about any of that because even if
it is drying. Yeah, there's nothing, Yeah to dry out.
Have you ever thought of trying to rescue it? I
grow it?
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Yeah, go to like hymns or No.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
I've never done that, but I've thought about just owning
the grow out. But I actually I don't think I
would like it. But do you remember I don't know
if you remember this when the last place we worked together, Yeah,
there was I want to say, in like seventeen or
eighteen or nineteen, I did the November. But I did
it with my head and I did it with my face. Face.
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Here's what happened, Remember your face.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
I grow hairs so poorly and so slowly that at
the end of the month, nobody realized I had let
my face go. You I remember this, And then my
hair just looked. It was just getting to the point
where people were going, oh, you're looking like you could
use a haircut. I'm like, it's a month, guys, We're
a month. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:47):
I remember you saying you don't know's anything about me?
Speaker 1 (06:51):
I remember. And then during the shutdown, when the bars closed,
I had made that stance I will wear the same
shirt and I will not cut my hair or shave
until the bars reopened, and I didn't realize it was
going to be almost three months. It's going to be
months at the end of that three months. If you
watch the video where I shaved my head and you go, h,
he's a little fuzzy, I just don't bro gosh.
Speaker 3 (07:13):
That was such a thing during COVID, the growing out
the hair.
Speaker 1 (07:19):
H oh.
Speaker 2 (07:19):
Yeah, I went opposite. That's when I learned how to
cut my own hair.
Speaker 3 (07:22):
I remember my friend Luke.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
I had met him for the first time, and he
was a cave man like it was just it was
our first summer we met because our kids became friends
that summer playing baseball and it was their first year
playing baseball together. And I remember him walking past me
three months later with a shaven head and face. I
did not recognize the man, like he literally walked right
(07:46):
past me. Because that was such a thing. Such it
like so many people did that. Yeah gosh. Now when
we think about it, like, what did you to protest
the bars? I grew out my facial hair like it's so.
Speaker 1 (07:59):
I know it was we think shirt every day for
three months. Congratulations stuck it. Yeah, we all made fun
of you behind your back.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
Otis No, I adopted like a school uniform during COVID. Yeah,
because I wore the same like fleece basically in jeans,
and then I came home, I stripped it off, we
washed our clothes, I put it on the next other.
What's the point and we might as well just have
a school you.
Speaker 1 (08:24):
Know, we were great, so silly. It was great. It
is fine. You really like that it was. It was
very liper. It's a lot easier it was. I think
the future should be all of us in a track suit,
you know, very Sopranos style. Kind of at this point though,
why not? Like my wife is the same hoodie basically
all weekend. Whatever the hoodie is on Friday is the
(08:46):
hoodie for the weekend. Especially if we just got it embroidered.
You get a kiss logo on the corner of it.
You could wear the same shirt every day. I will
always be working every day. I'm fine with it.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
Just have it kind of like a mister Rogers sweater,
but no one really knows that you don't take it.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
Off, and then you have your outfit for weddings and funerals.
I kind of have that. I have the suit.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
Do I have ass suit with about nineteen different guy
and shirt combos.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
But it's a suit and if you see me wearing it,
if it's a Friday, it's a wedding. If it's a Tuesday,
it's a funeral.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
Right Yeah, starting to get to the point where I
need another the suit. This the suit is getting a
little worn.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
Well when you go to the funeral and they saw
you wearing the same thing at the wedding, getting people
are starting to die. Now. All the Chicago shows are
back tonight. Oh excellent.
Speaker 2 (09:34):
Yeah, we're time lighting fires and we're saving lives.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
And having elementaries on tonight.
Speaker 1 (09:40):
It's a big night. It is Kiss FM, so gosh,
mel is back tonight.
Speaker 4 (09:43):
Right.
Speaker 1 (09:43):
We got Chicago med at seven on NBC, followed by
Chicago Fire, that Chicago PD.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
So these are all the season premiere. So BED is eleventh,
Fire is fourteenth, and PD is thirteenth. I guess I
thought PD was first, but it wasn't.
Speaker 1 (09:58):
You've got the Golden Bachelor, Yes, got Abbott Elementary, You've
got ninety nine to beat. That is the new show,
I believe, with Aaron Andrews as the host.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
Yes, yep, that looks that looks interesting? Is that is
that t J Watt too? Does he does he host
it with her or was he just on I feel
like on the promo those two were together.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
Yeah, I'm not sure.
Speaker 3 (10:18):
I don't know about that at all.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
Yeah, they were pushing it hard during the football games.
I think obviously with the Aaron Andrews connection.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
Fight or Flight is a streaming premiere on Paramount Plus
with Josh Harnett and then watch What Happens Live? Is
Mariah Carey tonight at nine o'clock? Do we care about
her anymore? I always love her only at Christmas, I
think for Katy that makes sense. Yeah, and when she
screwed up the Christmas thing earned of the New Year's
Evening remember that? Yeah? Oh, roughly she's an.
Speaker 2 (10:48):
American driving we loved Oh Ki Ken Jong is doing
it with Aaron and oh there you go.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
Kids have Natty five nine, kids have that Mornings with Otis,
Katie and Nick. So we are wild Card playing right.
Speaker 2 (11:02):
Now, four teams on the doorstep of the divisional series, Tigers, Cubs,
Red Sox and Dodgers.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
So how does this work in baseball? Wild Card? Is
it a is it a best of best of three?
Best of three?
Speaker 2 (11:15):
Yeah? This win in so wow? I want to excuse me,
I think it was. I believe it was first introduced
in this format during COVID. It became permanent in twenty
twenty two, where it was okay, wild cards best of three.
Manfred and the boys in the in the top office
are like, all right, wild cards best of three. So Tiger's, Cubs,
(11:38):
Red Sox, and Dodgers all victorious last night games two's
will be today. Since it became permanent in twenty twenty two,
no team has ever come back down on one, not
a one twelve Yeah wow, which is a little strange
because a two game winning stress and that baseball is
not that big of it early a streak, but all
(11:59):
of them the wild the way it's set up is
the better record hosts all of the game. Oh okay,
that makes it so it changes things. But yeah, Tiger's Cubs,
Red Sox, Dodgers, Dodgers at home, Cubs at home. So
if we go on the road and Tigers, if we
go up past math, whoever won yesterday's game will win
tonight's game based on well, they'll win at least one
(12:20):
of the next two. So based on statistics since twenty
twenty two, will play the Cubs, but obviously that's not
San Diego is perfectly capable of winning two games.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
The fun thing about math, yeah, is that it's not
always I don't know always it's always right, but it's
not always right because sometimes the equation we do is wrong.
Speaker 2 (12:41):
They were all awesome games except for the Reds Dodgers.
Reds Dodgers is a blowout, but every other game was
incredible pictures duels.
Speaker 1 (12:49):
So who do we want? I want Chicago for the drama.
The drama.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
You cannot deny the incredible drama that would be Brewers
first of all, Just Brewers Cubs I ninety four series
for the divisional series. That would be awesome. And then
you have the Craig Council wrinkle to that. It would
be incredible drama. That's the last team I want to
lose to.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Though. Now this is that makes me gut turn. So
this is where I get confused. And again, for those
of you who are new or don't know, I'm not
a huge sports guy. So in football, sometimes in the
playoffs we can play our division rival right away. Sometimes
we can play them later in the playoffs. Does that
happen in baseball too? If we so we end up
(13:34):
playing divisional opponents quite a bit. So is there a
chance we could play Chicago later? No? Or because of
the way it fell this time it has to be now.
It'll be the division and that's it. Yeah, So this
is our time. This is it, This is our time.
Now up there? All right?
Speaker 2 (13:51):
Yes, it makes my stomach turn and twist and do
gymnastics moves the like of which Simone Biles would be jealous,
because you I want it, because it's kind of what
you want. You want that awesome, drama, crazy series. But
then you want to win so badly against Chicago that
(14:15):
a loss would be awful. It'd be awful. It would
be awful. That would be such an awful way to exit.
And you can somehow wrap your brain from the competitive
standpoint around losing to San Diego better. It doesn't make
the loss better, but it makes you feel a little
better about the lawless angry. Yeah, I don't even think
(14:35):
it supreme disappointment, got it. I always it's this is
a hard one because you have the best overall record
in baseball, so that changes things as well. But postseason
to me is always just it's awesome to get I
love getting that. Getting there is so hard, and in
baseball it's such a grind. So getting to the postseason
I think is really special, especially in baseball. So when
(15:00):
you lose, it's really devastating and it's hard and you
wanted to get to that next level. But everybody you
play went through a six month, tested, metal and fire
grind to get there. So every one of them is
hungry and everyone we forget this all the time in sports.
Every single team believes they are the team of destiny.
(15:21):
Every team has a story that makes them, in their
mind and in their fan base, a team of destiny.
We're riding the euchre wave right now, and that's that
people think that we're a team of destiny. Because of that,
the Cubs have their own team of destiny story, and
a lot of it has to do with Milwaukee right now.
In Craig Council, they believe they're a team of destiny.
They believe they're the team that was supposed to make
(15:41):
it in take on the Brewers, beat them in their house,
and go on to greatness. Everybody's got a story that
factors in over the span of starting in spring training
that makes them an amazing team to root for. A
team of destiny, the one that baseball gods are on
our side. Cincinnati believed that as they rolled through and
put together in a credible run. The Guardians thought that
(16:02):
because they had an insane September and overtook the Tigers
and now hosts the series, and now they're on the
verge of losing. So everybody's got that team of Destiny story.
So I never put too much stock into that like
that that. I always feel like you have to die back,
dial back a little bit come postseason. I just don't
want to lose it. I don't want to lose the Cubs.
And it doesn't really have anything to do with council.
(16:22):
I don't want to lose to Chicago. I don't want
to lose to the Cubs. I don't sound like the.
Speaker 1 (16:26):
Baseball sounds stressful, Katie, Why do you like this? It
is stressful.
Speaker 4 (16:30):
It's just about you don't want It's just like you
don't want to lose to Minnesota for football.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
Yeh.
Speaker 3 (16:36):
I just don't want detroiter Minnesota to knock us out.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
In baseball Chicago, I.
Speaker 3 (16:40):
Don't want to knock us. I don't want to us out.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
I just feel like the slowness of baseball is what
would aggravate me. It's like four hours of anxiety. And
sometimes at the end of the game there's like two scores.
Speaker 3 (16:51):
But that's the true chan.
Speaker 1 (16:54):
Anxiety for two scores you want.
Speaker 4 (16:56):
That's the challenge of baseball. That's the mental that's that's
the challenge that is.
Speaker 2 (17:02):
That's why they all did coke in the eighties. Well yeah,
I mean, like back back then it was a lot
more difficult. Now we got a lot more rules make
it a little easier. The baseball stress is I think
higher than any other postseason stress.
Speaker 6 (17:18):
Baseball is a game of highs and lows and and
like I'm trying hard, I don't know how to describe it.
Speaker 1 (17:25):
They should put heart rate monitors on fans when they
walk in. That's so funny. You got a pitch clock,
you could show all of the heart rates of you know,
here Brewers fans at home watching the series eighty third year.
Speaker 4 (17:39):
Your heart rate, though, could genuinely be forty seven for
nine ins.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
And they're all dying. Yes, yeah, that's what I mean.
Speaker 4 (17:48):
Like you you could genuinely your heart rate couldn't go
up once the entire game.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
American, it would be it would be so high and
so low because it's baseball is just that game where
can always turn on a single pitch. But in the
postseason there's some every pitch you would you kind of tense,
and then and then and then you just you just
(18:14):
want to explode. And then every base hit is like
and you're like up in your high five. And and
then every out, every out with a runner in scoring
position is the worst play you've ever seen. You're just, oh,
I got that, I that hit so badly, and then
you like breathe in between innings, and then it comes
on again and it's it is like, I don't know
(18:36):
how to describe it. I've been to an NFC championship
game in lambeau Field, I've been to a championship series
at then Miller Park. Right now, it's I don't know
how to describe it. It's unbelievable stress. But you love
every second of it because when you explode, when you
get that key hit, or you get the strikeout, or
(18:56):
you you've got a guy down at second base, it
is the most euphoric feeling and that you feel like
you just won the World Series. Every single pitch case
it's circle I'm looking for a.
Speaker 1 (19:06):

Speaker 4 (19:35):
So I was quite proud of myself last night. Brody
got hurt in his football game.
Speaker 1 (19:41):
Did you yell at him and say, hey, no, no,
get up, get up, Butter Bambi's dad, get up, Forest
on fire. It's fine, let's go.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
Your mother.
Speaker 4 (19:50):
Well, I'm sitting talking with my friend Jenna, and all
of a sudden, she goes, Who's who's kids got the
orange gloves?
Speaker 3 (20:00):
And I went, wait what? And he goes, she goes,
who is that?
Speaker 4 (20:05):
And you see a kid on the ground writhing like
just and I'm like, crap, that's my kid.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
And there's nothing worse.
Speaker 4 (20:14):
Yes, And he and Brody has a He's gonna say
like an undercooked.
Speaker 2 (20:21):
In that context, soggy bread, grilled cheese is pretty bad.
Speaker 1 (20:25):
But I understand what you're saying. Brody.
Speaker 3 (20:27):
Brody has a pretty high pain tolerance.
Speaker 4 (20:29):
And Brody, for all of the sports he's played, this
is the first time I've ever seen him down. And
he's he's sitting there again, and he's like you see
him like slamming the ground, and I was like, oh, crap,
that's not good. And everyone's going, oh, maybe you have
the wind knocked out of him. Maybe you know when
everyone's trying, and I go, no, I know it's his
lower extremities, whatever it is.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
And then they go, get out there, Katie, what do
you want.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Me to hug him? I was like, what?
Speaker 4 (20:56):
And I stood my ground, I do anything. I sat
there and then I go, I go, don't worry. Sam's
out there. And Sam is a friend of mine, and
Sam has coached him four years. I'm gonna wait, tell
a coach and I and I go, Sam's out. Sam's
got him. I go, Sam knows him as well as
I do. Sam will turn and give me a look.
Speaker 3 (21:16):
If it's not.
Speaker 1 (21:19):
I support you, not going too much. If it was
exactly what.
Speaker 4 (21:25):
I go, I trust Sam. And then Michael goes, that's
not Sam out there and it was because Sam and
this other coach were wearing the same shirt and they
kind of have the same build. And like I said,
I was trying really hard to not pay closet attention
because I didn't want to watch it. And then all
of a sudden, I'm like and then I saw, I go, crap,
that isn't Sam. And then I'm going out.
Speaker 1 (21:47):
It's an EMT.
Speaker 4 (21:48):
Katie the trainer was out there like, and then I'm
just like, that's a surgeon and he's got a gurney.
Speaker 1 (21:57):
Then and I go, he's just gonna walk there emergency
surgery on yourself. Like, I'm like, he's just gotta walk.
He's if he.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
Walks put back now, I don't think he can't walk.
Speaker 4 (22:09):
So he walks. So he does get up and walk
and he walks off. You by the way, Brody goes.
Everyone collaps, he goes. It's so like just and the
word he was trying to say was condescending. He didn't
understand which word he was going for, so so then
I'm trying to get it's very So then I'm trying
(22:31):
to get his attention because I'm like, I just need
to know, Like I just need to know how serious
I need to take this. So I'm like, broads broad
and he is ignoring me.
Speaker 1 (22:42):
Do I need to come out there and on you?
And then I'm getting mad? Do you need me to
be a mother? Because so so?
Speaker 4 (22:50):
And he is ignoring me because I didn't tell you
guys what happened on Friday night at the high school
football game. We I had a wedding Friday night, and
Brody is water boy for the high school team, so
we weren't sure whether or not we were gonna make
it in time to pick him up from the football game.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
Okay, so for yourself.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
Well, because we're close off, you could walk home.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (23:11):
So Friday night, I get to the football game in time,
and I didn't realize he had his phone on him.
So I'm sitting again with my friend Jenna, and I'm
screaming Brodie to the point where he texted me and
he said, Psycho.
Speaker 1 (23:22):
Stop feeling.
Speaker 2 (23:25):
How do you know it's me? And maybe it's a
girl who And.
Speaker 4 (23:30):
The only reason I feeling his name is to be like, hey,
I'm here, I'm here.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
I'm gonna give you a ride home. There's no chance
I didn't know you were here. Mom, everybody knows you're here.
Speaker 4 (23:39):
So you tried to learn my lesson from Friday Night,
like let's not scream Brodie's names.
Speaker 2 (23:43):
So now you're ignoring your hurt son. Your son is
on the field, potentially dying, and you're going.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
It's fine, it's fine.
Speaker 2 (23:49):
It seems like we went about this backwards, like the
first time. You should have probably ignored him in this time. Yeah,
maybe Fridday.
Speaker 4 (23:57):
And I will say, this is the burden, the crawl
us that the parent wears.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
That is the more athletic one, I guess I want
to say, because Michael could.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
Sit there, Michael.
Speaker 4 (24:08):
Michael doesn't know what to do with Michael genuinely hasn't
been in this situation. And I know that Michael would
preside provide zero comfort to Brody in this situation because
he would just be annoyed if Michael came up, because
he would be like, you know what you're talking for, Like,
can we not do this, dad?
Speaker 1 (24:28):
He's taking hair tips from this, yes, exactly.
Speaker 4 (24:33):
So I stood my ground and then we had to
have a conversation at the end of the game where
I said, Hey, if this happens again, we need to
have signals. Okay, I go, yes, and I said, just
look at me, thumbs up, just make eye contact with me.
Speaker 3 (24:46):
And he goes, well, what do we do if I'm
not okay? And I go, I don't know, what do
you want to do it?
Speaker 4 (24:51):
So we have a we have a wavering A wavering
means and I go, what does the wavering mean?
Speaker 3 (24:56):
He goes?
Speaker 1 (24:56):
Check on me?
Speaker 4 (24:57):
He goes, And I go, you want me on the
field and he goes. He goes, no, but come swing
by the trainer.
Speaker 1 (25:04):
Do I like to act concerned?
Speaker 7 (25:06):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (25:06):
He goes.
Speaker 3 (25:06):
He goes, This means check in with the trainer, like if.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
He doesn't want to remember mom, people might be filming you,
so act like you care if he doesn't want the applause.
Part of the injury thumbs up is even more tad.
Speaker 1 (25:21):
He's all right, no, No.
Speaker 4 (25:24):
The thumbs up is when you get to the sidelines, ok, like,
and make eye contact with me. Not that as he's
getting all right, no, no, that's a that's a make
find me in the crowd, brody and just do like
a below the waist thumbs up.
Speaker 2 (25:41):
I totally support you in this. Yes, your instinct is
to leap the fence and you want to get out there.
But the trainers usually give you a look or they
do no.
Speaker 4 (25:50):
One was doing because this is all new to us,
because this is he's never had, Like football is the first.
Like basketball, they don't have a trainer like you know
what for middle school stuff.
Speaker 3 (26:01):
So this is the first that a trainer shows up.
And then and then I was like, oh my.
Speaker 4 (26:06):
And then at the end of the game, I'm like, oh,
we're at the we're at their age now where I
had to meet with the trainer after And then it
was cool though, where the trainer goes if it is
still swollen in two days, come to the high school
and see me.
Speaker 3 (26:17):
And I was like, this is really bad.
Speaker 4 (26:19):
Ash like, this is a great this is a great
What is the word I'm looking for a great thing
that the middle school is offering me right now?
Speaker 1 (26:29):
It was the word service. The service was the one
you wanted.
Speaker 2 (26:37):
It's maybe just a sound would have worked there too.
It's a really great they do for you. So he's okay, though, yeah,
well this is what's funny. So well yeah, I mean,
actually good follow up question. Learned nothing yet he's in
the hospital. He's they got great care. What's the point?
Speaker 1 (26:54):
This is what I love Sam never came on the field,
so I don't care. That's the Northeast Wisconsin is taking
care of him. How he's doing.
Speaker 2 (27:01):
I can't do anything. He's laid out and he's on oxy.
Speaker 4 (27:05):
So I'm glacky because we went to Buffalo Wolowings. Of
course he's after no, but this is great. So we
go to Bubble Wollowings after he has icy is icing
his leg. It's elevated at Buffalo wild wings disease. Want
me to want that I cannot do this important? I mean,
I got some tips for him. I have nineteen boots
he could wear, and then I know that doesn't help
(27:26):
a knee, but what the heck? So this is where
I'm dying though, because then Buffalo Wallowings perfectly fine. We
drive home, all of a sudden the kid can't walk
over their course.
Speaker 1 (27:36):
Yes, yes he's been twelve. All that swelling sod and
beat ups.
Speaker 3 (27:42):
Yes that was, Oh you are twelve years old.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
The wings went right right to my broken leg.
Speaker 2 (27:47):
A lot of salt in those bottomless apps, so I
think it's since compounding the injury.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
We've got birthdays and anniversaries. They're about an hour away
nine to two eight one zero ninety five nine, if
you'd like to get those in here at kiss things

is a good thing for you.
Speaker 1 (28:38):

Speaker 4 (28:41):
It was. It was sweet when I was at the
Brewer game with Kelly, our old GM.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
She was there and we addressed her.
Speaker 3 (28:49):
I know, I don't know what we are.
Speaker 1 (28:51):

like director of everyone.
Speaker 4 (28:57):
Yeah, her husband was there and she is. We were
sitting and talking and she goes.
Speaker 3 (29:03):
Katie loves the Brewers but her first real love is
the Bucks.
Speaker 1 (29:06):

Speaker 1 (30:04):
You've got the miniseries coming, You've got.
Speaker 4 (30:08):
What is that it's a prequel too, because you know
how the story of it, like you know it comes
back every so many years. It's kind of like the
when they first when he first came to dairy.
Speaker 1 (30:20):
Okay, oh interesting, Yeah, it does sound interesting.
Speaker 4 (30:23):
So I had a little incident last week that No,
it's kind of like this though.
Speaker 3 (30:29):
So Brody is old enough to start watching the scary stuff.
Speaker 4 (30:31):
Yeah, And there was this one series that just premiered
on Netflix and I watched the preview and I'm like, ooh,
this looks kind of good. It's it's about troubled kids
who get sent to this kid like school. Yeah, and
they the town's in on it kind of thing. And
I'm like, oh, this is perfect, Like here we go.
(30:53):
So we start watching it so inappropriate. Oh, but we
got so deep that I didn't know how to get out,
like you can't.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
Didn't get super.
Speaker 4 (31:01):
Inappropriate until like the fourth episode, and he bitched it
and he kept walking watching it, and then there was nudity.
Speaker 1 (31:08):
It was like you're Michael Walks.
Speaker 2 (31:12):
Watching Michael Wise.
Speaker 1 (31:18):
No, no, no, ive education, Michael. I fell asleep during
some of it. Didn't got so deep.
Speaker 2 (31:27):
And Michael Brody's learned all kinds of things to do it. Problem,
we can I tell you this?
Speaker 4 (31:31):
So Michael walks in and I think it was called
The Wayward or something like that. Michael walks in on
the episode of their giving birth.
Speaker 1 (31:39):
Brody sits down.
Speaker 3 (31:41):
For some reason, all of these women got naked.
Speaker 2 (31:44):
Oh my god, damn, why why were they all make
why were they doing? Only one needs to be waste down, Michael.
I mean I've only had two kids, but both times
only one woman needed to have some nudy. I mean
I tried to get the nurse to take it off,
but I was shutting. It was very yeah, and all
(32:04):
of ours everything, I mean, everybody was pretty buttoned up.
Speaker 1 (32:07):
Yeah, except for my wife she's.
Speaker 3 (32:09):
Giving and my local sprouts.
Speaker 1 (32:15):
This is this is.
Speaker 2 (32:24):
A you are gonna be okay? Do you want to
write it down so we can tell everybody what he said?
Speaker 1 (32:36):
This is exactly how you all the nude women.
Speaker 2 (32:46):

Speaker 1 (32:46):
We had your hand over, we had a gabor over.
Kelly was for solidarity, like you know what.

less Cleyward.
Speaker 4 (33:15):
What was somebody as somebody has watched this because it's
getting like a really good review.

either things that much. I like beer like once in
a while. Yeah, I like a good Guinness once in
a while, like a Guinness. I learned how to pour
a perfect Guinness last night at Irish Temper. Do you
know it's a three minute process? No?
Speaker 4 (34:34):
Oh yeah, show it's very Guinness spoon.
Speaker 1 (34:39):
It says very specific rules on what you have to do.
So you pour for about a third of the glass
till it gets to the letters. Then you let and
you have to pour at the right angle and all that.
Then you have to let it sit and he said
for ninety seconds, and I said for real. He goes,
they will wait and I'm like, even on a Friday
when it's busy. He goes, yeah, wow. And so you
let it sit for a minute and a half until
(35:00):
it's completely black.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
You go back, you finish the poor and then you
let that sit another minute cascades. Then you have to
deliver it to them with the label facing them or
it's not officially and you can't have bubbles in it. Right, great, Yeah,
that's that is interesting. It is good one of those
once in a while is so it's so deep and
(35:24):
robust and you're just kind of yeah, you feel the
hair growing on your chest. You're like, yeah, like, as
we're doing manly here.

the day that the Supreme Court suspended Bill Clinton from
practicing law before the High Court. Odd did not have

whole You've got mail. That was a huge thing for
us in the nineties and it's gone. And that sounds
(46:24):
so iconic. I mean, that was such a big thing.
Can you identify let's do identify brands by sound? Oh sweet,
all right, some of this is gonna be great. Some
of these are super easy, uh, and then some of
these are not.
Speaker 2 (46:37):
This is a coke ding ding well done.
Speaker 1 (46:44):
That is Coca Cola. They specifically designed that. It took
them a long time to come up with that.
Speaker 2 (46:49):
Serd.
Speaker 1 (46:53):
I know this one because it's followed by don it's HBO.
I'm gonna say HBO, but then.
Speaker 3 (47:05):
You just threw me off.
Speaker 1 (47:08):
Because I was doing curb. That's curb. Yeah, it's either
that or the sopranos or kind of the two that
in my brain follow that noise. So HBO or HBO
max or max or now HBO at and T no due,
it's fun. It's you're you're in the right like area.
(47:29):
Your area is right. No, I can see it. It's not.
That one's a little harder recognizable. Yeah, I heard it
in a while sprint No. Nine eight one zero ninety
five nine. If you would like to participate in this,
(47:49):
here it is again. It's not AT and T.
Speaker 3 (47:57):
It's not is an email it's.
Speaker 1 (48:00):
Nah no, no, but you guys are all in the right.
You're like Microsoft circling the area of the answers. You're
just not quite there. I'll just give it to you ready.
Speaker 2 (48:09):
Yeah, Intel Intel, Yeah, the Intel Pentium processor.
Speaker 3 (48:13):
Yes, I don't know that one.
Speaker 1 (48:17):
Okay, that one sounded familiar to me, but it also
sounded old, and I realized why it is both it's
old and it's familiar. That is LG okay, yeah, and
I it's once you see it and then you hear
the sound, you're like, oh yeah, that's a good one.
That's a good one.
Speaker 3 (48:36):
That's turning your computer on and off.
Speaker 2 (48:37):
Microsoft, it's not, but it's close gateway.
Speaker 1 (48:47):
That's the old sound effect for Apple.
Speaker 2 (48:49):
Oh okay, yeah, yeah, before well we now identify as
Apple sounds. I feel like I just powered down right, Like.
Speaker 1 (49:00):
It's like, isn't that my computer shutting off?
Speaker 3 (49:01):
Also, what is like that's a end of a movie?
Sub sit good, good dog.
Speaker 1 (49:08):
I'm gonna play this again for you. Okay, it's am
I too far? Here we go. This might be before
this might be a little before your time. Actually that
is MasterCard. Oh yeah, I mean because they were not
(49:30):
seeing MasterCard ads really said.
Speaker 4 (49:32):
I thought Apple sounded like you too still too soon, McDonald.
Speaker 1 (49:38):
Loving it. They've done such a good job over the years, though,
of changing their songs, and each time they make a
McDonald Oh, come on right.
Speaker 3 (49:48):
Before Pixar, pix it.
Speaker 1 (49:52):
No, wait, really.
Speaker 3 (49:54):
I know this one?
Speaker 1 (49:55):
Do it again? Yeah, you do know it. I'm I'm surprised.
Speaker 3 (50:00):
Or Dolby's own sound.
Speaker 1 (50:01):
No, that's not a movie. I don't know this one
at all. No, you don't know you.
Speaker 3 (50:08):
Don't NETFLX, Yeah it's streaming.
Speaker 1 (50:11):
Well.
Speaker 4 (50:12):
No, In my defense, I knew it was a movie,
like the beginning of a movie.
Speaker 1 (50:15):
I just assumed that that was so ingrained in your
brain that you'd be right there with Netflix, give me Paramount.
Speaker 2 (50:21):
Maybe i'd know that one.
Speaker 1 (50:25):
Prime. It's a little harder though.
Speaker 2 (50:27):
That's Prime, right, is that Amazon Prime? Yeah, it's the
only one Nick has. No, it's instantly recognizable.
Speaker 3 (50:36):
Yeah, oh my gosh.
Speaker 1 (50:37):
Don't you hate it because you know it? Like you
know it? You know it? What is it?
Speaker 5 (50:42):
Do that?
Speaker 1 (50:42):
Want to get?
Speaker 5 (50:42):
That?
Speaker 1 (50:42):
Want to get?
Speaker 3 (50:43):
Because I was talking, is that BlackBerry?
Speaker 4 (50:46):
No?
Speaker 1 (50:46):
But you're again, you're next door to the neighbor of
the answer, like your next door of the neighbor of
the answer us T Mobile, Okay, T Mobile, it's a
couple left. We're not that's that's that is? That is Microsoft?
Speaker 2 (51:09):
Right, Yeah, that's Microsoft.
Speaker 1 (51:14):
That's Microsoft. Right. Okay, Windows, that is Windows, Okay, Windows.
We don't used Windows in a while.
Speaker 3 (51:21):
I don't know this one, Joe says car Cover Gargoya.
Speaker 1 (51:29):
I totally know it. What was that one? Do that
one again? I don't know this one at all.
Speaker 2 (51:36):
Oh that's oh my god. Sorry, sorry, you know why
you don't. It's the stupid video company that put this
thing together. At the end, they put their like we would.
Speaker 1 (51:47):
Know what it is. That's really funny, well done. We
didn't even know you stay till the end.
Speaker 2 (51:52):
Yeah, that's grind into your skull.
Speaker 1 (51:55):
Birthdays anniversaries are on the way if you've got one
you want to get to our list. The primary v
Hydra and Wellness Studio line is open nine two two
eight one zero ninety five nine for Kiss FM. Come
to Cancun with US February seventh through the twelfth with
Kiss FM's Passport to Paradise. In fact, we've actually got
some of our travel leaders Discovery crew right now at
(52:18):
Planet Hollywood Adult Scene in Cancun, and they're gonna call
in in about forty minutes. Yeah, and we're going to
get a lay of the land. I want to find
out everything that's going on. And the nice thing is
when you're staying at Planet Hollywood Adult Scene, you can
use everything at Planet Hollywood next door. And that has
I mean, between the two of them, you're at like
(52:39):
thirteen restaurants and fourteen bars, lazy rivers, swimming pools everywhere,
white sandy beaches. Cancuon's just a short drive away. There's
a ton to do. Again, if you want to book,
get in touch with travel leaders Discovery and Fungjet Vacations
eight three three TL trips. That's eight three three t
(52:59):
L trips. You'll go with us. We have a a
chartered not a jet.
Speaker 3 (53:05):
I don't know it's a jet the right, Yeah, yeah,
it just the flight.
Speaker 1 (53:11):
The Cancuon's a little less than three, isn't it? Say?
Three is because it's direct from Milwauk. Yeah, we'll fly
right to CanCon. Then when we get there, instead of
having to screw around all those people when you go
to Mexico, they come up and try to hit you
with a couple of things. They always try to hit
you with taxes and forms, and then they try to
hit you with transportation. All that's covered, you're all taking
(53:31):
care of. You don't worry about anything. So we already
have the transportation. We'll all go together. Then we'll go
to the resort and then it's Super Bowl that night.
It is, so that's gonna be for the Olympics are
going to be like the night before. It's crazy to
watch on TV. A lot to watch on TV.
Speaker 2 (53:49):
And Kim, I mean like I do want to do
you just kind of want to sit in the bars
and watch goodness, watch ski jumping.
Speaker 1 (53:56):
We'll come with us. We'd love you to join us.
February seventh through the twelfth to the Passport to Paradise
Again book by October twenty eight eight three three TL
trips or ninety five nine kiss FM dot com. It
is misconnection Wednesday about eight eleven or so this morning
at ninety five nine Kiss FM, Wednesday, October first, twenty
(54:19):
and twenty five. If ye have a birthday today, you
share it with Zach Gallifanakis all between two ferns. I
have tried to watch that multiple times and it's I
don't it's okay.
Speaker 2 (54:32):
I think it gets worse the more you watch it, Okay,
because you the the shtick of it is really really
good once and then I think you have you sort
of have to really be into who he's interviewing for
you to really get anything out of it after the
(54:52):
first couple Okay, Like like you know, I don't know
if that makes sense, but like there are some people
that can. Johnny Carson could interview anybody in your interest
because he was great, and Larry King was that way.
We're just great interviewers. And Letterman was a great interviewer,
and I didn't care who it was. But this because
it is kind of a gimmick unless you're into the interviewee,
(55:13):
the gimmick sort of wears thin.
Speaker 1 (55:14):
I do agree with you.
Speaker 2 (55:16):
Yeah, Zachi Alfanakis and he was great on One with Them,
Elijah Douschku True Calling. I think it was called her
True True.
Speaker 3 (55:24):
Yeah, her name was true right.
Speaker 1 (55:25):
Yeah, that was actually a really good show. I like
that show.
Speaker 3 (55:28):
I'm gonna say fifty three.
Speaker 2 (55:31):
I'm gonna say fifty three as well, Kitty, I like
that fifty six years old six probably at Ferguson Erica
on Stranger Things, Lucas's little sister.
Speaker 3 (55:39):
Love her. I'm going to go nineteen.
Speaker 2 (55:43):
Twenty two, nineteen years old. Well, hell was Cindy.
Speaker 1 (55:47):
Margolis, former Price Is Right model, once the most downloaded
woman on the Internet. Alight, right, No, if you've heard
of the internet, it's probably early ninety she was.
Speaker 3 (55:58):
I'm gonna say it downloaded.
Speaker 1 (56:00):
I think it's a fad. Seventy three people seem to
like it. Let's say sixty three. She is sixty years old.
Mark McGuire broke Roger Merra's home run record in the
ninety and nteen ninety eight was seventy homers. Of course
he did that all with an Asterix man called steroids
(56:20):
the thing.
Speaker 2 (56:21):
I have such a complicated relationship with my best team, Mark,
because I was all in. I was all in on
the late eighties, early nineties hype machine of the Bash
Brothers McGuire and Conseco and Ricky Henderson and Lansford and
Walt Weiss, and that team was Dave Stewart and Henderson
and Bob Welch. They were just incredible. Those teams were
(56:41):
incredible and we've they were unbelievable. Put it away for
the teams and they were juicing like mothers. But but
the thing with McGuire that always makes it a complicated
conversation to me was that he hidden plain sight. Every
sports writer who went into that locker room saw his
steroids in the locker. He hid in plain sight. They
(57:03):
were right there, right there for the world to see.
And at the time some of the stuff he was using,
and some I'm sure was illegal, you'll never know, but
some of the stuff that he was using that is
now banned was not banned. Yeah, And he hid in
plain sight. And for a decade, any one of those
dudes could have written about it, talked about it, exposed it,
(57:23):
discussed it, and everybody just eh, as these dudes blew
up into cartoon characters, we all sat there and just
get your popcorn ready.
Speaker 1 (57:32):
Look, these guys are amazing. We all knew what was
going on.
Speaker 2 (57:36):
We all knew it, and they hid in plain sight
and never really ever denied it because nobody really asked them.
Speaker 1 (57:44):
And it it's such a ooh, it's complicated, all wrong.
I am not justifying it at all.
Speaker 2 (57:52):
Cheating, using illegal substances, hiding all that stuff, all of
that is wrong. But everybody everybody sure loved the wrong
and nobody really wanted to right the wrong for twenty
years until it became so out of control, truthfully, until
Barry Bond started doing it. And he's unlikable. The other
(58:14):
guys were kind of likable. Sammy Sosa was likable. Mark
was likable. When when unlikable dude started breaking records, then
it was like, hey, what's going on here?
Speaker 1 (58:24):
I've come on.
Speaker 2 (58:26):
Oh, it's complicated. That is complicated to me. But Mark,
I think is like sixty three, probably not sixty two.
Speaker 1 (58:31):
He is sixty two years old. Nice job getting Bree Larson,
Captain Marvel and the mco Oscar winner for Room.
Speaker 4 (58:40):
Oh yeah, I'm gonna say forty nine.
Speaker 1 (58:45):
I don't know if I know Bree Larson. Do I
know Breelarson?
Speaker 3 (58:47):
I've seen Room. It's a good it's a good.
Speaker 2 (58:48):
Kay, I'll say forty thirty six years old? Oh wowp uh.
Speaker 1 (58:54):
Sarah Drew, who plays doctor April Kepner on Grayson forty two.
I'm gonna agree with you because you're a gray girl.
Speaker 2 (59:01):
Forty five. Ah Dennis's brother Randy Quaid. I almost said, well,
I decided to take a word out there.
Speaker 1 (59:11):
Use a term. I was gonna use a term, and
then I'm like, it's not fair. It's not fair to
say that because I don't say he has a dark
in his neck. I don't know what he's well, I
don't know what he's going through. He's going through something. Maybe, yeah,
it seems like it. So anyways, Randy Quaid, is.
Speaker 2 (59:24):
He in Canada? Again?
Speaker 3 (59:25):
Like, didn't he go to cal you think so? I'm
gonna go sixty seven.
Speaker 1 (59:29):
Seventy seventy five, Rod Carew Major League Baseball Hall of Famer,
Rock Crew is so good eighty two, eighty one, eighty
years old. And finally, Julie Andrews, the Great Julian Andrews, Yeah,
eighty seven, ninety four. I'll be honest. I looked up
just to make sure she was still alive.
Speaker 2 (59:49):
That's that's not she was, But I don't know that
I would.
Speaker 1 (59:54):
I was like, I have letter double check. I don't
know why that was the one, but she is ninety
years old.
Speaker 4 (01:00:00):
Happy birthday, Billy Sino Billy the Kid carry out at
thirty eight years old. Pam Dubrough from Dunbar, Dave Leonard

Speaker 1 (01:00:17):
She is coming. She's coming. Yeah. Cool.
Speaker 2 (01:00:21):
She's literally living in Phoenix right now, listens every morning,
and I don't know if she's flying home to then
go with us or if she's flying separately, but we
will see you in awesome.
Speaker 4 (01:00:30):
Natasha Moran from Oshkosh is forty two. Happy birthday to
Jared Wild from Appleton. Cameron Goanwa from Topira is six
years old.
Speaker 1 (01:00:36):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (01:00:37):
Michael from Nasha is sweet sixteen today.
Speaker 4 (01:00:40):
Lauren van Hacklin, a school bus driver in Oshkosh, is
thirty three years old. Happy birthday, Debbie Claremont and Escanaba
please wish. Caitlin and Justin Coleyard from Peshago, Happy third
anniversary today. Happy fourteenth one anniversary to Ethan and Bridget
Thorpe Cavanaugh of Oshkosh. Doug and Grace Exworthy from green

Food and Fun bought this whole thing here at Kiss FM.
Doesn't work out for me, I think I'm gonna be
a bartender. I was a guest bartender last night with
John Mino at Irish Temper and Green Bay for walk
(01:01:27):
to end Alzheimer's and boy, what a fun time. Oh boy,
I think I'm a really good bartender. Okay, simply the best.
That's good, give it. I didn't say it. I just
so the actual making to the drinks, you know. Once
she showed me how to make their Irish old fashion.
(01:01:48):
Nailed it, you know, once they showed me how to
do that. But it's that Guinness poor that's so tough. Yeah,
there's a lot of rules and restrictions and I nailed that,
and I thought I gonna be pretty good at this.
Speaker 3 (01:01:59):
You know, don't checking on teable, look at you following rule.
Speaker 1 (01:02:02):
I think that if things didn't work out here, I
could open up a car dealership where I was a bartender,
so we could have like a bar. Great idea, yeah,
and I could bind Yeah, that's always a good idea.
Right before you hop in and take it for a spin. Absolutely,
let me miss you in Irish. Yeah, well, Irish mixer here.
I haven't what were you making? I haven't thought about
Irish old fashions. I'm still working on it.
Speaker 2 (01:02:24):
But yes, maybe that's where you can only go to
the bar if you buy a car.
Speaker 1 (01:02:28):

I'm doing well good.
Speaker 1 (01:02:50):
We asked Tracy if she had any questions before we
went on there, and she said, can I interrupt the
really long questions that you ask so I can answer
it before the question is done?
Speaker 2 (01:03:01):
And I said, okay, all right, called down Tracy. So
now we fully expect Tracy to answer every question within
three or four words, because she apparently knows all of
the answers to all the questions. Maybe if you give
an answer Tracy in the middle, we'll just go wrong
or something.
Speaker 1 (01:03:17):
Talk too slow, so she should get this thing in
about forty we criticism, Well, yeah, we do, we do.
We don't hold grudges. I did not already bold your
name and put a little note in your file, so
you're fine, all right, Tracy, Ten questions in front of us.

and in under four words to win.

have to get to all of them, though.

bonus question. Make it a thousand and whatever you win

Speaker 1 (01:07:14):
She seemed like when I was half listening, it seemed
like she was on board. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:07:19):
I think she just had to get the okay from
the hubby because she's a stay at home mom.
Speaker 1 (01:07:25):
Yeah. I talked to a bunch of people in the
last week that are either booking, in the process of booking,

you got till the twenty eighth, so just make sure
you book by the twenty.
Speaker 2 (01:07:35):
That's some friends that confirm late last night. Very nice

would say the twenty eighth, twenty nine, thirty thirty. First
is your Halloween costume And if you're if you're making
costumes this year, you might want to get on it.
Because in a new survey, over half of parents are
doing DIY costumes this year, which means supplies are going
to be limited. In the number one reason, cost of
(01:08:02):
costumes has gone up so high that to get basic

That is why I highly recommend if you saw Read
in my video, yeah, well you did a great job.
Speaker 3 (01:08:19):
Thank you. They did a yeah did you see?
Speaker 1 (01:08:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:08:22):
We went his nick?
Speaker 1 (01:08:23):
I did. Yeah, I didn't.
Speaker 3 (01:08:24):
That was you know what I was bummed about.
Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
I just left alone. I didn't know if I should
comment or not. Well, I didn't want to be labeled
like a whiner.
Speaker 1 (01:08:31):
Do you know what I geez? It was really funny,
you know, well do you know what I commented on?
Speaker 4 (01:08:36):
And I was like Read, because we couldn't see each
other's costumes, we picked.
Speaker 1 (01:08:41):
It, We picked out for each other.
Speaker 4 (01:08:42):
Yeah yeah, so like Read picked out costumes for me
that I went into the dressing room and he essentially
dressed me. Yep, and they did Nick. So if anyone
wants to watch a video, you can go on.
Speaker 1 (01:08:53):
It is good.
Speaker 2 (01:08:54):
It was since then people responding going did you see
the Halloween thing? I'm like I did I didn't.
Speaker 4 (01:08:58):
I was disappointed. Why because I was like, Nick would
not wear a Brett farg jersey.
Speaker 1 (01:09:02):
Yeah, I said, Nick, he does.
Speaker 3 (01:09:05):
And I even told Christay she was looking.
Speaker 1 (01:09:07):
He's learning though, he's just learning us.
Speaker 3 (01:09:10):
I was like, why are we not getting a button down?
Yeah's are we not getting a button down?
Speaker 1 (01:09:15):
It was a lazy costume, is what Reid did. He
took the lazy way out. He went, all right, his
knee is hurt, so I'm going to get him a
leg killing Yeah, but in his brain he just a leg.
I'm going to get the leg thing.
Speaker 3 (01:09:27):
I love that you have just decided that he was
going the lazy rounde.
Speaker 4 (01:09:31):
No, because I think the lazier route would have been
the plaid because it is much easier to find a
plaid shirt there.
Speaker 2 (01:09:39):
No, the lazy route is not knowing your people well
enough to know that he would never play wear a
Brett far jersey.
Speaker 4 (01:09:45):
That's now, because now if Reid comes by in the
afternoon and it's like own its men all morning talking
about me and how lady I am. Yeah, so you
you get you? So now if he talks about you,
cannot get upset.
Speaker 2 (01:09:59):
He made his bed, the bed the bed was made.
I am just I am just moving the pillows around.
Speaker 3 (01:10:06):
You know what I'm gonna do today.
Speaker 4 (01:10:07):
I'm gonna go buy donuts and cut them, put.
Speaker 1 (01:10:11):
Them in our broom and like write my name in
the box. Did this? Yes? Yes? Anyways, anyways, do it yourself.
Halloween going as anything.
Speaker 3 (01:10:24):
I know I'm not a.
Speaker 2 (01:10:25):
Big I'm going to be for the first time ever
handing out candy.
Speaker 1 (01:10:28):
I think. So.
Speaker 4 (01:10:29):
I actually got invited to be a part of a
group costume here, and I was very excited about that,
and I am going to participate.
Speaker 3 (01:10:36):
It's o girls. That's why I got invited. The girls,
so don't I know, wouldn't be offended here in this room,
we offended.
Speaker 1 (01:10:42):
We are more women than you.
Speaker 2 (01:10:44):
Yeah, I'm just.
Speaker 3 (01:10:47):
Not used to usually being invited to girls things.
Speaker 1 (01:10:50):
So I was very excited.
Speaker 2 (01:10:51):
Already have limitations and saw it to win some females.
Speaker 3 (01:10:55):
In the office. My leg asked me to be a
part of a costume.
Speaker 1 (01:10:58):
No, that's awesome, Yeah, that's very cool.
Speaker 2 (01:11:00):
I could probably it'd actually be very funny if I
put my storm Trooper costume on with the feet so
on backwards.
Speaker 1 (01:11:07):
How about a sexy Chewbacca. That's what I think.
Speaker 2 (01:11:09):
I don't think we have it anymore. It's quite possible
it's been donated.
Speaker 3 (01:11:11):
She doesn't love you.
Speaker 1 (01:11:13):
Yeah, well I think we knew that.
Speaker 2 (01:11:16):
No, I don't know what to do because I think
this year I'll be I'll be in the doorway this
year handed out all the candy. So I kind of
want to, yeah, sort of want to jazz it up. No,
I'm not doing that because I can't rake Katie.
Speaker 1 (01:11:29):
But thank you. That's he seems to think the best time.
Speaker 2 (01:11:34):
It's a great time to rake leaves because first of all,
you've got to get leaves. Okay, it's a four hour
window where you are dedicated to your front step.
Speaker 1 (01:11:45):
Yes, and then you.
Speaker 9 (01:11:48):
Because I can see you, oh, hold on, hold on, guys.
And then he puts the raked out and has to
run to go get the trees. You look at me,
Do you think my yard is that I'm raking? You've
got two yards on that one. It's just the front
yard where you're out in the front yard and you're
just you're raking. You get the big bowl of candy
and everybody's you can see the kids coming up at
that point.
Speaker 2 (01:12:08):
You just have it sitting right there.
Speaker 10 (01:12:10):
And then you have to move it is you do
you understand what this is? It's four houlous No, it's
four hours. Do you need four hours to rake for it?
But that's my point. You're non large yard, that's my point.
Speaker 1 (01:12:24):
Though.
Speaker 2 (01:12:24):
It's four hours that you're going to be outside anyway,
and you have natural breaks where kids aren't coming up
because you got like five minutes sometimes between kids coming
up to the door during certain windows because they don't
let them to the gate. And right you get some
raking done, you have to get waved in. It's total
outdoor like hanging out with your neighbors everybody. If everybody
were outside raking, you'd all be talking to neighbors and
(01:12:45):
chatting it up. Why don't you just pay the security
guards extra and they'll rake for you.
Speaker 1 (01:12:48):
I have two.
Speaker 2 (01:12:49):
Birds and I have one stone, and I've decided to
kill them both.
Speaker 1 (01:12:54):
Trigg or treating and yard work. Yet, yeah, it's kids.
Have m with w h B Y News.
Speaker 8 (01:12:59):
M Good good morning. The FBI and ICE now say
twenty four people were arrested in an immigration rate in
Manatauh County last week. That is up three from initial reports.
The arrest took place in several locations, including the parking
lot of the Walmart in Manutwauk. The Department of Homeland
Security claims nine of those taken into custody were involved
in human and drug trafficking. Of those, six had previous
criminal convictions in the US. The Houstonsford Village clerk is
(01:13:22):
accused of embezzlement. Kim Hoppinger is charged in Dodge County
Court with theft in a business setting of greater than
ten thousand dollars and misconduct in office helping her allegedly
stole money while serving as the village clerk and treasure
and also stole from the Houstsford Soccer Club while serving
as that group's treasure. She faces up to thirteen and
a half years in prison if convicted. And the new
look Appleton Public Library takes home an architectural award. The
American Institute of Architects gives the library it's People's Choice
(01:13:44):
Award in the Community and Civic Building category. The library
under went a forty million dollar overhaul, which necessitated closing
the building for more than two years.
Speaker 1 (01:13:52):
Ninety five nine Kids Fm'm Going to Be Live at
Bergstrom Honday Victory Lane in Ampleton Friday from nine to
eleven test drive Bergstrom vehicle raise money for breast cancer research.
For every mile driven Bergstrom again going to donate a
dollar to the Medical College of Wisconsin breast cancer research programs.
Tim Berkshim will be in today around eight thirty. We'll
(01:14:13):
talk a little bit more about this, but join us
Friday the third. This Friday, nine to eleven Victory Lane
and Appleton at Berkstrom. Honday with Kiss FM, It's Misconnection Wednesday.
That happens at about eight eleven. This is ninety five
to nine Kiss FM Mornings with Otis, Katie and Nick, Ann,
Clarissa and Jennifer. Yeah, our friends from Travel Leaders, Discovery,
(01:14:36):
Funjet Vacations Live listening live in can Coon at Planet
Hollywood Adults Scene. Good morning, ladies, Good mord.
Speaker 2 (01:14:48):
Country. We're talking to another country.
Speaker 1 (01:14:50):
I'm super jealous of you Country. You're in Paradise right
now and we're not there with you, and we want
to be tell us all about Planet Holly what adult scene.
Speaker 5 (01:15:02):
You will be very soon if you come in February,
you can experience this amazingness. But it's been warm, it's
been sunny and oh. Playing in Hollywood we're liking it.
What do you think, Jennifer. It's gorgeous, beautiful beaches, swim
a bar in the Lazy River. There's a ton of
things to do here. It seems like talking to you
with Mexican coffee in our hands.
Speaker 2 (01:15:24):
I know, it seems like based on the map that
it is four million, two hundred and eighteen square feet.
This is it's a size of Canada. It is a
massive resort. It's a big footprint. There's so much stuff there.
Speaker 5 (01:15:39):
Yeah, it's pretty darn close to that. I have to say.
We're walking around our first evening after travel and we're
just a little like, whoa, that's a lot bigger than
we thought of a bee, which is awesome.
Speaker 1 (01:15:49):
But then on that on the adult scene side, which
is where we're staying, it's kind of its own little oasis.
So it's still there. You've still got access to everything,
but but you are kind of on your own in
this little oasis area just kind of off to the right,
is what it seems like. Am I misreading that when
I'm watching these reviews, No.
Speaker 5 (01:16:10):
You are one correct. So adult scene we have our
own little like pool owned building where we have all
the rooms and we even have two restaurants that are
exclusively just for the adult scene and those staying there
and then so it's a nice little quiet area. We're
gonna even say that, like, it's actually very quiet. There's nothing,
no loudnesss at night. But if you want to go
(01:16:31):
to the family side, the regular side, that's where all
the happenings are. That's where you know, seventy five percent
of everything going on. They're pumming up the jams, they're
doing all the entertainment. They have all the other restaurants
and bars over there. So it's really nice.
Speaker 1 (01:16:44):
I know what people to think, that's far. That's not
far at all. It's literally like we're talking feet. I
mean it's not far, but it's it's distant enough. The
way they set it up there is that you feel
secluded from it, but you're right there.
Speaker 5 (01:16:59):
Yeah. It's kind of like little three shades, Like we're
in one little part of the three. Then you have
the middle of buildings, then you have the other part,
which is the family So there's doors. I make a
grand entrance every day when we go to the other side.
It's like two cots. I was like, oh, we're on
the other side. Yeah, it's all nicely connected and easily walkable.
Right when you come through those magical doors that Clarissa
(01:17:20):
just mentioned. There's a sports bar, there's a movie theater,
there's all kinds of things to do over there. There's
a gelato station. We've been getting that like twice a day.
Speaker 1 (01:17:30):
It sounds healthy. Yeah, I'm.
Speaker 4 (01:17:33):
I was just thinking, if you're jealous right now, imagine though,
in February, when it's cold, you are so done with winter,
and you're like, I just I need to get out
of here.
Speaker 1 (01:17:44):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:17:44):
Yeah, and we're going to be there, yes, warm, those
beautiful beaches.
Speaker 1 (01:17:49):
Tell us about those beaches, because when I read online
that is the big thing is that this area of Cancun,
and specifically planted Hollywood itself, has some of the nice
as white sandy beaches up anywhere in can Coon.
Speaker 10 (01:18:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:18:06):
We set down the beach a couple times already, and
the sand is so soft and so white, and you
don't see any like a speck of seaweed, and the
water's been like crystal blue, clear and warm. And when
you get out to the beach, they have tons of chairs.
They have a barrow there, two bars, maybe just because
the two areas and then east Bluemuharis. The island is
(01:18:27):
right across, so you can actually see the island and
that helps with keeping things calm, cool and collected.
Speaker 1 (01:18:33):
For it, my shoulders actually have a.
Speaker 5 (01:18:35):
Fun excursion schedules out to the island. You can take
a little snorkel over there and then box the island
for a couple hours.
Speaker 1 (01:18:42):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (01:18:43):
I literally I just leaned back in my chair and
like your shoulders fall, yeah, and you just take slower breaths.
It just sounds relaxing, like it just is like, uh,
it's everything. Like Katie said, you need in the dead
of winter to just get through, to push over, because
then it's like, all right.
Speaker 1 (01:18:58):
We can do this. We're almost March when we get back,
we can do this. We're talking with Clarissa and Jennifer
travel leaders Discovery FUNJED Vacations. They are in Cancun right now,
Planet Hollywood Adult Team, where we're going on the Passport
to Paradise with Kiss f M. February seventh through the twelfth,
Now twelve No thirteen restaurants, fourteen bars. How many bars
(01:19:21):
have you gotten through? You've only been there a day
and a half. How many bars have you gotten to.
Speaker 5 (01:19:26):
Okay, well we did. We did the lobby bar.
Speaker 1 (01:19:29):
Okay, in the lobby bar, yep.
Speaker 5 (01:19:35):
We did a swim up bar in the Lazy River.
Speaker 10 (01:19:38):
Fine.
Speaker 1 (01:19:39):
And that's a massive Lazy River. That thing is so big,
it is.
Speaker 5 (01:19:43):
Yeah, it's gigantic. You can take the inner tubes. They
have those fews. You can just like wait around on
your own and walk through it and then you kind
of get this little cave area and that's where the
swim up bar is nice in the Lazy River. Yeah. Yeah.
And then you know restaurants, count of bars too, wet
things as well.
Speaker 1 (01:20:04):
How is the food scene?
Speaker 5 (01:20:06):
Wine? With our sushi last night?
Speaker 1 (01:20:10):
Look at that.
Speaker 5 (01:20:12):
So much sushi, eat so much?
Speaker 2 (01:20:15):
I know, I'm gonna I'm totally I'm gonna screw this
all up. All the last year of weight loss.
Speaker 1 (01:20:21):
I'm gonna say, you know what, we're giving it a
good five days. If I don't, yeh, just come back
and rese. I did it in at I'll do it
in Cancun. Love this for you. What is the food
scene like you guys have if you've tried at least
a couple of meals there, how is it? How is
it tasting? What are you thinking? What are you going
to try next? Where's your reservation for lunch? What's tell me.
Speaker 5 (01:20:42):
All about it? Wow? What is movie excellente? We had
breakfast the same which was amazing. You have all the
choices you could ever want for breakfast. Build your own
omelet station. That's my personal I'm going to get the
French toasted.
Speaker 1 (01:21:02):
How much does this all costs? Then when we're there
and we're like, what do we have to do? Do we
have to give them beads? Do we have to give
them money? Do we have to give them anytheds? What
has happened? Well, I went to a club bed once
years ago, and you have to get pay in beads? Yeah?
Do you have to pay for any of this?
Speaker 5 (01:21:17):
Well, it's all inclusive. Don't have to pay for anything
unless you want to upgrade and treat yourself right right,
you can, but you certainly don't have to. And there's
plenty to eat, drink and do without without paying anything
except for the cost of the trip.
Speaker 4 (01:21:33):
Have you experienced the phone party yet, because what this
is really excited about.
Speaker 1 (01:21:37):
The phone parties are fun. There's so much because when
do you get to have a phone party other than
when you're at an all inclusive You don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:21:44):
I mean, that's a fair point.
Speaker 1 (01:21:45):
They're fun. Did you guys do a phone party yet
or is that today?
Speaker 5 (01:21:50):
We have not had one yet. There will be at
least one during the trip in February. Definitely experience that
it is covered in foam right now.
Speaker 2 (01:22:03):
You should imagine that. Yes, we should charge extra just
for that. Oh my god, I love that you're looking for.
That's amazing for you. No, this is going to be great.
Speaker 5 (01:22:17):
It's you bring a glass with a cover on it
and then you can take your drink.
Speaker 1 (01:22:22):
Oh yeah, oh yeah, ladies. How are the rooms? How
are the rooms? Because I my understanding is the adult
scene is the newer of the resort, so I would
think they're all new.
Speaker 5 (01:22:34):
Yeah, the rooms are excellent. They're gigantic. And the bathroom
and the shower. Oh, the shower, you guys is awesome.
It's huge. And they have a rain shower too. And
then everyone's gonna have their own patio and there's a
couple of chairs and a table on the patio and
you can space toward either the pool, the restaurant, or
the ocean. You could wave to your friends across the
(01:22:55):
resort if you want to sitting area. So yeah, the
rooms are gigantic, so you're gonna.
Speaker 1 (01:23:05):
Love it awesome. Well, we are super excited and you're
are you guys both coming with us on the trip
when we go back in February.
Speaker 5 (01:23:14):
This is Jennifer I will be there and then also
my coworker Mandy will be coming as well, all right
in a different country with a different group.
Speaker 1 (01:23:22):
Yeah, yeah, Claria, So sorry, you're gonna miss all the
fun because we'll be broadcasting live there. We're going to
host fun little events with people. And of course the
big cell to me is is just traveling to get
there is so easy because you guys have set up
our own basically a charter flight for us. Go a
little bit about how that works. We're all just gonna
leave for Milwaukee, right.
Speaker 5 (01:23:44):
Correct, So it's going to be direct from Milwaukee to Cancun,
and we're going to have a morning flight so you'll
get here and late morning early afternoon to start having
fun and enjoying the resort. We do have an option
at a hotel in Milwaukee if you want to stay
the night before. You can add that on if you
want to, And we have five nights and seven night
(01:24:05):
options too, so we got all sorts of things to
think about in book for everyone.
Speaker 1 (01:24:09):
Yeah, and if there's folks who wanted to use airline
miles and just pay for the actual resort, can they
do that.
Speaker 5 (01:24:18):
Yeah, that's not a problem at all. We have it ready,
so it'll be the hotel. We'll provide transfers, and we
just need their airline itinerary to make sure everything's all set.
Speaker 6 (01:24:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:24:27):
Because I had a couple answer, you're like, well, we
kind of want to use our points, go, I think
you could do that. Yeah, just call up and ask.
That's the best thing. If you've got questions, you can
literally just call and ask eight three three TL trips
eight three three T L trips. You can also book
at ninety five nine kiss FM dot com and just
a reserve space. We need to do this in the
next couple of weeks, don't we.
Speaker 5 (01:24:49):
Yeah, we're looking by the end of October to guarantee
your spot. So I would say, get on it, have fun.
It'll be a great time with everyone. And like you said,
broadcasting line, I got a few events just for the
group too.
Speaker 1 (01:25:02):
Perfect Final thoughts from Cancun Clarissa Jennifer.
Speaker 5 (01:25:09):
Jennifer final love. It's amazing. Don't have to say.
Speaker 3 (01:25:12):
Book now, Yeah they have, They've got to go. They
got here ready for this.
Speaker 2 (01:25:17):
I was gonna say the party with that beach seed.
Speaker 1 (01:25:22):
Ladies, thank you so much for taking time out of
the morning to share with us a little bit about
planning a Hollywood adult scene in can Coope. We appreciate it.
We'll uh, we'll speak with you soon.
Speaker 5 (01:25:33):
Okay, thanks guy, Thank you.
Speaker 1 (01:25:34):

(01:25:57):
you guys? Yay, good morning? All right, Mark against Carmen.
Mark's chosen Nick. So it's boys against girls.
Speaker 5 (01:26:07):
Lady, Lady, all.
Speaker 1 (01:26:09):
Right, ring in with your name. If you have an
answer to this first question, say your name. I will
come to you to get the answer. Here we go,
Mark and Carmen. Name of food you might buy from
a cart in a park?
Speaker 4 (01:26:22):
Mark?
Speaker 1 (01:26:24):
Mark, what do you got? Mark? Dog, hot dog? Is
it hot dog? Number two? Answer? Carmen, can you beat it?
Speaker 2 (01:26:34):
Ice cream?
Speaker 1 (01:26:36):
Number one answer? There are five more, Carmen. Would you
like to play your pass?
Speaker 2 (01:26:43):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (01:26:45):
I think we're gonna play.
Speaker 1 (01:26:47):
Like that answer. Here we go, Carmen, I'm not even Carmen.
Back to you. Name of food you might buy from
a cart at the park.
Speaker 5 (01:26:56):
Hamburger?
Speaker 1 (01:26:57):
Hamburger is hamburger on list. No kind of surprise by that,
Katie to you. Name of food he might buy from
a cart at a park. Popcorn is popcorn on the list.
I also am surprised. Trust me on triple checking, just
so I don't get busted. Name of food you might
(01:27:18):
buy from a cart at a park. Try to get
one that's actually sold at a cart at a park.
Oh wow, okay, wow.
Speaker 5 (01:27:28):
So much pressure.
Speaker 4 (01:27:30):
Pop boat a tackle.
Speaker 3 (01:27:33):
I was gonna go with my next one. No, it's not.
Speaker 2 (01:27:37):
Serious. These are all Mark and Nick. Try to come
up with one food they sell from a cart at park.
Speaker 3 (01:27:50):
All right, the man who doesn't like to stupid? Yeah,
point the stupidity of others.
Speaker 1 (01:27:55):
No, I pointed out the fact. Actually to me, I
am on your side, the fact that none of those
things Hamburger should follow hot Dog. It should be the
next answer. No, I'm on your side here. I think
this is ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (01:28:08):
All right, Mark, I'm thinking pretzels, like the hot pretzels.
I'm thinking hot nuts. And the only reason I'm thinking
that is because New York They've got the cashews and
all the.
Speaker 3 (01:28:17):
Right and oil. But is that a park? Is New
York a park?
Speaker 2 (01:28:20):
Make Grand Central or not?
Speaker 4 (01:28:23):
Mark?
Speaker 1 (01:28:23):
Nick is taking way too.
Speaker 2 (01:28:24):
Much, Jos, Maybe go a pretzel?
Speaker 1 (01:28:28):
Nick, Okay, so you're going with Nicks Pretze. I'm gonna
be very annoyed if this is on here.
Speaker 2 (01:28:32):
I think isn'tzel is? These are big city answers. Is
pretzel on the list? Lemonade number three? No?
Speaker 1 (01:28:43):
Okay? So number one? I scream as we did in
the Hot Dog that he had pretzel, soft drink, water, chio, pizza,
Oh a churro guy.
Speaker 5 (01:28:51):

Dancing? Is it dancing? It's because I cooked dinner? Wow?
All right? But Toronto's they're a wild Do you want

a woman in the mood?
Speaker 8 (01:30:06):

Speaker 1 (01:30:09):

Speaker 6 (01:30:19):

Speaker 1 (01:30:20):

in the mood.
Speaker 2 (01:30:27):
Obviously it's not gonna work. But I don't know what
Michael can do. But how much this music? You set
the mood with the music?
Speaker 1 (01:30:34):
All right? Is it set the mood with the music?
My god? Right, I don't think anybody's getting anybody in
the we're not getting any moods altered tonight. Mark back

Speaker 1 (01:31:13):
Woman steel already.
Speaker 4 (01:31:16):
Carmen, I was thinking, by her flowers, take her on
a date, whisper sweet nothings.
Speaker 2 (01:31:24):
Je jewelry Man to Carmen, it's gonna be it's gonna
be your call for a tie to keep the wind.
Speaker 1 (01:31:33):
From going to Mark. It was the first one.
Speaker 3 (01:31:36):
Katy said, by her flowers, take her on a date.
Speaker 2 (01:31:39):
I'm gonna go with fire flowers.
Speaker 1 (01:31:40):
Okay? Is it by her flowers?
Speaker 9 (01:31:44):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (01:31:45):
Yes, work a note to Carmen's dude, don't bother with
the flower. Don't bother with flowers? Her house clear? So
kiss her was on the list?
Speaker 4 (01:32:00):
Strip Oh God, that's not doing any It's not attractive.
Speaker 1 (01:32:06):
You guys turned down the lights all of the things.
Speaker 3 (01:32:10):
We I think, God, you picked flowers, Carmen, because nothing else.
Speaker 4 (01:32:15):
There only should be one answer.
Speaker 3 (01:32:18):
What is the one answer.
Speaker 1 (01:32:21):
Clean your house, all right, market Carmen, this is our
tie break or ring in with your name if you've
got an answer. Name of fruit that you might eat
in the morning, Carmen, Carmen, Carmen. Name of fruit you
might eat in the morning, grapefruit? Is it grapefruit? Number
(01:32:41):
two answer Carmen. We can beat that, mark, or you
can beat that mark. Name of fruit you might eat
in the morning.
Speaker 4 (01:32:49):
Banana?
Speaker 1 (01:32:50):
Banana? Is it banana? Top answer is banana? Mark? Would
you like to play or pass? There are five more?
Speaker 3 (01:32:56):
I feel like this is very What time do you wake.
Speaker 1 (01:32:58):
Up in the morning. I think he's saying play, yeah,
all right, Mark, We go back to you. Name of
fruit you might eat in the morning?
Speaker 4 (01:33:06):
Orange?
Speaker 1 (01:33:07):
Orange? Number five answer orange. Nick Name of fruit you
might eat in the morning. You gotta keep that doctor
away the apple number four answer, nick or Mark, We
go back to you. Name of fruit you might eat
in the morning. Uh, killop. It's a kidleop. It is
candleop slash melon.
Speaker 4 (01:33:27):
I like candle ope in the morning. When I'm on
my cruises, I go to nick.
Speaker 2 (01:33:35):
Name of fruit you might eat in the morning strawberries
and sometimes they fan them out real nice on the
buffet and the little Strawberry and their white.
Speaker 11 (01:33:41):
Notes and.
Speaker 1 (01:33:42):
Strawberries. It's basically just name of fruit, strawberry or berry.
It's strawberry, okay, yep. The only one that had anything
generic attached to it was Candlope, which also had melon
attached to it. Back to you Mark for the final
answer on the board. You have no buzzes name or
fruit you might eat in the morning. Yeah, I gotta
(01:34:08):
buzzy there nick name of fruit you might eat in
the morning. Is that one strike? Yeah, that's one strike
and there's only one answer left going between two. We
just say something so I don't buzz you. Yeah, is
a great good answer. With the other one, it is
not grapes. We are back to you, Mark, final buzz available.
Speaker 3 (01:34:28):
Because this is the one I'm going with. If it's
a steal.
Speaker 1 (01:34:30):
Mark, what do you got?
Speaker 2 (01:34:35):
Oh you gotta have to yeah, okay, it's tough. There's
only so many fruits.
Speaker 1 (01:34:40):
That's okay. This adds to drama because now you do
have a chance to steal. Katie thinks she has one.
Nick nodded and in agreeance Carmine and Katie. You get
to talk amongst yourselves. Let's listen to you work this out.
Speaker 3 (01:34:53):
I was going to pineapple.
Speaker 5 (01:34:55):
Oh, I was gonna say blueberries.
Speaker 3 (01:34:57):
But you know what's so funny is my other thought
process was blueberries.
Speaker 1 (01:35:00):
They didn't have blueberry ahead to get, buttermilk.
Speaker 3 (01:35:02):
You could put blueberry in your cereal, yes, and your pancakes.
Speaker 1 (01:35:07):
Okay, go blueberries, Carmen, it's your decision. Name of fruit
you might eat in the morning for the wind. This
is tough. This is good. I'm gonna go with blueberries,
all right? Is it blueberries? I mean yes for us?
But oh no, I loved your logic. The final answer
was peachy.
Speaker 4 (01:35:26):
Well I'm glad it wasn't pineapple.
Speaker 1 (01:35:28):
Yeah, it all works out. This is good.
Speaker 3 (01:35:31):
I don't like peaches.
Speaker 1 (01:35:32):
Well, they're just fuzzy. It's just weird. For all right, Mark,
you're gonna go to home field Pubbin's Social. It's game
day any day, green Bays newest place to be, eat, drink,
swing like a pro, green Bays newest hang out, his
home field pubb and social title town district right in
the shadows of lambeau Field. Gift card for you, Carmen,
We appreciate you listening. Carbon have you booked the trip? God,
(01:35:56):
what's going on?
Speaker 3 (01:35:57):
What's what's the hold up?
Speaker 1 (01:35:58):
What's hold up? Her?
Speaker 5 (01:35:59):
Carmen, I know my husband has to clean my house.
Speaker 2 (01:36:02):
Yeah, there you go, and then you, dude, man, She
would shinely on top of the Chrysler building mark.
Speaker 1 (01:36:08):
Have you booked the trip?
Speaker 4 (01:36:09):
Thank you?
Speaker 1 (01:36:11):
Oh come on.
Speaker 2 (01:36:13):
That was one of the roles we just made up
for winning today.
Speaker 1 (01:36:17):
On a trip too. All right, stand by, we'll get
to your prize. Misconnection Wednesday. That is coming up at
about eight eleven, ninety five to nine kids A twenty
five nine kids up that morning. Totis Katie and Nick.
It looks like we got forty one northbound Little Rapids
left lane.
Speaker 2 (01:36:33):
Blocked due to a crash. So Little Rapids Road. This
is going to be in de Peer, in the Peer area.
Speaker 1 (01:36:41):
So forty one northbound left lane block two do crashes.
You're rolling into the de Peer area. It is kiss
FM Diddy getting sentenced on Friday. That is Friday, Okay, Yeah,
prosecutors are asking for the I thought this seemed low,
but then I forgot I should listen to Tony Bruski
(01:37:01):
when we talk on Tuesdays. He didn't get he didn't
get charged with as many of the things as I thought,
you didn't get hit, well.
Speaker 2 (01:37:08):
It didn't massive ones that would have tacked on more.
Speaker 1 (01:37:12):
And more and more. So they're asking for eleven years.
Speaker 2 (01:37:15):
Yeah, I think what was the max twenty with what
he got convicted of? Was it ten and ten? I
believe it was? Yeah, I think so.
Speaker 1 (01:37:23):
So, the prosecutors said. Obviously, the severity of the crime
huge factor. They note that he has shown no remorse.
Quote time and again, he has shown that he is
concerned only with his own power and control. Only a
significant term of imprisonment meted out in a substantial number
of years can effectively deter him and show future victims
(01:37:45):
that their abusers will be held accountable no matter their
wealth or fame. US Probation Department, good statement. So they've
recommended five to seven years. Did his attorneys are pushing
for fourteen months, which is essentially times or months. So
there's still a possibility of some drama coming here because
(01:38:06):
if they do give him, like let's say they give
him three years, he'd be out like a year, yeah,
with the time served or how's that gonna go with
the public, Because that's the thing. So you may say
that the trial only matters in the actual courtroom. But
that's not true if you then are let out, because
it does matter in the real world, because we're all yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:38:30):
And I know it's it's the carts before the horse
when you talk about if it's only a few years
or whatever. I would have a real hard time if
he got out and then we had concerts.
Speaker 1 (01:38:41):
And like, if he's touring, yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:38:44):
And people and he would hit the talk show circuit
and everyone would say, it's so great to have you.
Speaker 1 (01:38:48):
That's would they though, I don't think. I don't know.
Speaker 2 (01:38:51):
I don't know if because and this is the only
reason why I say that I don't know, and that
I wouldn't be shocked if truly that statement rings true.
And he's not, and he's not in a space of humility,
and he's not and none of that has happened, and
he's sort of doubling down on everything. I can absolutely
see it happening that he would get out and I'm
(01:39:11):
going on tour. I'm out.
Speaker 1 (01:39:13):
It's the diddies out tour. Jeez, you know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (01:39:17):
If I think if he had, you would people go
to that there would be people. That's what turns my stomach.
Speaker 1 (01:39:23):
Oh, and you know, there'd be some TV show, there'd
be some talk show, because I think most major platforms
would say, there's no way we're gonna have you on
unless we get to ask you whatever we want. And
he's his hand I'm speculating, would assume this is all speculation.
I would assume handlers would say, you can't ask about this, this,
and this, and places like your NBC's and your ABC's
(01:39:44):
and your foxes and your CNNs and your MSNs and
all the places that we either love or hate, depending
on what side we're on. Those places I think would
all say no. I think they'll be friends somebody. You're
gonna find somebody who's gonna go I'll take that interview.
Speaker 2 (01:39:57):
Yeah, and that's again, this is wild speculation based on
a sentence that hasn't even happened. I think I think
he would find the friendlies if if if it goes
as deeply as I as I think a lot of
people believe it does. And I'm sort of in that
camp too that there's a lot more to this.
Speaker 1 (01:40:13):
I think there's more.
Speaker 2 (01:40:14):
Yeah, if if it goes that deeply, there are friendlies
in the industry with whom he could Yeah, he could
get the word out and get get his get his
redemption arc started, and there will absolutely be powerful people
that would help him.
Speaker 3 (01:40:27):
I just if anyone makes money off of this, so
that would.
Speaker 1 (01:40:29):
Just make it.
Speaker 2 (01:40:30):
Doesn't it make you sick to think that that's worry?
I thought that statement was beautiful.
Speaker 1 (01:40:36):
But then why did they only ask him for eleven
years if they could get twenty? Like I've waited longer
for a door dash order, Like eleven years is not
very long. At this point, he's about two in.
Speaker 2 (01:40:49):
Yeah, should probably talk to your door dash guy first,
and that no, I agree. I think I think in
just that litigious culture and and when you're when you're
I don't want to say game, that's not so wrong,
but when you're playing this recommendation sentencing, it is a
little bit of a back and forth a chess match.
I think you try to ask for what you believe
(01:41:11):
you could get, and if you if you ask for twenty,
I don't think he was going to get twenty, And
so I think you look for that achievable goal, that
attainable number that you go this is a little more
than I think people might be leaning. And so we
try to you try to take where where you believe
it might land, and just eh, how about eleven. Turn
(01:41:31):
this one to the spinal tap, take it, take what
might be a niner, and how about we go for
eleven and get them just over the halfway midpoint of
what the maximum would have been. I think there's a
there's a statement within that statement, there's a they're saying
something in there.
Speaker 1 (01:41:47):
Well, we'll find out on Friday. Sentence scene happens Friday.
It is kiss a misconnection Wednesday, So we get to

nine Kiss FM. Haunted House Hay ride. Hi, I'm looking
for the beautiful female brunette I would say twenty six
years old or so, who was at the Haunted House
and hay Ride on Sunday the twenty eighth, at about
(01:42:50):
seven forty five pm. I was walking in front of you,
and you were walking with your two other friends, and
you were all discussing how you were always the third
wheel in these types of events. I was the male
wearing the black hat and the black hoodie. We were
standing in line waiting to board the hay Ride and
I heard you talking and I took a glimpse, and
You're the most gorgeously beautiful woman I have ever seen
(01:43:12):
in my life.
Speaker 1 (01:43:13):
I was struck. I can't stop thinking about you. I
was at a loss for words and remain so today.
I couldn't even think straight right then and there.
Speaker 2 (01:43:21):
I should have mustered up the courage to introduce myself
or spark some conversation, but I didn't, and looking back now,
I missed the opportunity. Truly a misconnection. I was alone,
like I usually am. I am not a third wheel, ever,
I'm more like the only wheel. So again, yes, I
was all alone, and I really regret not sparking up
a conversation. If memory serves me right, you were wearing
(01:43:44):
a dark blue stock car racing sweatshirt of some title.
We stood in line for a few minutes and then
rode separate hay rides. I on the first and you boarded,
which I believed to be was the second right of
the night.
Speaker 3 (01:43:54):
God, oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (01:43:56):
We once again met up at the start of that
jail break area inside the haunted house. There I again
laid eyes on you in your beautiful self, and regrettably
said nothing. One of the deceased guards jokingly called me
a tough guy because of the stance I happened to
be maintaining at the time. I had both of my
hands on my hips waiting to enter the jail area.
(01:44:17):
I again was when the first group to enter, and
I believe you were probably in the second group to
enter here. I am hoping this message finds you. I
hope it does. Please use Craigslist email service and I
will get in contact with you and make this right
if you remember me and feel like it, replied back, and.
Speaker 3 (01:44:35):

see if they can get me in for that hr
screening early so I can get to the pig.
Speaker 1 (01:45:20):
People ask me what I'm doing. What are you doing?

brown hair, but I've only seen you a couple of times.

the gray blue towel, and I'm kind of in the
(01:46:04):
rear of the class, usually on Monday nights. I feel
like we trade glances here and there, but hopefully that's
not inconsiderate to say or in this case do. A
few weeks ago, I could feel as really eyeing each
other in the parking lot after finishing class. No expectations.
I would just genuinely love to know more about you.
Speaker 4 (01:46:26):

way too much control with Katie in the room. I
think she ought to be in control.
Speaker 3 (01:49:58):
I appreciate that.
Speaker 1 (01:50:00):
She got my vote. I don't think she'd want it.
I don't want it.
Speaker 7 (01:50:03):
Actually, that's exactly we buy more advertising if you were
in control.
Speaker 2 (01:50:06):
Oh this changes things.
Speaker 3 (01:50:08):
I will take it.
Speaker 1 (01:50:09):
This changes a lot, This changes everything.
Speaker 3 (01:50:12):
Do you know what comes with great power?
Speaker 1 (01:50:15):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (01:50:15):
Yeah, responsib I do not want that.
Speaker 7 (01:50:19):
That just scares me thinking that Otis has all that responsibility.
I love your shirt today, by the way.
Speaker 1 (01:50:23):
Thank you very much.
Speaker 11 (01:50:25):
On you smaller than normal too.
Speaker 1 (01:50:27):
I yes, I'm back. I've shrunk back into shirts I
haven't been able to wear in a few years. So
it's nice to kind of break out my old wardrobe
again as though it's new. Congratulations.
Speaker 2 (01:50:35):
This is why you hang on to clothes. To hear
all these people here have never seen these shirts. You
guys are like, oh, I'm watching what you wore ten
years ago. It's my costume box theory. You always hang
on to every piece of clothing that you have because
eventually you might want to wear it again. You get
invited to an eighties party. I got all my eighties clothes.
Speaker 11 (01:50:52):
So how long have you owned those crutches?
Speaker 1 (01:50:54):
This has been fifth week week five, so you.
Speaker 11 (01:50:56):
Haven't held on the crutches from other injuries or.
Speaker 2 (01:50:59):
No, it's funny. I had crutches from when I broke
my foot like eighteen years ago, and the foam pad
on top is so disintegrated on him that I was like,
I don't think this is safe. So no, I took
the hospital issued newbies. We're all good five.
Speaker 11 (01:51:13):
Weeks just getting old? Huh is that what's happening?
Speaker 1 (01:51:16):
No, yes, I mean yeah, well I think for you guys,
it is more.
Speaker 3 (01:51:19):
No, he's saying the injury is from you getting old.
Speaker 2 (01:51:22):
Oh I thought you meant, is it getting old on
the crutches? It's literally an old person injury? Since it's
uh it it there is. No. I wasn't saving a child.
I didn't grab a drowning puppy. I didn't do anything heroic.
I wasn't dunking or doing anything stupid. It just literally
it's like, oh, well, you're right in that window. And
I was like, what is that window? And he's, oh,
thirty five to fifty we see a lot of And
(01:51:43):
I was like, okay, well so.
Speaker 11 (01:51:45):
You're in the end of the window.
Speaker 2 (01:51:46):
I'm in. I'm in the not special. You're just a
hold so we're at the very end of that window.
Speaker 7 (01:51:52):
Just for the record, Yes, and I have to describe
one thing when he said getting old for maybe you guys,
it was amazing he celebrated because he actually picks something
up off the floor and moved off his chair by
all of what two inches?
Speaker 11 (01:52:05):
Yeah, and he's like, look at me, I did something
without your house.
Speaker 6 (01:52:07):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (01:52:08):
I took a video yesterday and me standing in the
kitchen like full full, just standing at a counter, and
I send it to my family. I'm like, here we go,
we're doing it. I'm on two feet.
Speaker 1 (01:52:18):
Well, I can't hear. We can't see your eyes. Yes, yes,
this is great. Eddie's eyes are fantastic sending for this progress.
Speaker 2 (01:52:25):
Well you don't you also, No, No, we have to
hear these stories over and over.
Speaker 1 (01:52:29):
Every day, and we hear them changing by change. The
story is the same. They just he adds more words
each time, because when you tell a story, you get
better every time you tell it. So by this like
everybody needs. By the sixth time we've heard it, and
it's like he's begging for people to ask. He's just waiting.
Speaker 4 (01:52:46):
Yeah, oh, Pandora's box, tell enough about us.
Speaker 2 (01:52:52):
Try for a cube. But they can't see you. I'm
just enjoying this look, but they can see you. Who's
going to be with us this weekend?
Speaker 1 (01:52:58):
And Eddie out of Friday morning? Oh my god, he's
a short star and we love Yea. You don't say
anything bad about Eddie.
Speaker 2 (01:53:09):
No, I was thinking I have no problem with Eddie.
Had a problem with you guys bailing on it. It's
a good cause, I believe it's it's going to beautiful
weather storing our show. Tim, you can do your show there.
Speaker 1 (01:53:20):
We can be fun. I want to just pack up
at eight o'clock and say, guys, sorry, we're gonna pause
for twenty five minutes as we drive.
Speaker 2 (01:53:26):
You can sit here and have all the responsibility.
Speaker 1 (01:53:30):
So you just went Katie out there, and Nick, we'll
bring you a scooter.
Speaker 2 (01:53:36):
Do you even need me?
Speaker 1 (01:53:37):
And we have a.
Speaker 11 (01:53:38):
Golf cart out there for you?
Speaker 2 (01:53:39):
And how good is this interview going to go if
you don't have me to control the board?
Speaker 1 (01:53:43):
Tim?
Speaker 6 (01:53:44):
Huh?
Speaker 7 (01:53:46):
Yes, all right, well let's talk about why we're here.
That's probably the right thing to do. I like all
the pinking on you. It looks good.
Speaker 4 (01:53:54):
Oh, you definitely bring us all the swag and we
love you for it.
Speaker 1 (01:53:58):
I love your hat, yes times. But I love the
pink ones.
Speaker 11 (01:54:02):
Pinkers are looking good this year.
Speaker 7 (01:54:03):
They're on point or something that we got the drip
or the riz going on.
Speaker 11 (01:54:08):
The point, on point, on point.
Speaker 4 (01:54:10):
That one's not cringey like like we as older people
can say on point yeah, and it tracked like your tracks.
Speaker 11 (01:54:17):
Six seven yeah. But they can't see you doing it.
Speaker 3 (01:54:23):
That doesn't matter.
Speaker 1 (01:54:24):
They can hear it. I'm really uncomfortable.
Speaker 4 (01:54:28):
I like six, you know you.
Speaker 3 (01:54:33):
Need to do this.
Speaker 1 (01:54:33):
I've started doing this and Brody gets really upset. I
can't wait to see you. No.
Speaker 4 (01:54:37):
You just start saying numbers and I'm like, I'll be
like eight, nine yeah. And then and then tell him
that he saw it on TikTok and you he thinks
you're ahead of him. And he gets really mad because
the other day I started saying four one and I go,
I know what it means and he's like what, And
I guess it is something.
Speaker 2 (01:54:54):
It is the news, yeah, seriously, like the old for
one one, yeah, you lop off the other one. This
is actually the upside down, Tim. There's a guy named Sam.
Speaker 1 (01:55:09):
He's a teacher and he makes up slang words to
his middle schoolers and he tells them that they're from
his high school kids. And he goes on TikTok and
and reels and he does these and he makes up
really good words so you're not off.
Speaker 11 (01:55:22):
And they just continue like it. It's hunt like, where
is Sam from?
Speaker 1 (01:55:27):
I he's a teacher somewhere. We had We listened to
him last year a little bit. But he's got a
whole TikTok series where he just makes up slang words,
so you can totally make things up if you want.
Speaker 7 (01:55:37):
I'm not making things up when I'm still trying to
figure out what's going on with your microphone.
Speaker 2 (01:55:44):
Does that make you feel better? It feels so much better.
It makes me feel so much better. Tim you're you're
doing Drive for a Cure. You do realize I have
a meeting right after this. I'm trying not to get
to I understand, but if you want me to play
your commercials in the break, I'm gonna have to get
to it.
Speaker 1 (01:56:01):
Oh yeah, let's go, let's go. So No, I want
to talk about this because this is such a great
event and O preast cancer was a big part of
unfortunately a big part of my life with my mom
is it's a big part of many people's lives.
Speaker 11 (01:56:13):
One in eight women have to go through it, right, and.
Speaker 1 (01:56:15):
So this such a big thing you guys.
Speaker 7 (01:56:17):
Do every man have to go through it too? Yeah,
we don't talk about it a little much. But and
this is a big month for cancer in general. You
know how the critical catch or whatever they call for it,
this is this is the month where they really focus
on it. So that's why we moved to this event.
We've been doing this event for like twenty years. We
moved it now to October. And when we first moved
(01:56:38):
it here, everybody's cold and freezing out there. We're handing
out gloves and thanks to global warming or whatever's going on.
Speaker 11 (01:56:45):
It's going to be beautiful this weekend.
Speaker 1 (01:56:47):
Literally, it's going to be wonderful.
Speaker 7 (01:56:48):
We always put it at the beginning of the month
now and we jumped it just a little bit for Madison,
So we did Madison last weekend. It was fantastic, So
we're excited about it again this week.
Speaker 1 (01:56:58):
So for those of you who've never done it or
just aren't sure what we're talking about, so Drive for
a Cure is where you get to go to Berg Shipman. Basically,
you get to drive a whole bunch of the really
really great vehicles. Yeah, a little test drive vehicle. No,
I wanted to experience them. I drove a jag the
I think my first year.
Speaker 2 (01:57:15):
I was like, this is that?
Speaker 11 (01:57:16):
That was before we checked insurance cards.
Speaker 7 (01:57:18):
I know, I know, I don't. Actually we don't. I'm kidding.
You just have to have a driver's license and be eighteen.
Speaker 1 (01:57:23):
Yeah. So, but what for every mile driven, you guys
are going to donate one dollar to the Medical College
of Wisconsin breast cancer research programs. So what you're actually
hoping people do is come out and drive a whole
lot because you want to donate a whole lot of money.
Speaker 7 (01:57:37):
Yeah, we're almost up to seven hundred thousand dollars raish.
Speaker 1 (01:57:40):
Really, Yeah, that's amazing.
Speaker 7 (01:57:41):
All the money stays here right in the state. So
the money we raised in Madison goes to the medical
research in Madison and then medical research in Milwaukee. At
the Medical College in Wisconsin is the ones from up here.
Speaker 4 (01:57:56):
So I followed your Madison event last week on your
soul Oh good, And I was dying though, because I
was like, Eddie, why aren't you out there?
Speaker 1 (01:58:03):
Because I didn't realize it was Madison, and.
Speaker 3 (01:58:07):
He was like, did I have the wrong date?
Speaker 1 (01:58:08):
And I go, I don't know what.
Speaker 3 (01:58:09):
You get out there, Get out there, just get there.
Speaker 1 (01:58:11):
Now there's there's a lot of people that why.
Speaker 11 (01:58:13):
Did you just sound like a uper Get out there?
Speaker 1 (01:58:15):
Did you hear that? Get out?
Speaker 2 (01:58:16):
Are you? Are you?
Speaker 6 (01:58:18):
I know.
Speaker 1 (01:58:20):
When I'm very passionate.
Speaker 3 (01:58:22):
For some reason, I get accent.
Speaker 1 (01:58:24):
Yeah here after a packers lost.
Speaker 3 (01:58:25):
Yeah, yeah, the bag.
Speaker 4 (01:58:27):
I can't say packers after a packer's tie.
Speaker 2 (01:58:32):
We're not going there. But let's talk about the facts,
all right. So Friday nine to three, come on out.
It's in Apple, Yeah, Appleton, I got that right.
Speaker 7 (01:58:41):
Yeah, at Victory Lane where we have like twenty different brands.
So just plug in the Lexus store, Masa store. As
soon as you show up, you'll see a lot of pink.
Go to where all the pink is and we have
pink shirts for free. We have beads, uh, sunglasses. I
don't know how sucks.
Speaker 11 (01:59:00):
It's the whole works. It's it's a free experience.
Speaker 7 (01:59:02):
Raffles stuff that's been signed by those packers that. Yeah,
this is kind of fun. We've on contract. Now we've
got Golden Coach and Jordan's and now we got Micuy,
So do you really.
Speaker 5 (01:59:18):
So?
Speaker 7 (01:59:19):
But he didn't sign anything stuff yet. We haven't gotten
together that work. But the others don't jump. You never know,
you never know, But I don't know. I like to
start rumors.
Speaker 1 (01:59:30):
I don't think that's a good rum to start. If
you want.
Speaker 4 (01:59:33):
Somebody who heard, there's somebody who heard from somebody.
Speaker 3 (01:59:36):
Yeah, but I can't confirm it in.
Speaker 2 (01:59:39):
All you have to say is I don't know if
it's true. That's what that's what I heard, that's what
you're good.
Speaker 1 (01:59:44):
I'm not going to say that.
Speaker 7 (01:59:45):
I'm not going to say that for you, but I
tell you I do know for a fact that I
have heard that there's free Glizzies and free brats and
free burgers and free water, yes, and every car you
can think of.
Speaker 2 (02:00:00):
And then on Saturdays it's Friday, an said, And Saturday we.
Speaker 7 (02:00:03):
Do it again from nine to three, but we go
up to Green Bay and do it at the Mazda, Buick,
GMC and Cadillac on Taylor Drive. And then in Oshkosh
we do it where there's the Import stores. If you
exit on Highway sixteen, there read across from EAA where
it's VW and Toyota and Honda. But we have all
the makes and models at these events.
Speaker 1 (02:00:24):
So if for some reason you can't make it and
you still want to do some good, you can because
for every new like on the Berksham Bottom Motive Facebook,
Instagram and now LinkedIn pages you added, you're gonna do
five dollars to the cost. Now it has to be
a new like. You can't do what I've tried to
do in the past, which is unlike and then re like.
That doesn't work. It has to be a new like,
(02:00:45):
so don't unlike them just to try to get the.
Speaker 4 (02:00:47):
New like it.
Speaker 7 (02:00:48):
What we did is we took all the likes as
of today. Yep, it's already been locked in, so you
can start early if you want. And all the additional
likes we get on those pages, not on the post,
but the actual page is where the donations be there.
Speaker 1 (02:01:04):
It's like.
Speaker 7 (02:01:08):
We've been trying not to do TikTok, but I guess
we're going into the world of TikTok.
Speaker 3 (02:01:12):
Now lean into it.
Speaker 1 (02:01:14):
I want to get I would because my my daughter
is you know, the twenty three she's bought a car,
so she's in that age group and when they're shopping
for cars, unfortunately, that is where they're going to go.
So you might as well have some of your crew
up there doing stuff.
Speaker 11 (02:01:27):
So we're we're working on that stuff.
Speaker 1 (02:01:29):
That first stick can be are you here.
Speaker 2 (02:01:34):
I'm going to invite you over to give us all
the things we need to know to do.
Speaker 11 (02:01:38):
Yes, I'll come on the board for you. Do that.
Speaker 2 (02:01:42):
Just don't just don't bring that microphone cover. If you
break one more time, I'm trying to make sure it's
not here next time i'm here.
Speaker 1 (02:01:49):
Okay, don't worry, it won't be you. I'm going to
take a picture out there right now to get rid
of it.
Speaker 11 (02:01:55):
I'm going to send a picture of it to your wife.
Speaker 1 (02:01:58):
I'm gonna be look at this thing in trouble. We
have to work on hygiene. A drive for a cure
with Bergstrom. Go see all the people and drive the
really cool We have a lot of fun. The weather's
gonna be amazing. It's Friday and it's Saturday. Both the
Appleton Oshkosh and Green Bay we had electric cars. If
you've never driven electric cars, Torque, you're gonna love it.
(02:02:20):
People who think that they are look cars way do
you feel how fast that thing takes off a phenomenal face?
Speaker 7 (02:02:27):
So I think we have to put like a camera
in here that people can actually watch this.
Speaker 1 (02:02:32):
What do you what do you call? Yeah, it's just
a live feed.
Speaker 11 (02:02:35):
That's just always live streaming, is there?
Speaker 1 (02:02:37):
Miss? That was a that was a heck of a face.
Thank you, Tim, that.
Speaker 11 (02:02:41):
That was more than success.
Speaker 1 (02:02:42):
We will see you drive the cure this weekend with Berg.
It's ninety five Toja Cat Jealous Side for ninety five
nine Kids FM Morning Ztis Katie and Nick dis You
see the Wheel of Fortune winner biggest, really really cool,
biggest winner in history last night Christina Deverganeic I think
(02:03:03):
from Stanford, Connecticut. H She literally you saw her face
when she knew what it was, and it was well
before Ryan was done with his spiel. As soon as
she got her second i think her second or third
seed put up there on the board, her face said,
I'm gonna win living things.
Speaker 3 (02:03:23):
That is the category.
Speaker 1 (02:03:24):
Christina staring at me, good.
Speaker 2 (02:03:26):
Luck, pack of coyotes, Christina work, you just w.
Speaker 1 (02:03:36):
It was yeah, And and her her boss is there.
Speaker 2 (02:03:42):
They bring the boss out and I mean just ear
to ear smiles.
Speaker 1 (02:03:47):
I mean, it was so it was so cool. That
was a really cool moment. Her total, so she's the
fourth to win a million on the show, but her
total puts her the biggest grand total ever on Wheel
of Fortune one thousand or one million in thirty five,
one hundred and fifty five dollars. She was awesome. Yeah,
that was incredible.
Speaker 2 (02:04:05):
Yeah, that is. That was really cool. That was It
was like genuinely heartwarming. We're like, yeah, that was awesome.
Speaker 1 (02:04:10):
Yeah, it is.
Speaker 2 (02:04:12):
He's doing the circuit too. Now she's on Good Morning
America this morning and all the play.
Speaker 1 (02:04:16):
And she's very nice, she's young, she's exactly what you
want to. It gives Wheel of Fortune what they need,
I think, which is a little jolt of hey, it's
not just all old people watching it. That's true.
Speaker 2 (02:04:25):
I thought the same thing with with her and with Seacrests. Yeah,
which is just kind of the new the reiteration of
the program and a little younger, a little more energy. Yeah,
and it was great. It was really good.
Speaker 1 (02:04:36):
What did you learn today?
Speaker 2 (02:04:37):
Yeah, Foam parties and Oda's Day Alive, piece of coat,
they go together. That is that the way your two
hands went up in the air, like when she announced
there will be at least one phone party.
Speaker 1 (02:04:54):
During our time in Cancuda. Because so my first all
inclusive ever was with Melinda And when they did foam Party,
we were in the pool. We didn't even know what
was coming, and they did foam Party, and all of
a sudden, I'm in the middle of this big foam See,
you can't see anything. The music is blaring. I've got
a cocktail in my hand, and I remember going, this
is the greatest day.
Speaker 2 (02:05:15):
If I like it takes you back to like when
the fire departments come and they foam it up for
the kids and they're all running around. It does turns
your Nick.
Speaker 3 (02:05:23):
What you learn today, I'm flopping it.
Speaker 1 (02:05:25):
Flopping it is good.
Speaker 3 (02:05:26):
It's a great new term.
Speaker 1 (02:05:28):
I mean, yeah, it's worthy, flopping it. I think we've
added under one to our vernacular. One percent I learned,
and I did not know this until today. Nick thinks
cookies are great. Yes, wow, yeah, cookie cook No idea, Nick,
cookies are so good.
Speaker 2 (02:05:47):
Misspeaking your home for otis Katie and Nick fisky Is
kiss Ff enjoying the show
