È uno strumento che, sebbene noto a tutti noi, spesso viene sottovalutato nelle sue potenzialità strategiche.
“La Giornata del Manager”. Dai Soldi ai Soldi… Produzione e Finanza, ma vi mettete d’accordo? Esempi concreti… Costi e Processi in produzione, cosa ci trovi, quali sono le difficoltà, soluzioni concrete di successo. La dashboard, il pannello di controllo, lo condividi con l’altro pilota? O andiamo a sbattere? Per risparmiare, che fai? Gestisci o licenzi? Costi standard, Cost Accounting? Ce l’hai? E Che Ci fai? Ma li fai? E i prezzi come li fai? E dei soldi, che ne fai? (ispirato a Rino Gaetano) Questioni serie, ma vogliamo provare a parlarne in modo scanzonato. L'idea di base che ho seguito è stata: Partire dai luoghi comuni di un CFO per portarlo a considerare altre prospettive e fargli capire alcune logiche di produzione, e l'impatto della collaborazione tra CFO e produzione per la scheda prezzo.
