Gaurav Valani

Gaurav Valani is an Entrepreneur, and the Founder of CareerSprout which is an executive career coaching company that helps US-based senior-level professionals in tech land $200k to $500k+ job offers. Since its inception, CareerSprout has directly helped over 875+ clients achieve this through their 1-on-1 Concierge Coaching program. Prior to CareerSprout, Gaurav served as one of one of the youngest executives of a publicly-traded company as a VP of Global Talent Acquisition for Overstock.com + tZERO. He also was one of the Co-Founders of TrueBridge Resources, which was a staffing agency that he and his business partners started in 2012 and grew to $72M in revenue prior to its acquisition in 2016. He's most proud of being a father to his two children Sai (pronounced Cy) and Jiya (pronounced Gia) and husband to his wife, Nirali.
