Like Kadano, blockchain has hit a million transactions peryer second.
This is thanks to the Doom tournament running on Hydra.
I was live online trying to play the game myself
and I watched the transactions here go over one million,
twenty seven and thirty one transactions per second. This is
all thanks to Hydra and the Doom game running on

it at the moment, which is a demo game that
they all set up for a tournament, and all thanks
to Hydra, this is now possible. The Hydra solution had
come under a lot of criticism, people wondering where it is,
when are we going to see this mythical one million
transactions per a second, and it has finally happened. Let
me play this clip of the guys here. I think

there are all over in bonus areas at the moment,
or the devs, and they're just waiting and watching the
transaction count here. This is their Graffama dashboard counting their
transactions here, and they're just hitting the refresh to watch
it go over a million. Let me just play this

There we go one million transactions per a second. So
congratulations to all the devs that made this possible, Adam
Dean Pie, Josh, the team from Tacks, Pipe, Sarah Trim
and Carve from Drip Drops as well. This is like
an amazing milestone that the Cadna ecosystem has been waiting
for and to really showcase and to put all that

fud to sleep. Cardano is a scalable blockchain now and
with this L two on Hydra, it brings it to
a whole new level. So this is really exciting stuff.
Now we've just got to see more adapts adopt it
as well and start building on Hydra itself. There's a
lot of catalyst proposals out there, a lot of projects
that are making the tooling to make it a lot

easier to build on Hydra and I'll put links down
below for you guys, so if you are voting in
Project Catalysts from thirteen, you can support those Hydra proposals
and bring this to speed a lot quicker for a
lot of the projects out there. Now, what you can
see here is a visualization of the transactions going through
the Hydra heads for this Doom tournament at the moment.

The transactions are a little bit low at the moment
tach ony four hundred transactions, but that's because it is
nighttime in the US and in the European time zones
where a majority of people were playing this, and right
now it's just late afternoon in Australia, so hence I'm
online recording this and visualizing it for myself. But you

can see here the amount of transactions that've gone through
at the moment, how many cures per minute, active players
right now, active games at the moment as well, So
there's still a lot of people going online and playing
the game and making all these transactions. And this is
all because of this particular tournament. So if you miss
this is the tournament details here. It's your chance to

win up to one hundred thousand USDM in prizes, including
ten USDM for the first five thousand people to reach
their quiet achievements. Now you had to go through I've
got all the documentation here, but there's a couple of
rounds around where I started at three pm GMT and
ended at five PMGMT. So if you missed that round,

you didn't quite qualify for it, but you had to
score at least twenty five frags and play a total
fifteen minutes, so they did have some rules there. I'll
put it down below if you want to have a
look at that. It's not really relevant anymore. But you
can also see the scoreboard, and this is a visualization
that the drip Drops team did for the rewards engine
so they could record all the transactions, all the wallets

that connected, all the counts that connected to it, and
see how many kills they got through the platform itself.
So you can see some players here top ranking Food
of the Fallen as on one hundred and ninety three kills,
so insane numbers. If you do look me up here,
let me just pull up my name. I got twenty eight. Yeah,

so I had to play quite a lot more, I
think to catch up to some of these kills. So
I didn't quite make it to the top top ranked
players there, but hey, at least I gave it a go.

Candano wallet or one of your social accounts. Then create

a brand new g or joining exist the game if
you have friends out there. If you create a new game,
it'll give you a little URL that you can share
out and other people can join that game. So it's
a great way to participate in. This doesn't cost you anything,
and you can see the transactions go ballistic on what
hydro scaling can do for Cardano. Now, all this Doom
hype and this million transactions per second is all happening

while the Kardano Constitutional Convention is also happening. So delegates
from all around the world have come together and now
contributing to Kadana's constitution and how the chain will govern
itself in the future. We have delegates in the Robi,
have delegates in Bonus Ares, and this is just day one,
so this will end on Friday later this week, and
(05:41):
we should see a lot of collaboration here and the
final signing of the Cadano Constitution. So this is really
big stuff. The Godano blockchain is becoming decentralized and putting
the chain into the hands of its community members itself.

So I really wish I could have been there, but
it looks like an absolutely awesome event, and this is
seriously history in the making. All the people here at
these two particular locations will be witnessing and being a
part of this milestone for the Cadata ecosystem, bringing on

chain governance and putting the Candano blockchain into the hands
of the community. Unfortunately, not all of us can attend
this constitutional convention, but it is being streamed online. You

The Burden
The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary.
