up at six in the morning forwork, but on weekends I like to

I find it really hard to getup in the morning without it. I

but sometimes I run short on time. What do you usually have for
breakfast? I typically have coffee orsomething like toast with jam or fruit.
I also drink coffee, and Iprefer something with protein like eggs or yogurt
with granola. Do you enjoy coffee? How do you like it? I

love coffee. I take it witha bit of milk and no sugar.
How about you, Yes, Ilike coffee as well. I drink it
black, no milk or sugar.Have you ever overslept and been late for
work? Yes, it happened tome a couple of times. That's why

but I try to be punctual.What's the ambience in your bedroom when
you wake up. I like tohave the room dark and call for a
good night's sleep. When I wakeup, I open the windows to let
the light and fresh air. Ialso like the room dark and cool.
It helps me to sleep better atnight. Do you have any morning rituals

or customs. Yes. I alwaystake a moment to stretch before starting the
day. It helps me to relaxmy muscles and get ready for I also
have a morning stretching routine. Ithelps to wake up with the muscles and
