was on Brian Keating his YouTube channel. Keating is a
noted skeptic and Gary Nolan has some choice words little
sarcasm for this interview. Thanks for being here, they said,

He reposts with a quote, if true, I am excited
to run with the possibilities. What he's talking about is
the upgrade to GPT Open AIS Project Strawberry. So Gary
is responding to I Rule the world MO. In reference

to Project Strawberry, they say, rushed a little, but will
refine and add some more info I've been given. If
it bangs, think of Project Strawberry as an LM fine
tuned to reason like a human. Says, you have huge models, Sora, voice, video,
and allegedly a lot of safety involved with it. But

it's a very powerful upgrade to CHATGBT, essentially Chat GPT
five called Strawberry. So here are five key points summarizing
the document related to artificial general intelligence and open AI.
Arctic Strawberry QStar is a new AI development at OpenAI

called Strawberry. It's showing breakthrough reason capabilities similar to human thinking.
The upcoming model releases a major upgrade to GPT four,
possibly referred to as GPT X or GBT five. It's imminent.
This model represents a substantial leap in AI capabilities, comparable
to the jump from GPT three two GPT four, and

is expected to have transformative impacts. Despite the advancements, there
are significant challenges in making these new models safe. The
potential for misuse is high and the ability to manipulate voice,
video and even influence global events, raising concerns about releasing
such powerful technology. This is where you can have the
deep bakes, where you can have videos people sounds exactly

like them. Just create it. Anybody can create it, so
it seems very powerful. The rollout of advanced voice models
is proving expensive and difficult, particularly and ensuring safety. These
models could enable realistic deepbate videos and other highly disruptive capabilities. Finally,
strategic hype and launch open Ai strategically generating hype around

the launch of Strawberry, which they believe will be a
game changer. The team is confident that this technology, combined
with scaling good solve major global issues. And let's see
why Gary is excited about this. So this is a
reply to Gary's post from Ted Werbel. I'm excited to
see how folks like yourself integrate this into scientific study
and research. I think we'll quickly get to a point

where you can feed a tool like this a few
research papers with some abstract thoughts or instructions to identify
parallels between the papers to help make forward progress in
a particular domain of science. Not only that this new
tool will be able to at tendously access the Internet,
so you could just say, go in research about a topic,

(04:05):
then recursively feed more papers thought provoking questions and ideas
to keep exploring reasoning about a problem space. Kind of
like a human assisted Monte Carlo tresearch driven process where
you can also go back to previous parts of the
discussion to avoid going deep into ineffective tangents. Gary replies, Yeah,

(04:26):
even with the dumb large language models we have today,
with some of our own designed chain of thought, it's
doing remarkable inferences. It can do six months of research
with raw data, pulling unexpected relationships from the literature, give context,
come back in two hours, and it gives me an
expert interns total McKenzie style analysis of the data, absent

(04:48):
the mackenzie cost basis headhead. So right there, Gary saying
it can do six months of research in less than
two hours, and by the way, it's free, so absent
the McKinsey cost basis. Reply from Tracy, Gary, this is
exactly how I've been using it in renewable fuels, critical materials,

biomass metals. It's already a superpower, but I still think
that as in the whole is the mind that is
using all of it, and so what's next feels pretty
exciting for a few of us who will know what
to do with it. Gary agrees, I was advising some
young teenage relatives over coffee last night exactly that I
can see drinking coffee at night. I told them I
don't know what jobs in the future will be, right,

but one thing I do know is that learning how
to learn and expert knowledge of how to use whatever
we are going to be calling AI and the near
future is essential to writing the chaos wave that's coming.
Okay now, Gary gives an update on the UAP materials
that they've been studying. Paul Eyer asks what's happening with

the materials? It feels like we need answers quick, so
Gary gives an update here. He says lots is happening
with the UAP materials. A minor update on Council Bluffs
will in a film, apparently, I'm guessing this year. I've
heard rumors of two films coming out, documentaries. Gary continues,
I'm working with potential donors. I'm funding for more analysis.

(06:11):
Remember I paid up my own pocket or limited donor
funds fifty thousand dollars and about one hundred and fifty
thousand for analysis of a few materials that Jacques Valley
hindly donated. I presented a lot of the early data
at the Sole conference, so I've covered that video. Gary
analyzed it at the atomic level. Quite interesting. Gary continues, Meanwhile,

I've been busy with my day job on cancer, working
with my students and postdocs on their immunology projects. To
be clear, while some of the materials I have are
unusual insofar as pure beyond the level required for mundane
terrestrial purposes, nothing I have is clearly non human intelligence.
So that level, why would someone create that material just

(06:53):
for mundane terrestrial purposes? But other than that, he has
nothing to show that it's clearly nhi. Gary continues, it's
just raw data and methods I want to get out there,
something for instance, Arrow won't do. And why they are
not a legitimate source of conclusions. Oh interesting, So Gary
says here that Arrow is not a legitimate source of conclusions.

(07:14):
So Arrow went through Oakridge Laboratories and they said that
the recent specimen was terrestrial. It wasn't a business Tarot
Hurts waveguide essentially, but Gary's saying here that because ARO
will not get out the raw data and the methods
they used, they're not a legitimate source of conclusions finding.

(07:39):
Gary gives an update on the spheres, right, those ten
inch across metal spheres. Everyone speaks. He says, I am
not convinced the chain of evidence makes them Yet worth
the money and time. So the chain of evidence, meaning
he doesn't trust the chain of evidence. It sounds like
that doesn't make Yet worth the time and money. That

(07:59):
doesn't I mean I've dismissed them. It's just that I
moved them down on my priority list. If I suddenly
had ten million dollars, I would be able to hire
the needed people and fund through the Soul Foundation. That's
the nonprofit Gary started with Peter Scaffish and David Grush.
So interesting updates. We will have more data coming out

(08:20):
about the material analysis that council bluffs in a film.
Other than that, Gary wants to get out the raw
data and methods, so we should see that coming out,
guessing in the next several months. The metal spheres, unfortunately,
have moved down his priority list based on funding, it
looks like, and Gary definitely lets his opinion known about
AERO as not being a legitimate source of any sort

of conclusions on UAPs. That continues, So Gary also replied
to a post by Professor Brian Keating. Keating has a
YouTube channel and actually had Sean Kirkpatrick, retired AERO director
who still out there going on podcasts, et cetera, saying
there's no NHI and here he was coming on the

Brian Keating podcast. So Brian Keating says, the difference between
scientific investigation and intelligence tradecraft is very thin. Is it
really seems like intelligence tradecraft should be kept separate from
scientific investigation as and I guess, Brian Keating says, continues
learn more about intelligence and the hunt for aliens in

(09:27):
my interview with the US government's former UFO hunter Sean Kirkpatrick.
Lincoln reply, I don't think Sean Kirkpatrick is a UFO hunter.
He's more of a UFO de bonker, if you will,
special skeptic for the government. So Gary replies to the post,
I guess because I'm not hunting for aliens, this podcast
doesn't apply to me. Good because I have better things

to do. Gary continues, I'm frankly shocked that doctor Hare,
Professor Keating is wasting his time hunting aliens. We all
know it's ridiculous. Not a shred of data whatsoever that's interesting,

looking for bacterial gas production or em signatures of technology
that aliens stop using eons ago. That way, we are
never asked to provide definitive proof, just evidence, but we
can get endless grants from NSF and titillate the mainstream
press and write books. So some great sarcastic trollery from
Gary Nolan to Brian Keating, just in case you didn't

know Sarcasmy replies. So Roger Hunt writes, zero eyewitnesses. I'm surprised, Gary,
this appears to dismiss high ranking military pilots have gone
before Congress. Nevertheless, I do agree that science is the
way forward, unless, of course, we get a landing. Gary replies,
I am being sarcastic, good friend. My post is dripping
with it, and this is a direct quote think to
Patrick Bruns from Sean M. Kirkpatrick. Kirkpatrick says in that interview,

(11:00):
the American public does not have the right to any
classified data. Doesn't that say everything about the rest of
what he says? Of course, he would lie the name
of mass security and still see himself as a patriot.
This is because scientific investigation and intelligence tradecraft should be separate.
But as we see here, this is from the US

(11:20):
government's top UFO hunter. The American public does not have
the right to any classified data, even though we funded
all of it, didn't we? But I think we won't
need the government's data. Right if it's true and the
phenomenon is really interdimensional aliens or whatever it is, non
human intelligence, If it's really here, as argued by thousands

(11:43):
of experiencers, including Gary Nolan, then it looks like we
are very close to having an AGI solution through Strawberry,
or at least a powerful enough solution that people like
Gary Nolan's scientist can separate the tradecraft from the scientific
investigation and run with the possibilities now to provide actual evidence,

(12:04):
statistical evidence, find the answer, to get the real answer
of the phenomenon? Can we get it? I think AGI
will actually lead us in that direction. Sounds like we'll
have actual AGI in less than six months. That means
we will have an answer to the phenomena. We'll have something.
It's not going to come from the government. It's going
to come from people like Gary Nolan using super advanced
