Speaker 1 (00:15):
All right, all right, good morning, good morning everybody. Ah
are you doing and welcome to the Show's let Grandpa speaks,
glad you're here. Man, it's the last part of you
getting to be the last part of your life. Almost
the summer is almost gone. At least we got another
couple of months. I think we've got another couple of months.
Especially in California, it'll be warm between August and September. Oh,
(00:42):
and also up to October, so we got we got
quite a few more months of warm weather. I've enjoyed it.
You know, sometimes, uh, the weather, the Weather channel will
talk about the weather, so it makes it seem like
it's more important than it really is in your life,
you know. But the weather is not that unless you
have something special that you have to do. So that's
(01:03):
how that works. But anyway, I'm your host, I'm Grandpaul,
and I love everybody. I do. I always tell everybody
that I love everybody. It makes me feel so good.
Why don't you try it sometime, tell yourself say I
love everybody. Don't you know You're not putting energy in them,
You're putting energy in yourself. Because your control ends right
(01:27):
where you skin, ends of anything, So we control our mind.
That's the only thing we have control over. So tell
tell it something good and let something good come through
your life. Like I say, I'm Grandpa, and this show
is for the fifty plus and all the rest of us.
Anybody can listen to this show, They're gonna walk away
(01:50):
with some good information from them. My purpose is to
make sure that I entertain you, we have fun, but
you also learn something very valuable to improve your life.
And that's what we want to do. And we can
do that because I've been living a long time and
I understand a lot of things that we go through.
(02:11):
And a lot of times people who live a long
time learn a lot and know a lot, but they
don't give it back and they just keep going, or
they probably give it to their family or whatever. But
we all have a lot of wisdom and a lot
of knowledge. Whomen live a long time. When you get
like seventy or eighty ninety five or one hundred or
whatever it is, you know quite a bit if you
(02:31):
have taken care of yourself in a certain way in
your heart. And that's what my program is about to
get you to realize that just because you're getting old,
there's a lot of life left into you. There's a
lot that you can contribute. You're not ready to go
into trash, can you just yet? Hey, you ain't dead yet.
You're doing fine as a person, like most I'm like
(02:54):
most grandpas and most grandmas. And well, you know, when
you get older, youth calm down. You don't get excited
about as many things. You find something you thought was
so important, we realized it wasn't even worth nothing, It
wasn't even worth your time. But you let it pay
a big part in your life. So, but that's how
(03:16):
you learn a lot. You see a lot and you've
heard a lot. Now. A lot of people don't pay
much attention to that. They'll let it go, they won't
get into it. A lot of people will spend their
life so busy trying to earn a living, they don't
have a time to learn about who they are and
what they're all about. All they know is was somebody
(03:37):
told them real earlier that there was a sinner that
came to this earth, and there somebody and Jesus had
to die to save them from being I don't know,
I guess going to hell or something like that. So
in other words, he saved their life, gave them a
new life and redemption. Somehow, that's where the story goes,
(03:57):
you know. It's that's where the story goes, and it
turns and so but as we live, we learn all
these different things, all these different stories, all these different ideas.
They keep factor and it gives us wisdom. It gives
us a chance to think about what have we been told?
(04:20):
What have I learned? What is life all about? And
sometimes the world don't teach you all the things that
you need to know, or that you would like to know,
all these those things that would benefit you a certain way.
So what do we do? We have to learn from
wherever we're learning from. Some of us learn them and
go get ahead in life. Some people accomplish a lot
(04:43):
by they know these principles or they know the principles
of living, and so they're very successful. Some of us
are not. And then some of us are so ingreened
with what we have been believe we can't change our
thinking anyway we can do it. But more and more
people are well educated. More and more people today have
(05:03):
gone to college. More and more people today have graduated
from high school. There was a time when I was
a child. People couldn't read and write. There was a
lot of people walking around who could not read or write,
especially in the forties and the earth and most of
the fifties. It was in the sixties that education in
this country became very important, very expensive too, cast a
(05:29):
lot of money. So those are the things that we
need to realize and analyze and go through in our life.
What has happened the past. You can't change it, you
can't go back, but you can use it as as
a stick, a guide stick, or you can use it
to verify certain things that you have in your life.
(05:50):
And that's about all it to do. As you use
it in that sense. And what we know today maybe
trade from what was. Life changes, ideas changes a little
more raiged, changes, our little thought problems changes. We don't
think the same any anymore. Our children grow up, they're
(06:12):
trying to think different, although it's basically the same thing,
and they have the same problem because most of the
things that we think changes in life don't change anyway.
It's just a new way of dealing with them, a
new way of seeing them, and all that things. You
know things. But the longer you live, the more you
will experience life. You will expense most of what we
(06:38):
were told about early. And you know, I was raised
by my grandma. When I came out of that, I
was raised by my mother, and she was she was
a street person, so the two thoughts were different. I
had to learn how to think like she wanted me
to think when I came and so we can learn
(07:00):
how to think. But my grandmother had put ingrained certain
things in me that I never got rid of it.
And I learned thou shalt not kill, you know, the
things about lying and cheating and all that stuff I learned.
I learned all that stuff. I'm not saying I'm a
no genius and I did everything right, you know, but
I did learn what to do and how to do
(07:22):
and how to live and how to be like a
human being. And that's what's very important for most of us.
We're not living like we should be living, and we're
not following our human intelligence like we should be. But hey,
we do the best we can. We still have people
who do a lot of wrong things. We still have
(07:44):
people who do but as a whole, most people do good.
They do the right thing, at least I think. Well,
we told about a whole lot of things. Everything that
I always say, everything they told me was wrong that way,
everything they saying is wrong. I'm learning different. I just
(08:05):
like the idea that in this society we do have
a lot of books, we do have libraries, and we
do have places where opportunity, where you can learn, where
you can grow. Although sometimes our institutions might be attacked
or may be thought this way, but it doesn't make
any difference. It will still be there. We need to
(08:25):
just know how to learn and how to grow. And
as a country, we are the world's leading country. We
should be at a higher level mentally the people. Then
maybe other people or maybe other nations. We don't have
to be, but we should be as a leader, as
a world leader, we should show that it means something
to us and we should perform and help our country
(08:47):
and to be devoted to our nation. Now no more
than fairy tales do we do that. As they told us,
the kids and people need the truth. People need something
that they can depend on. They need something that they
feel that, hey, look this will work for me. So
(09:08):
we've had a lot of things, but today it's legal
to lie if you want to. I remember when the
law was changed from broadcasting who had to tell the truth,
and they had broadcast standards there to monitor and to
make sure that they were doing all the right things. Well,
we had a one order to say, well, we don't
need that, and so they came out with and said
(09:30):
we don't need truth in line, and so now we
got fake news. I never thought about like that until recently.
But that's what's happening. The news is not telling us
the truth. You're telling us what they want to tell us.
And they want to tell us what keeps us confused
and messed up and all of that, because I guess
you have to. We have a large section of people
(09:52):
who are at the bottom of the prayer of the barrel.
I've been there. I was one of them. I was
one of them. Not anymore, but I was one. But
there's a lot of things that we need to learn
about life. So that means we have to apply ourselves
to life. You know, the government is not gonna come
out and try to tell you and help you learn
(10:13):
or earn a better living and have a heart. That's
not what it's designed. It's designed to get make sure
you have all the facilities that you need. So when
we have we have something like a like a disaster.
The government is there to help and keep you going.
And even if we know need to have programs to
help us also to live and be comfortable at the
level that we're on. And so we got to realize
(10:36):
that some people are looking for the government to do everything. Now,
the government not designed to do all that. It's designed
to make sure we have the right profit facilities and
things in society, and we should be doing it. That's
where you come. Privatization comes in some of the things
we should be doing. But there's some government programs that
should not be privatized because they would go grop I've
(10:59):
tried a lot, I've invested a lot, I had my
good and bad days. We're doing it so I've learned.
You know a lot about money, and a lot of
people want money. They shouldn't learn about money. I don't
know why I've got on that subject, but people that
if you want to know about money, if you want
to have money, you need to learn about it. Because
(11:21):
I always came up the only way you can make
money is get a job. There are a lot of
ways to make money. There are a lot of ways
for you to do that. So that's why it pays
the good education, read, learn something, do all the things
now being hard to do. But we've gone through a
lot anyway, and if you don't study or don't do
(11:41):
nothing to help yourself, you're going to go through a
lot more horror and troubles you about not having this.
You know, they have the what they call the haves
and the have nots, So you'll be a have not
and you might it might not work out that good
for you at least. I don't think life is about growing.
It's about us growing. We go. We start as a baby,
(12:06):
were coming on as a child. We grow, We just
keep growing, and as we keep growing, we keep learning.
And that's what's happening. There was one thing that that
don't change in life. Everything changed, Everything was change year
that song you know it is, everything changed, But there's
one thing that don't change. That's common sense, good or bad,
(12:30):
right or wrong, truth or life that do not change.
It always says the same. Now, we could mess with
it and do this with it and do that with it.
But wherever we go in the world, we expect people
to have common sense. That's common sense. We'll leave where
we leave here, I'm gonna take a vacation. I'm going
(12:51):
to a foreign country. When I get there, I expect
for the people have common sense, and they do. People
have common sense all around the world. We can go
there to a foreign country. We can enjoy ourselves even
when we can't even speak the language. The people are nice,
they smile and they try and help you. All over
the world is like that. So that's what we need
(13:12):
to realize. We could do more of this. This could
be wonderful in the country we have rich In this
country where we live, we have rich people, we have
poor people, we have middle class people, and I guess
we have other people as well. I can't name all
of them, but those of them. But most people are good.
Most people are very good, and they want life. They
(13:34):
want a nice life like anybody else, do you know. So,
although we get too much propaganda that's being fed to
us every day, and it's confusing, sometimes we don't know.
We don't have no specific place, and human beings need
something that they can focus on. If you can focus
on something, then you can work and improve and make
(13:57):
your life what you want it to be. But if
you don't focus, use this all over here and you're
scattered over there, you're not going to be very successful,
I don't think. And most of us we have suffered
for whatever condition is there. Well, this is what it is.
You know. I can't not do nothing about it. Yes,
you can. You can help your life and to make
(14:18):
your life better. All that's good is about what you
want in life. If you don't want anything, you say, well,
i'll just take the job over here at McDonald's and
I'll be satisfied with this salary, and I'll just go
along do I'll be okay. But you know, with the
fifty plus people, a lot of them have done a
lot of different jobs and served a lot of different ways.
(14:38):
Now they're living longer, but they need to learn how
to do that. So what I do, I'll teach you
something good and wonderful every week that there's not a
problem for you to learn, I'll teach it to you.
It helps you to live a better, wonderful and longer life,
because as you live longer, you're going to read new problems.
(15:00):
Nobody who's eighty that hasn't reached ninety. Even a doctor
can't tell the ninety year old person what's going on
with them. The ninety year old person has to tell
the doctor. So that's that's where it works. So as
your age and you keep moving, keep going, keep your
life working for you, and realize that learning is very
important and think about what you want, don't think about
(15:25):
things that you don't want. That's what I've learned a
longer life. Even if you don't get the things that
you're thinking about, it's just nice to have your mindset
to where you're thinking on the good side of life
rether than on the bad side of life. So if
you do that and as you grow, you'll be fine.
It's had nothing to do with anything. It's just common sense.
(15:46):
You get cut. Common sense is I'm not trying to
get you to do anything, but just realize common sense.
All right, I want to thank you for that part.
Now I'm gonna come back and we're going to talk
about the toxins that are in our society. Talking about this,
I give you an uplifting kind of conversation. So I'll
leave you something that old people learn and understand, and
(16:08):
that's what I'm doing. So stay tuned. You're going to
get a really good idea about toxins and you're going
to be surprised where they are. Okay, stay tuned, I'll
be right back.

Speaker 1 (20:06):
Right, all right, I write back here again, and this
is the last half part of the show. On this
part of the show, I usually tell you something that
they have discovered or something that you should do. I'll
give you some good common sense information here on how
to make your life happy, keep you alert, positive, keep
(20:27):
your memory going. All the things that you need to
that you may be having a problem with as you
grow older. And some of these problems of you know,
young people have them as well. So we talk about that.
But what do we talk about today is something that
we need to talk about and that we need to
be aware of, and that is our health. Our health
is seen to be on the bricks for some reason,
(20:50):
and I think we were at one time the most
healthiest country in the world, but today we're like seventy
percent of our adults have a chronic disease. That's a
little bit high. I think. I'm not sure. I don't know,
but I just know that we should. I think we
should start thinking something about it. And one of the
biggest problems we have is the keeping it. That's causing
(21:11):
our health and everything is toxins. We have toxins everywhere
in the air, in our food, I mean our toxins
in our food, I'm not kidding, and even our furniture,
cook wear, and our cleaning products. It's everywhere. It's impossible
to eliminate all that stocks and that's what they're saying.
(21:32):
I'm not sure, however, we can accrease your your thought
about it, your awareness. So that you know what's going
on when you living your life, doing your habits and
doing certain things, so you can help start eliminate that.
So those toxins are not good for you to have
in your system, but if you follow certain ideas a
(21:56):
certain common you can kind of help lord it, especially
in your home and you know, and even in your communities.
So we're going to give you some tips today on
how to eliminate toxins in your life, because toxins are
really not good for you or your health, and they
can take you down. So the first one that they
(22:18):
give us to talk about today and which I want
to talk about, eat organic. Now, I know a lot
of people eating organic can say, well, if I eat organic,
it costs me too much money. I can't afford to
eat organic, And it seems strange to me, just because
you're trying to be healthy. Organics should have less to
(22:40):
be cheaper to me because they don't have to have
the toxins, they don't have to have the chemical sprays
on them, they don't need all of that. They should
be more easily grown. And I think organic means to
me that that put them in the ground without putting
anything else on any other kind of chemical or any
other kind of pois and on them they're free. So
(23:03):
that's what I think organic means. But organic is not
what it's supposed to be if you don't have certain conditions.
Like I say, some people think it costs too much
you can eat. And also you have to eat grassfread.
Make sure you eat grassfread and free range and wild.
If you're gonna eat meats and things like that, you
(23:25):
have to go how to do that. So whoever thought
about it? I remember the time we used to go
to store, you by any kind of meat you want
to eat, and that's what you bought, and you'd eat it.
But today things are really changed. I guess because of
the animals eat certain things and eat this and eat that,
and that. Chemicals are in it and they get it
in their body and then it goes into their flesh
(23:49):
and then we eat it. I guess that's the way we'rey.
But lemoned toxic it from our food is very impressive
and very imperative. If they say, well we take into
our mouths, I've always say that we all know what
our problems are, and that is what we put in
our mouth. That's mostly mainly what it is. And I
don't think we should be sick. It is what we
put in our mouth causes us all the problems, but
(24:12):
we have a good time eating I guess killing ourselves
at the same time. So say we're like crazy, But
here's what some people saying that we should be doing,
following the environment, working with groups and different kinds of
clean fifteen lists of people like that. And we have
to go around now, like I said, buy more organic food,
(24:35):
even though like I said, it costs money. But smaller
sized fish. If you're gonna buy fish, don't buy the
most expensive, high price fish. Buy the smaller fish that
people don't know because the smaller fish have not been
in the water long so they have not accumulated as
many toxins as they said. And eating grass fed animal
(24:58):
product is another way to eat it, but you get
a high levels that will make up three assis in it.
But you check out online meat delivery services at the
butcher box or whatever, and they can give you make
sure you get organic meat if you can afford to
get it, get it, and you know, other than that,
(25:20):
you know, sometimes it might be better to just back
off of meat sometimes and don't worry about eating it
too much. And another thing is to talk about to
have Well, you know, they caught a big uh, a
big chemical company about to dump all kinds of chemicals
in the water. Again that I don't know why they
figured they have to do that. If they got all
(25:41):
these chemicals, why would they Why don't they just do
something in the ground or do what it is or
either try and it costs money to break those chemicals
back down. They don't want to do that, and so
they you know, but they did it. So if they
did it, the government should regulate it like that. If
you if you make chemicals together, you should be able
(26:02):
to take them apart, you know, so that if they're
together and they're going to people, if it's gonna hurt
and harm the people or the water or whatever, seemed
like they would make it. You know, you can't do that.
You can't make these chemicals and then if you don't
use them, we just throw it out in the water
and somebody come along and drink. Okay, avoid drinking or
(26:25):
eating and smoking toxins. You gotta do that. So you
go without saying it, but say no to soda pop.
A lot of toxins in that chewing, tobacco, cigarettes, smoking drugs,
unnecessary medication old. I'll just talking about somebody about that today,
(26:45):
and both prescriptions and over the counter alcohol and jump food.
Say away from all that stuff is not good. I've learned.
I mean, I've had a soda pop in years. I
don't even think about it. On your action step that
you should take is that pretty much, just don't put
(27:07):
it in your body if you can do it. Avoid
social situations where these habits are going to be addled.
I don't know how that would be. Maybe your family reunion,
maybe they cook certain food up or certain whatever that
you got to be very careful on going and have
a great time saying ooh man, look at all these
wonderful food and you have a good time. But it's
(27:28):
not helping you at all. It's just strawing your body
at the same time getting you know, so be very
careful about that whatever you do eating and drinking and smoking.
Toxins because toxins is in almost everything. I don't know
how that happened, but it's just something we haven't been
listening to or looking to, but it did. Number three,
(27:52):
these are the things they're saying that you should be doing,
drink and bathe and filter the water pure fire water. Well,
I don't do that. I do have purefire water that
I drink, but that's under my fund, but I don't
have the filtered all through my house system. I think
I would like to have that, and then most people
would like to have that nowadays. And that way you
(28:13):
get rid of it. Either either they're selling us something
or either either they're telling us the truth. Okay, why
not triple the toxic benefit? First, Hydrating allows more water
soluble toxins to be excreted in the urine by the
kidneys if you drink the right water. I don't know
(28:35):
if drinking the wrong water bothers you or whatever. You know.
I don't know how we get kidney problems or whatever
it is. But if we can drink alkaline water, I
think it might be best if you can do it,
if you can afford it. If not, go and get
you one of those one of those thanks to hook
on your your chicken faucet. It's like a bottle and
(28:59):
it'll be purefo the water as it comes out. If
you can't afford to get the under the under the
cabinet purification and filtering system. Then you can get the
top one and that's a lot cheaper, but you can
buy it and you just run the water in it
and it's like a tube. It'll it'll filter the water
for you right off of your spiict and that's where
(29:19):
that's where you can get that and him it. Second,
you know, chemical pallona is found in most municipal and
bottle of water supplies. So even when you're getting bottled
water and they're claiming is this that and the other,
it's not. If you if you've been on a uh,
if you've been on I forgot what the services is.
(29:41):
I put a tape on there about how we got
the water bill. But we can't drink the water. It's
a pretty good subject. If you ever ever to get
a chance listen to it. You'll have fun. It's it's
an enjoyable thing as well. I'm teaching you, but we're
having a good time as well. I can't drink the water,
that's what it's called. I'll give you that a little
bit later. But then third, showering and filtered water reduces
(30:06):
the substant of harmful chemicals that go through your skin,
and sometimes we have it there. So we have that
we don't even know how we got it. You know,
if you go to Instagram, I have a show or
I have it's not a show. It's just one thing
sweeching on Instagram. Go on there and look for look
(30:26):
for McLoud, Bill McLeod and I'll tell you about the
drinking water a little bit more if you want to
get into that and how it's working and what happened
to me drinking water. You know, I buy the drink
of water, but I can't drink it. I buy the
water to post in my house, but I can't drink it.
(30:46):
Don't drink that water because there's too many problems with it.
They're not they saying they got the PFA s is
in all of it and that is not good for
us at all. But how could that happen? And that's
where the government to me is feeling to not have
make sure we have proper water. Okay, so here's the
action set for number three. If a house reverse osmosis
(31:14):
filtering system is not financially able, you can't afford to
do that, that's fine. You consider shower heirs. Shower heirs
can be ten detox. So if you go to a
probalydum to one of the sores where they serve a
lot of stuff like that. Get you a shower head
that can vote and luck, I was telling you for
it gets you off one hook on your faceted cleaning
(31:36):
and everything. So yeah, that's what you want to get. Uh,
And uh, that's enough for numbers. That's it. That's all
they have. On number three. Number four, we're gonna get
into eliminate can goods. Now, that one is a little
(31:58):
bit rough for me to do. I don't have a
lot of can goods, but I keep a lot of
can goods, and I keep a lot of can goods
for emergency if anything comes up emergency and I want
to have to eat at least I got I got.
I usually get this simple stuff like beans and soup
in the can, and I'll keep that, you know, like
if I had, like if anything go wrong, whatever, But
(32:20):
if it don't, you know, I'll wind up.
Speaker 6 (32:25):
Eating eat.
Speaker 1 (32:26):
I love the beans that are in the can, so
I'll wind up eating the eating and eating beans or
something like that. But I also cook dry beans as well,
So I don't do it enough to where I think
it would be a problem for me. I'll just do
it maybe every once in a while. But number four
is eliminate canned foods. Canned foods they've always I've always
(32:47):
thought they were a problem. I know when I was younger,
they used to say the lining on the on the
tin or whatever they used to put them in ten
can cans before. I don't know what metal they use now,
but it wasn't. It wasn't healthy, man, and it's not
healthy now. But we did it anyway because it was convenient.
It's convenient and easy. But it's convenient and easy, but
(33:09):
it's also affecting our health. So that's what we had
to think about. Well, we're doing this. It is convenient,
it's easy, but it's making my health not so. So
I think more or less we should be living. Most
of us should be living to be a hundred. It's
pretty easy if you live in a country that's that's
(33:29):
highly intelligence is how they educated and know a lot,
and that's I think we are in that particular country.
We should be living to be a hundred. But we
eat fast food, We eat all kinds of food. It
shouldn't be eating, although we like it. We did a
lot of things like that, and that we've been allowed
to go just go haholl wund and eating food and
(33:51):
it's hurting us. So you got to eliminate cann goods.
Don't buy the can goods. You know, we used to
buy band can goods. All that they got free BPA
is in can goods, and that's what you don't want,
a top harm on disruptor that can reduce free radicals
in your body, using up all your antioxidists, and you
(34:13):
don't want that to happen. So if you're gonna eat
can goods, make sure you be very careful, maybe not
eat them at all this and eliminate them all together.
And a lot of people, like I said, we tuna
out of the can, we eat different stuff. Our habits
have been so now we got to read change those
(34:35):
habits and start doing realize it. Stay away from most
canned food if you can, because what happens with people.
They're so good to go through life and all of
a sudden they're having a stroke, All of a sudden,
they're having this. All of a sudden, they got all
the chronic diseases that they say adults have in this country,
and they realize what happened. I always say is what
(34:57):
we put in our mouth. We put some things in
our mouths and that we shouldn't be doing. And a
lot of it's not a lot of it is not
our fault. It's in our food and it's being put
in our food by manufacturers. They'll put it in our food,
and they are really not concerned about our health. I
guess they're concerned about selling the product and making money
(35:19):
and shelf life. They'll put anything in there to make it.
The product lasts a long time, so you got to
realize that, and you got to look out for yourself.
And that's what the show also does for you. It
helps you to look out for yourself. It helps you
to realize what you can do to make yourself a
lot better person. And that's what we want to do.
(35:40):
Number five, Avoid plastic food stories. Oh god, avoid the
containers and the bottle of water. All of my containers
are plastic. I don't think I have any. I did
(36:02):
buy some recently that I don't think is plastic, but
everything else is all it's plastic. But if you can avoid,
I don't know how you're gonna do that, because everybody
has something I'm pretty sure in their home that's plassic
(36:22):
There are a lot of chemicals in plastic containers and
bottles that come through. They leach into the water and
the food. I don't know what that means, but we
know that it's in there, and they can only harm
the body's ability to detoxify. That's going to interfere with
(36:42):
our immune system, and it interferes with our hormone receptors.
Is unnatural, potentially harmful in a lot of ways. That
happened that it happens to us. I've heard a lot
about plat I sick being in our system. We have
(37:02):
a lot of plastic in everything that we consume, almost
and I guess this is one of them. So I'm
gonna have to tell you this. If you have all
plastic containers, it might be better to slowly get rid
of them and replace them with glass containers, which is
what I will be doing because I have plastic containers
(37:25):
as well.
Speaker 5 (37:26):
But.
Speaker 1 (37:28):
I'll slowly get rid of them. I have stain the
steel pots, which is the right thing, and now I
want glass containers to take put my food in. Stuff
like that. Do not use the plastic. I've heard that before.
Don't use the plastic, and then I don't care for
the microwaves. You got to be careful with that too.
(37:49):
So let's see what they're saying to do what you
need to do to help yourself. It said, invest in glass,
invest in center, uh ceramic and are stealed either either
of that, and bottle of waters to fill your own
(38:09):
water you gotta use. Don't use that right now, I'm
using a plastic container that I bought. I have a
alkaline water set up, so I'll fill up my my, my,
my thistage hole about two gallons of water put in
the fridge. But it's plastic and I drink from there.
(38:30):
So that's been something I've been doing wrong. So now
I gotta change that and uh, get get another sauce.
As a matter of fact, I may just not sol water,
but something I like cold water, so I put it
in the refrigerator. But I gotta find a way to
put it in a glass container. And that's what we
need to do to avoid all the plastic. Like like
(38:52):
I say, there's plastic in your little little small pieces
of glass. Plastic come off the plastic and go into
your body. They're not saying that here. This is just
some information that I read before to tell you about that.
So if you can avoid plastic containers, which is what
I'm doing and which you should do too, you don't
have to go out and replace all the stuff at
(39:14):
one time, if you don't have a lot of money,
and just take your time and replace one piece at
a time, because that's probably why you got that in
the first place, and you'll be fine, all right. Number six,
Avoid toxic cook wear. What is toxic cookware is ptfe
(39:38):
OO I don't know. That is polytetrafluoride ethylene. That's what
that word is for. These are toxics to your body
and they're linked to cancer, including breast cancer, prostrate and
(40:00):
orian or ovarian. Avoid teflon, Avoid aluminon, ceramic coated because
usually that's where the contamination is. A note on cerambic.
If it is one hundred percent ceramic or mixed with titanium,
(40:22):
it might be safe. If it's not an Unfortunately, some
ceramic code of panic pans are toxic metals on the knees,
so you got to be very careful. I got somebody
call me on the phone.
Speaker 6 (40:36):
Call you there, Hey, grandpa, how you doing.
Speaker 1 (40:41):
I'm doing good. I'm talking about all the toxins that
are in our lives and how we can avoid some
of it and get rid of some of it. And
some of it is you know in our kitchen, we
use it, we use it there. Toxins are everywhere. It's
even in our air. So we have to be very
cautious of that today.
Speaker 6 (40:58):
You know, well anything that, anything manufactured by man, there's
a contaminant. See. You gotta remember, your first silverware was
your hand, so you didn't have to worry about whether
you got aluminum or stainless still silverware. Your hand was
(41:22):
the perfect fool for you to eat your food with.
Speaker 1 (41:26):
Ha ha, I heard.
Speaker 6 (41:30):
And if you wanted to drink, you cut your finger
and put it in your hand, and you and you
cuffed your finger and you put your mouth down there
and you drink from your hand. That was the first cup. Yeah,
so you don't have to worry about be contaminated. But
if you go to Walmart, Sears, Mason's, any of these stores,
(41:54):
you're bound to be contaminated. And this thing about not
having any canned goods, that's for the guy who's not
prepared for an emergency.
Speaker 1 (42:08):
Yeah, yeah, that's true. Right, Yeah, that's why I have
mine out. I'm ready for an emergency.
Speaker 6 (42:16):
In the event that you have an emergency, you can
last maybe ten twenty days on that canned food, as
opposed to starving to death because you shouldn't have it.
Speaker 1 (42:29):
Yeah, well, that's what it comes down to. It do
I eat this or do I right starve? You know,
so you have to take a charge. You know. It's
like any kind of food. There's a lot of foods
that we probably shouldn't be eating, but we eat them
of necessity exactly so.
Speaker 6 (42:48):
And plastic, oh my goodness, you don't need that because
plastic milk. So if you put your hot food inside
the plastic, it's gonna milk and integrate the plastic into
the food.
Speaker 1 (43:05):
Yeah, that's what I was telling them. You have, you
have plastic. It's all in our body, is in our food.
Now little pieces are plastic.
Speaker 6 (43:13):
Because the truth be told. You can put grass in
your oven at about four hundred degrees in bake with it.
Speaker 1 (43:21):
Yeah, you can cook with it.
Speaker 6 (43:23):
They do it with macaroni and cheese all the time.
Speaker 1 (43:28):
Yeah. Those are like the powres distance that they used
to have years ago, right.
Speaker 6 (43:36):
Right, and stains still needs the best way to cook. Yeah,
because you don't integrate all those other ingredients and with your.
Speaker 1 (43:45):
With your food, yeah, I have those. I have that.
Speaker 6 (43:50):
Oh and as far as purified water goes, well, if
you really want some real purefied water, get yourself a
can and keep it clean and when it rains, collect
the rain and you got the best water in the world.
Or maybe you got some chemical kim trip.
Speaker 1 (44:13):
You gotta be call you gotta. You can test it now.
If you're gonna do that, I think this, use your
Buyolottle test kits from one of the drug saws so
you make sure it's okay.
Speaker 6 (44:24):
But I think you're telling us the whole lot. But
there's just so much that people just don't think about,
and they wonder why they don't feel good. And now
you did charged two dollars for orange. I saw an
Apple to day that was for four dollars. What, yeah,
four hour apple. I was looking for the engine on it.
(44:49):
I was looking for the propellers to see if they
would take off.
Speaker 1 (44:56):
Well. Anyway, hey, I thank you for all that good information.
I appreciate it. But people just need to be aware
of certain things that you're doing. That's all.
Speaker 6 (45:10):
Oh, organic food, what about just food? Why can't the
food be organic because it was grown.
Speaker 1 (45:21):
Why come it can't just be natural food?
Speaker 6 (45:24):
Right? Why?
Speaker 1 (45:25):
What?
Speaker 6 (45:26):
Why? Why they gotta have two types of food? Oh
my god, they're telling you one piece one food is
bad for you by this other expensive food don't taste
good and it's good for you.
Speaker 1 (45:41):
Yeah, they're telling you that. And in a roundabout way,
that's what you're learning. Same thing with the water. Can't
drink the water.
Speaker 6 (45:49):
Oh water is free. Oh I forgot until they start
telling you you've got to pay for it.
Speaker 1 (46:00):
Anyway, Thank you for calling. Appreciated talky ze again. All right,
now we're back here to avoid talking and you and
you say, use safe alternatives and use cast iron. Grandma
always used cast irons. You always know that were use
(46:21):
enamel cast iron, use singing seal, and use glass and
titanium and things like that for your cooking and for
handling your food and thoring it. Try these safe non
stick choices you could get scan pam from from Denmark,
zilling from Germany. Green. Yeah, well I don't known to
(46:45):
do all that, but anyway you can do that. Number seven,
invest in green hygiene and makeup products. Now we went
I've heard this some time ago about makeup products and
how they had a lot of bad chemicals in there
that causing people to have cancer and everything else, but
(47:06):
people don't care because they're trying to make the money.
There are many inducting and erupting the toxic chemicals packed
into our skin and body with beauty care products. We
have to be very careful. Well, that came out some
time ago to give us that and here it is again.
Your skin is a huge surface, you know, so you've
got to be very careful because when you put these
(47:27):
products on your skin, they go into your system. Read
the ingraded label. First, use environ mental working groups, handy
app called Think Dirty. There's a group called Think Dirty then,
which will tell you how to live cleanly. I guess
to reach your makeup and hygiene products. Start swapping our
(47:49):
products a little at a time if you can't afford
to clean them out all at once, but so they
get rid of those products that are toxic that you
have on your shelf. So it might be something in
the third world. I like this color, I like this
or whatever cosmetic There is a problem there. But all
that I can tell you is to be very careful
(48:10):
about it. Those are some of the tips that there's
so many tips more than I can tell you about.
I might have to do another show where you avoid
mercury containing in your teeth, you know, and you gotta
switch your mattress. All kinds of things you can do.
But that's my show for today. I want to thank
you for tuning in. I hope that really got a
(48:32):
good information across to you and made you aware that
there are toxins out there and you need to be careful.
Make sure you buy the right food, put your food store,
store your food in the right thing, and you be
healthy and live a good life. This is Grandpa here
every week. Make sure you tune in every Saturday at
(48:53):
nine o'clock. You're gonna get some good information about how
you can make your life better and all you can
in your life the best life you can right now,
being alert, active and aware of all the things going
on around you and your things will be in your
age beautiful. Take care and see you next week. I'm
(49:14):
doing it so I know. Talk to you then, bye bye.
