Speaker 1 (00:17):
All right, excuse me, my allergies is coming up now,
seizing and that's some Good morning everybody. Good morning, good morning,
good morning, and maybe you have a happy Saturday all
day long today. Boy, it looks like it's gonna rain
where I am. I know you you look at them

(00:39):
clouds in the back of me right there. Oh look right,
it feels like it might rain anyway. I don't know
if it's gonna rain. I don't think it's gonna rain,
but I just thought it feels that way. You know.
I'm Grandpa and I'm the hostel. Let Grandpa speak, the
voice of the fifty plus hey, and we tell you
everything that you need to know. Fifty plus people living longer,

(01:02):
they need a show, and this show is one for them,
and it tells them how to live longer, how to
solve most of their problems, how to get money, how
to do a lot of things. So it prepay you
to listen to let Grandpa Speak, because I'm gonna tell
you what you need to know. I'm gonna tell you
what you need to hear, and it's valuable to you

(01:25):
and you're gonna love it. We're the number one show
on Internet because we give you that wonderful good information
all the time. And remember this. I love everybody. I do.
I love everybody, and I'll send my love out to you,
and I wish you the best. I'm feel to be
a little fall of hair, but I love everybody I do.

(01:49):
I feel that way. I always feel that way. I
don't have nothing but love in me. I don't have
no hate or no negative stuff in me. Good. That's
probably why I'm living longer and qually. While I look good.
People say, ah, you look so good because I think right.
I think good, And that's what it is. If you
think good, You're gonna look good and be good. Okay.

(02:11):
And also I speak common sense. If you hear me,
I always talk common sense. It's not religion. I'm not
a preacher. I'm just plain old common grandfather for common
sense that most grand people have. They all have this knowledge,
they all have this wisdom when they get older, if
they pay attention, if they live their life rightly, then

(02:34):
they have a lot to give back. And that's what
I do. I have a lot to give back. I'm
still young, active, good looking, and all of that stuff.
Even though I'm ninety five years old. I don't feel
like it. I feel great. I don't know what ninety
five feels like. It feels like feeling good like me. Hey,

(02:55):
you know, anyway, I got this letter. Y'all know everybody
knows that I believe in the Ten Commandments. I believe
you're supposed to kill. I believe you're supposed to lie
and cheat. I believe you're supposed to treat your neighbor
like you want to be treated. I mean, I don't
know if that's religion or not. That's just some steps

(03:16):
to live in civilized as far as our concern, so
we need. So I got this letter from this company
telling me they want me to give it him a
big donation. And the big donation they were gonna give
me was that they had already won the case to
take the Ten Commandments down. The Center Commandments used to
be in the Justice department buildings. Thou shalting art killed.

(03:38):
He used to be in front of churches, thou shalt
not killed. He used to be all over and now
they've taken it down. And since they've taken it down,
I think killing has increased in our country. We're the
number one country as far as killing you, and you
think we're the number one countries being civilized. We're not,

(03:59):
and we need to get that straightened out. We need
to stop that. We need to stop hurting each other.
That's not right. I'm for the Ten Commandments, and they're
sending me this letter telling me to donate them so
they can follow a case to have the Ten Commandments
struck down. I'll say, well, I don't see no reason
for that. It's good. What's wrong with it? Is it

(04:19):
good to tell somebody ain't supposed to be killing? Is
that bad? Or I mean, I don't understand what their
point of view is. But they got a whole lot
of things and say, well, this has something to do
with our freedom. What killing killing me has something to
do with your freedom? And I guess that's what they're
talking about. We have the right to kill if we

(04:40):
want to. I'm a guess that I'm not for it.
I'm sorry, I got a little cold here. Seems like
I'm catching a coal or something. Anyway, I'm not for that,
and so I'm afford for the other thing. I'm hoping
that we will all be to live together, being to

(05:02):
live in peace. It is very painful for the people
whose loved one has been taken away from them. It
is very is very it's very, very painful. If y'all
have to excuse me for a little bit, because I
got this allergy and it's bothering me now. I don't

(05:27):
know why it started to bothering me, just as I
started thinking. You know, it's not like a nervous thing or something.
You know. Okay, all right, I got that out the way.
I think some say that if thou shalt not kill
as religious, I don't think that. I think it's just
coming send. Thou shalt not kill is good to know,

(05:48):
and it's good for all of us to know, because
a lot of time we kept a lot of people innocent.
People are dying. All kinds of people just jump up
and shoot, start shooting and everything. And these people may
have they have a life. They want to live their
life the way they want. They don't want you messing
with their life or leave them alone. You want to
kill somebody, kill yourself, you know, because that's what you

(06:11):
wind up doing anyway. So make make sure we be
careful and realize that we shouldn't be doing that. It's
a hatus act, it's an ego act that we should
not be doing now people say the things like this.
You know, it seems to be a lot more rising
and killing than it used to be. What it is,
and that's what I'm trying to tell you, is rising,

(06:34):
and I think we should stop it before it rise
up too high or we're all living in danger. We
don't want to live in danger, because that's what happens
when somebody gets de live in So we have to
live with with with our life. We have to live
among each other, and we need some rules and beliefs

(06:54):
in order to live with each other, because we don't
want people bothering us when they shouldn't be, and we
don't really bothering them when they shouldn't be. So we
need some rules and some regulations here. And THOU shot
and I kill is one of them. And the Ten
Commandments had a lot of good. Good was in there.
They will make living a lot better. And it had
nothing to do with religion. They'd say, that's religion, you know,

(07:17):
and people say what they want to say. Yeah, anyway,
we want to make sure that we do something different
in life, and what we should be doing is doing
something civilized. And that's what I talk about, and that's
what Papa tried to tell you. I try to keep
it down on the level, just regular conversational conversation, and

(07:39):
that's what I try to do. So I want to do.
You know, our country is the only country with all
the evil. We have more murders than any other country
in the world. And I'm thinking, why we're supposed to
be more civilized, we are more advanced than any other county.
Why we do all this stuff of her harmony each other.

(08:00):
We need to stop it, and somebody need to tell them.
And so I took it on myself to tell you
we need to stop it. Stop doing evil toward each other.
There's nothing to it, there's no reason to it. It
ain't winning nothing, it ain't achieving nothing. It's just doing
the wrong thing and make it other people's life miserable,

(08:22):
even the people who live back, people who have who
have children, or who have babies, or things that take
care of it. All these things are not good. So
I don't know what your problem is where you think
you got to harm somebody for what. I don't think.
I don't think you have a good, valid reason, and
you should think about it. You know, our country, like

(08:42):
I said, we have the highest rate of anything of
killing other folks, and we need to bring I think
it's because of the lack of Ten Commandments. I think
it's because the lack of we're not saying things that
we shouldn't do it we shouldn't do anymore. I remember
one time, back in the day, I remember so much.
I could talk forever about about the history of what
things I've gone through, But we just talk about this

(09:07):
whole nation used to talk about peace and less crime
and more peace. Somehow other we've saw more or less
passed that up. We're not practicing that much anymore. We're
not practicing about less crime, you know, we're taking crime
like like it's a real part of life. Is not

(09:30):
a real part of life. It's what we make it,
and we're making it a part of life, but it's
not a real part of life. So a lot of
times that's what I talk about. I'll talk about common
sense on how we can live. People ain't supposed to
be going around killing each other. We're supposed to be
going along trying to make each other happy and make
life work. More people are lying. People lying now, they

(09:54):
get all on TV, they get everywhere. They just lie openly.
They don't care. They just make up us story in
lie and then and a lot of people believe them
lies too, So you believe all kind of lives. So
we lie. That's another ten commandment that we do. We're
committing adultery more. I think when people get married today
almost they almost take it for granted that the maid

(10:18):
is gonna commit adults at some time or other in
their life, that the opportunity is gonna come and they're
gonna do it. Well, back in the day when they
practiced this and they had the Ten Commandments, a lot
of people didn't do it. There's a lot of people
don't do it now. There's a lot of good people
in the world. They're in their committed false witness. There's

(10:40):
a lot of people. They got these uh, these these cases,
these uh these these these cases that they have where
people can join in them. And it says that if
you if you was a part of this stretch, just
sign your name and it's a class action lawsuit against
the company and you can come in and act and

(11:02):
make get your little money or something. That people doing
all kind of crazy stuff like that. More cheating in
the world. You can't even turn on your TV. You
can't even turn on your computer. Everybody's talking about trying
to cheat you, trying to get something from you, or
trying to take from me, fraud you got an ATM card,

(11:23):
people are trying to go and take your ATM card
and do the wrong. All these things we need to
put down. They're not really, you know, things that we
shouldn't be in our society. We should be living peaceful
and these are some of the thing we shouldn't have.
Its just common sense, that's all it is. It's just common, plain,
old common sense, and it's getting to be a problem

(11:46):
and we need to stop it. Mark my my ATM
cards been compromised to some three times every you know,
all the time, every time you look around, somebody's trying
to get my money, trying to take my money out
of my bank account. Why why would you try to
do that. They're like a person with If you want
the most of the money, go try to make some money.

(12:08):
Don't try the little money I have, or the money
I have, or big money I have. Whatever it is.
You know, that's what I use for myself and that's
what I need. And if you can do the same thing.
This country is set up so that you can earn
a living. You don't have to go around cheating and
trying to harm other people. You can do what you

(12:28):
need to do to make you. Just plenty of opportunity here.
That's why people are trying to break their into this
country because there's opportunity. So you don't have no excuse
for doing that. So stop it, stop lying, stop cheating,
stop killing, start doing the right things as a human

(12:49):
being supposed to do. We need to get back to
the basics. That's what it is. The basics are what
common sense. So just slow down, everybody. Life is wonderful
and we should be enjoying it. And it's my subject
today is gonna be about why some people even fear
getting older and yet we want to live, but you

(13:12):
fear getting older. So that's what the subject is gonna
be about. So make sure you stay tuned because you're
gonna hear something very important for you. If you like longevity,
if you want to keep living, keep listening to this program.
And I'm gonna tell you how to do that because
I'm doing it and I know a lot of other
people that are doing it. To it. It's just common
sense and it's here. It just takes wisdom. It takes

(13:35):
common sense, mother, with whatever you want to call it.
We don't need to go nowhere to learn a whole
lot of stuff. We know it automatically and you know
it too. So every Saturday at nine am, make sure

you're gonna do, and that's what we do. We have

to make their life better, help them to live better,
help them to live longer, help them to solve problem,
medical problem, sickness problem. We help them do all of
that because there are solutions to every problem. You may

(14:42):
not know about it. That's why I got this sclow
where I'm going to teach you what those solutions are. Okay,
I want to be right back and we'll take a break.
I gave you a good introduction there, and we're gonna
come back and we're gonna talk about the fear of aging.

All right, good music, good music, good music. Anyway, this Grandpa,
I'm back here again with you on this Saturday. What's
the day? The day is the twenty second, that's a
super day. Super day. When two tuos are there, anything
they're going to talk about the fear of aging, you'd
be surprised. There's a lot of people who have different

(19:38):
ideas about aging and getting old. Some people fear it
because they think they're gonna be it's gonna be a
negative for them. They don't think it's gonna be good.
Some people love it because they think, of man, I
love it, I'm getting older. I love it. I'm one
of the people who love it. And I'm one of
the people who see it for what it really is.

(20:00):
And I know we've been taught a lot about aging,
and we've been taught about it. Say it's a downer.
In most cases, that means you got to adopt this.
You should be in pain, you should be in sick.
All of that. It is wrong, and that's people do
it because that's what they're thinking. So that's why I
figured I'm going to come on and try to tell

(20:21):
you that's not true. You can be one hundred years
old and be happy. You can be ninety years old
and being eighty whatever it is and enjoy yourself and
you can be there eating. You don't have to be
in pain. You don't have to be sick because you're
getting old. People get sick all ages from wonder you know,

(20:43):
But sick baby gets sick people, you know, So that's
not that. That's not right. So my whole idea is
is try to teach you how to live a wonderful
life all the time that you're living. If you're not
living your life when you're living, it's like something is wrong.
And now what is wrong is you're not hearing and
understanding and knowing the right situation. So I took it

(21:06):
upon myself to be the answer and the conclusion to
help you really enjoy your life. So today we're gonna
talk about some fears. They did his surveys and they
found out all these people who feared getting old. They
think it's there's a lot of things are happening to it,
even until down to their looks and everything. Well, we're

(21:29):
gonna say we can solve some of those problems for
you today, okay. And if you're getting old, and you
think you're getting old, you think of this, that and
the other. We're gonna help uplift you and get you
back on the right track. Now, the self you see
us population, we know it is getting older, and it's
getting older fast. There are a lot of Americans now

(21:51):
who are now who are considered what we call seniors,
and they're you know, they're aging and then and then,
and they live longer and living longer. Now, the Charity
US Adults ages sixty five and older, they have an
increase from twelve percent of the population down about eight

(22:13):
they're like like eighteen percent of the population now, that's
according to the US Bureau or Census. And their rise
is there in part to longer life expectancy. We're living
a lot longer. You know. We used to live with
fifty years todize. Then there was sixty, then they went
to sixty five, and now it's up to about seventy

(22:36):
eight where we're supposed to live. And so that's what
we're gonna talk about, and how you can do that
and be happy. Everybody think it's a miserable thing. So
people fear getting older because they think, oh boy, I'm
going to be suffering this. I'm not gonna I gotta
get a cane, I gotta get a buggy, I gotta
get a car, a threewheel card or something like that,

(22:57):
all this stuff because I'm gonna be in bad shape.
Not necessarily, you don't have to do that now, I
guess the back time researchers at the Pew Research into
in Center, I know you heard about that. They they
took eight thousand people and uh, they formed this test

(23:21):
on to learn how people could feel by growing older.
That's what they did. They wanted to try to find
out what did they really think about growing earlier? What
do you think that they can do to improve their health?
What do you think they can do to prove their
finances and the quality of life as they age a
lot of these things make people fear. They get fearful

(23:42):
like I'm not gonna have the money, where am I
gonna stay, I'm gonna be homeless, I don't have this,
I don't have that. Well, that's what this program is about.
I'll help you define and help you define solutions to
most of your problem. There is a solution to your problems.
It's just that you have to know what they are.
Nobody's gonna tell you what they are, but I will.

(24:04):
Nobody's gonna come out and tell you. They'll see you
on side of the road. And I have told you
really what you needed to do and to do what
you have to do. You can do anything. Most of
the thing. You've got all kinds of programs designed for
you if you are a senior. But like I said,
we don't know about it because nobody publicizes or say it.
So I'm telling it to you. That's why you need

(24:24):
to listen. Nearly half to add, those over sixty five
say they're doing okay. They say they're doing prime now.
The other half they claim it's a little bit rough
for them. They're not doing so well because they don't
have the same amount of money is than anybody else.

(24:45):
I think that's basically what it is. Money plays a
big role in our positive feel about aging. Money. People
will say I don't have no money, I have more
creen I don't have it. Yes, I don't have that.
I can't afford that. I can't afford the other. A
lot of times people when they're younger, you didn't prepare

(25:09):
for old age. A lot of them didn't know if
they were gonna live longer or whatever they're gonna do.
So there's a lot of different things that are happening
with you at old age, but we can still solve
those problems, so don't worry about it. About sixty one
percent of older adults, and that's in the highest income group,

(25:31):
they say they're doing fine because they have everything they need.
They have a place to stay, their money, they travel,
they have people around them. They have those different lifestyle
than people if you don't have it. Now that's compared
to fifty one percent of the middle class people will
say they're doing okay, and thirty nine percent is a

(25:53):
lower group of those who say they are not doing
very well at all. And that's what we want to
try to help everybody to do well. Even those that
are doing good can hear things. You can hear things
about about what you need right now. Further More, older
adults with higher income, we're more likely to report excellent

(26:19):
physical condition if they're and mental health they were they
were good. They're doing fine because they have money to
see the doctors and go to the medical places that
they need. And the other some of us don't. And
that's the problem that I always thought that this country
would always solve. The poor people need medicine, they need

(26:39):
to be taken care of. Some of them are sick,
some of them are not in good shape, and that
they can't get facilities if they don't understand something. They
need to listen to this program and they find that
part of that is mental. Part of the problem you
have in life is mental, and part of it is physical.
So we're want to try to help you with the

(27:01):
part that let you know that you can. You can.
You can do certain things if you do right, if
you say it socially active, keep doing the same thing
you're doing. Don't talk tolle you know, because as most
people get old, they change their lifestyle. You know, they don't.
They're not in this group. They're not in that group.
They don't want to hear you too old here, you

(27:21):
don't they don't want to go to that. So they
go through the problem so that they have to go
through a lot of hurdles and they don't need to
do that if they know what to do. And that's
what add us sixty five and over who think that
their later years are gonna be bad. They are worried.
They feel that later years, I'm gonna have problems. I'm

(27:44):
gonna have need problems. I wanna have back problems, I'm
wanna have high blood pressure, heart trouble, all kind You're
gonna have all that. You don't need to have all that.
That's what I'm telling you. I'm giving you a key
to let you know you don't need to do all that.
You don't need to have all that. I understand that.

(28:05):
That's why it was back in the day. Back in
the day, at fifty five, you got to go watch
when you retired at fifty five, and it was all
over for you about two or three years later. But
not true today. The top concerns include future health problems,
health problem. We got so many people, so many doctors,

(28:26):
so much research going on, trying to fall solve all
the problems. Stop saying you have the problem. Start looking
for this solution. There's a difference then claiming the problem.
Don't claim the problem. It ain't sure us, it has
nothing to do with you. Claim the solution. Say I'm

(28:48):
gonna solve them. I want to be soluted. I don't
want to go through this as long as you claim it,
you're gonna have it, So stop claiming it. Stops claiming
the other stuff to Jordan, having enough money, becoming the
burden to your family and all that. You don't want
to do that you want to find there's a way
you can make you can do it. Then they do

(29:09):
have a lot of ways. They have ways where things
can now earn extra money. You can do a little
things like that. It's no, it's no. And then and
and the retirement thing has changed in case you have
a note now a lot back in the day when
I retired, I paid into my retirement every paycheck and
I paid and I got retirement from from the company,

(29:29):
which was a good retirement. And then they decided, no,
we're not gonna do that anymore. We're gonna give you
the four to one K or something else in retirement.
And they those things are a little bit shaky, are greedy,
a little bit shaky, and you gotta know what to
do with those. Other than that, you're gonna be in
the problem. And we would talk about that later or
another time, but today we're going to talk about the

(29:51):
fear of getting old. Now more than four and ten
adults under sixty five and that's about maybe half of
them say they are not the confident and they don't
think they've saved enough money to live in the retirement

(30:12):
and they and they feel insecure about that, and they
wonder how they're going to live through that. Well, we
do have social security and it's a very successful operation.
And I hope don't nobody jump up and start messing
with it and mess it around, messed up, because it
is very successful and it works for everybody. We put

(30:35):
our money in. We're not asking the government to give
us no money. And in the title that we put
our money in the government takes care of it for us,
and they give it to us. They take care of
it for us. That's about all which is good, which
means that the government and we put the money in.
So people talk about us and social security is entitlement. No,

(30:59):
it's not stop that time in tailment life. Sub Security
is not in the titlament. I put my money in.
Everybody's been putting them ever since I was twelve years old,
and I started working at twelve, so I had a
social security I had to go get my social Security
number to work. I used to do a little you know,
kids jobs, and stuff like that. But I'm still working.

(31:23):
But I started paying that Social Security at that time,
and I've been paying it all the time. I don't
think we know it should be paid. I don't think
nobody should get it if you didn't pay for it,
you know. I do know if people need people that sudden,
they come up with some other kind of supplement program
for people who didn't pay for it in it. But
that's what we do. But still we pay every we

(31:44):
got everybody, We cover all kinds of people over Social Security.
That money goes to get it gets real big, gets
real big, and then they put it everybody, and then
they threaten it and go through all the trouble. They
should leave it alone. That it alone. Okay. Now, most
Americans say at least they have some control over their

(32:06):
physical health. Ooh, that's the big one, isn't it. Being healthy?
It doesn't matter about the money and matter all that.
It matters more about being healthy. Your physical condition is
more important than some money. And even though you're getting older,
you want to be in good physical shape, Well you

(32:27):
can do that. You can be in good physical shape.
I know, I'm an example of it. I'm living proof
that you can do half of the life if you
take care of your physical side and one of the
things that I do for me. I don't even believe
that adults should be sick. I don't. I don't think
we should be sick. I think we get sick because

(32:49):
of what we put into our mouths and what we
don't do for ourselves, our physical side of our body.
I think that. So what's your top and think about it.
If you're not in good physical shape, you can get
in good physical shape. Some people are worrying about falling.
We do shows over here. I've done shows about people falling.

(33:11):
It's because they allow themselves to get weak. Don't just
set down and set down and set down and just
set down. Got that big cushion chair there with all
the pillows on it. That way you can lay back
and be comfortable. No, you need to get out that chair.

(33:35):
You need to get up. You need to take some exercise,
maybe move your arms and everything. And if you can't walk,
you can sit down and do exercise. They got chair exercise. Now,
that's what you need to do. Seniors need to realize
they need to keep their strength up. So get your
some I'm giving you a solution. They don't have it here,

(33:55):
but I'm gonna give you a solution. What I know.
What I know works. Get your five pound dumbbells. And
when you're sitting down with sitting, sitting, sitting, don't want
to move, do that. Do them dumbbells in your arm.
Keep your strength up, keep your arm strength up. That
will help keep you from falling because once you fall,

(34:17):
you're gonna go straight downhill. And you don't want to
do that. And if you fall and you don't do nothing,
you're gonna go downhill. I should say it because you
can pick yourself up and you can get your health
back by watching your physical health. Physical health also includes
on what you're eating. Don't eat too much of any

(34:39):
other thing, eat moderation, don't eat too much red meat.

Speaker 7 (34:45):
You know.

Speaker 1 (34:46):
I hate to say that, but sometimes you might need
to consider that because it gives your high blood pressure
or other diseases and things like that. So it's what
we eat, so we have to learn to eat the
right way. They got all the programs up there available
for you. They got it on TV, they got it
on computer. They got a pro PBS program telling you

(35:08):
how to live longer, how to live do this and other.
They got plenty program. You just have to get interested
in what you want to do. If you ain't interested
in what you want in life and everything, you're not
gonna get it. So get interested in being physically help.
Physical health is good for you. Your physical health is

(35:29):
what you need first. Once you get your physical health
and your mental health, physical and mental health go together.
So work on that. Get that together, and you will
help make your life a lot better. You don't have
to be there suffering. I'm telling you you don't have
to do that. What about your mobility? Keep moving? Yeah,

(35:50):
everybody say keep moving, keep moving. That's all you got
to keep moving. So I keep moving a lot of ways,
and I know you have to keep moving too. I
cleaned my own house. I do this, I do that,
or there's always something to do, so you can always
get up and do it. It's just that we just
don't do it. We get lazy with they going I'm

(36:12):
gonna do this, I'm not gonna do that. I'm not
gonna do this, and we no, don't be lazy. Get
up and do something. Even though you don't have no money,
you can still look good. You know, when I rose up,
we were poor people are poor as ever, we had
patched clothes, and we used to patch our clothes back
in them days. I had shoes that had a hole
in the bottom, putting a piece of leather in that.

(36:36):
We were that poor. But you know something, we were
never unhappy. We were always clean. So all you homeless
people out there run around talking about you, wash your
face and hands. Keep yourself clean. You don't need to
be going around smelling like that. And so you older
people who do it also, you need to do the
same thing. Keep yourself looking good and doing well. That's

(37:01):
for your mental sharpness. And when you keep yourself involved
in life, you do it and love yourself. If you
love yourself, you're gonna take care of yourself. People who
have a problem with well loving themselves don't care. They
don't care if they face is dirty. They don't care
if they didn't brust their teeth. Love yourself. Say it

(37:24):
every day. I love everybody and that includes you. And
then some people are worry about getting aged. They don't
want to get old because they think they're gonna look old.
They think they look this way them. I have the problem.
I have the problem. That's why I'm wearing these sunglasses,

(37:45):
so I look kind of spif it kind of sharp
for you know. But you know what, I don't look
bad one way or the other. I look good, but
I look good because I feel that way. You show
what you know. That's what it is now when we
ask how long they want to live. When I asked,

(38:06):
they asked them how long they wanted to live, seventy
percent of America said they want to live to be eighty.
That's what they say. Eighties twenty nine said that they
wanted to reach one hundred. But we know one thing,
whatever it is is people want to live a long life.

(38:31):
And to live a long life, there's things that go
with that, and people haven't thought about that. People think
about art and live to be eighty or ninety, and
there's nothing else. No, you gotta have. You gotta have
physical strength, You got to have mental spriends, You got
to have a right mental attitude. You have to be
you have to do certain things to keep your life

(38:52):
working like you did when you were young. Just because
you're getting old now, you mean, I don't have to
do nothing. I don't have to I don't have to
brush my tea. I don't I don't have to rest
with scheme myself up and put a little cologne on
the smell good. I don't need to do none of
that no more, because the ain't nobody worth looking at me? Well,
they ain't looking at you because of that what you

(39:13):
just said. You ain't doing what you're supposed to do.
If you keep yourself looking good, they're gonna be looking
at you now. On average, here's what they said. Also,
the people say a lot of stuff, you know, on average.
On average, as they'll say they would like to live
to be ninety one. That's what most of them want,

(39:33):
ninety one. If I can make it to be ninety one,
I'll do it fine. You know, I'm ninety five, so
I've already passed that. But I don't know, and I figure,
you know, well, I'll figure. I'm looking forward to living
a long, a longer, even longer life. But I'm doing
it because I'm prepared for it. And you can do
it too. It's easy. It ain't hard. Pole thinking, well,

(39:55):
I gotta do this. You know you ain't hard. These
are simple thing you ain't do doing anything else. If
you're older, you're sixty five seven to eighty, most likely
you're retired. You're not doing anything, So what's wrong with
doing something to keep yourself looking good? Ain't nothing wrong

(40:15):
with that. I love it. I love to be looking good.
I got by my cloth. I selver our nice clothes
so I can wear those. I'm just telling you what
I do. And this is what they talking about. People
saying they don't want to get old. They want to
get old because they don't want to look old. We
want to get old because they don't want to be sick.
They want to get old because they don't want to

(40:37):
be paining their knees and all that. You know, Hey,
you don't have to do that. You act like there's
no solution to those problems, like I gotta do that
because there ain't nothing else I can do, and I'm
in pain, and I rather than you know, I don't
know if I want to live through all of it.
Say hey, you don't have to do it. You don't
have to do it. Taking anti age in supplements some

(41:01):
people do that. You do because they want to live longer.
They're working on their life to keep them so they
take anti agent supplements. I mean, I don't know what
it is. I don't take them, but I probably could.
I probably could take them. Whatever they are anti agent supplements, well,

(41:25):
I know their sense to slow your agent down. They
got peels together. They got something for everything. And that's
what I'm trying to tell you. That's why I want
you to listen to this show. Whatever you suffering, there
as a solution for it. You just don't know what
the solution is. So you gotta find out where. I'll
find out the solution. Listening to let Grandpa speak. And

(41:45):
if I don't send him a letter or even call me.
Oh my phone number I should have gave it to
you at the beginning of the show. For people want
to call in. The phone number is nine five one
nine two to two three five three two. That's phone numb.
You will to call in, say something to me, or
get something over the chance, or get me corrected or whatever.

(42:06):
It did, and finally asked me some question. Give it in.
Now people are asked. They asked these adults. Also, if
you think you're gonna look bad, what would you do?
Do you take anti supplements and pips something? They take boatox,
they took this, They take that for whatever. They keep
a looking good. Now some of me would color their hair.

(42:28):
I'm guilty of when that when my hair started turning gray. Shoot,
I didn't like it. I'm gonna I cut it. I
started cutting it, but then it started looking funny. The
color started, so I stopped dying. And because I was
looking worse, and I just cut it all off. And

(42:48):
now I'll look better again. I look fine. People accept
me and they see me coming in and most of
them say, oh, I thought you around. When they find
out how old I really am, most of them say,
I thought you must have been about sixty. You look
like you about sixty or sixty five. Well, I'm glad
of that. And I take good care of myself, and
I do all these things I can't. I'm not a

(43:10):
hypocrite where I'm telling you to do these things and
I'm sick. I'm not sick. I'm in damn good shape.
I golf, eyebowl, I do anything I want to do.
I'm physically able. And I got ten pounds. I started
with five pound dumb bells. I got ten now. And
I take that exercise. When I'm sitting down watching TV.

(43:32):
I get those dumb bells and I pick them up.
I do it for maybe four or five minutes. I
put him down and it's working for moms. I was
getting stronger. My moms ain't looking like an old man's arms.
Theydn't look it much better. And I'm very happy with
the way my arm look. But I do that because

(43:52):
I work on it. What's more, What's more, women are
more likely than man to say that they would they
would consider our cosmetic procedures or botox or something of
Thirty three percent of women want to use pulldogs to
make you look good.

Speaker 2 (44:10):
I like that.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
I think they want to make themselves look good. They're
trying to keep themselves looking good and they ready to
enjoy life and they can still do to everything they
need to do in life. Just because you're getting old,
you can have everything. You can have sex. Sex is
what make you live longer. Such add longevity to your life,
So you should have just having sex. And if you
have sexy, you want to make yourself look good. You

(44:33):
want to be attractive, and that's what that's about. So
the psychology of it is is that we think, oh,
I'm too old for this.

Speaker 3 (44:41):
I'm too old.

Speaker 1 (44:42):
You ain't too old for nothing. Stop it, you're too dumb,
but you're not too old. But you do things you're
supposed to do. Some people say they would just do
plastic surgery to look good or whatever. Those are the
things you have because we have solutions here. This is

(45:02):
the greatest time ever and any civilization that I know
to live now, because there are so many wonderful solutions
and solve problems. They could even give you a new heart.
I have a nephew with a new heart. He's doing fine,
he's doing wonderful. I have people that have had this.
They have that toy replace things like that. Life is

(45:22):
good now. While we run around crying and thinking that's bad.
Even if we don't have no money, life is still good.
I've lived a border part of my life with no money,
so I know what it's like. I don't want to
do it no more. But but I did it then,
I'm not doing it now. Living is fun. You have

(45:44):
to enjoy living. You have to enjoy people. You gotta
love people, love everybody and do all those things like that.
Fill your life with finding punnits and watch the seat.
Don't your looks change? Watch the seat. Don't you start
living longer? When you think of about the good, you
think about the bad stuff. Naturally, you're gonna poison your

(46:04):
immune system, and there you go. You're gonna be sick.
That's gonna happen. And then you be wondered about I
didn't think about that. Yes you did, Yes you did.
So I'm gonna leave this thing with you. This is
common sense. Think good. That's simple. I'm not living you
no big thing. You gotta do that. You gotta think

(46:25):
good every time when the negative or bad thoughts come
to you, get it out of your mind. See, I
ain't thinking that I think about what I want. I
don't think about what I don't want. Okay, that's another
simple thing. Think good, and don't think about the things
you don't want. Think about the things that you do want. Now,

(46:48):
this is just common sense. Ain't no, ain't nothing else
about that. That the work is just common sense. If
you do that, that will work. That's what Grandma always
teach me, and I learned it from her, and that
is the common sense of how to live a life
that you're supposed to live. We all can do that.
All we all can live happy, We all can be happy.

(47:09):
We just got the wrong mindset, we got the wrong
belief system. We gotta change that, because that's what you
believe is what you're gonna get. If you think you're
supposed to be doing all that stuff, that's what's getting
for you. So I'm telling you think good, think about
what you want, don't think about what you don't want.

(47:31):
Em Grandpa, I give you some good advice. And it's
free and simple, not not very hard. It's very simple
and you all can do it and we all can
be living a wonderful life like we're supposed to be doing.
I love you, I love everybody. I'll see you next
week with more information. And I'm gonna tell you something

(47:52):
that you need to hear every Saturday, So make sure
you tune in every Saturday morning at nine am. You'll
get this information. If you're on the West coast. If
you're on the East coast, you have to tune in
twelve noon. That's when I come on, so you'll enjoy it. Then. Okay,
it's Grandpa, and I'm gonna always give you good information

(48:13):
that you can use. See it in. See you next week.
Have a good way. Hold the line, Sean. You there,

(48:42):
Hey Sean, I know, but I'm talking to Sean on
my computer. Hold up, Oh I got about a minute.
Oh okay, Well what I want saying that minute is
make sure you listen to the show every Saturday morning.

(49:03):
I'm on nine am, and I give you all good information.
I'll give you solutions to your problem. I'll tell you
what you need to do, and if you follow up
pretty much, you'll be looking just like me at ninety five.
You're gonna be looking good, alive and got your jib
and got everything going for you. So make sure you
listen to the program for them. I got yeah, let

(49:26):
me write give you the phone number. You can write
it down. It's nine to five to one nine two
two three five three two. I'll give it to you
every week and keep it giving to you until you
get it down. I'll give it to you again next week,
but if you have a pills and paper, write it
down nine to five to one nine two two three
five two two. See you next week. Make sure you

(49:48):
tune in because I'll have something good to tell you
that you can use. See it in Bye, have it go.
