The Nuggets fought a pretty tough battle and I didn't
expect them to go this far anyways. Wasn't having a
great time as a Nuggets fan the season. I think

I want to get it out of the way because

do you have a current player you'd plug in? Could
they kind of battle back with some more talent on

think ultimately here he's got some hype. You know, most
NFL players just aren't tall enough to make it. Uh,
He's got some hype, and I think he's the best
basketball player on the team. You know, we've seen those

for the basketball stuff. I think he was even on
SMU's basketball roster. So if anyone was going to do it,

forward To broncos, football AND i think that's where we're,

schedule so we actually know who The broncos are going
to be facing as they head into the twenty twenty five.

are still getting picked up through free, agencies so we
still have a little bit of time to get our

about kind of what was the most shocking news that
we got out of. That my first reaction WHEN i
look at this schedule is all, right there's a little
bit of a tough stretch up until the, buye but
a lot of this schedule looks like it's going to
farewell for The. Broncos and those are famous last words,
here but you got nine home. Games that's obviously a

leg up there for the for The Mile High city
as you get to attend those. Games we didn't get
one of them shipped off To, london as we'll face The.
Jets yet, again there's a lot of NARRATIVES i think
we could tie into when and where you face certain,
Teams BUT i want to say my initial reaction WAS
i could see them making a. Run. Right the whole

emphasis here is that we want them to perform somewhat
of the same that they did in twenty twenty. Four,
right have a winning, season make it to the, playoffs
so wild card round counts. There let's go first. Reactions,
joey what do you think initially when you saw the?

Fun we're getting some primetime. Games that means THE nfl
is looking at us as a team deserving of so
unless your name was The, cowboys so that it was,
Interesting Like i'm gonna be able to tune in on A,
Sunday monday night Or thursday night this year and gonna
watch My. Broncos that's always scary before those. Games you
never want your team to embarrass themselves on national. Television

so it's a spooky, one but it's One i'm up
for as A broncos. Fan it just kind, of you,
know feather in the cap of that this team deserves it,
now whereas years in the, PAST i, mean there would
be fans outrage that the little amount of primetime games we,
Got YET i would look at the team and be, like,
MAN i don't want them on there this. Year i'm
kind of looking forward to, it you. Know obviously you

INTERESTING i Think Russell wilson not doing high knees down
then down the aisle probably helps us with that. GAME
i would, say so maybe some guys can get some
sleep on the overnight. Travel it's just gonna be. NICE
i don't. Know it's tougher schedule than last, year for,

sure but when you prove yourself to be a better,
team going to be scheduled with harder. Opponents AND i
don't think you, know it's always hard to Tell bray
like they always do the strength of schedule, stuff but
none of that really matters up UNTIL i don't, know
maybe halfway through the. Season because things fluctuate so much

in THE. Nfl there's gonna be a lot of teams
that we think are good that end up being really,
bad and then there's gonna be some a few bad
teams that we look at as being bad that end
up being like a. Challenge it's just how it. Goes
so it's hard for me to tell right. Now it's
just on. Paper at the, moment we're currently standing at
tougher than last year for, sure BUT i think they're
deserving of.

I agree With. Joey it's going to be tougher than
last year because last year they had a lot of
advantageous quarterback situations to go up. AGAINST i think that's
probably the best way to estimate strength and, schedule because

Place but, AGAIN i think they have some fairly vulnerable
quarterbacks they'll see this. Year one thing that immediately jumped

out to me was the fact that you, know of
the first, six they only have two at. HOME i

think they have their tougher. Opponents you, know From week
eight To week, eighteen they only play two non playoff

Year never, mind From week nine To week eighteen they
only played two non playoff teams with The raiders twice
and then The jaguars, once and both those teams should
be much. Improved SO i think it's nice that down the,
stretch over those final eleven, games they have seven home. Games,

again hard to project how the opponents will, be but
some things that we like know for a, fact you
point out nine home, games only seven true road, games
and then you have The london game that's pretty much
a road game for either. Team they don't have a
bye week after That london. GAME i think that's actually.
Preferable but Go jets and Then giants in that two week.
STRETCH i don't think you want to waste a bye

week to try and like recover after a brutal game
against The jets or prepare for a brutal game against The.
GIANTS nfl teams have been doing this trip for multiple decades.
NOW i think they figured out how to deal with
six days or jet lag within six, days you, know
like that's something the average person can. HANDLE i think
these professional athletes with incredible training stats and everything can

figure it. Out and as a, result they get a
bye week after their game against The chiefs and before
the matchup with The Washington, commanders which is going to
be a huge, game one of the biggest on the.
Schedules SO i think, those like more concrete things we
can project line up pretty favorably for The. Broncos so
happy about.

That, yeah you talked a little bit about maybe what
the hardest stretch on the. Schedule MAYBE i think there's
a challenging part in those final six, weeks as you're
already included in, there includes like The Christmas day showdown
And arrowhead against The. Chiefs if you recall in very
recent memory The Christmas day massacre against The, rams you
always have a little bit of a leftover fear when

games like those come. Up but it's great to point
out that those primetime games necessarily don't don't fall in
the in the way that you would like it. To But,
joey is there a stretch there on this schedule that
you think favors? THEM i Think week seven through ten
could be. That although they have home games against The
giants and The cowboys and The raiders as, well there

there seems to be kind of the notion that they
could run into a little bit of jet lag post
facing the former champs and The. Eagles, LIKE i feel
like you need a sequence that affords the opportunity to
build momentum before or after the. Buye where do you
think The broncos are actually going to find that easy.

Streak, HONESTLY i think it's to start the, Season. BRIE
i think. Tennis this is an Area week one and,
two and then that should lead you into week three and,
Four i'm, hoping But week one and two in, specific
this is where The broncos bree should be looking like
the best defense in THE. Nfl they should get off

to a hot start on these and if they, Don't
i'm gonna be. Disappointed i'm going to be. Concerned they're
playing a rookie quarterback in Cam ward In week one
against what is supposed to be one of the best
defenses in THE. Nfl last, year it was one of

did was add upon. It The bronx defense should be

defense to really really strike In week one and. Two
chargers are a tough one because they keep you so off.

really good to help them in that. Facet everything is
going to be looking the same off that run to
keep you off. Balance you don't know what to expect on, first, second,
THIRD i don't, know this is gonna be a tough.

is A Cincinnati Cincinnati. Bengals they are historically really bad

early in the, season right Whereas Joe burrow torus torched
us this last. Year maybe The broncos defense being as
good as it's supposed to be this, year and then
The bengals historically being so bad to start the. Season
at some point we're gonna have to start looking At
Zach taylor there and, say, hey what the hell is

but The broncos should take advantage there. TOO i wouldn't
be shocked if they started four and. OH i think
three and one is, realistic BUT i think four and
oh could be a possibility start off the season.

stretch a. LOT i THINK i might lean IF i
gotta go with an easiest, STRETCH i THINK i might
lean towards where bre went, here just because you, know
you get The jets In, london so that's not even

Home That's Russell wilson or Maybe Jackson dart making his first.

Start The giants will be coming off a mini bye week,
there so that could. Be, now The broncos defense is so,
good maybe they don't want to throw them to The,
wolves but that could maybe be an ideal spot for
them to Get dart in the lineup if they want
to do. So BECAUSE i believe their buy is in
the later part of the season this. Year let me
just make. Sure, yeah it's super. Late it's one of

the latest At week, fourteen so if you want him
to have a longer, runway that's going to be the
only other opportunity for them to. Do so maybe they
get him ready for that. Game that's obviously. Advantageous The
cowboys should be better this, year BUT i still don't
think they'll be. Good and The, texans who EVERYONE i
think expects to bounce, Back i'm not so. Sure you,

know they were limited last year because of their shaky offensive,
line and outside of changing the offensive coordinator and all,
that WHICH i do think should, HELP i don't think
there's really a talent reason to think it should be.
Better in, fact Without laramie. Tunsel from a talent, perspective
it looks a good bit. Worse SO i think that
is still a. PROBLEM i think The, texans you, know

they were a playoff team last year and they want
a playoff. Game they're not a bad, team BUT i
think they're. Vulnerable and then you get The raiders at
home and then a ten day rest bit before you
get a home game against The. Chiefs SO i think
that lines up for you. Well but to be a
little dishonest and go to the additional question was, like
what's the most favorable. STRETCH i think maybe that last

three game stretch where you Get jags and Then chiefs
on the road and then home against The. Chargers that
is a great runway for The broncos to win THE
Afc west and potentially have control of their own destiny
for that final. Stretch jags are a vulnerable, team and
then you get you, know the two other top division.

those out of the. Way what if The giants are

i don't think The raiders will be a pushover this.

Smith Ashton, genty that's going to be probably the best
quarterback and probably the best running back they've had in

is what so much of today's quarterback discourse boils down.

as long As Joe burrow's, healthy they have a. CHANCE

i think the bigger thing, though is can they get
off to a faster start than what has happened During
Zach taylor's tenure down? There at this POINT i said it,
earlier it's something we have to actually look at as
what are you guys doing in the offseason and change it, up,
please because it's getting. Ridiculous they need to change something.
Up you can't just start the season losing and looking

like a pedestrian football team so. Much Joe burrow start
of the. Year, okay this, year the year before, That
Joe burrow started the season. Bad this year was the
defense was atrocious at the beginning of the. Season it
kind of got it sail under him a little bit
towards the. End can The bengals start off faster than

YEAH i also think The broncos are well positioned to
give The bengals a hard time because their defense is
one of the few that can probably. HANG i, mean
they've got incredible secondary, talent they've got a really good pass.
Rush it didn't go well this last go, round, obviously
but they were pretty beat up for that. GAME i just,

YEAH i think The broncos defense is pretty well, positioned
positioned to maybe level the playing fields some to, where
like most, games The bengals offense is the best unit out.
THERE i don't think that's necessarily the case In Bengals.
BRONCOS i think The broncos defense is at least in
contention for that. Title AND i think it's pretty obvious
which unit is the worst out, there And i'd say
it's The bengals defense by a pretty wide. Margin So

will eventually figure it out and start the year. HOTTER

night shootout that gets us all excited about what year

we were when you talk about the, best you talk

Tooks broncos mentioning it right, now what's the playoff implications
to a lot of these, games regardless of whether or

going to look? LIKE i think that maybe last they
weren't as. Strong there wasn't a whole lot of even playing.
Field this year could be a little bit. Different there's
been some reshuffling, there and THE Afcu west alone, right
has gotten a little bit. Stronger you get The chargers
kind of getting that second year With. Harbaugh you have
The raiders actually looking like they're getting their stuff. Together

but as we say, that both teams have a tendency
to let that go by the. Wayside but even The
chiefs are a team that The broncos have had a
better look as of late against you have that late
season win over the backups there in week seventeen or
in week, eighteen and then you have the very close

RIGHT i think The Christmas day game is going to
have a lot of things riding on, it and The
