Yes, working out and physical health is important, but we as men forget about our own mental health and when we live in a world where we see nothing but “cool” guys being jerks to others and bring them down with so much toxic energy and toxic masculinity that we lose sight of how to be a REAL man!
Also, don’t forget, like I say in my last part of the podcast, you never know who is watching you and how you act, so be careful about how you want to portray yourself as a “man”, especially if your own child is watching you!
